Yes Myrna, they very well may. This little dog looks so much like the one I had that had to be put to sleep because she had cancer but this one is a male. Mine was a female named Sugar and she was aptly named too because she was one sweet dog. I get too attached to my pets so I think that is one of the reasons I'm not ready for another one right now. I had Sugar for about 14 years. One of my neighbors gave her to me when she was 7 weeks old. I don't remember how many were in the litter but when I went to pick one out, Sugar came right to me, wagging her tail like she was so excited and happy to see me, and stole my heart right then and there. :)
