Roger M., you might want to have your daughter read this article. When I had hypoglycemia, I had never heard about the other, now it makes me wonder if I might have had some of both.

I was able to control and overcome the hypoglycemia through diet but it was many years before I got rid of the migraine headaches I had. That is one blessings I remain thankful for. My job was really stressful and I kept almost constant pain in neck and shoulders. Yoga classes helped but I was never able to relax the tension in my shoulders. Retirement is so wonderful!!
