World War 3? Nuclear Russia on inevitable war, Putin calls US late on terrorism

November 3, 20148:30 AM MST

World War Three has been predicted to happen for over a century. Conspiracy theorists have predicted a surprisingly detailed and shockingly accurate timeline of events. Are we finally entering the Third World War?

Is World War 3 truly something the US should be preparing for this 2014? Vladimir Putin, the leader of Russia, has been vocal this week in a new speech stating that the US is to blame for the chaos currently erupting across the world, and that global war is “inevitable” as a result. The Inquisitr also reports this Sunday, November 2, 2014, that Putin is saying it is not anuclear Russia that Americans should be fearing, but Islamic radicals — and that the US is late on waking up to international terrorism.

In a proclamation that some are calling a precursor to World War 3 and Vladimir Putin’s most direct statement ever toward the West, Russia is clearly ready to stop the alleged “games” with the US nation. While speaking publicly at the Valdai Conference earlier this week in Sochi, Putin touched upon a variety of matters, most of which argue that American imperialism is to blame for current strife.

“Russia will no longer play games with the United States and engage in back-room negotiations. Russia is prepared for serious agreements, but only if these agreements are conducive to collective security … Russia has no intention of building an empire of their own, but will not go fishing in the murky waters created by America’s ever-expanding “empire of chaos," said Putin.

Putin went on to say that although a nuclear Russia has no personal aims to establish a powerful empire, they will not allow themselves to be dominated by the US, either. Perhaps one of the harshest claims Putin makes is that he believes another global war — World War 3 — will be nearly “inevitable” in the future. The leader asserts that Russia will be ready if and when that momentous time comes.

“Russia does not wish for the chaos to spread, does not want war, and has no intention of starting one. However, today Russia sees the outbreak of global war as almost inevitable, is prepared for it, and is continuing to prepare for it. Russia does not war, nor does she fear it… But those who manage to drag Russia into this process, through disregard for her interests, will be taught the true meaning of pain."

As posted by Common Sense News this week, Vladimir Putin is beginning to lose some support in Russia, as some view the political figure as prompting a “war party” leading to a possible World War 3 among the people. Yet while some activists see Putin and the nuclear powers of Russia as a greater threat than the extremists within the Islamic state, the foreign leader obviously thinks otherwise. He states that the true threats are these radicals, and that the US is heavily at fault for taking steps following the Cold War that “threw the system into sharp and deep imbalance.”

“A unilateral diktat and imposing one’s own models produces the opposite result. Instead of settling conflicts it leads to their escalation, instead of sovereign and stable states we see the growing spread of chaos, and instead of democracy there is support for a very dubious public ranging from open neo-fascists to Islamic radicals.”

The Russian leader also called the US nation and its government out for not waking up to the issues of terrorism, particularly that of the Taliban and al Qaeda, until the day 9/11 devastated America. Vladimir Putin noted that it wasn’t until America was hit home did it finally take a stance against this looming threat. He finally alleged that these terrorist organizations have been indirectly “sponsored” by America, encouraging these radical movements to turn their weapons toward the Soviet Union instead.

“Only after horrific terrorist attacks were committed on US soil itself did the United States wake up to the common threat of terrorism. Let me remind you that we were the first country to support the American people back then, the first to react as friends and partners to the terrible tragedy of September 11. During my conversations with American and European leaders, I always spoke of the need to fight terrorism together, as a challenge on a global scale. We cannot resign ourselves to and accept this threat, cannot cut it into separate pieces using double standards.”

A final fear surrounding World War 3 and its prospect this week was Vladimir Putin nearly launching a “secret” attack against Denmark this summer 2014. The Epoch Times shares this week that a “nuclear” prepared Russia invaded Bornholm, a Danish island, several months ago while it was hosting an annual conference with numerous political officials and reporters.

According to the Danish Defense Intelligence Service, military jets from Russia were flying low and heading toward the Bornholm gathering when they suddenly turned around and presumably returned. The press release affirmed that few details about the near-attack were released, but nonetheless called the incident the biggest military exercise that Russia has conducted over Baltic territory in over 20 years. A risk assessment analysis has also determined that tensions between the US and Russia will continue to escalate in the coming years, bringing conflict — and a potential World War 3 — to a head.

“Over the next few years, the situation in eastern Ukraine will highly likely turn into a new frozen European conflict, and the Ukraine crisis will continue to strain relations between Russia and the West … Russia has demonstrated willingness to use military force to prevent non-NATO states in the post-Soviet space from forming close ties with the West ... Russia will not risk an open military confrontation with NATO, but there is a risk that the Soviet nation might initiate intimidating military pressure on especially the Baltic countries, for instance in connection with a major international crisis with the West.”

Do you believe World War 3 may be on the horizon, or are Vladimir Putin’s speeches and statements merely empty words? The Russian leader also sparked significant debate back in October after subtly threatening both Europe and the US with its military might, remarking that the country has nuclear powers — over 5,000 weapons — and the capabilities to use them effectually.

“We hope that our partners will realize the recklessness of attempts to blackmail Russia, and will remember the risks that a spat between major nuclear powers means for strategic stability,” concluded Putin in a statement to a Serbian media outlet.

Ottawa Shooting 100% Proven as Hoax! Fake Bullet Holes & Fake CPR!

“Learn the Secret to Eternal Life!”

Okay, I’m going to go ahead and call the Ottawa Shooting a totally staged event unless more evidence proving otherwise comes to light! When you prove part of a story is a hoax then that means they have lied and when you catch them in lies, you know the entire event is a hoax of some type. I don’t have all the answers but this whole thing stinks! Check this out. Here’s a funny edited video showing the ridiculous story that the mainstream news told about the event. Try to hold down the chuckles as they describe the shootout as something out of the Matrix! But focus on what a big deal they made about the 9 bullet holes in the wall! There’s only one problem! The bullet holes shown in the wall were already there! Here’s the Google Street view from April 2013!

https://www.google.ca/maps/@45.4253355,-75.7001496,3a,75y,69.73h,91.7t/data=!3m5!1e1!3m3!1sDM19X-jMbXbdKblfKFWm-w!2e0!3e5

Here’s a screen capture that clearly shows the bullet holes were there already! What a joke! So I guess the police must have been in on this little scam also since I’m sure the police are who told the fake news about the “bullet holes”. Oh and now guess what – they have changed their story because their little bullet holes was discovered by Internet researchers. This is what they say now!

From CBC Website:

This story has been edited from a previous version that stated there were nine bullet holes in the wall near the Parliamentary library, based on information from multiple sources.

In fact, upon further investigation, not all the marks were caused by the bullets. The exact number of bullets that hit the wall in the shooting is unclear. Also, the pistol used by the sergeant-at-arms is a semi-automatic, not an automatic as reported in an earlier version and in the TV piece attached.

Funny Edited Fake News Video Describing “Matrix Like” Shootout and showing the “Bullet Holes” that were there in 2013!

So a big part of the “story” that they went with has now been proving as a hoax and they are already changing the story now!

The Fake CPR Exposed! The chest is not moving!

Here’s something else I have found. Why does the soldier’s chest not move at all when they are doing the CPR? The soldier has white gloves on and he has his hands neatly on his chest. Now watch this video and you’ll see that somebody “appears” to be trying to do CPR but how can he do this when the guys hands are in the way! It looks to me like the guy is doing CPR on the concrete! They are not on his chest! What is going on! Also you see what appears to be “spotters” that are looking outward for people getting too close to the scene!

These two videos show me that the official fairy tale is falling apart just like the official fairy tale fell apart on Sandy Hook and 9/11! At this time I don’t believe any of this was real! Please share these videos!

Western ISIS supporter: Americans "need to be very wary"

A British preacher is accused of recruiting hundreds of Muslims for the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, known as ISIS.

Abu Rumaysah converted to Islam from Hinduism and wants to see the spread of strict Islamic Sharia law throughout the world. On Sunday night's "60 Minutes" Clarissa Ward interviewed Rumaysah.

"The foreign policy ... is to expand the borders of the Islamic state," he said. "So very soon, my dear brothers and sisters, we're going to see the Khilafah expand into Jordan, into Saudi Arabia, onto the shores of Europe. And one day Obama, he will witness his own country be run by the Sharia."

"So I do believe one day that America and Europe will one day be under the Sharia," Rumaysah continued. "And I think that is a blessing. However, I would also say that in the short-term, the Americans and the British, they need to be very wary."

While his views are shared by a small group of Muslims, they are a vocal minority whose plan to expand Sharia law can be a frightening prospect to many around the world.

"I understand that many people are unaware of the Sharia and the blessings it can bring," he said. "The Sharia is not there to subjugate non-Muslims, it's there to liberate them."

Rumaysah said he can't travel to Syria or Iraq to live in the ISIS-controlled caliphate because the British government monitors his travel.

But as Ward pointed out, many of the extremists are happy to stay in the U.K. and enjoy a comfortable and free life while they call to an end of democracy.

The 10 things you need to know from the new IPCC climate report

By
2 Nov 2014 5:29 PM

The latest IPCC report is out, and the news is not happy.

The chair of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, Rajendra Pachauri, called today’s report the “strongest, most robust and most comprehensive” to come out of the IPCC, which has been tracking climate change since 1988. It is “yet another wake-up call to the global community that we must act together swiftly and aggressively,” the White House said in a statement.

The report’s language is stronger than in years past: Warming is “unequivocal,” and the changes we’re seeing are pervasive, it states clearly. We must take action quickly to cut our dependence on fossil fuels, it warns. If we don’t, we’ll face “further warming and long-lasting changes in all components of the climate system, increasing the likelihood of severe, pervasive and irreversible impacts for people and ecosystems.”

As we explained last week, you may be experiencing déjà vu — that’s because there have been three IPCC reports released since September 2013. Today’s is the final installment in this cycle of reports; called the synthesis report, it’s intended to summarize and clarify the three that came before. All the parts together form the complete Fifth Assessment Report, or AR5, a comprehensive look at climate change of the sort that hasn’t been released since 2007.

Everyone involved hopes the research summarized within will guide political leaders and U.N. negotiators as they try, over the next year, to cut an emissions-reducing deal and save us all.

Though this report is breezy by IPCC standards, coming in at a mere 116 pages witha 40-page summary for policymakers, we boiled it down a bit more. Here, with some charts, are 10 key things to take away — many of them familiar from the IPCC installments that have come out over the past 13 months.

1. We humans really, truly are responsible for climate change, and ignoring that fact doesn’t make it less true. “Human influence on the climate system is clear, and recent anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases are the highest in history,” the report states. The atmospheric concentration of key greenhouse gases — carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide — is “unprecedented in at least the last 800,000 years,” the report warns, and our fossil-fuel driven economies and ever-increasing population are to blame.

IPCC

2. Climate change is already happening. Each of the past three decades has been warmer than the last, and warmer than any decade since we started keeping records. Sea levels are rising. Arctic ice cover is shrinking. Crop yields are changing — more often than not, getting smaller. It has been getting wetter, and storms and heat waves are getting more intense.

graphs: "Globally averaged combined land and ocean surface temperature anomaly" and "Globally averaged sea level change"
IPCC

3. … and it is going to get far worse: “Heat waves will occur more often and last longer … extreme precipitation events will become more intense and frequent in many regions. The ocean will continue to warm and acidify, and global mean sea level to rise,” the report states. If we stick to our current path, we could see 3.7 to 4.8 degrees Celsius of warming — or even more — by the end of the century.

These graphs show projected changes in sea-level rise and surface temperature given different emissions scenarios:

graph: "Global mean sea level rise"
IPCC
graph: "Global average surface temperature change"
IPCC

4. Much of recent warming has been in the ocean. About 90 percent of the energy that has gone into the climate system since 1971 went into the ocean. That means a warmer, expanding ocean, which fuels stronger storms. It also means rising sea levels and eroding coastlines.

5. The ocean is also becoming more acidic. By taking in so much of the carbon dioxide that humans have been spitting out since the industrial revolution, the ocean has become 26 percent more acidic and its pH level is falling. Scientists think this could have widespread and severe effects on marine life — increasingly, ocean acidification is being referred to as the “other CO2 problem.”

6. Climate change will hit developing nations particularly hard, but we are all vulnerable. Climate change will make food systems more volatile, exacerbate health problems, displace people, weaken countries’ infrastructures, and fuel conflict. It will touch every area of life. Economic growth will slow as temperatures warm, new poverty traps will be created, and we’ll find that poverty cannot be eliminated without first tackling climate change.

7. Plants and animals are even more vulnerable than we are. As climates shift, entire ecosystems will be forced to move, colliding with one another. Many plants and small animals won’t be able to move quickly enough to keep up, if global warming marches forward unabated, and will go extinct.

8. We must switch mostly to renewables by 2050, and phase out fossil fuels by 2100. To avoid the most damaging and potentially irreversible impacts of climate change (e.g., from the report: “substantial species extinction, global and regional food insecurity, consequential constraints on common human activities, and limited potential for adaptation”), we’ll need to make sure our greenhouse gas emissions are cut severely by the middle of this century. We should aim for “near zero emissions of CO2 and other long-lived GHGs by the end of the century.”

This graph shows how much our emissions could go up or down under different emissions scenarios:

graph: "GHG emission pathways 2000-2100: All AR5 scenarios"
IPCC

9. We already have the answers we need to tackle climate change. We have the necessary technologies available, and economic growth will not be strongly affected if we take action, the report argues. As the cliché goes, all it takes is the will to act. But we must act in unison, the report states: “Effective mitigation will not be achieved if individual agents advance their own interests independently. Cooperative responses, including international cooperation, are therefore required to effectively mitigate GHG emissions and address other climate change issues.”

10. This dire report is decidedly conservative. The effects of climate change could be much worse than what this report presents. As Chris Mooney explains, many scientific experts say the panel errs on the side of caution. He writes:

… a new study just out in the Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society… charge[s] that the IPCC is focused on avoiding what are called “type 1″ errors — claiming something is happening when it really is not (a “false positive”) — rather than on avoiding “type 2″ errors — not claiming something is happening when it really is (a “false negative”).

So the actual effects of climate change could be even more severe, and even stranger, than what the IPCC describes.

U.S. scientists say uncertainties loom about Ebola's transmission, other key facts

Reuters

By Sharon Begley

(Reuters) - Even as government officials express confidence that researchers know the key facts about Ebola, many questions crucial to preventing an outbreak in the United States remain unanswered, scientists told a workshop at the National Academy's Institute of Medicine in Washington on Monday.

Virtually all the unknowns have practical consequences, participants emphasized, making it foolish and perhaps dangerous to base policy on weak science.

For instance, virologists believe that Ebola is spread when people come in contact with the virus-laden bodily fluids of those who are already sick and then touch their eyes, nose or mouth, allowing the virus to pass through mucous membranes and enter the bloodstream.

But penetration through intact skin has not been definitively ruled out, said hemorrhagic-fever expert Thomas Ksiarek of the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), who co-led a session on Ebola's transmission routes.

"Does bleach or hand sanitizer," which people in West Africa are using to protect themselves from Ebola, "make the skin more susceptible" to being penetrated by the virus?, Peters wondered. "It's a question that has to be asked."

Another crucial question is whether the virus can be spread by people who do not show symptoms. For months public health officials in the United States and elsewhere have insisted it cannot.

But the possibility of such "subclinical transmission" remains very much open, said Dr. Andrew Pavia, chief of pediatric infectious diseases at the University of Utah.

Nor do experts know whether the infectious dose of virus depends on how it enters the body, Pavia said.

Also unknown is whether the time between exposure to Ebola and the appearance of symptoms depends on which bodily fluids someone contacted. If it does, then someone exposed through, say, saliva rather than blood might incubate the virus for longer than the 21 days officials have repeatedly said is the outer limit of the incubation period.

That was the longest incubation time during the 1976 Ebola outbreak, said Dr. C.J. Peters, a field virologist at UTMB. But "I would guess that 5 percent of people" can transmit the virus after incubating it for more than three weeks, said Peters, whose battle against the Ebola outbreak in a monkey colony in Virginia was recounted in Richard Preston's 1994 book "The Hot Zone."

Health officials emphasize the importance of taking the temperature of those exposed to Ebola, since people are not thought to be infectious until they run a fever of 100.4 F. (38 C). But at what temperature patients start shedding virus is not definitively known, said Dr. Michael Hodgson, chief medical officer of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

Environmental mysteries also remain. Scientists do not know whether foam, gas, or liquid decontaminants are most effective for cleaning surfaces that might harbor Ebola. Nor do they know whether it can survive in sewers where, said Paul Lemieux of the National Homeland Security Research Center at the Environmental Protection Agency, rats "might pick it up."
