my dear 15 year old kitty died Monday may 3rd. I'm still not dealing well.

I fell on the dock (owned by the people who manage this houseboat moorage) on March 30. MY DR. isn't sure why my R shoulder and arm is still so painful. could be a fracture, could be a torn rotator cuff, could be something else. the pain is chronic, on scale 1-10 it's a 7 and a bad 10 in the mornings.
As soon as my shoulder heals, i'm looking for a 9-5 job. UBIEE is great, I looooooove being an AVON LADY & JERKY DIRECT is fun but those "jobs" aren't paying the bills. being in a quiet house without my kittys is not fun. it would be better to be around by people.
I still love you guys here on Adland. The people who want me to join every single "program" they have going still make me mad. I prefer Adland the way it USED TO BE.
MY PRAYER LIST: the oil slick in the ocean gets fixed asap!!
people get back to work & unemployment gets better
politicians stop fighting. they are all so immature
my niece and nephews all get and keep jobs
NO MORE VOLCANOS OR EARTHQUAKES!!!

Hello Friends,
While at another community, us friends would gather in a particular 'room' like this ....as soon as we logged in we would make it a point to 'checkin' say 'Hi' to whoever would be present there ...exchange a few pleasantries and then go on to do business as usual...and after we were done we'd come back here n say a 'bye c u later alligator' sort of a thing and depart.
I loved being part of that & found this very refreshing as we would always find someone there sharing stuff of the day with us....some were not doing well physically, some were stressing about something, some had such a fantastic day they were all bubbly and efferversing happiness all around and so on.....!!!
Just a place to come in n be welcomed before one starts the usual.
I want that same to be shared here, so with that in mind I am beginning this thread with a hope that we can through friendship & sharing touch each others lives in that special way!
I invite all who would care to join :)
