Hi everyone, Sorry that I have not been in for awhile. I wish that I could say that things are better, but I can't. Many friends sent me links to check on or phone numbers to call. Every single one wished us the best but said that they could not help us at this time. I think back to the past when Shirley and I helped people that needed help without question, even to the point of basically given a car to someone that needed it more than we did. Now, when we are in need of help, it is not there. The organizations that have been the rudest have been the churches. We both have our medications for now. However, when we begin to run out I will be sure to get Shirley's but not mine. Each month gets worse and I am truly at the end of my rope. The only people that receive any kind of help in Indiana are people with children or illegal immigrants. Elderly couples are basically tossed aside. I have no more phone numbers to call and no more links to email. I am truthfully thinking of packing some things, wait for Shirley to fall asleep and slip out the door. Perhaps I can find some work down the road and send the money back to Shirley. She will be much better without me and will probably get a lot more help without me in the way. Our phone is still on, but the bill is rising as well. GOD BLESS YOU Thank you all for trying to help ~Mike~ http://www.countryvalues65.com
