I purchased pepper spray earlier this year from an online site but haven't used it yet, I bought it because of a few annoying young people in the neighborhood, but sometimes I forget to take it with me...and...oh well. I started taking different walking routes and saw some nice scenery & houses I hadn't seen before. Summer is over and some of those teenagers aren't out there as often anymore. Mail carriers always have pepper spray, and newspaper delivery people sometimes carry it, that might be a good audience for you locally to sell to people who are outside a lot and sometimes encounter stray dogs.
