	Hi Ann Pacey, I have downloaded the book, 'Success in 10 Steps,' already, and have read it through. I truly appreciate the guys honesty, and the care he has for everyone to not get caught in the muck and get lost amongst all the lies. I think the idea of helping people, and putting them first, is something you can never go wrong in. It should always be the main focus of everything we do. Who doesn't respond to being cared about, being considered important, and being listened to? Of course that will always bring positive reactions.
