A mere coincidence the synchronism between these exercises and US-Israel drills?

Largest Nuclear Drills In Russian History Completed: What Are They Preparing For? Is This Related To FEMA’s HR6566?

Before It’s News – by Live Free or Die The two linked stories below prove that our friends (enemies?) Russia has just completed their largest nuclear drills in modern history with Vladimir Putin himself leading these drills. What are they preparing for? Does this have anything to do with Russia putting nuclear missiles in Cuba again recently? How does this new development tie into our own Congress’s recent Bill HR6566 whichorders FEMA to prepare for mass deaths in America?

Large-scale exercises of the Strategic Nuclear Forces under the command of President Vladimir Putin have completed in Russia, the president’s press-secretary Dmitri Peskov reports.

He says that these were the first nuclear force exercises on such a large scale in Russia’s modern history.

The command drill of the nuke forces, the largest in its recent history, also included combat training launches of strategic and cruise missiles, Dmitry Peskov added.

All components of the nuclear forces, including the long-range air forces, the sea and the ground forces, participated in the drill.

As part of the drill, Russian Strategic and Space Forces on Friday tested an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) Topol, the Defense Ministry confirmed.

Russia slams US for secret prisons on foreign lands

Russia has launched a broadside on the United States for running secret jails in a variety of countries across the globe.

In a document revealed by RIA Novosti on Friday, the Russian Foreign Ministry noted that the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is running prisons in Poland, Iraq, Afghanistan, Morocco, Thailand, Lithuania and Romania.

The report, which the ministry has submitted to the lower house of Russian State Duma for deliberations, denounced the US for its dismal human rights record, citing molestation of children, invasion of privacy, brutality of police and restrictions on the freedom of expression.

The report noted that “hundreds of thousands of children” are maltreated in the US every year, leading to 1,600 deaths in 2010 alone.

“About one police officer in 100 has been involved in criminal abuses, including sexual harassment, indecent behavior or rape,” it said.

“The US remains the country with the largest prison population in the world - 2.2 million,” the report underlined.

The Russian report also heaped scorn on a US legislation authorizing “special services” to keep a tab on all private electronic messages without any judicial order. “Between 2004 and 2007 the number of electronic messages monitored by US special services rose by 3,000 percent.”

Former US president George Bush, together with a number of other high-ranking US officials, approved the establishment of secret prisons in foreign lands, as early as 2002, by its key spy agency in efforts to carry out harsh interrogation techniques, such as waterboarding, to extract information from what they introduced as ‘terror suspects’.

The establishment of such interrogation facilities in foreign, allied nations by the US administration was to avert accountability in the American legal system, since torture is specifically banned by the US Constitution.

True Horror: Doctors Paid to Inject Experimental ‘Bone Cement’ in Routine Surgeries, Killing Patients

Lisa Garber

In May 2004, a Food and Drug Administration investigator triggered a years-long inquiry and trial of Synthes, a multinational medical device manufacturer, uncovering multiple cases of what amounted to human experiments that left five unwitting patients dead. The four business-people found responsible served between five and nine paltry months in prison.

The families of the dead were only recently informed that their loved ones had perished on the tables of surgeons using an experimental bone cement. They sued Synthes’ elusive yet “forceful,” “hands-on,” “800-pound gorilla” CEO, Hansjörg Wyss, to no avail.

Clinical Trials Shirked

Between 2002 and 2004, Synthes—based in Switzerland and West Chester, Pennsylvania—tested a revolutionary product they called Norian XR, a cement which turns into bone when injected into the skeleton. The promising product was more effective than acrylic alternatives, but the FDA demanded clinical trials. Wyss and his executives, whom he hand-picked and groomed for company success, knew this would cost time and money.

As it turns out, the FDA’s concerns were well-founded. In the spring of 2002, University of Washington orthopedic surgeon Dr. Jens Chapmen sent an email with the results of an animal study. When Chapman injected Norian XR into a pig’s bloodstream, “the entire pulmonary artery system had clotted off…We were expecting to kill the pig…but not suddenly and with a relatively small dose.”

The following month, executives Michael Huggins and Tom Higgins met with Wyss. This was neither the first nor the last meeting in which all parties would agree to proceed with illegal testing of a high-risk device on uninformed patients. Market potential was “considerable” enough to incite “excitement about using Norian for vertebroplasties.”

Truth Be Told

Catherine J. Frompovich, Contributor

There’s an old adage or admonition that contends, “Figures don’t lie, but liars figure.” What does that mean either metaphorically speaking or as perceived words of wisdom? As we consider how to relate with those words of warning either as a measuring stick or a code of ethics, we ought to look no further than the medical sciences, pharmacology, and vaccinology, in particular.

Sadly, the prevailing concept in the minds of government healthcare agencies is that the medical genre is infallible in its self-generated science, research, statistics, demographics, and advertisements. The flip side of that almost century-old dogma is that such a myopic scientific credo apparently is leading to or creating a Malthusian-like health crisis. In other words, a tipping point or crisis that devastates not only human health globally, but also the very industries that are paving the road to hell with health mandates and ever-present fraudulent science, which federal health agencies cannot rein in, but should.

Here’s an excellent example: 21 medical studies claiming benefits of Vioxx and Celebrex were fabricated by former chief of acute pain, Dr. Scott S. Rueben, at the Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. Ironically, the studies were published in medical journals between 1996 and 2008. Other pain drugs involved included Bextra and Lyrica.

The New York Times Business section online October 17, 2008 stated, “Pfizer to Settle Claims Over Bextra and Celebrex.” [1] Pfizer paid $894 million to settle claims regarding Bextra, which was withdrawn from the market, as well as Celebrex, which still is available.

Even cancer research is not exempt from fraud. Ten years of promising studies at the prestigious Mayo Clinic were abandoned due to fraud. [2] So why all the fraud? Perhaps the answer lies in what Richard Horton, The Lancet editor, had to say, “A single paper in Lancet and you get your chair and you get your money. It’s your passport to success.”

Jordan Foils 'Major Terrorist Plot'

Eleven men have been arrested by Jordanian intelligence services which accuses them of planning a "major terrorist plot," attacking shopping centers, residential buildings and foreigners, including diplomats.

Jordan's state-run news agency, Petra, reported today that the plan was uncovered months ago during its early stages as the accused terrorists carried out surveillance on potential targets and armed themselves with explosives, guns and mortars.

The men were described as "terrorists associated with the ideology of Al Qaeda." Photos posted on the agency's website showed four of the men with the bushy beards often associated with Salafism, an ultra-conservative brand of Islam.

The plot, it was reported, was dubbed "9/11 (2)," and would start with an attack on diplomats in hotels. Then two shopping malls would be bombed, followed by other attacks using TNT and "new types of explosives to be used for the first time." Some of the weapons allegedly came from Syria and the accused were said to have consulted with al Qaeda explosives experts over the internet. Suicide bombers and car bombs would also be used.

The Jordanian authorities said the group was "under constant surveillance at every stage" and that they had started choosing members to carry out the attacks.

"Their objective was to create a highly destructive explosive that would cause the highest number of casualties and extensive physical damage," said the statement on the Petra web site.

Jordan has not seen the protests and violence that many of its neighbors have during the so-called Arab Spring, but discontent with the ruling monarchy is growing. Earlier this month, King Abdullah II dissolved parliament and new elections have been announced for January. Around 15,000 people, most supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood, called for reform on Oct. 5 in the biggest demonstrations the country has seen since the Arab Spring began.

Jordan has also taken more than 200,000 Syrian refugees, with that number expected to grow dramatically in the coming months as the violence in Syria continues unabated. A second refugee camp is due to open to cope with the influx.
