Hi Roger,

I was looking around in here a couple days ago, sometimes I just don't post because I'm thinking about a reply. Your winter scene really does look like it could be a Christmas card or the cover of a childrens book!

A friend recently decided to start painting as physical therapy, and he did very well with his first 2 scenery paintings. It's a very confidence-building hobby and therapy.

I can't wait to see the large acrylic you're working on. Can you tell us the height/width of it?

Here is the big one that I've painted.

Wanted a bright contemporary painting. I'm trying to develop a style.

This one is called

Rainforest (c) R L Macdivitt 2012

Acrylic on Watercolour Board

Kathleen:

This one 60 inches wide x 40 inches deep (5ft x over 3 ft.)

Hi Roger,

OMG! I love it. Yep you are man after my own heart when it comes to color. I love color, it just makes you come alive.

This is my favorite of anything you have done. Thanks for sharing

I love it, Roger!

This is the first thing I saw today, first saw your message in my inbox and came right here!

That's definitely a style that can bring you greatness: Bright simplicity! It would look great in any home decor.

My internet was down since before 5 pm yesterday so I'm very glad to be back here! :)
