Dear friends, a very special article by Steve Beckow here.

The Truth About the Obama Presidency Emerges

5646546We heard that the truth will come out. This so much sounds like the truth to me that we’ll leave it at the top of the blog until everyone has had a chance to read it.

Gordon ends with the comment that this group may well succeed. But, as you and I know, there’s not a chance in the world they will succeed.

To the many lightworkers who’ve unfortunately bought into this group’s undermining of President Obama by repeatedly distributing every lie that was ever concocted, my message is: please stop. To those who held the faith, thank you! Thanks to J.D.

The Obama “Un-Presidency”

Gordon Duff, New Eastern Outlook, April 30, 2014

http://journal-neo.org/2014/04/30/the-obama-un-presidency/

During the last months of the Bush administration, a Secret Shadow Government (SSG) was created to sabotage President Obama, politically, economically and, in particular, on issues of foreign policy. “Transition conferences” were held, procedures enacted, roadblocks created.

In every aspect of government, parallel command structures answerable to former officials and special interest groups were created.

In many departments such as those tasked with enforcing laws, regulating financial institutions or even commanding nuclear forces, new positions were created giving not only broad and unaccountable authority to minor officials but new regulations protect them from oversight or even detection.

In some cases, State Department officials overseeing intelligence and policy functions report, not to Secretary of State Kerry but to private “think tanks,” many tied to extremist elements of the opposition party.

“SSG” moles forge language on intercepts, distribute misleading analysis and photoshopped “evidence” and, most recently, have altered translated statements from the Russian government over the Ukraine to be full scale ultimatums where, in reality, such language has never been used.

In the worst cases, drug and human trafficking and even terrorism is involved. In one case, the Army psychiatrist, Dr. Hassan, responsible for the mass killings at the army’s Ft. Hood facility not only took part in a “transitional conference” at George Washington University but consorted with known terrorists while under the protection of powerful political friends in the Bush administration.

THE “UN-PRESIDENCY” OF BARACK OBAMA

If Obama administration policies make no sense, and to any moderately informed observer, that has to have come to mind, there is a reason. When Obama took office, the previous administration, the most corrupt and even “demonic” in history, had embedded its most venomous acolytes into key strategic positions. The most visible historic carryover from the Bush administration has been tied to the extensive privatization of intelligence functions necessary to maintain the flow of tons of heroin from Afghanistan and to maintain the “testy” relationships with the Mexican and Latin American drug cartels.

The rationale for “not letting go of power,” for failing to hand over the reins as it were is, ostensibly financial in nature. With control of events through the control of intelligence and, as with JSOC, or the Joint Special Operations Command, the quasi-political/privatized black ops group believed to still be commanded by Cheney and Rumsfeld though out of government, full military operational capabilities have survived where leaving public office should have brought that to an end.

Where the “carryover” has surfaced in an undeniable and most threatening fashion is with America’s nuclear forces. In 2007, nuclear weapons were illegally loaded onto a B 52 at Minot Air Force Base in South Dakota. The command of this nuclear base and its missile wings, perhaps the most powerful offensive force on earth, had fallen to a religious cult dedicated to bringing about a nuclear apocalypse.

In one of the rare successes of the Obama administration, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey, has in a series of lightning strikes removed the entire nuclear command of the US Air Force.

Similarly, General Dempsey has removed dozens of ranking military officers and Pentagon officials revealed to be answerable to the “SSG.”

THE “MOVES” AGAINST AMERICA

345345Obama inherited a government “infected” by the secret societies John F. Kennedy warned about only hours before his assassination. Using names of their own choosing, Illuminati, Federalists, Freemasons, Dominionists, Evangelical Zionists, Temple of Set, Neocon, a virtual army of “moles” were planted at every strategic juncture in America’s bureaucratic and judicial apparatus.

  1. Through control of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, over $3 trillion was created without authorization or underwriting through Treasury Notes and distributed into a network of European banks through Bank of America and Royal Bank of Scotland. In a single act, Timothy Geithner misappropriated more funds than anyone in world history.
  2. A 5/4 majority in the Supreme Court not only legally underwrote the overthrow of the American electoral system in 2000 with the “appointment” of George W. Bush but certified through its silence the suspension of habeas corpus (encompassing all guaranteed rights of individual due process) in 2005, authorized blanket wiretapping, torture, defendants’ rights and legalized “execution by drone” without due process. In recent years all electoral financing controls guaranteeing constitutional “equal protection” were overturned.
  1. Through the process known as “gerrymandering,” electoral districts were reapportioned to guarantee that over 200 million Americans would be denied congressional representation, eliminating entirely their real voting franchise.
  2. Through blocking Obama judicial nominees and control of all regional Department of Justice officials and the FBI, with few exceptions, unprecedented criminality has been able to flourish throughout America. On issues of 9/11 alone, dozens of prosecutions, investigations and civil actions that easily exceeded prima facie requirements were quashed. In a well-planned and coordinated multigenerational operation, including “talent-spotting” at the earliest educational levels, a virtual army of semi-robotic automatons were injected into the American legal system insuring decades of abuse and injustice.
  3. Through control of service academies, extremist groups tied to bizarre religious sects, many deeply rooted in satanic practices, key areas with in the military and intelligence communities fell under control of secret societies.

For those who really understand the “Washington dynamic,” the real disappointment has been Obama’s unwillingness to remove not just obstructionist bureaucrats that sabotage policies and keep billions in public funds flowing directly to Bush run organized crime but the even greater threats such as we have seen during recently weeks.

UKRAINE “CRASH”

By this time, one thing is clear. Whatever legacy the Obama presidency wished to have has been destroyed by the debacle in the Ukraine. The gaffs are mounting up, the most recent one today when the New York Times was forced to withdraw an article accusing Russia of sending special operations forces into the Eastern Ukraine.

They had snatched photos from internet social media, did some “doctoring” and were, within hours, caught fabricating another story. Similarly, the Anti-Defamation League, a New York based lobby group closely tied to the New York Times had, only a week before, been “busted” for orchestrating the anti-Semitic pamphlets passed out to Ukrainian Jews.

It goes further, more than phony news stories, down to training terrorists, planning attacks, murdering demonstrators.

NOODLEMAN

Vickie Noodleman, or as she is now known, Undersecretary of State Victoria “Nuland,” was never a particularly noteworthy or capable individual. Her primary skills were her willingness to marry archconservative fanatic John Kagan and then to accept a position working for Dick Cheney, the infamous “Darth Vader” of American politics.

Noodleman wasn’t always the jowly cow we see today. By Washington standards she was a “hot babe.” Her marriage to John Kagan, the intellectually shallow head of the anti-Putin cabal at the Brookings Institution, assured her a quick run through the “pecking order” at the State Department, even under the flawed oversight of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Clinton, were she paying attention, would have “strangled Noodleman at birth” as the proverbial saying goes, before damage could be done. It was Noodleman that supplied the “talking points” to Undersecretary of State Susan Rice during the Benghazi investigation, a political disaster for Clinton.

Little did the “half blind” Obama administration know that the Benghazi attack had been planned and underwritten in Washington, the Potomac Institute, PJ Media (a Mossad front group), the Heritage Foundation, the American Enterprise Institute and “carry-over” operational units “formerly” under command of “former” Vice President Cheney.

As with recent investigations that have traced the training of the Maidan Square snipers to secret CIA facilities in Poland, Benghazi was also a CIA operation. Few care to remember that Reverend Terry Jones, of Koran burning fame, in another life spent 12 years in Germany running Gladio operations.

Erased from history but brought back for this brief moment is a news story from that day:

“WASHINGTON, Sept 12 (Reuters) – General Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the U.S. military’s Joint Chiefs of Staff, spoke with Pastor Terry Jones by phone on Wednesday and asked him to withdraw his support for a film whose portrayal of the Prophet Mohammad has sparked violent protests – including one that ended with the death of America’s envoy to Libya.”

When backtracking the funding of the Jones film credited by General Dempsey for inciting what we now know to be the “cover and deception” operation leading to the Benghazi attack, the names Kagan and Nuland/Noodleman are seen repeatedly along with the front for the broadcast, PJ Media and a series of conservative think tanks.

Thus, Washington “Stink Tanks” as they are called, assisted by a YouTube Psyop media company and coordinated with corrupt elected officials murdered an American ambassador and used “SSG” insiders in the State Department to push blame onto the Obama administration.

This same method is being repeated in Syria, the Ukraine, with the Palestinian peace talks in addition to the sabotaged relationships with both Russia and China.

NO ONE WOULD BELIEVE IT

There is a clear agenda, one intended to “burn” Russia, China and the United States “to the ground.” Inside Washington and other capitols around the world, “SSG” moles, working in concert, are pushing the world to “August 1914.”

Why they may well succeed is simple. No one would believe it.

Exclusive: CIA Fires Its Terror-Fighters

The Daily Beast

Exclusive: CIA Fires Its Terror-Fighters

KABUL, Afghanistan—The CIA is dismantling its frontline Afghan counterterrorist forces in south and east Afghanistan leaving a security vacuum that U.S. commanders fear the Taliban and al-Qaeda will fill—and leaving the Pakistan border open to a possible deluge of fighters and weapons.

"The CIA has started to end the contracts of some of those militias who were working for them," said Aimal Faizi, spokesman for outgoing Afghan President Hamid Karzai, a longtime critic of the CIA's Afghan operatives. "Some of them were in very important locations, so we deployed our troops there."

READ MORE Ravenous Russia? Thirsty Crimea.

U.S. and Afghan military commanders tell The Daily Beast that Afghan forces are stretched too thin to replace many of those departing CIA paramilitaries. Thousands more CIA-trained operatives are about to get the boot ahead of what already promises to be a bloody summer fighting season. That could mean spectacular attacks against U.S. and Afghan targets just as the White House is weighing its long-term commitment to Afghanistan. And it could give the now-small al-Qaeda movement inside the country more freedom to grow and eventually hatch new plots more than a decade after the invasion meant to wipe out the perpetrators of the Sept. 11thattacks.

Senior U.S. officials said the slow dismantling of the CIA's forces has also alarmed U.S. lawmakers, who had assumed those forces would remain in the fight against al-Qaeda and the Taliban after U.S. troops withdrew.

READ MORE North Korea: ‘The U.S. Is a Living Hell’

But CIA officials told lawmakers this past week that with U.S. troops slowly closing bases across the country, the intelligence agency's footprint also has to shrink. The CIA doesn't want to face another high-risk situation like Benghazi, Libya, where militants attacked both the U.S. diplomatic outpost and the CIA base. The U.S. ambassador, one of his staff and two CIA employees were killed in that strike.

The Obama administration had wanted to leave up to 10,000 U.S. troops in the country after the December 2014 withdrawal deadline. But the current Afghan president has refused to sign a longterm security agreement, and the Afghan presidential election seems headed for a runoff, meaning it could be months before a new Afghan president takes charge.

So U.S. forces here are rapidly closing outposts, preparing to withdraw to six "enduring" bases that could remain if a security deal goes through before early fall. While the CIA is not affected by the security agreement, it relies on the U.S. military for protection and logistical support -- especially at its far-flung bases in south and east Afghanistan. Just months ago, the talk in administration circles was that these paramilitaries would be significantly expanded in the near future. Now, it appears, the opposite is taking place.

The CIA started recruiting and training these Afghan paramilitary groups only months after the intelligence agency first entered the country in 2001 ahead of invading U.S. troops, according to current and former U.S. and Afghan officials. They described the top-secret force in detail on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly. (The CIA declined to comment for this story.)

The elite Afghan teams have built a fearsome reputation for their U.S.-special-operations-like targeting of terrorist suspects, guided by a handful of CIA paramilitary officers on most missions.

The forces now facing the chopping block are 750 members of the Counterterrorist Pursuit Teams in the Kunar region -- home to the elusive Afghan al-Qaeda leader Farouq al-Qahtani al-Qatari -- and the entire 3,500-strong Khost Protection Force.

The Khost fighters have helped patrol the insurgent-heavy region along the border with Pakistan's infamous Waziristan province, an area so heavily populated by Taliban, the Haqqani Network, al-Qaeda and other militant networks that it's frequently targeted by CIA drone strikes.

The Khost and Kunar-based units "are instrumental in blocking the Haqqani/al-Qaeda mix that are responsible for spectacular attacks," said one senior U.S. military official. "It's not clear what will happen to either unit; there is no plan so far to absorb them."

READ MORE Obama, Merkel: Russia Must Pull Back

Khost province is also the site of one of the worst losses in CIA history, when an al-Qaeda double agent blew himself up at Forward Operating Base Chapman, killing seven CIA employees and injuring six more.

One of the first major CIA-trained units to be disbanded was the 900-man Counterterrorist Pursuit Team in the town of Shkin, in Paktika province next to Khost. A former senior Afghan intelligence official said the men were fired with no notice, given a severance payment, two rifles and told to leave. The soon-vacated site was then overrun by Taliban forces, who had to be driven out roughly a month later by the Afghan army.

Karzai's spokesman Faizi said the Afghan government had no advance notice of the firings, but later tried to recruit the Shkin forces into the ranks of Afghanistan's intelligence service, in hopes of keeping them from selling their skills to the Taliban or someone else.

"We tried to hire those militia for the same pay as the CIA," he said. "But only a 100 or so said yes."

READ MORE Ukraine Army Hits Rebels

In Kunar province, the Afghan army commander there is trying to keep history from repeating itself, by moving his troops to fill the key U.S. outpost and its nearby CIA base, before the Americans depart.

"I need to take that position, but I need more troops," Maj. Gen. Mohammad Zaman Waziri told The Daily Beast through an interpreter, during a visit to the Afghan National Army's 201st Corps headquarters in eastern Afghanistan.

Two U.S. officials said the CIA-trained paramilitaries at the Kunar base have been told of their imminent firing, and some have already reached out to the Taliban, possibly to reach a peace deal for when they no longer have Americans to pay or protect them.

White House to unveil dire climate warning in new report

Reuters

By Valerie Volcovici

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Obama administration will release an updated report on Tuesday showing how climate change touches every part of the country, as the administration seeks to convince the American public on the need for a crackdown on carbon pollution.

Some environmental and public health groups expect the U.S. National Climate Assessment to be a "game changer" in the administration's efforts to address climate change.

The extensive report will update a January 2013 draft, which detailed how consequences of climate change are hitting on several fronts, including health, infrastructure, water supply, agriculture and especially more frequent severe weather.

Since then, the report was reviewed by the National Academies of Sciences and attracted more than 4,000 public comments.

The advisory committee behind the report was established by the U.S. Department of Commerce to integrate federal research on environmental change and its implications for society. It made two earlier assessments, in 2000 and 2009.

Thirteen departments and agencies, from the Agriculture Department to NASA, are part of the committee, which also includes academics, businesses, non-profit organizations and others. More than 240 scientists contributed to the report.

"We expect it will paint a huge amount of practical, usable knowledge that state and local decision-makers can take advantage of as they plan on or for the impacts of climate change and work to make their communities more resilient," John Podesta, an adviser to President Barack Obama, said on Monday.

Podesta said the administration hopes that conveying the warnings contained in the report can help the administration implement the president's Climate Action Plan, which was unveiled in June 2013 and focuses on executive actions Obama can use to rein in polluters.

As part of that outreach Obama will speak with several local and nationally known meteorologists on Tuesday, including the NBC Today Show's Al Roker.

Among the key findings in the draft report expected to be reiterated are that the past decade was the country's warmest on record, and that some extreme weather events, such as prolonged droughts and heavier downpours, have increased.

Extreme weather events and other impacts of climate change also increase the risk of disease transmission and even mental health problems, the 2013 draft said.

Also expected to be featured is an ongoing sea-level rise, which increases the risk of erosion and storm surge damage and raises the stakes for the nearly 5 million Americans who live within four feet of the local high-tide level.

Vicki Arroyo, executive director of the Georgetown Climate Center of Georgetown University, said the climate assessment will focus on solutions not just dire warnings.

"You really can't just provide a report that paints this dark picture of all these impacts. You have to couple it with a message of what our government can do about it, what you can do about it and what our communities can do," she said.

The report is expected to be posted in the Federal Register at 8 a.m. ET Tuesday.

U.S.: Russian planes flew near California, Guam, in upped activity

Reuters

By David Brunnstrom

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The head of U.S. air forces in the Pacific said on Monday that Russia's intervention in Ukraine had been accompanied by a significant increase in Russian air activity in the Asia-Pacific region in a show of strength and to gather intelligence.

General Herbert "Hawk" Carlisle said the activity had included Russian flights to the coast of California, and around the U.S. Pacific island of Guam.

Carlisle said the number of long-range Russian patrols around the Japanese islands and Korea had increased "drastically." He said there had also been "a lot more ship activity as well."

Speaking at Washington's Center for Strategic and International Studies think tank, Carlisle showed a slide of a U.S. F-15 fighter jet intercepting a Russian "Bear" aircraft over Guam. He used the Cold War NATO name for Russia's Tupolov Tu-95 strategic bomber.

"Certainly what's going on in Ukraine and Crimea is a challenge for us and it's a challenge for us in Asia Pacific as well as Europe," Carlisle said.

He said there had been "a significant" increase in Russian activity in the Asia Pacific "and we relate a lot of that to what's going on in the Ukraine."

"They've come with their long-range aviation out to the coast of California, they've circumnavigated Guam," he said.

"That's to demonstrate their capability to do it, it's to gather intel," Carlisle said, adding that the surveillance had included observation of military exercises involving U.S. forces in South Korea and Japan.

"There are things that are concerning with respect to how they operate and how transparent they are with other nations in the vicinity," he said.

Carlisle did not give details of the incidents and the Defense Department and the U.S. Air Force and Navy in the Pacific did not immediately respond to a request for more information.

Mike Green, senior vice president for Asia at CSIS, said the frequency of incidents was up and described them as being "evocative of the Cold War".

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced in 2007 that Russia was resuming Soviet-era sorties by its strategic bomber aircraft near NATO airspace that were suspended in 1992 after the collapse of the Soviet Union.

Putin, who made the announcement during a joint military exercise with China, said the move was necessary to guarantee Russia's safety and that other nations had not followed Moscow's example in suspending such flights.

U.S. Alerts Asia to Russia’s Long-Range Bomber Patrols

The commander of U.S. air forces in the Pacific said Russia has “increased drastically” its long-range bomber patrols in northeast Asia as ties with America’s allies deteriorate over upheaval in Ukraine.

General Herbert Carlisle said an F-15 fighter jet had intercepted a Russian “Bear,” a designation for the Tupolev Tu-95 strategic bomber, that flew toward Guam, where the U.S. has military facilities, east of the Philippines. He said at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington that Russia also had boosted maritime activity.

“What Russia is doing in Ukraine and Crimea has a direct effect on what is happening in Asia-Pacific,” Carlisle said, according to a video of his remarks yesterday. “Some of the things we’ve seen is their long-range aviation, and the increase in that. They’ve come with their long-range aviation out to the coast of California. They circumnavigated Guam.”

The news of a step-up in Russian pressure in the region follows U.S. President Barack Obama’s visit last month to Japan and South Korea, allies that host American bases.

Since overcoming the biggest protests of his 14-year-rule to win a third term in 2012, Russian President Vladimir Putin has reasserted his power at home and abroad. Even at the risk of sanctions that could worsen what the International Monetary Fund has described as an economy in recession, Russians see his defiance of the West over Ukraine as a sign of strength, reinforcing his image as a leader who restored his country’s greatness from the post-Communism chaos of the 1990s.

Japan, Korea

“Ukraine and Crimea is a challenge for us, and it’s a challenge for us in the Asia-Pacific as well as Europe,” Carlisle said. “The number of long-range aviation patrols that have gone around the Japanese islands as well as around Korea have increased drastically.”

Russia’s ability to contribute to the development of the Asia-Pacific region has been “badly compromised” by its annexation of Crimea, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Daniel Russel said at a briefing today in Hong Kong.

“It is unacceptable for large countries to use force against small neighbors with impunity and we look to the international community, including countries in the Asia-Pacific region, to send a strong signal to Russia that it should reverse course and use peaceful means to address its border disputes,” Russel said.

Military Drills

Putin’s demonstrations of strength prompted Japan to scramble fighter jets for seven consecutive days in April in response to what the Asian nation’s defense chief described as “abnormal” Russian flights. Minister Itsunori Onodera said the patrols were more frequent than during the Cold War, Kyodo reported. Russia responded that the flights were in accordance with international law and urged Japan to return to talks with Russia on avoiding dangerous military activity.

Japan will stage an island defense drill around its southwestern region starting May 10, the Defense Ministry said. The announcement followed a Voice of Russia report that China and Russia would hold a joint drill in the East China Sea in late May.

Russia’s Foreign Ministry on April 29 also criticized Japan’s “clumsy” sanctions in response to events in Ukraine. It said in a statement that the penalties were imposed by the government in Tokyo under “external pressure,” while stopping short of specifying the U.S.

Carlisle said one of the challenges for the region was Russia’s lack of transparency on its military maneuvers. “What’s happening in Ukraine today is causing some significant concerns into Asia-Pacific,” he said.
