As you have already noticed, the floodgates have been opened now, and a continuous stream of light is flooding into you all. This may manifest itself in so many ways, but first, it will as usually make itself heard in your physical body. Again we hear groans of frustration, so please trust us when we say that this is an unavoidable part of this whole process.

Remember, this is not in any way done in order to make you feel as uncomfortable as possible, even if that may seem to be the case in more ways than one. But now, these heightened energies will also bring with them other, less unpleasant side-effects, if we may use such a word, and we think you will all find that these intensified physical responses will start to taper off soon, and then, these other effects will start to become more noticeable.

This will be of little consolation to those still suffering in the throes of some rather intense physical eruptions of different kinds this time, especially since many of you have important days ahead, days you will be spending with your near ones, days that you will feel less inclined than usual to suffer from these physical setbacks. Well, we think that many of you will indeed feel a lessening of these symptoms during those festive days, and even if you will still have a hard time finding your balance again in the aftermath of this intensely charged weekend, we still think you will all find ample time to sit back in peace and quiet and savour this feeling of accomplishment.

For again we want to remind you all that you have accomplished so much these last few months, and as this can easily be lost under the blur of physical and mental convulsions that you have all suffered, it bears to be repeated again. For this year, you have all gone above and beyond the limits you held yourself strictly to just a few months back, and we know that this will become evident to you all if you manage to really go within and take stock of just who you are today.

For then, you will find a very new landscape, one that has slowly emerged during these last few months. And, as we have told you so many times already, this virgin territory is so vast, you have not even seen more than the first little segments of it yet. For you have started to unfold this huge, blank canvas within you, one that is untainted by the old and sad scratchings from the one you used to be. And now, you will be given all the colors you can think of in order to start to create the image you want to be.

For you have finished your own cleansing to such a degree, there is no need to hold back on creating the new you, and as such, we want you all to give yourself the biggest gift this Holiday season. For you certainly deserve it in all the ways that one can describe. For you have worked so hard to get to where you are today, standing on the threshold of not only a new year, but a brand new beginning.

So let us remind you that this is indeed the perfect time to do as we ask you to do, to sit down and take stock, and please, remember to be generous to yourself as you do this. Do not look for any failings you might consider to still be a part of your life. No, search for the victories, for they are indeed plentiful, and that goes for each and every one of you.

For you are no longer the same person you were when this year started. For in your wake, lies lifetimes of accumulated dross, dross that will no longer serve to hold you back in any way. So this time, we do urge you to take a look over your shoulder, the better to see all of the old baggage you have left behind on this stage of the journey. And then, we urge you to sit down and look ahead, at that wide open, inviting space beckoning you to come to it. And remember, this will not be merely a short visit.

No, this brand new space is yours for the remainder of your sojourn within this current physical manifestation. So make sure you do not miss out on any of the wonders that are yours for the taking during this time. They are up for grabs, ready and waiting for your arrival. So get into the Holiday spirit by giving yourself the gift of acknowledging all of the hard work you have accomplished, and most of all, acknowledging all of the changes in your very own persona you have accomplished too.

They are certainly no mean feat, and we do applaud you all for your valiant efforts. They have not been wasted in any way, and even if your physical body may feel like it is starting to lag more than a little bit behind in all of these whirlwinds of change, know that the only reason it feels like this, is that it is changing rapidly also, alongside those more mental aspects that you have worked so hard to release from your baggage this year.

So therefore, know that even if this year seems to have taken its toll on you all, this year has in fact made you all just that more resilient and strengthened, so out of this paradox emerges the new human, the human that has made null and void of so many of those old rules that used to govern you. Both the self-imposed limitations, but also those superimposed, external ones that have hampered you so much. So here you stand, free of so much that used to be an intrinsic part of you a mere 12 months back, but is no more.

So as you have become less of what you used to be, you have also become more of what you will be. But there is more to come, dear ones, and as you shall see as the new year dawns just a few short days away, you have many gifts waiting for you that will far surpass anything you might find under any Christmas tree this year. For even if the gifts you have already bestowed upon yourself this year are more than impressive, they are nothing compared to what you still have in store.

So again we say, take some time to congratulate yourself on a job very well done, and take some time to sit down in anticipation for what is yet to come. For this journey is by no means over yet, and the best is yet to come, as they say. And this time, no words could ring more true than these.

Who is Our Universal Family? – Part 3

Aum

I don’t know about you, but the ringing in my ears is getting louder and it isn’t tinnitus or anything bad or wrong.

It’s actually a sign of spiritual progress on our journey of awakening.

It’s the sound of Aum, the cosmic motor, the Word of God. The Word of God is another name for the Divine Mother. The Mother creates, preserves and transforms through sound and this sound is what we hear in our ears.

I asked Archangel Michael about the matter in a reading I had with him on my birthday, Oct. 11, 2013. I was asking the question on behalf of a colleague.

He did not discuss it as a sign of progress. We’ll look at the case for that later. But what he did say is interesting.

Steve: Is a loud, high-pitched ringing the sign of an overlighting presence?

Archangel Michael: Yes.

S: Oh, I thought that was the sound of the cosmic motor [Aum, the Divine Mother, the Word of God].

AAM: It is the cosmic motor but it is the cosmic motor tapping you on the shoulder and saying “We’re here.”

S: Oh, because I get that all the time.

AAM: Yes, you do.

S: So it is the same thing for me – a tapping on the shoulder.

AAM: Yes, it is.

S: Are there other signs?

AAM: A very deep thrumming, not the same as hearing the heartbeat of Gaia. That is a very unique sort of a whoosh, whoosh, as a very large heart sound. But a thrumming, almost a vibratory sound of a very deep tone, as if the Tibetan monks have taken up residence in your ear drum. (1)

I had forgotten that I had asked this question of him two years earlier.

Steve: How do I know when you are whispering in my ear?

Archangel Michael: Often it is prefaced by a high pitched ring.

S: Oh, I hear that all the time.

AAM: Yes, I know.

S: [laughing] Are you here all the time?

AAM: Yes, I am.

S: [laughing] I’m so glad to know that, Lord. (2)

Paramahansa Yogananda extensively wrote about the identity of the Word of God, the benefits of listening to it in meditation, etc. Let’s recreate the case he makes here.

“God is the Word or Om or Holy Ghost or Cosmic Vibration or Cosmic Energy. God is Cosmic Sound resulting from the Cosmic Energy and Cosmic Vibration. God’s first manifestation is the Word or Intelligent Cosmic Vibrating Sound.” (3)

“This Amen is the faithful witness in the beginning of creation — that is, all vibrating creation is accompanied by the Cosmic Sound of Amen or Om or the Word or Holy Ghost, which is the first vibrating manifestation of God.” (4)

The sound of Aum is what holds all vibratory matter together. When discussing its basic particles, sages use words that are unfamiliar to us. The Buddha speaks of “kalapas” and Yoganada speaks of “lifetrons.”

“The Holy Ghost, or Cosmic Vibration … appears as the Cosmic Sound of all lifetrons and Cosmic Energy.” (5)

When Yogananda tells us that “Aum is the Creative Word, the whir of the Vibratory Motor, the witness of Divine Presence,” (6) surely that’s not much different than Archangel Michael saying that the ringing in our ears betokens the presence of our divine helpers.

It isn’t just Yogananda who holds these views. Many sages do. For instance, Theosophists like Annie Besant say much the same thing.

“The source from which a universe proceeds is a manifested Divine Being, to whom in the modern form of the Ancient Wisdom the name of Logos, or Word, has been given. The name is drawn from Greek philosophy, but perfectly expresses the ancient ideas, the Word which emerges from the Silence, the Voice, the Sound, by which the worlds come into being.” (7)

The Master Hilarion does as well. Here he describes the spiritual benefits that come from listening to the inner sound of Aum.

“Look for it and listen to it first in your own heart. At first you may say: ‘It is not there; when I search I find only discord.’

“Look deeper. If again you are disappointed, pause and look deeper again. There is a natural melody, an obscure fount in every human heart. It may be hidden over and utterly concealed and silenced — but it is there. At the very base of your nature you will find faith, hope, and love.” (8)

When the meditator reaches sixth-chakra enlightenment, Paramahansa Yogananda tells us, the Aum sound accompanies the opening of the Third Eye.

“Through the divine eye in the forehead (east), the yogi sails his consciousness into omnipresence, hearing the Word or Aum, divine sound of ‘many waters’: the vibrations of light that constitute the sole reality of creation.” (9)

Sri Ramakrishna taught Rakhal, later Swami Brahmananda, to tap into the sound of Aum in meditation.

“One day, in the course of his teaching, Sri Ramakrishna spoke about the manifestation of Brahman as sound — the Logos. later, when I sat for meditation I took this as my subject, and it was not long before the sound Brahman was revealed to me.” (10)

Yogananda describes how the yogi can deepen his state by listening to this sound.

“[One] hears the sound of Holy Ghost when all bodily and astral sounds cease. Then, by deeper meditation on this sound, by higher processes learned from the Guru, he can be one with the sound and ‘touch’ it.

“Then, after touching or feeling it, by still higher methods, the spiritual aspirant will find his consciousness vibrating simultaneously in his body and in several continents. As he progresses further by deeper and longer meditation, he will find his consciousness vibrating simultaneously in his body, in the earth, the planets, the universes, and in every particle of matter.” (11)

He tells us that the meditator can reach a Christ-like state of consciousness by listening to Aum.

“When the Yogi … listens to cosmic vibration, his mind is diverted from the physical sounds of matter outside his body to the circulatory sounds of the vibrating flesh. Then his consciousness is diverted from the vibrations of the body to the musical vibrations of the astral body. Then his consciousness wanders from the vibrations of the astral body to the vibrations of consciousness in all atoms.

“Then the consciousness of the Yogi listens to the Holy Ghost or Cosmic Sound emanating from all atoms. This is the way the ordinary consciousness should be baptized or expanded into Christ consciousness through the expanding power of the Holy Ghost, or the all-spreading ‘Aum-vibrating-sound’ heard in meditation.” (12)

“After listening to and feeling the cosmic sound in all the Physical, Astral, and Ideational cosmos, or in the Physical, Astral, and Ideational Holy Ghost, his consciousness will vibrate in all creation. Then when his expanded consciousness becomes stable in all creation, it feels the presence of Christ consciousness in all vibration.

“Then the [Yogi] becomes Christ-like; his consciousness experiences the Second Coming of Christ; he feels in his vehicle the presence of Christ-consciousness as Jesus felt Christ expressed in His body.” (13)

Eventually, listening to the Mother’s sound of Aum makes the meditator aware of the Father’s absolute consciousness. In this way, the Mother brings the spiritual Child of God beyond herself to the Father, he says.

“All human beings find their consciousness hidebound by the body, but by listening to and feeling the ‘Aum’ vibration and intuitive Christ consciousness the Yogi realizes that God the Father’s cosmic consciousness exists inactively in regions where there is no motion or presence of the Holy-Ghost vibration.” (14)

The sage transcends the realm of the Mother, mater, matter and enters the stillness of the Father’s transcendent realm.

So, no, hearing that incessant ringing in your ears is not a sign that they’re acting up. It’s a sign that the angels are attending you. It’s a sign that your spiritual perceptions and acuity are deepening. It’s a sign of real progress on the spiritual path. Relax, sit back and listen to the music of the spheres, the sounds of the universe.

Never mind wanting to see the light of the original big bang with a bigger and bigger telescope. You’re listening to the music within that calls all creation into being.

Beloved Ones,

The high energy of love pours down upon your planet as the people celebrate with their families and loved ones. This is the magical time of year when everyone believes in all possibilities and that the good will that is manifest will make all things right in the world. Love abounds deep within each soul and each earnestly desires and looks forward to a symbolic new beginning in the coming New Year.

Much has changed in the year that is past and as the people look back in review, they will feel astonished at all that has occurred. If people would keep track of all the developments in all sectors of human life upon the Earth, they would see that, indeed, their world is changing dramatically.

New lands have risen from the ocean and more will continue to rise in various locations. Your planet is undergoing a metamorphosis that is incredible to behold and you it is who have made it possible by bravely holding the light upon the planet even when you were not understood by the people around you. This is changing rapidly as those around you perceive that perhaps you knew something that they were not aware of before, and they earnestly begin to seek to apprise themselves of the knowledge they need to comprehend the changes that are taking place, within themselves and the world in which they live their lives. There will be a great influx of seekers searching the internet for the answers to their newly formed questions.

These are questions that each of you sought many decades ago and when you found the answers you began to build the inner strength required to hold to your convictions. By doing this consistently throughout your lifetimes, you have made it so much easier for the new seekers to find what they are looking for and great inroads will be made as understanding comes to greater amounts of the populace. The younger generations have come upon the planet with codes already in place, ready for these times that we are now experiencing and these become activated within their DNA strands as divinely ordained in right timing. Remembrance comes ever more easily and gracefully as the veils of forgetfulness are gradually lifted.

As great change in the consciousness of humanity unfolds, it expands in an exponential but quiet revolution. It is a revolution of consciousness or more correctly, an evolution of consciousness. As more of humanity turns on their own light, the crystalline grid assists them by bringing to them more of what they seek to find. The beginnings of telepathic communication between individuals will slowly take form and this will lead to exciting developments in all areas of communication and technology. Many new devices will be created and distributed throughout the world. These will help those on Earth to communicate more clearly and even more quickly than before, not only with the inhabitants upon the planet but also with the star nations as they are recognized as kin.

An era of galactic interaction with other life forms will become an acceptable concept that will see ventures in the expansion of understanding in all areas of exchange. Information will continue to pour into the Earth’s atmosphere with the intent of assisting humanity to continue their ascent into greater light and knowledge and how they may assist in facilitating this process. Greater cooperation between all peoples will help to move humanity and the Earth forward in ever higher spirals of knowledge on all levels of life upon the planet. More and more people will understand the concept that love is the answer in every situation that comes to the forefront. Applying this force of love in a constructive manner will see much improvement in all areas of life upon the Earth. It is a grand time to walk upon the Earth!
