Yes, I joined a month ago, the week before Thanksgiving, and compete with an online friend who also does the video workouts at her own house in front of the computer, LOL. What got me really motivated was having a friend who weighs a few pounds less than me so that really made me want to work harder at it. I lost 4 & a half pounds since November 18th, actually that was only about 3 weeks ago. This is one the series of workouts the system gave me for: "Beginner: Non-Equipment" Day 1 (4 videos) Workout 1 Chest & Triceps Day 2 Rest & Recovery Day 3 (5 videos) Workout 2 Back & Biceps Day 4 Rest & Recovery Day 5 (7 videos, choose 5 you want to do) Workout 3 Shoulders & Abs Day 6 Rest & Recovery Day 7 (3 videos) Workout 4 Quads Day 8 Rest & Recovery Day 9 (6 videos, choose 2 you want to do) Workout 5 Hamstrings & Calves Day 10 Rest & Recovery Then you can start from the same Day 1 videos again or look for different videos to try AT ANY TIME you want new videos, just re-adjust your Fit Profile and see what videos are suggested to you.
