	Texas Gals Real Estate (aka Baxel Properties, LLC) is rehabbing this house, and it will be for sale in a couple of weeks. Everything will be brand spanking new...and I mean everything....from all new fixtures, new central heat and air unit, new roof, new tile and carpet throughout, newly refurbished cabinets and new counter tops, new crown molding throughout house, refurbished deck and fence in back, new new new! If you know of anyone looking for a great house in Fort Worth area for a fraction of the cost of a newly built house...you've found it here! 	The Rehab is almost completed! It looks beautiful and only 4 days to completion, which will make it 2 weeks and 1 day for the rehab & all updates. We have been extremely organized to be able to do this so quickly, & even our contractor/handyman is surprised it's gone so well! It's exciting to see the transformation. I'll post some updated pictures later this week & you'll be able to see the huge difference in this home. I'm very pleased with everything & how well it's gone!
