Michigan: Mt. Pleasant Hotel Clerk Uses Pepper Spray on Would-Be Robber Posted: 1/5/2011 An Isabella County hotel clerk leaned on her pepper spray during an attack by a would-be robber. It happened early Tuesday morning at the Super Eight hotel in Mt. Pleasant. Police say Christopher Campbell went there to use a computer then walked up to an employee and shoved her against a refrigerator. They say when Campbell raised his hand to hit her, she sprayed him with pepper spray and he took off. Officers followed his tracks in the snow right to his house. Police say Campbell later confessed. If convicted, he could spend 15 years in prison. Brought to you by http://peacemakerpepperspray.com
