	Linda, Hi there and Happy New Year to my Jerky Queen. LOL. I just opened a bag of the ORIGINAL JERKY and munched on 2 pieces. I'm glad it keeps well in the refrigerator. My husband Steve gave bags to his customers for Christmas presents and everyone loved the soft, flavorful jerky. 	I agree the jerky made awesome christmas presents ! We go thru a few bags a week with the boys diving thru the Buffalo or Turkey Jerky ! Happy New Years Pat !
