I recently tried hummus, too, at my sister's house when we visited in Wisconsin last summer. I thought it was a good snack. I am going to copy your recipe, too, as it sounds tasty. I am trying to find healthy snacks and hummus seems to fit the criteria.

My computer crashed a few months ago so I lost a lot of cookbooks and recipes that I had saved in my documents, sigh! I hate when that happens and you have to start over.
