The world around us holds a great deal of beauty and amazement. We only need to open our eyes and look around to notice the miracles that are everywhere, and when we do, we’ll understand that heaven has always been here. Heaven exists right here, right now, waiting to be realized again.

With all of the pain and nastiness that exists here, our planet brims with full consciousness. The earth is able to take a great deal of damage and destruction and still provide an unflinchingly pure vibration for all of her creatures, so what stops us from anchoring and expressing the divine qualities despite our experience of the same pain?

The earth offers us the strength and support to keep moving in a harsh reality.

One of the most interesting things about our world is that both heavenly and hellish qualities are magnified here, but we have the ability to remain balanced in the midst of the chaos. What we give our attention to will continue to manifest for decades, perhaps centuries, down the line, and our little planet has been intensely dualistic for a long time.

Most seekers hear the word “duality” and think of the extreme negativity that exists here, but duality is an intensification of both qualities. Duality gives us the best of the best and the worst of the worst, and with the skills of discipline and balance, we can experience true heaven on this evolving planet.

Darkness is clearly a strong factor on the lower-dimensional earth, but I don’t think enough people realize that this planet also hosts beautiful and heavenly things that evolved civilizations on other planets could look down at and say, “Wow, they’re lucky”.

“The people of earth fight endless wars and live lives of hardship, but the very surface of their planet hosts cosmic anomalies that astound and amaze us.

Oh, if only they realized the beauty and harmony that exists right there with them. If they could but gaze upon the most astounding natural landscapes their planet has to offer and see them the way we do, all of their woes, however bitter and deeply rooted, would fade away, gently and peacefully.”

A lot of seekers turn within for a greater, more heavenly perception, because it’s important to cultivate a higher vibration from within. There’s certainly nothing wrong with endless inner searching, but at a certain point, the spiritual awareness we gain can make us aware of the beauty this planet has to offer.

We can feel and see some amazing things here on earth, and I think the entire world will be receptive to these things as consciousness continues to rise. The beauty this planet has to offer is unparalleled and, in my opinion, definitely worthy of our attention.

On any given day when the weather’s nice, you’re encouraged to get out, find some peaceful nature and sit in awe.

If you’re someone who takes little spiritual value or substance from nature, feel free to sit and meditate in this landscape. Meditation in nature is much more potent than meditation in one’s home, in my opinion, because nature offers solace from the restrictive density of society.

We receive a much greater flow of divine energy and insight out in nature, because the veil that inhibits a greater perception, which is partially enforced by society, diminishes. If we sit in nature and attune to the Formless, we’ll perceive it in a much freer way and our inner search will be given a boost.

Even beyond strengthening our meditations, the works of beautiful, natural art we’ll find when we retreat from western society will remind us that a lot of valuable things exist on this planet. It’s time to love and nurture our planet with the knowledge that it’s a heavenly place that we’re fortunate to exist on, because we certainly haven’t shown our appreciation so far.

We might not feel so fortunate to be here on our worst days, but we can persevere through hard times with strength, tenacity, and the knowledge that we’re reuniting with the heavenly parts of this place that’ve been forgotten.

Ancient secrets about this world have been hidden from the people, but luckily, we can regain this forgotten knowledge by turning within. We can regain the advanced understanding our ancestors cultivated, all the while loving, respecting, and appreciating the land around us. Planet earth is a work of art, nothing less.

This planet has been sculpted by brilliant higher-dimensional minds who left us truly incredible works of natural art to enjoy. The art of nature can be found in a lot of places, even in one’s own back yard, but we can only notice it if we start looking.

As the people continue to display our willingness to run society in a fair and just way, respect and appreciation for this planet and the nature it provides will lead us to start treating it like we’re intended to. Earth has much more to offer us than we yet realize, and little by little, we’re glimpsing its radiant beauty and feeling the higher vibration we’ve always been on.

Energies during this window of time are the best they have been in a while for clearing stuck emotions. It’s easy to become used to old feeling states that anchor you to lower-vibrational realities and tether you to old ways of being. If you don’t currently have a meditation practice, begin now. Sit for at least 15 to 30 minutes every day, releasing all thoughts and relaxing and stilling your mind. This sounds simple and it is. A daily meditation practice will transform your life. There are different ways to approach meditation. Some choose to sit in complete silence, while others prefer to meditate to relaxing music. Just before meditation, you can bring your focus to questions for which you are seeking answers; or you can choose to meditate on love or some other topic. There is no right or wrong way. Find a comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed for a period of time and begin. Allow whatever happens to be perfect for you within the moment. Once you become comfortable with daily meditation, you may find meditation a useful tool for connecting with another soul in consciousness or traveling in time to meet a past or future self. Daly journaling is another technique that will help you bring awareness to stuck emotions and clear them. When you journal, give yourself the freedom to write whatever flows into your mind. Just keep writing even if the voice of your inner critic tells you that what you are writing is worthless and you are wasting your time. Sooner or later, your conscious mind will become bored and stop paying attention. This is when rich material from the subconscious makes its way onto your page. It may take some time for you to get used to this form of writing but if you persist, you will find journaling is an excellent housecleaning tool to assist you in processing emotions and bringing awareness to the landscape of your mental and emotional bodies. Once you become comfortable with daily journaling, you can begin to incorporate automatic writing. One way to begin automatic writing is to write out questions on one side of your notebook and on the other side, allow answers to flow onto the page. Keep your pen moving; don’t lift it from the page. Automatic writing works best when you write faster than your mind can keep up with. In a sense, you “outrun” the mind with your pen, making it impossible for your mind to micromanage what ends up on the page. When you begin writing things you don’t consciously know, you have tapped into the deep well of your subconscious. Express Gratitude for your Most Difficult Teachers and the Lessons they bring Gratitude is another tool that will help you release the past. True healing involves holding gratitude for everyone and everything in your life. It’s understandable if you find there are some things from the past you are still holding energy around. Old resentments and regrets can linger in your energy field throughout your life, taking up energy and space that could be utilized by your present-moment passions and goals. Over time you may have lost touch with these old energies. This makes it hard to access and clear them. Meditation and journaling can help you gain access to them. Whatever comes up in your meditation or journaling practice, embrace it and express gratitude for the insight and healing it offers. It may be difficult to feel genuine gratitude for the people in your life who have helped you with your most difficult lessons. This is especially true of those you feel have deceived you, lied to you, used you, abandoned you or worse. Bless those who played a role in the most painful scenarios in your life for they have helped you become the wise and spiritually aware being that you are. Love Yourself by Practicing Radical Discernment and Setting Healthy Boundaries Forgiving and releasing the past does not mean we wish to repeat painful events. Once we receive the message of a situation, we can bless those who played a role and move on to create new realities based on our new understandings. If there is someone in your life who is treating you with un-love or disrespect, or harming you in any way, now is the time to release that connection with gratitude and love. This is one of the most painful lessons we face in human form – summoning the courage to release a close connection that does not honor the glorious being that you are. Always approach these situations with love and gratitude for what has been and embrace the lessons learned. Once you accept the lesson, you are able to move forward to new visions and new timelines where you’re loved, honored, and appreciated. If a person continues to try and remain in your life, you will need to practice radical discernment by setting and enforcing healthy boundaries and walking away from those who do not honor and respect your choices. Undertaking this “housecleaning” at all levels helps free your energy and opens a space for new, high-vibrational frequencies to flow into your life. With our ability to see what is taking place we can keep one step ahead of the Cabal and restrict the degree to which they can impose themselves upon you. For example in recent times many attempts have been made to start another world war. Each time we have blocked such attempts and will continue to do so. In fact we acted recently so as to stop the commencement of intended hostilities that would have led to another world war. Be assured that there is no way it would be allowed, and such commitment by us is a guarantee of eventual world peace. Over a long period of time covering many years, we have been able to make you feel secure because of the presence of our ships. Now there are few people that are unaware of us and view us as a threat to humankind. It has been our intention to gradually gain your confidence and trust for many, many years, and to overcome the image that has been projected to show us a threat to you. There is as a result so many of you who welcome the idea of contact with us and accept our assurance that we come in peace. Indeed, we come as your brothers and sisters who have been linked with you through the ages, by a common interest in bringing Mankind the truth. Hitherto the sources that you have trusted have manipulated it in their own interests, to keep you under their control. The saddest aspect is that you have been held back in your evolution and understanding of who you are. Now the circumstances are different as you are being lifted up by the incoming energies, that are continually increasing in vibration. You are absorbing more Light and have an increasing ability to discern the truth. However, it also means that the gulf between you and those who refuse to contemplate it is growing wider. There is no need to be concerned about them, as all souls will eventually arrive at the truth in the ever ongoing journey that all souls make. Indeed, you are now urged to follow your own path, so as to be fully prepared for the enlightenment that is coming. As ever, be discerning but also open to new information as the revelations to come will open your eyes to much that has deliberately withheld from you. The weather in many parts of the world is causing extremes to be experienced, and this is a prelude to more settled times. In the future, all people will experience more changes that will settle into a more moderate weather pattern without the extremes you are experiencing now. This all takes place because of the higher vibrations and eventually nothing will remain of the lower ones. There is much to look forward to and perhaps the most welcome aspect will be the cessation of war and warlike preparations. You will no doubt realise that a vast sum of money is invested in war, and the search for new and more terrifying weapons. Dear Ones do not worry, there will be a time coming when there will be an end to everything connected with wars. Defensive needs are another consideration and we have the Galactic Forces who will keep law and order. The times you are currently experiencing will begin to calm down, and you may have noticed that there is a new impetus for countries to seek peace. It is a struggle as the dark Ones try to hold onto their power, but it will be to no avail as the vibrations continue to lift up. You will find that there will be a new mood amongst those who are in the armed forces, as the futility of war is realised. Mankind is changing his outlook and peace is being sought after millennia of destruction and loss of life. Buildings can be re-built but the loss of a soul’s life has such repercussions on all of those connected with it. It has taken Man a long, long time to come to this realisation, and the future looks bright as peace on Earth becomes the new goal. Some ask why they are incarnate at such a time, feeling that they have no particular purpose. However, no soul is here without reason and, whatever it may mean to the individual, all have something to learn or contribute. You are Beings capable of immense love and have a capacity for Unconditional Love of all souls. Once you have reached such a stage, you are truly a higher soul who understands the Oneness of all life, and that You Are All One. I am SaLuSa from Sirius and pleased once again to be able to address you. You are now opening up to the Truth and capable of understanding it, and more importantly applying to your everyday experiences. For some these end times are hectic and very trying, but it is the final clearing of karma accumulated over many lives. This is a facet of love that is now coming into its own and is in its beginning stages of application. This quality requires inner power and drive to accomplish successfully. It requires focus and singleness of purpose as an individual practices creation of that which is desired to be experienced in their lives. As people on Earth continue to release fear and doubt within themselves, this quality within them will allow new and creative materializations to come into being. As each person desires to create an experience of a more abundant and prosperous existence, and takes time each day to visualize clearly what they want, the circumstances and synchronicities begin to occur in a way that will bring their hearts desire to them in seemingly miraculous ways. As more people begin to consciously experiment with their ability to manifest greater good in their everyday lives, this quality will be developed to a higher degree of mastery in its benevolent outcomes for each person and their loved ones, their neighbors and friends, and the collective of humanity. This quality is a skill in which each person can become accomplished. As a person consciously practices their powers of creation in a way that is of benefit to them in their daily lives, it becomes an innate and integral part of their repertoire of talents and abilities and it is one that can be used over and over again to bring all the good that they desire into their daily experience. As each person experiences success in using and practicing this skill and gains more confidence, the possibilities become endless in what can be successfully accomplished. People use this quality to create a better world for all upon this planet and a greater sense and understanding of unity between each other is the manifested outcome. As this quality of love is practiced with diligence and responsibility, the world moves into a higher vibratory quality which will enable humanity as a whole to become free of former limiting patterns that they found difficult to overcome. It becomes easier to walk one’s path upon the Earth in a more joyful, passionate and enthusiastic manner.
