As you have noticed, the frequencies that are buffeting you now are indeed a far cry from the ones you have been bathing in for quite a long time now, and rightly so, as these last few days a whole new set of energetic encodings have transformed the very atmosphere around you. And, as usual, with these new encodings comes a whole host of energetic reactions, both on the physical but also on the mental levels. And for many of you, these new currents have literally dislodged the very deepest residue that your cellular memory has kept hidden from you, forever it seems.

And now, you may be struggling to cope with all of this flotsam that is suddenly paraded in front of you, and you may find yourself seemingly slipping under the surface, unable to even breathe. So let us take this opportunity to remind you all that this whole process is not about breaking you down, rather, it is all about breaking away any and all of the old incrustations that have kept your soul trapped within for such a long time, and even if this breaking apart of this hard shell or carapace that has been constricting your very soul may feel almost unbearably painful, it is indeed imperative that you go through this process.

And please trust us when we say that the very reason so many of you are experiencing this at this very moment, is because you are finally ready to do so. Remember, what we refer to is a pain that goes so deep, your own body has done all it can to hide it from you, so that you could literally survive this far in the first place. For there are limits to what a fragile human can endure, and so your trusted companion, your physical body, has taken upon itself to protect that fragile inner child in any way it can.

For it has acted as your custodian in this process, and so, it has removed the most painful of memories in a way that has made them tolerable to most of you, and as such, you have been able to come this far. But now, you have all grown so much in stature if you will, that you are finally able to take it all on, and so your body is, perhaps somewhat reluctantly at first, letting go of all of these hard begotten shards of information that it has done its best to encapsulate deep within your very tissue. And so, they can suddenly appear before you in extreme detail, and for many, this will come as a shock to their whole system.

For you may have forgotten so much of it, or perhaps you thought you had processed it all already, but there are still some remnants, and in some cases, large swathes of “forbidden territory” that suddenly open up before you. For your own bodies have restricted your access to these places before, and rightly so, for if you had ventured too far within these darkened rooms earlier on, you wold have stood a great chance of getting lost here. But not any more. For now, you have the light by your side, and as such, there is not one single darkened room within any of you that can trap you in its grip. For you all carry so much light now, it will light up even the deepest recesses of your very being, and so, nothing can hold you back from finally entering those parts of you that you have not been able to reach before.

This may sound like an unbearable ordeal, for if there is one thing that is uppermost in anyone’s mind, it is to lessen the impact of anything that is painful. But trust us when we say, that even if this process may feel unbearably painful at the onset, it will very quickly turn into such a haven of release and relief, it will leave you all literally refreshed and reborn. For this is what this is all about, finding that courage within that will allow you to open that final door, the one that has been marked with a huge warning sign, and so, has been carefully avoided forever.

But now, nothing can stop you from entering this room, for the deeper this cavern is, and the more horrendous memories it contains, the greater the power you will unleash within yourself. For this is a veritable powerhouse dear ones, and the deeper your wounds go, the stronger the current of healing light will be. And as you take a deep breath and dare yourself to finally wrestle open that door and step across the threshold, the wind in your back will increase as a veritable storm of light follows you into that chamber and literally blows all of those dark memories out into the open.

And when they become exposed to the light, they finally lose any capacity they ever had of holding you down. For then, they become as if weightless, and you are finally released of that burden you have carried with you – in this life, and in all of the lives that came before this.

Remember, your physical body is capable of carrying memories implanted within your cellular structure from way back, long before this current physical body ever came into existence, and as such, you can all carry so much baggage with you that now will come up to be released. But as you have already opened yourself to the light, the light will help you to finally face whatever it is you have to face in order to become free at last. And even if the light within you is more than powerful enough to wash away any and all traces of dirt and grime that has accumulated in this, your very own chamber of horrors, it is also important not to close the door to any light that will offer to assist you from the outside.

For All of creation stand poised to offer their assistance in this last and oh so crucial process of removing any old shackles on your soul. And so we ask you all to ask for assistance, and it will indeed come in all shapes and forms, from your fellow men, from your animal companions, from Mother Earth herself, and indeed from so many not in a physical body. We are all here for you, and we stand ready to embrace you in our loving arms and help you to find your balance again.

For removing what in some instances can be large chunks of dark matter, will take its toll on you all, and so, it is important to remember that even if you are the only one who can decide whether or not to open that inner chamber and expose it to the light, you have so many standing by your side, ready to add their light to yours in order to get this painful process over and done with in the shortest of time spans.

So again we say, do not fear dear ones, for even if you are in the middle of these painful throes of remembrance, they have come up because you have allowed your own strength to carry you through this ordeal. But you need not face it alone, in fact, we advice you not to face it alone, for the light is here, in full force, ready to lend a hand and steady your heart as you finally step across and into that inner sanctum. And when you come back out from that inner chamber again, you do so as the victorious one, the one that has finally conquered the very last bit of embattled territory within. And then, you will go in peace, for then, the light will give you all the peace and inner strength you need to embark upon that final unfolding of the true you.

Every day upon your Earth is a powerful energy day. In the past there have been noted days where powerful surges of energy flow into the Earth and your being, powerful surges now flow with each and every day you walk upon the Earth. You have moved into a stage of your transition where you are constantly open and there is always an opportunity for powerful and transformational surges of light to flow throughout your being and reality more frequently than not.

The energy is building your energy vibration while creating purification and strengthening within your being. No longer do you need to wait for certain calendar days to boost your awakening, every day upon the Earth is a powerful awakening and ascension process for you. With such powerful and strong energy vibrations anchoring, this can cause periods of tremendous bliss and peace alongside periods of chaos with both inner and outer suffering.

It is important to realise that any form of suffering in the past was a spiritual lesson or challenge for evolvement. Many people are still using old energetic patterns of learning as this can take some time to be observed, healed and released. The energy surges also have a purpose of bringing all that is no longer needed or that is causing hindrance to the surface for you to observe, heal and release, thus allowing yourself to step deeper into the new era focused primary and completely upon love.

The new era is to love yourself, to love others and to experience the love of the Creator. Some energy surges also have a powerful influence upon your emotional body. Much focus is being placed upon the emotional body at this time as it is preparing and moving through transitions in order to be able to serve and merge with your soul more fully, this signifies that great volumes of light and energy are being poured into your emotional body and the Earth’s emotional body which can cause your emotional body to become very active in your reality, actions and reactions.

It is important to ask for the emotional body to be balanced, soothed and for its energy to be smoothed down in order for harmony to unfold into your emotional body and your entire being. You may wish to affirm,

‘With the support of my soul, guides and the Creator I ask for balance to be restored within my emotional body. Let my emotional body be soothed and calmed by the light, love and support of the Creator, merging in harmony and peacefully with my entire being. Please bring tranquillity to any over activity that is no longer necessary within my emotional body. I experience my most appropriate ascension emotional body, experiencing my emotion as beautifully flowing, peaceful and healed expressions of my being. ‘

Often the emotional body holds onto ideas of suffering and pain which you automatically draw upon as a valuable way of releasing the past, experiencing your true self but also experiencing your ego and feelings of lack or separation. Some emotional challenges, reactions and processes of release or learning can cause you to become unconscious of your reality and the truth within your being. Being unconscious of your spiritual path and the beautiful light being within your physical being can be a source of pain but can also cause pain, suffering and confusion as well as unneeded experiences.

I wish to offer insights and reminders for you to use whenever you find yourself influenced by or trapped in your emotional body and its processes. Your journey upon the Earth is a process of remembrance of the Creator and so your reality each and every day is a process of remembrance of yourself as the Creator. Tools and practices that remind you of your truth or bring your focus and attention back to being consciously aware of your truth, even if you do not understand your truth, will serve you in remaining in a space of balance, peace, love and bliss whatever is occurring within or around your being. Often when high surges of energy enter your being the body and energy bodies become extremely active, this can be projected into your reality in many ways. If there is something that needs to be healed, it can be projected into your reality for a powerful healing process and experience.

In times of suffering, pain, confusion, turmoil, chaos, fear or such like energies, bring your attention, focus and memory back to these thoughts, I will be with you, supporting and loving as you read through my words of remembrance, supporting new star bursts of light awakening from within your being.

If you are experiencing suffering or pain in this moment recognise that the light is building within your being and reality, your current experiences are allowing for major blockages or unneeded energies to be released eternally so that you may recognise yourself as a greater being of love and light.

Allow yourself to be conscious of love, love is the essence of the Creator, it is the natural healing energy for your body, being and reality and will bring everything within and around you into perfect alignment, harmony and bliss. Breathe within the vibration of love.

Your outside experiences with the world, your reality, people and even yourself are all a projection from within your being. Your beliefs, opinion and understandings of yourself and the Creator can be projected into your reality. To heal any situation whether small or large first look inside yourself for the answer. Blaming yourself or another will not bring enlightenment to any situation but simply cause more pain. Sit within your own energies and realise the source or purpose of your creation.

All energies are malleable and can be altered by you. There is nothing in the world that is permanent especially at a physical level, the divine flow of the Creator acts as a natural rhythm for change within your reality. This means that if you experience a situation or feeling which is not aligned to the truth of the Creator know that you can change it instantly if you wish to. You can change any energy and your reaction to it instantly especially with positive and expansive thoughts. Imagine what you would like to experience or how you would like to feel rather than focusing upon an energy being permanent and unmoving.

Your emotions, thoughts and body can express the highest and purest vibration of the Creator, let yourself be conscious of this awareness.

Remember that you are a strong and powerful beacon of light and love, this is your truth more than any other realisation, thought, emotion or experience that may enter your reality.

Program your mind to instantly seek for a solution to all experiences and feelings which you may perceive as not being aligned with the Creator. Encourage your mind to enter deep into your soul’s vibration seeking for an outcome and inspiration to create a solution. Often many people focused upon spiritual growth can become sensitive to the energies around them, often many situations or experiences can come to a positive solution through energy work, whether it is sending energy, accepting energy, creating an energy exchange or creating energetic foundations such as bubbles of light to maintain, support or protect energies.

Transitions occurring within you often require you to be patient and compassionate with yourself and those around you.

Often you can take yourself out of situations and feelings by imagining yourself in a space of love, surrounded by love and love building from within your being. This can be achieved energetically and instantly, you can then enter back into your reality and allow the remembrance of yourself to merge with your reality thus, raising the vibration and possible outcomes.

Understanding the transitions and situations you move through is not always essential, if you become preoccupied with discovering and understanding then you may be distracting yourself from receiving valuable insights and ways to move back into deep spaces of love.

‘I am love, I am peace, I am bliss, I am truth, I am the healed perfection of the Creator. I trust in the truth of these words and allow divine remembrance to emerge with ease from within my being.’

Emotions can entwine themselves deep into your being and energy systems, it can take loving observation of yourself with a remembrance of your truth to bring forth healing and freedom of emotions. The experiences of the past has caused emotions to be used incorrectly but now your emotional body is moving through a tremendous transformation which will allow you to use your emotions to fuel your spiritual evolution, connection with and experiencing the Creator in every present moment.

Take time to be aware of your emotions, send love, healing and support to your emotions as your emotional body moves through a powerful transitional period. Please know that I, Mother Mary, am with you, loving you eternally in truth and with divine remembrance of the Creator.

It is your destiny to look into a place of a future that seeks to be known. When that existence is seen in the light of day, a shift occurs allowing one to see beyond the current choices available. Humanity is part of the tapestry of time, both in and out of space.

You as a planet hold a key that has been hidden, like a lost golden egg in a crystal forest, all seems fractured. You house the codes that allow the nexus to be experienced. You are blending dimensions in a far greater design than you realize. Earth is finding that ‘being spatial’ is not as effortless as one would think. The turning point of evolution speeds up to meet itself in 2014.

We all seek to come out of the haze which has formed all over the earthen heart. 2013 held spiritual undercurrents, rip tides of truth, that can be seen without time constraints, Nothing is hidden no matter how hard it tries to conceal itself.

Cellular intelligence declares its independence from circumstance; trial and error is part of remembering one is always a master. No time to sit and ponder with the scholars as they rock upon their hunches, digesting Christmas Turkey.

Hope is imbued with science as more and more of what one believes comes to past thru the present. Our internal circuitry reacts to the luminous downloading. Photonic particles are created within space without time. everyone is asked to participate in this next creational circle.

You Are Asked To Become More Than You Ever Thought Possible! You are asked to become the healer, the scholar. You are asked to become all that you avoid and rebuke. You are asked to make personal decisions that even Christ himself would sweat over. You are being pulled away from your personal line in the sand and taken to a new beach in the new world. A place where your footsteps will count.

All of this seasonal Humbleness allows an opening in the canyon of self that once dead-ended and echoed of wrong choices. The impassable mountain responds to true heart from the deep clear well of caring. Hollowness will not be seen as a friendly gesture as many still continue to serve self at the cafeteria of denial.
