The number of Americans not participating in the workforce in March dipped again compared to the previous month but was still higher than it was a year ago, according to Labor Department data released Friday.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that 93,482,000 Americans were neither employed nor had made an effort to find employment in March.

March’s non-participation level continues a multi-month trend of decline after the number of people out of the workforce hit a record high of 94,610,000 in October — declining another 206,000 compared to February.

While the number of people out of the workforce declined in March, 292,000 more people were out of the work force compared to March 2015.

The labor force participation rate over the month of March remained relatively unchanged at 63 percent (compared to 62.9 percent in February), higher than it was a year ago.

Additionally, the civilian labor force grew to 158,286,000, an increase of 396,000 over the month of February, 151,320,000 of whom were employed. Another 7,966,000 were unemployed.

Overall the economy added 215,000 jobs in March and the unemployment rate was 5.0 percent, practically unchanged from February’s unemployment rate of 4.9 percent.

Isil plotting to use drones for nuclear attack on West

Isil terrorists are planning to use drones to spray nuclear material over Western cities in a horrific “dirty bomb” attack, David Cameron has warned.

World leaders are concerned that jihadists want to buy basic drones that are widely available online to transport radioactive material into the heart of major cities in a strike that could kill thousands.

The Prime Minister warned that the dangers of Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isil) getting hold of nuclear material was “only too real”.

Mr Cameron on Friday met world leaders, including the presidents of America, France and China, to plan how they would react to such an attack.

Footage has reportedly emerged showing Isil using drones and the threat was deemed so serious that – in a highly unusual move – world leaders were asked to take part in war games to plan how they would respond.

One scenario, mapped out by US officials and presented at the special Nuclear Security Summit session in Washington DC, spelt out the danger in remarkable detail.

It imagined radioactive material had been taken from a medical facility by “insiders” and sold to extremists through the internet’s secretive “dark web”.

Mr Cameron outlined how ministers would urgently hold a Cobra meeting and deploy counter-terrorism police and the UK Border Force. A British official said: “We have already seen Daesh [another name for Isil] trying to look at whether they can they get their hands on low-level crop-using-type drones.”

Isil is believed to have seized around 90 pounds of low grade uranium from Mosul University in Iraq after taking over the city in 2014, though its limited toxicity means its use would likely cause panic than serious harm.

In Europe, fears have also been raised by apparent attempts to infiltrate nuclear facilities. Mr Cameron told journalists in Washington DC that concerns over a radioactive attack were real.

“So many summits are about dealing with things that have already gone wrong,” he said. “This is a summit about something we are trying to prevent.

"The issue of nuclear security and the security of nuclear materials, particularly when it comes to the problems of international terrorism, the concept of terrorists and nuclear materials coming together – which is obviously a very chilling prospect. And something in the light of the Belgian attacks, we know is a threat that is only too real.

“That’s the point of being here and that action Britain has taken with America, very much giving a lead on nuclear security, and the security of nuclear sites, transport and materials.”

During the nuclear summit it emerged that US commandos have been trained to seize and disable radioactive bombs.

Mr Cameron announced during his visit that Britain would hire 1,000 more armed police and deploy counter-terrorism units in cities outside London to help counter any future attack.

Michael Fallon, the Defence Secretary, also announced yesterday that over £40 million will be spent on a new Cyber Security Operations Centre.

The facility will be dedicated to using “state-of-the-art defensive cyber capabilities” to protect Britain from “malicious actors”, according to government officials.

Mr Fallon said: “Britain is a world leader in cyber security but with growing threats this new Operations Centre will ensure that our Armed Forces continue to operate securely.”

The FBI’s Interview of Hillary Clinton Will Save Obama’s Legacy and Nominate Bernie Sanders

Bernie Sandersby H. A. Goodman
Columnist published in The Cleveland Plain Dealer, The Baltimore Sun, The Hill, Salon, The Jerusalem Post www.hagoodman.com

The FBI will interview Hillary Clinton very soon according to a Mediaitearticle titled AJAM’s David Shuster Exclusive: Hillary Clinton to be Interviewed by FBI Director Comey in Coming Days:

Per Shuster:

While Hillary Clinton fights for the Democratic presidential nomination, law enforcement officials tell Al Jazeera America the Federal Investigation into her personal email system while she was Secretary of State has reached a critical stage.

The FBI, led by Director James Comey, has now finished examining Clinton’s private emails and home server. And the sources add that Comey’s FBI team has been joined by the Justice Department prosecutors. Together, they are now examining the evidence, analyzing relevant laws, and attempting to arrange interviews with key figures in the investigation.

Those interviews, according to attorneys, will include former State Department aides Philippe Reines, Former Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, and Clinton herself.

Soon after those interviews — in the next few days and weeks — officials expect Director Comey to make his recommendation to Attorney General Loretta Lynch about potential criminal charges.

Thus, the closing chapter in a year-long FBI probe could likely end in the FBI’s “recommendation to Attorney General Loretta Lynch about potential criminal charges.” With Bryan Pagliano’s immunity deal and interviews of Clinton and her associates scheduled at theend of the investigation, criminal indictments seem imminent.

Get ready for a Bernie Sanders nomination and presidency, since Sanders beats Trump by a wider margin than Clinton. I explain in the following appearance on CNN International that Clinton faces FBI indictment, and in another CNN International appearance that Bernie Sanders is the best hope against Donald Trump.

For Democrats to search anywhere else other than Bernie Sanders, if Clinton eventually faces criminal indictment, would be yet another criminal act by the establishment.

Also, remember that President Obama benefits just as much from potential FBI and DOJ indictments. During debates with Sanders, Clinton boasted that “Obama picked me” as his Secretary of State; a sign that the president trusted her judgement and decision-making. Their political ties and stature within the Democratic Party make them joined at the hip, especially in terms of how future historians will write about this era in American politics.

While Clinton has campaigned upon the belief that she’d further Obama’s legacy, the reality is that Clinton must face legal repercussions for the White House to evade being linked to her email fiasco. Politically, it’s the best outcome for the White House and would prevent Obama’s legacy from being associated with Hillary Clinton’s quest for “convenience.”

Most importantly, any breach of conduct found by the FBI, if this breach leads to an indictment, would absolve President Obama and his staff from any direct connection with Clinton’s reckless email practices.

Without a clear resolution to this FBI investigation, President Obama’s legacy might eventually be linked to the future political and national security repercussions (stolen intelligence hacked by foreign nations, etc.) of Clinton’s private server. As of now, the Affordable Care Act and other achievements have been the hallmarks of his years in the Oval Office, but the longer this controversy persists (without a clear delineation between Obama and Clinton), the greater the likelihood that someone in the president’s administration will be lured into the political storm.

If any of the 22 Top Secret emails on Clinton’s private server were sent to the Oval Office, then the president, or a member of his inner circle, could quickly become part of the FBI’s investigation. Furthermore, if any of the more than 1,200 classified emails on Clinton’s server were sent to President Obama, or officials within his administration, then this story would continue to cause headlines.

In January, The Huffington Post stated “The Obama administration confirmed for the first time Friday that Hillary Clinton’s home server contained closely guarded government secrets, censoring 22 emails that contained material requiring one of the highest levels of classification.”

As of now, the president has evaded any direct connection to the controversy. However, POLITICO wrote in October that “President Barack Obama found himself drawn into Hillary Clinton’s email controversy Friday as the White House acknowledged the State Department is withholding a set of messages Obama and Clinton exchanged during her four years as secretary of state.”

The president could easily find himself “drawn into Hillary Clinton’s email controversy” once again, especially because the nature of the scandal revolves around classified data on an unguarded private server. This dilemma is highlighted in an AP article titled Emails: Russia-linked hackers tried to access Clinton server:

WASHINGTON (AP) — Russia-linked hackers tried at least five times to pry into Hillary Rodham Clinton’s private email account while she was secretary of state, emails released Wednesday show.

Is there any way that these hackers would have stopped at only five attempts? Furthermore, Clinton’s server faced hacking attempts from China, Germany, and other nations.

Since former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates already thinks Iran, China, or Russia have possession of Clinton’s emails, then Obama’s legacy on foreign policy could already have a well-publicized blemish.

If, for example, any of today’s threats or national security hurdles is linked in any way to Clinton’s security breach (let’s say one of 22 the Top Secret emails being withheld by the State Department pertained to Putin and Syria), then Obama’s administration is the next in line to take the blame.

Again, if Clinton did nothing wrong storing Top Secret emails on her private server, then the American public should be able to view these emails. We are not able to see any of this intelligence, especially since CNN states State Department will not release 22 ‘top secret’ Clinton emails.

It’s not a stretch of the imagination to say that Clinton broke at least one law pertaining to the storing of classified information by a government official. There are already eight laws that could have been broken, and Americans still don’t know the extent of the FBI’s investigation.

If the FBI fails to indict Hillary Clinton, then the public, as well as the intelligence community, will start pointing fingers.

When NPR publishes a headline titled 22 Hillary Clinton Emails Dubbed Top Secret, it’s difficult to claim negligence, or over-classification.

NPR also writes that “She did, however, sign paperwork at the State Department that said she understood that information could be classified even if it weren’t marked that way.” Therefore, there’s no way Clinton can circumvent responsibility, legally, from at least acknowledging that Top Secret intelligence should never have been anywhere other than government servers.

Richard Nixon’s Watergate gave us a glimpse into the mind of a politician obsessed with secrecy, power, and political containment. On the subject of political containment, and its morality, Nixon once made the following statement:

[David Frost:]
Well, a corrupt endeavor is enough.

[Richard Nixon:]
All right, a conduct endeavor, corrupt intent, but it must be corrupt and that gets to the point of motive. One must have a corrupt motive. Now I did not have a corrupt motive.

[David Frost:]
You…you were…

[Richard Nixon:]
My motive was pure political containment, and political containment is not a corrupt motive.

We saw with Watergate that containment leads to cover-ups, and cover-ups implicate presidents. In politics, political containment can be linked not only to one person, but to many people. This fact alone highlights why a Clinton indictment would benefit the Obama administration.

Bring home Edward Snowden and free Chelsea Manning tomorrow, if Hillary Clinton can set up a private server as Secretary of State, without any oversight from government officials, and without any assurance that her security apparatus was better than the United States government server.

The most damaging aspect of Clinton’s email server is the fact most Americans believe that if they were in Clinton’s shoes, they’d already be in jail. There’s a widespread viewpoint that Hillary Clinton is above the law, and this mentality has spread to Democrats as well as Republicans. I explain in this CNN New Dayappearance why Hillary Clinton’s actions epitomize white privilege.

Thus, in 2016, Bernie Sanders will have the Democratic nomination handed to him by the FBI, despite a DNC beholden to Hillary Clinton and her political allies. This DNC, as well as the Clinton campaign, views the FBI in a bizarre manner, and I explain their viewpoint in the following YouTube segment.

Vaxxed: A Historical Turning Point? – The Thinking Moms’ Revolution . . . How exciting!!!

The Thinking Moms’ Revolution

Tonight we witnessed yet another watershed moment in the history of our movement. At each twist in the wind, we are propelled and re-energized to share the truth with the world. It has been impossible in the last 18 months to get mainstream media or the government’s attention to an issue that is arguably one the most important of our time. In August of 2014, Dr.William Thompson of the CDC admitted that he and his colleagues had committed scientific fraud and covered up crucial evidence linking the MMR to autism 10 years prior. But that just changed tonight.

The movie Vaxxed was screened tonight amidst so much controversy and media bashing that it’s a wonder the play button was ever pressed. But thankfully the Angelika Film Center stood up for freedom of expression and ultimately the First Amendment.

Anyone who has been following the CDC whistleblower story from the beginning will be familiar with the premise of this film. We have covered it at TMR and have supported many other groups’ efforts to try and get media exposure for this story over the last 18 months to no avail. The reason for this is set out in the film. The facts are too difficult for anyone to dismiss, although we implore the public to call for them to be investigated thoroughly and completely.

1st passenger flight leaves Brussels since March 22 attacks

BRUSSELS (AP) -- It was an emotional send-off on Sunday for a Brussels Airlines plane heading to the Portuguese city of Faro — the first passenger flight to take off from Brussels Airport since suicide bombings on March 22 ripped through its check-in counters and killed 16 people.

Airport officials suggested the first flight out was a symbolic victory over those who sowed death and hate, but said it would be months until full service is back.

Security at the airport was tight with new check-in procedures for passengers in temporary structures.

Two other planes were leaving Sunday — Brussels Airlines flights to Athens and Turin, Italy. The three flights were a test run for a European aviation hub that used to handle 600 flights a day and plans to slowly climb back to normal capacity.

Arnaud Feist, the CEO of Brussels Airport Co., said at a Saturday news conference that the three flights were a "sign of hope" following "the darkest days in the history of aviation in Belgium."

On Sunday, he thanked employees for their courage, solidarity and the "impressive work carried out in so little time."

"We are more than an airport ... We are a family more bound together than ever," he said at a ceremony at the airport.

"It will take time to accept what happened and more time to get over the pain," Feist said as the flight for Faro took off. "But we will never forget."

Damage was extensive when double suicide bombs exploded near its crowded check-in counters 12 days ago, killing 16 and maiming people from around the world. Another bombing that day on a Brussels subway train killed 16 other people. Both attacks were claimed by the Islamic State group.

Feist said Belgium's biggest airport would gradually climb to 20 percent of capacity in the coming days, able to process 800 passengers an hour — maximum capacity for the temporary structures. He said Saturday that he hoped full service at the airport could be restored by the end of June or beginning of July, in time for the summer vacation season.

However, traffic may take time to return to its previous pace. Delta Airlines said on Saturday that it was suspending service between Atlanta and Brussels until March 2017.

"This is a very symbolic, also a very emotional moment for the airport community," airport president Marc Descheemaecker said at the ceremony. "We are turning a page, a page full of blood, but we have to rebuild this airport and we will do so."

New security measures at the airport aimed to minimize the chances of any repeat attacks.

Police on Sunday conducted spot checks of vehicles before they arrived. A large white tent was set up outside the terminal to screen travelers' IDs, travel documents and bags before they were allowed to enter a specially built area for check-in.

A drop-off parking area outside the terminal was closed down and authorities said there would be no rail or public transport access to the airport for the foreseeable future.

The bombers entered the check-in area with suitcases packed with explosives and nails, and the resulting blasts collapsed the airport's ceiling and shattered windows.

The attacks have prompted a wider discussion among aviation authorities in many countries over whether to impose routine security checks at the entry to airport terminals.
