I totally agree with you....it's not a good thing to do to a dog (or any other animal for that matter). It's totally for the person, not in consideration of the dog at all. I would never put an animal through that. Though to me, it did look kinda neat in a weird way, like a clown. BUT, it can't be a healthy thing for all that dye to be put on the dog.
