March for Our Lives: Huge crowds gather for rally against gun violence in nation’s capital

Live coverage and analysis from the March for Our Lives, an event organized by survivors of the mass shooting at Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla.

Students, teachers, parents and survivors of mass shootings streamed into Washington Saturday for the March for Our Lives, a demonstration against gun violence that could draw hundreds of thousands of protesters to the nation’s capital.

The march is part of a surge of political activism that has transformed the nation’s entrenched debate over gun violence. It was organized by students who survived the mass shooting last month at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla., who hope to succeed where many adults have failed: In forcing Congress to pass a comprehensive gun-control bill that will improve school safety.

Hundreds of sister protests are taking place in cities across the United States, including Philadelphia, New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. The main demonstration in Washington is scheduled to run from noon to 3 p.m. on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Many crowded into downtown early Saturday morning to stake out places at what promises to be less a march than a standing-room-only rally, with 20 speakers — all of them children or teenagers — and performances by celebrities including Ariana Grande, Common, Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Hudson, Vic Mensa, Lin-Manuel Miranda and Ben Platt.

A huge crowd is expected for what is billed as a youth-led movement spearheaded by student survivors of school shootings. Many D.C.-area families, businesses and organizations are lending their support, and “sibling marches” are planned nationwide.

Authorities in the nation’s capital said they were taking extra security precautions, in part because many of the protesters are expected to be teenagers.

“To be honest, I’m scared to march,” Stoneman Douglas senior Carly Novell said in a Saturday morning tweet, citing the risk that a shooter might terrorize those gathered to protest on Pennsylvania Avenue. “This is a march against gun violence, and I am scared there will be gun violence on the march. This is just my mind-set living in this country now, but this is why we need to march.”

Callie Stone, 18, was walking down Pennsylvania Avenue wearing a denim jacket emblazoned with “Nasty Woman,” a term President Trump used against Hillary Clinton during the 2016 election and that progressive women adopted as a moniker.

With Stone was her mother, whom Stone had told the previous day that she wasn’t sure she wanted to raise children in a world where students fear going to school. “But I said, ‘Look at you, at your generation — you all are bringing us hope,’” said Kelly Stone, 54.

Kelly Stone was a middle school student in Canada in 1975 when a gunman killed two people and himself at Brampton Centennial Secondary School, which she went on to attend. She said that incident has cast a long shadow over her life and that of her daughter.

Nearly 200 people have died in school shootings since the 1999 massacre at Columbine High School in Colorado, which left 13 dead and inaugurated a relentless two-decade stretch of campus gun violence. During that period, more than 187,000 students attending at least 193 primary or secondary schools have experienced a shooting on campus during school hours, according to aWashington Post analysis.

“We’ve grown up knowing this could happen to us,” Stone said.

Just on Tuesday, 16-year-old Jaelynn Willey was fatally shot at Great Mills High School in Southern Maryland by a 17-year-old ex-boyfriend, who died as well. One other boy was injured in the gunfire. Willey was taken off life support two days ago.

For the roughly 100 students, alumni and parents from Great Mills who emerged from the escalator at the L’Enfant Plaza Metro station on Saturday, the march had a raw immediacy.

“We are!” Emerson Schaeffer, 20, shouted into a megaphone.

“Great Mills!” cheered the crowd, decked out in their school colors, forest green and gold.

Schaeffer said he and friends had been thinking about attending the march even before the shooting. “Then this happened,” he said, “and we said, ‘Yep, we’re going.’ ”

The White House issued a statement Saturday praising the participants in the marches, though they are calling for tougher gun-control measures than President Trump supports.

“We applaud the many courageous young Americans exercising their First Amendment rights today,” White House spokeswoman Lindsay Walters said in the statement, in which she added that “keeping our children safe is a stop priority of the President’s.”

The president himself was in Florida at Trump International Golf Club, located about 35 miles from Parkland.

The Department of Homeland Security, working with D.C. police and the mayor’s office, has set up a system to notify demonstrators of warnings or detours. (Text “March 24” to 888-777 to sign up.) Those entering the main march area have to pass through security check points.

Medical tents staffed by volunteers line the march route, doubling as gathering points where people can find one another if accidentally separated. Water is being made available to protesters, organizers said, and food trucks would be nearby.

“As the young men and women from Parkland, Florida, have been preparing for Saturday’s event, the District has been preparing to keep them safe here in Washington,” Mayor Muriel E. Bowser (D) said this week.

Bowser and other city officials held a pre-march rally at Folger Park on Saturday morning, intended to highlight the effects of gun violence on children in the District.

Among the hundreds pouring into the park ahead of time were three students at National Collegiate Preparatory Public Charter High School in Southeast Washington who lamented that gun violence in the poorest and mostly African American neighborhoods of the nation’s capital doesn’t command the same national publicity as that in Florida.

“As soon as stuff happened in Florida, everyone wanted to do something,” said Nevaeh Williams, a 16-year-old sophomore who lives in Anacostia. “But every week someone gets shot in D.C.” Williams’s cousin was shot four years ago. A classmate, Zoruan Harris, the quarterback for the football team, was fatally shot in 2016.

Although America’s most famous school massacres have happened at mostly white schools in suburbs or small towns, children of color are at far greater risk of gun violence at school, the Post analysis found. Hispanic students are twice as likely as white students to experience a school shooting, and black students three times as likely.

“When it happens in a school in a nice neighborhood, it’s shown nationwide. But we don’t get that attention,” said Danielle Perkins, a 16-year-old junior whose stepbrother and friend’s older brother were shot in recent months.

More than 800 events were scheduled to take place around the world Saturday, according to March for Our Lives organizers. Beyond major cities, they will include demonstrations in Las Vegas, where a gunman killed 58 people at a country music festival last year; in Parkland, Fla., home to Stoneman Douglas; and in Jonesboro, Ark., where the community is marking the 20th anniversary of a middle school shooting that left four students and a teacher dead.

Survivors or relatives of those killed in other mass shootings are also expected to attend the march in Washington, including some from Columbine; Sandy Hook Elementary School, where 20 first-graders and six adults were shot dead in 2012; and Marysville Pilchuck High School in Washington state, where four were fatally shot in 2014.

Brandon Wolf, a survivor of the 2016 mass shooting at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, said he is attending the march as a representative of the Pulse victims, including his friend Christopher “Drew” Leinonen and Leinonen’s boyfriend, Juan Guerrero.

“I don’t think this conversation is just about schools,” Wolf said. “It’s about: The current generation is fed up with lawmakers who have done nothing on this issue, regardless of which community has been affected. Students, LGBT people, people of color. This issue is intersectional.”

Marches and rallies that force survivors to relive those horrible moments can trigger strong emotional reactions, Wolf said. Several organizations will be available to assist survivors of violent crimes and rally participants who need support.

“It’s so important to remember that while these teenagers are giving us hope and inspiring us and we want to rest everything we have on their shoulders, they’re also kids who have been through something horrific,” Wolf said. “Something they will never forget.”

Counterprotests by gun rights supporters are also expected in cities including Boston, Boise, Salt Lake City and Valparaiso, Ind.

Tom Bearden: The Priore Machine and the Cure for Cancer

Tom Bearden reveals that cancer-curing machines like the Priore EM healing machine existed as far back as the 1960s, but they were prevented from being introduced to the world. Evidently a cure for cancer was not wanted. The money lay in “treating” it.

This machine is alleged to have been able to cure any disease. Very complicated language in parts. Not for all readers.

The Priore Machine and Phase Conjugation

Tom Bearden, Tom Bearden Website

http://www.cheniere.org/books/aids/priore.htm

A Non-Technical Description of the Priore Process

In the 1960’s and 1970’s, in France Antoine Priore built and tested electromagnetic healing machines of startling effectiveness.

In hundreds and hundreds of rigorous tests with laboratory animals, Priore’s machine cured a wide variety of the most difficult kinds of terminal, fatal diseases known today.

Funded by the French government in the amount of several million dollars, Priore’s machines concretely demonstrated a nearly 100% cure of all kinds of terminal cancers and leukemias, in thousands of rigorous laboratory tests with animals. These results were shown to medical scientists as early as 1960.

Many of the experiments and tests were done by prestigious members of the French Academy of Sciences. Robert Courrier, head of the Biology Section: and Secretaire Perpetuel, personally introduced Priore’s astounding results to the French Academy.

The operation of the Priore machine was seemingly incomprehensible. Many orthodox French scientists—some of them world renowned—were outraged at the success of such a machine, shrilling that science had nothing to do with “black boxes:.”

They loudly called upon the inventor to explain the mechanism utilized by his machine, but the inventor either wouldn’t or couldn’t explain the curative mechanism.

Priore certainly knew how to build the machine and make it work. It is debatable to this day whether anyone—Priore included —actually understood its principle of operation.

Neither the French Academy nor Antoine Priore knew anything of phase conjugation at the time.

In fact, the entire Western World knew nothing of phase conjugation in the 1960’s when Priore was getting his finest results. At that time, only the Soviets knew of time-reversed waves.

Certainly Priore’s machine was impressive.

Into a tube containing a plasma of mercury and neon gas, a pulsed 9.4 gigahertz wave modulated upon a carrier frequency of 17 megahertz was introduced. These waves were produced by radio emitters and magnetrons in the presence of a 1,000 gauss magnetic field. Experimental animals were exposed to this magnetic field during irradiation, and the mixture of waves (some 17 or so) coming from the plasma tube and modulating and riding the magnetic field passed through the animals’ bodies.

Amongst other things, a plasma can convert a transverse wave to a longitudinal wave. Also, phase conjugate (time-reversed) waves can be produced by plasmas. Priore’s apparatus produced a scalar EM wave/signal with deliberately constructed, infolded components including phase conjugate waves.

One may roughly view a cancer cell as a normal human cell gone “awry” and out of control of the body’s master cellular control system. The cancerous cells, viewed as a sort of separate, parasitic group of cells, form a special kind of organism having its own master cellular control system “level,” immersed in the host’s biopotential.*

*One strongly points out the relevance of Dr. Robert Becker’s epochal experiments proving that cells can be dedifferentiated and redifferentiated electrically. Those experiments are strong indicators that the cancer cell should be capable of being reverted to its more primitive state—that of the normal cell—by electromagnetic means.

There is thus a specific, constant electromagnetic “delta” that differentiates the parasitic cancerous “organism” from the normal -human cellular organism.

This “delta” can be considered a sort of constant, complex-structured charge existing in the body’s atomic nuclei. It’s exactly as if the body biopotential had been charged up by Kaznacheyev’s “death photons” for that specific cancer condition.

If this cancerous “delta” (which may be rather like a complex intermodulation mix of waves)—or a frequency shifted “transform” of it to a different frequency band—is phase conjugated, a specific healing delta frequency pattern results.

If phase conjugate replicas of a cancer’s cell’s specific “delta” frequencies are fed into the body having that cancer, the deviation of the cancer cell’s master cellular control system will be “time reversed.”

That will return the cancer cell to control of the animal’s proper master cellular control system. The cancerous cell will be immediately destroyed, or reverted back to a normal cell of the animal.

A very similar process exists for just about every disease bacterium and infectious agent that attacks the body.

Phase Conjugates of ‘Death Photons” are “Healing Photons”

The Kaznacheyev experiments in the Soviet Union proved that any cellular death and disease pattern can be induced by a specific electromagnetic pattern carried on an electromagnetic signal, if the target cells are bombarded with the pattern-carrying carrier signals for a length of time. What was not published of Kaznacheyev’s work was the correspondent work showing electromagnetic reversal of cellular death and disease conditions by irradiating the diseased cell cultures by phase conjugate replicas of the pattern-carrying induction signal.

In simplified terms, if an action in forward time induces a condition, then the time-reversal of that action will reverse the condition.

The concept is almost laughably simple. The time-reversal of an electromagnetic disease process is a specific healing process for that disease.

In his device, Priore internally structured the carrier photons themselves—making them vacuum engines. He phase conjugated his vacuum engines, and then passed these time-reversed vacuum engines down and through a strong magnetic field which thoroughly penetrated all cells of the biological organism being treated.

The scalar components (structured photons) representing the time-reversal of the disease were absorbed and reradiated in all the cells, “charging up” the nuclei of the atoms in the organism to some potential level of the exact “healing and reversing pattern.”

In the process, the cancer/leukemia pattern/charge also destroyed the cancer calls, or converted them back to normal cells as appropriate.

As a highly simplified analogy, the complex signal – viewed as a scalar Fourier expansion – represented a “stress” against any abnormal cellular control system encountered and returned it to the normal cell’s master cellular control system of the body.

Encountering the normal control system in normal cells, it produced zero stress.

Encountering the abnormal control system in tumerous cells, it produced great stress on it, reverting it to the normal control system of the body’s normal cells.

Thus to a normal cell the Priore signal pattern acted somewhat as a comb passing through one’s hair.

No interference occurred with the normal cell (one whose scalar control pattern is phase-locked to the body’s master cellular control system and in phase with it).

The Priore signal stimulated and “stroked” the normal cell, but did not hurt it at all.

On the other hand, the scalar control pattern in and of an abnormal (cancerous) cell is out of phase with the body’s master cellular control system, and is not phase-locked to it.

Hence the Priore signal caused direct interference with the abnormal cell’s independent scalar control system. The interference pattern constituted the reconstruction of normal energy directly in the cancerous cell, and also jammed its abnormal scalar life signal.

This destroyed the cancerous cell by two mechanisms: (1) physical energy was kindled directly in the abnormal cell, causing direct mechanical damage, and (2) the cancerous cell, being an “independent living critter,” had its scalar life channel (connecting its primitive “mind” to its “body”) jammed and stopped.

If the cancerous cell was reverted to a normal cell by the Priore stress before being destroyed, it became just a normal cell and the Priore stress had no further effect upon it.

The Effect is Universally Applicable

Any disease with cellular, biochemical, or genetic basis can be cured in like fashion.

Priore’s method, for example, was clearly shown to be able to completely reverse clogging of the arteries with fatty deposits, and to be able to lower the cholesterol level to normal, even in the presence of an abnormally high cholesterol diet.

His method also showed complete mastery and cure of sleeping sickness and trypanosome-induced illnesses.

Often Priore found that every cell of the body—even the hair— must be irradiated and treated (“charged up”) with the signal, for the disease pattern was in every cell. The master cellular control system is holographic—the pattern (substructured potential with its dynamic, oscillating components) is in each component (each atomic nucleus, hence in each cell.)

Every structural level of the body larger than the cell also has its own correlated pattern, or modulation, on the overall.

A biological organism can regenerate lost limbs, for example, if it can utilize its natural recovery process in a Priore manner.

Even though Priore’s work was presented to the French Academy of Sciences by Robert Courrier, the prestigious head of the Biology Section, the Academy could not understand the device and its functioning.

That was because the Academicians knew nothing of scalar electromagnetics, and phase conjugation, and the Priore machine was a scalar electromagnetic device using phase conjugation.

In the Mid-70’s It Ended

In 1974, a change of local government lost Priore his government supporters. His support and funding were lost.

Ironically, Priore was just completing a 4-stories-tall apparatus capable of radiating and treating entire human bodies. It would have been capable of curing cancer and leukemia in humans rather than just in laboratory rats. (His previous machines were much smaller, and only a small animal could be irradiated whole-body. In that machine Priore used a “1amp,” a special section, in which 17 specific frequencies were mixed and modulated upon the 9.4 gigahertz carrier.

The large, special, phase-conjugating plasma tube for Priore’s giant device. The final machine would have treated humans “whole-body.” (Courtesy Bob Whitney)

Capping assembly for the top of Priore’s giant plasma tube device. The last device would have treated human patients “whole-body.” The cap assembly was on the third floor of the device. (Courtesy Bob Whitney)

The machine was large enough to irradiate humans over their whole body. It should have been capable of curing cancer and leukemia in two five-minute irradiations, one week apart.

While Priore was still alive, with my associates I spent nearly two years of my life in an effort to bring the Priore device to market and into the mainstream of medical research and development.

Robert Whitney, Frank Golden, and Tony Gideon played the major role, going to France and negotiating directly with the Priore group and the French government.

Verbal agreements with both the Priore group and with the French government were obtained. The machines were to be built, assembled, and tested in Bordeaux. Then they were to be dismantled and shipped to the purchasers—large medical research and development laboratories where they would be reassembled on site.

A group of wealthy backers was going to provide the necessary millions to fund the effort. Final contracts were being drawn.

Mysteriously, all funding for the project was suddenly withdrawn. Our backers were “leaned on” very hard and strongly threatened. Nothing we could do could revive the project.

Priore never again recovered his funding, and later died. The machine fell into disarray and was disassembled.

However, the proof that the requisite time-reversed signal can be produced, and will ride down a magnetic field, to penetrate every cell and every atomic nucleus in the body, is already in the present hard-core physics literature, if one knows where to look and how to properly interpret the work.

The fact that such signals can reverse nearly every major cellular illness condition of the body also has been proven by Priore and the scientists who worked with him, and it is in the French scientific literature.

The Priore-type cure for AIDS and other diseases only requires the necessary funding and personnel to be redeveloped and reestablished.

Big Pharma will always try to keep cures like this from the public. Why, because cancer is big business. Sad but true.

Pentagon’s Arms-Research Chief Eyes Space-Based Directed Energy Weapons

The Pentagon’s arms-research chief, Michael Griffin, is eying advancement in space-based directed energy weapons, Defense One reported.

“Directed energy is more than just big lasers,” Griffin said. “That’s important. High-powered microwave approaches can affect an electronics kill. The same with the neutral particle beam systems we explored briefly in the 1990s” for use in space-based anti-missile systems. Such weapons can be “useful in a variety of environments” and have the “advantage of being non-attributable,” meaning that it can be hard to pin an attack with a particle weapon on any particular culprit since it leaves no evidence behind of who or even what did the damage.

According to the report, the concept has existed since the early 1980s under what are known as neutral-particle beams. NPBs travel near the speed of light and penetrate a target and are designed as a missile defense system.

Over the years, the military has explored the application process of using NPBs to take out ICBMs (intercontinental ballistic missiles.)

The Pentagon first tested a concept in the late 1980s, according to a 1990s write up that military scientists sent to lawmakers; the agency explored the possibility of a space-based weapon that could “kill missiles and reentry vehicles in the boost, post-boost, and mid-course portion of an ICBM trajectory as well as discriminated objects during the midcourse phase.”

Last September, U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis hinted at using a kinetic weapon on Tuesday while discussing tensions with North Korea when he made a Freudian slip, Activist Post reported.

Mattis was asked whether there was “any military option the US can take with North Korea that would not put Seoul at grave risk;” Mattis responded, “Yes, there are, but I will not go into details.”

Later during the press conference, another reporter questioned Mattis and caught him off-guard:

“Just to clarify, you said that there were possible military options that would not create a grave risk to Seoul,” a reporter asked. “Are we talking kinetic options as well?”

“Yes, I don’t want to go into that,” Mattis responded.

There is also the statement, made in January of last year by Trump’s Air Force chief of staff, David Goldfein, who revealed to USA TODAY that the U.S. President could use “space weapons against ISIS.”

“If we want to be more agile than the reality is we are going to have to push decision authority down to some lower levels in certain areas the big question that we’ve got to wrestle with … is the authorities to operate in cyber and space,” he told USA TODAY.

However, the U.S. also has other kinetic weapons in its arsenal — one of the weapons systems is the “Rods from God.”

What is the Rods from God? The “Rods from God” is a part of the directed energy weapon family; it’s a kinetic energy weapon.

The rods are directed munitions; the higher you are (the greater your distance from the planet), the greater the kinetic energy you have.

In 2004, published in Popular Science, Eric Adams writes:

A pair of satellites orbiting several hundred miles above the Earth would serve as a weapons system. One functions as the targeting and communications platform while the other carries numerous tungsten rods–up to 20 feet in length and a foot in diameter–that it can drop on targets with less than 15 minutes’ notice. When instructed from the ground, the targeting satellite commands its partner to drop one of its darts. The guided rods enter the atmosphere, protected by a thermal coating, traveling at 36,000 feet per second–comparable to the speed of a meteor. The result: complete devastation of the target, even if it’s buried deep underground. The two-platform configuration permits the weapon to be “reloaded” by just launching a new set of rods, rather than replacing the entire system.

Although the report states that the concept of developing NPBs only started in the 1980s, the overall concept of using kinetic energy weapons has been around since the 1950s when the RAND Corporation proposed placing rods on tips of ICBMs.

Of course, though, the Pentagon won’t say how far along the research is, or even confirm that any efforts exist, citing those details as classified. However, everyone knows about the infamous “Star Wars” Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) – Ronald Reagan’s plans for a missile defense system a project to set up satellites with lasers that could destroy any ballistic missiles which threatened the U.S.

So the idea of kinetic energy weapons system has been in the pipework for a long time.

If we look a little closer into the current millennium, there is also the fact that the “U.S. Air Force Transformation Flight Plan,” published by the Air Force in November 2003, references “hypervelocity rod bundles” in its outline of future space-based weapons; and, in 2002, another report from RAND, “Space Weapons, Earth Wars,” talks about the effectiveness of such a weapon.

A space weapons agreement was proposed by Rep Dennis Kucinich called the “Space Preservation Treaty” in 2005 which states that countries won’t seek to weaponize space. However, that bill never made it past the introduction stage. Another House of Representatives bill known as the H.R.2977 “Space Preservation Act” was proposed in 2001 to ban the use of “exotic weapons” listing the following:

(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as —  (i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons; (ii) chemtrails; (iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems; (iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons; (v) laser weapons systems; (vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and (vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.

Trump himself has hinted at disclosing this technology renewing the National Space Council by signing an executive order on June 30th in order to steer the future of American space policy and more recently stating “we need a space force.” This comes after last year’s proposal that stated for America and Russia to build a Moon base together.

In June, Congress voted under the defense authorization 2018 bill on forming a “new” sixth branch of the military called “Space Corps” which would take over Air Force Space Command Operations and likely Naval Space Operations.

The National Space Council was last active in the early 1990s during President George H.W. Bush’s administration, which ironically years later his son George W. Bush also called for space-based weapons.

In 1989,
The New York Times reported that the Air Force had shut down another planned manned space program which sought a staff of 32 astronauts and a space shuttle launching facility in Colorado. It’s important to note that modern space shuttles only carry eight passengers maximum, so 32 would be an accomplishment indeed. The space facility and project cost an estimated minimum of $5 billion dollars, so why would they shut it down?’

A WikiLeaks email entitled “Impeach These Criminals Please – with 100 Attached Torture Case Summaries,” also curiously mentions direct energy weapons from the global intelligence Stratfor files.

The email exchange was between several individuals within Stratfor in late 2007, including Aaric Eisenstein, the VP of Publishing at the time, and included an attached document of ‘torture case summaries,’ which is 152 pages in length.

The email is purported to be from an Australian man named John Finch, claiming to be one of the government’s many “Targeted Individuals,” subject to intense unbearable mental torture, mind control and 24/7 surveillance according to his own account.

In that document, it lists each victim’s name, their country of origin, the year torture began, and their own personal strife with the weapons.

Clients of Stratfor included Lockheed Martin, Dow Chemical, the Marines and the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency.

Other WikiLeaks documents – this time from Hacking Team, the mysterious Italian surveillance malware vendor – also show references to nonlethal directed energy weapons.

Then there is this document on the bioeffects of nonlethal weapons.

The main thing to take away from all this information is, as Seattle-pi wrote in a 2015 article, “Weapons in space put the world at risk,” especially if they are run unsanctioned unbeknownst to Congress and even the President of the United States by Military Industrial Complex Aerospace corporations. The second thing to take away is that there is a tremendous amount of history where the U.S. has been working on these weapons, and many likely already exist at least in compartmentalized circles.

Space-based weapons are quite literally a threat to National Security and American sovereignty – space is the final frontier as Neil Armstrong said. Although, I don’t think Armstrong meant to end life as we know it and expand war into space bringing about our own demise.
