Hello,

I must say that I am honored to have been selected even though I can't imagine why. I have seriously been missing in action on all of the social sites and have loads of unopened mail in my inboxes. I have been logging in long enough to wish happy birthday to my friends on facebook and to update my Twitter status on occasion. It is remarkable how the friends and followers have been increasing in my absence. I guess it goes to show that people are paying attention.

Lately, my health remains a concern and I have spent some time in the hospital and more time in doctor's offices. A week ago it was confirmed that I also have diabetes. I guess I couldn't expect to escape my genetic heritage forever. I have been determined to continue to strive to build a dream. Since being diagnosed with diabetes I have been trying to put myself on a schedule for everything. It becomes even more important to maintain a life filled with dance, gardening and other forms of movement. It is really changing my life. I had recently decided to open my own Dance Studio and have been involved in making that a reality.

I would like to thank all of the people in Adland who have thought enough of me to give this honor. I feel humbled, inadequate and unprepared in so many ways. I feel refreshed and renewed. I accept the good with the bad while embracing the changes that must come.

my free sample yet but Jane said Phil had bad achy painful hands
and wrists from being online, keyboard stuff and it did him
a world of wonder!
