GENEVA — U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov reached agreement Saturday on a framework for Syria to destroy all of its chemical weapons, and said they would seek a U.N. Security Council resolution that could authorize sanctions – short of military action – if Syrian President Bashar Assad’s government fails to comply.

The deal announced by the diplomats on the third day of intense negotiations in Geneva includes what Kerry called “a shared assessment” of Syria’s weapons stockpile, and a timetable and measures for Assad’s government to comply.

“The world will now expect the Assad regime to live up to its public commitment,” Kerry told a packed news conference in the Intercontinental Hotel in Geneva, where he has been staying and the negotiations were conducted since Thursday night. “There can be no games, no room for avoidance, or anything less than full compliance by the Assad regime.”

The deal calls for international inspectors to be on the ground in Syria by November and to complete their initial work by the end of that month. All of Syria’s chemical weapons stocks, material and equipment would have to be destroyed or removed by mid-2014.

Administration officials had said that President Barack Obama was open to a Security Council resolution that did not include military force as a punishment if Assad doesn’t follow through on promises regarding the weapons. While Russia would be all but certain to veto any measure with such a penalty, Obama’s willingness to concede the point – after threatening a U.S.-led military strike with or without approval by the U.S. Congress – provided a step forward.

“I have no doubt that the combination of the threat of force and the willingness to pursue diplomacy helped to bring us to this moment,” Kerry said.

“Providing this framework is fully implemented, it can end the threat these weapons pose, not only to the Syrian people, but also to their neighbors, to the region, and because of the threat of proliferation, this framework can provide greater protection and security to the world,” he said.

But the stakes have been especially high in Geneva, because the negotiations between the United States and Russia on securing Syria’s chemical weapons also are considered key to breaking the international stalemate that has so far blocked a resumption of peace talks to end the Syrian civil war, now in its third year.

“We have committed to a standard that says, verify and verify,” Kerry said.

Among the highlights of the agreement is that the U.S. and Russia would agree to work together on a new, binding Security Council resolution that would ensure verification of the agreement to secure and destroy Syria’s chemical weapons stocks and remove its capability to produce such weapons.

The resolution would allow for punitive measures for non-compliance, but stop short of military action, if the 15-nation Security Council approves them. The U.S. and Russia are two of the five permanent Security Council members with a veto. The others are Britain, China, and France.

Another major feature of the agreement is that the U.S. and Russia plan to give Syria one week, until Sept. 21, to submit “a comprehensive listing, including names, types and quantities of its chemical weapons agents, types of munitions, and local and form of storage, production, and research and development facilities.”

In addition, the U.S. and Russia have agreed that international inspectors should be on the ground in Syria by November and complete their initial work by the end of the month. They must be given “immediate and unfettered” access to inspect all sites.

Notably, Kerry said they had agreed on grounds under which they might request a Security Council “Chapter 7″ resolution at the United Nations, which is a measure that could include military and non-military sanctions.

But Lavrov, who said the agreement was “based on consensus and compromise and professionalism,” indicated there would be limits to using a Chapter 7 resolution, which Russia would almost certainly veto if it specifically authorized a military strike such as what President Barack Obama has threatened.

“Any violations of procedures … would be looked at by the Security Council and if they are approved, the Security Council would take the required measures, concrete measures,” Lavrov said.

“Nothing is said about the use of force or about any automatic sanctions. All violations should be approved by the Security Council,” he added.

Kerry also said any violations will result in “measures” from the Security Council, while Lavrov said the violations must be sent to the Security Council from the board of the chemical weapons convention before sanctions – short of the use of force – would be considered.

Kerry said the pair and their teams of experts had come to agreement on the exact size of Syria’s weapons stockpile, which had been a sticking point before their meetings in Geneva. But in marathon sessions into early morning hours, the U.S. and Russia succeeded in narrowing their differences.

The agreement over the Russian proposal to inventory, isolate and eventually destroy Syria’s chemical weapons stocks comes as the Obama administration warned that there is a timetable for a diplomatic resolution of the weapons issue.

Administration officials have said that Obama would retain the authority to order U.S. airstrikes against Syria. Obama himself said that any agreement to remove Syria’s chemical weapons stockpile “needs to be verifiable and enforceable.”

U.N. inspectors prepared to turn in their own poison gas report this weekend. Two U.N. diplomats, speaking on condition of anonymity because the time was not yet final, said Friday night that Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon was expected to brief the Security Council about the report on Monday morning.

Ban said Friday that he expected “an overwhelming report” that chemical weapons were indeed used on the outskirts of Damascus on Aug. 21. Obama called for a limited military strike against Assad’s forces in response, then deferred seeking congressional approval to consider the Russian proposal.

Kerry and Lavrov also met Friday with U.N.-Arab League envoy Lakhdar Brahimi about the potential for a new peace conference in the Swiss city. Kerry said he, Lavrov and Brahimi agreed to meet around Sept. 28 on the sidelines of the annual U.N. General Assembly meetings in New York.

“We are committed to try to work together, beginning with this initiative on the chemical weapons, in hopes that those efforts could pay off and bring peace and stability to a war-torn part of the world,” Kerry said.

Kerry, flanked by Lavrov and Brahimi, told reporters after an hour-long meeting that the chances for a second peace conference in Geneva will require success first with the chemical weapons talks.

Kerry planned to travel to Jerusalem Sunday to discuss the situation in Syria with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. He will then go to Paris to see French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius and British Foreign Secretary William Hague on Monday about the Syrian war. In Paris, he will meet separately with Saudi Foreign Minister Saud al-Faisal.

As the drums of war begin to beat once again in Iran, Syria, the South China Sea, and other potential hotspots and flashpoints around the globe, concerned citizens are asking how a world so sick of bloodshed and a population so tired of conflict could be led to this spot once again.

To understand this seeming paradox, we must first understand the centuries-long history of how media has been used to whip the nation into wartime frenzy, dehumanize the supposed enemies, and even to manipulate the public into believing in causes for war that, decades later, were admitted to be completely fictitious.

As the US and Iranian governments escalate tensions in the already volatile Straits of Hormuz, and China and Russia begin openly questioning Washington’s interference in their internal politics, the world remains on a knife-edge of military tension.

The term “yellow journalism” was coined to describe the type of sensationalistic, scandal-driven, and often erroneous style of reporting popularized by newspapers like William Randolph Hearst’s New York Journal. In one of the most egregious examples of this phenomenon, Hearst’s papers widely trumpeted the sinking of the Maine as the work of the Spanish.

Whipped into an anti-Spanish frenzy by a daily torrent of stories depicting Spanish forces’ alleged torture and rape of Cubans, and pushed over the edge by the Maine incident, the public welcomed the beginning of the US-Spanish war. Although it is now widely believed that the explosion on the Maine was due to a fire in one of its coal bunkers, the initial lurid reports of Spanish involvement stuck and the nation was led into war.

In many ways, the phrase infamously attributed to Hearst in reply to his illustrator “You furnish the pictures and I’ll furnish the war,” apocryphal as the story may be, nevertheless perfectly encodes the method by which the public would be led to war time and again through the decades.

The US was drawn into World War I by the sinking of the Lusitania, a British ocean liner carrying American passengers that was torpedoed by German U-boats off the coast of Ireland, killing over 1,000 of its passengers.

What the public was not informed about at the time, of course, was that just one week before the incident, then-First Lord of the Admiralty Winston Churchill had written to the President of the Board of Trade that it was “most important to attract neutral shipping to our shores, in the hopes especially of embroiling the United States with Germany.”

Nor did reports of the attack announce that the ship was carrying rifle ammunition and other military supplies. Instead, reports once again emphasized that the attack was an out-of-the-blue strike by a maniacal enemy, and the public was led into the war.

The US involvement in World War II was likewise the result of deliberate disinformation. Although the Honolulu Advertiser had even predicted the attack on Pearl Harbor days in advance, the Japanese Naval codes had already been decipheredby that time, and that even Henry Stimson, the US Secretary of War, had noted in his diary the week before that he had discussed in a meeting with Roosevelt “how we should maneuver them [the Japanese] into the position of firing the first shot without allowing too much danger to ourselves,” the public were still led to believe that the Pearl Harbor attack had been completely unforeseen.

Just last month, a newly-declassified memo emerged showing that FDR had been warned of an impending Japanese attack on Hawaii just three days before the events at Pearl Harbor, yet the history books still portray Pearl Harbor as an example of a surprise attack.

In August 1964, the public was told that the North Vietnamese had attacked a US Destroyer in the Gulf of Tonkin on two separate occasions. The attacks were portrayed as a clear example of “communist aggression” and a resolution was soon passed in Congress authorizing President Johnson to begin deploying US forces in Vietnam.

In 2005, an internal NSA study was released concluding that the second attack in fact never took place. In effect, 60000 American servicemen and as many as three million Vietnamese, let alone as many as 500,000 Cambodians and Laotians, lost their lives because of an incident that did not occur anywhere but in the imagination of the Johnson administration and the pages of the American media.

In 1991, the world was introduced to the emotional story of Nayirah, a Kuwaiti girl who testified about the atrocities committed by Iraqi forces in Kuwait.

What the world was never told was that the incident had in fact been the work of a public relations firm, Hill and Knowltown, and the girl had actually been the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador. Once again, the public was whipped into a frenzy of hatred for the Hussein regime, not for the documented atrocities that it had actually committed on segments of its own population with weapons supplied to them by the United States itself, but on the basis of an imaginary story told to the public via their televisions, orchestrated by a pr firm.

In the lead-up to the war on Iraq, the American media infamously took the lead in framing the debate about the Iraqi government’s weapons of mass destruction NOT as a question of whether or not they even existed, but as a question of where they had been hidden and what should be done to disarm them.

The New York Times led the way with Judith Miller‘s now infamous reporting on the Iraqi WMD story, now known to have been based on false information from untrustworthy sources, but the rest of the media fell into line with the NBC Nightly News asking “what precise threat Iraq and its weapons of mass destruction pose to America”, and Time debating whether Hussein was “making a good-faith effort to disarm Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction.”

Reports about chemical weapons stashes were reported on before they were confirmed, although headlines boldly asserted their existence as indisputable fact. We now know that in fact the stockpiles did not exist, and the administration premeditatedly lied the country into yet another war, but the most intense opposition the Bush administration ever received over this documented war crime was some polite correction on the Sunday political talk show circuit.

Remarkably, the public at large has seemingly learned nothing from all of these documented historical manipulations. If anything, the media has become even bolder in its attempts to manipulate the public’s perceptions, perhaps emboldened by the fact that so few in the audience seem willing to question the picture that is being painted for them on the evening news.

Later that year, CNN aired footage of a bombed out Tskhinvali in South Ossetia, falsely labeling it as footage of Gori, which they said had been attacked by the Russians.

In 2009, the BBC showed a cropped image of a rally in Iran which they claimed was a crowd of protesters who assembled to show their opposition to the Iranian government. An uncropped version of the same photograph displayed on the LA Times’ website, however, revealed that the photo in fact came from a rally in support of Ahmedinejad.

In August of 2011, the BBC ran footage of what they claimed was a celebration in Tripoli’s Green Square. When sharp-eyed viewers noticed that the flags in the footage were in fact Indian flags, the BBC was forced to admit that they had “accidentally” broadcast footage from India instead of Tripoli.

Also that month, CNN reported on a story from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights claiming that eight infants in incubators had died in a hospital in Hama when Syrian authorities cut off power in the area. Some news sites evencarried pictures of the infants. The images were later admitted to have been taken in Egypt and no evidence has ever emerged to back up the accusations.

As breathtaking as all of these lies, manipulations and so-called “mistakes” are, they in and of themselves don’t represent the only functions of the media for the war machine. Now, the US government is taking the lead in becoming more and more directly involved with the shaping of the media message on war propaganda, and the general public is becoming even more ensnared in a false picture of the world through the Pentagon’s own lens.

In 2005, the Bush White House admitted to producing videos that were designed to look like news reports from legitimate independent journalists, and then feeding those reports to media outlets as prepackaged material ready to air on the evening news. When the Government Accountability Office ruled that these fake news reports in fact constituted illegal covert propaganda, the White House simply issued a memo declaring the practice to be legal.

In April 2008, the New York Times revealed a secret US Department of Defense program that was launched in 2002 and involved using retired military officers to implant Pentagon talking points in the media. The officers were presented as “independent analysts” on talk shows and news programs, although they had been specially briefed beforehand by the Pentagon.

In December of 2011, the DoD’s own Inspector General released a report concluding that the program was in perfect compliance with government policies and regulations.

Earlier this year, it was revealed the the US government had contracted with HBGary Federal to develop software that create fake social media accounts in order to steer public opinion and promote propaganda on popular websites. The federal contract for the software sourced back to the MacDill Air Force Base in Florida.

As the vehicle through which information from the outside world is captured, sorted, edited and transmitted into our homes, the mass media has the huge responsibility of shaping and informing our understanding of events to which we don’t have first-hand access.

This is an awesome responsibility in even the most ideal conditions, with diligent reporters guided by trustworthy editors doing their level best to report the most important news in the most straightforward way.

But in a media landscape where a handful of companies own virtually all of the print, radio and television media in each nation, the only recourse the public has is to turn away from the mainstream media altogether. And that is precisely what is happening.

As study after study and report after report has shown, the death of the old media has accelerated in recent years, with more and more people abandoning newspapers and now even television as their main source of news. Instead, the public is increasingly turning toward online sources for their news and information, something that is necessarily worrying for the war machine itself, a system that can only truly flourish when the propaganda arm is held under monopolistic control.

But as citizens turn away from the New York Times and toward independent websites, many run and maintained by citizen journalists and amateur editors, the system that has consolidated its control over the minds of the public for generations seems to finally be showing signs that it may not be invincible.

Surely this is not to say that online media is impervious to the defects that have made the traditional media so unreliable. Quite the contrary. But the difference is that online, there is still for the time being relative freedom of choice at the individual level.

While internet freedom exists, individual readers and viewers don’t have to take the word of any website or pundit or commentator on any issue. They can check the source documentation themselves, except, perhaps not coincidentally, on the websites of the traditional media bastions, which tend not to link source material and documentation in their articles.

Hence the SOPA Act, Protect IP, the US government’s attempts to seize websites at the domain name level, and all of the other concerted attacks we have seen on internet freedoms in recent years.

Because ultimately, an informed and engaged public is far less likely to go along with wars waged for power and profit. And as the public becomes better informed about the very issues that the media has tried to lie to them about for so long, they realize that the answer to all of the mainstream media’s war cheerleading and blatant manipulation is perhaps simpler than we ever suspected: All we have to do is turn them off.

LONDON, Sept 13 (Reuters) – Will top bankers’ behaviour ever land them in jail? Or are bad business decisions even a crime at all?

Five years on from the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers, the debate over how to hold senior bank bosses to account for failures is far from over, but legal sanctions for top executives remain a largely remote threat.

Even as laws evolve – in Britain, the government wants to criminalise recklessness in banking – a repeat of the global financial crisis and near-collapses of 2008 would not necessarily result in many more prosecutions today, lawyers say.

At issue is the difficulty in pinning the blame on any one person for risks and decisions taken throughout a firm – one of the main obstacles to building such cases so far.

“It’s a case of the confused lines of responsibility and accountability,” said Judith Seddon, director in law firm Clifford Chance’s business crime and regulatory enforcement unit in London. “When you’re pursuing an individual, if they’ve delegated responsibilities … it’s much more difficult in a big organisation.”

Regulators the world over stepped up their scrutiny of banks and cracked down on financial crime in the wake of public anger over costly bailouts and subsequent scandals. But that has so far translated into relatively few attempts to bring charges against those in the highest echelons of banking.

In the United States, home to Lehman Brothers, no top executives at large Wall Street or commercial banks have been convicted of criminal charges relating to the 2008 crisis.

Across Europe, the implosion of Iceland’s financial sector five years ago has resulted in some of the most prominent convictions so far, with the former chief executive of failed lender Glitnir among those sentenced to jail time.

In Germany and the Netherlands there have also been isolated high-level convictions, and some landmark cases could yet materialise. The entire former executive board of German lender HSH Nordbank is being put on trial over actions taken in the run-up to the crisis.

But in Britain, where Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds were bailed out to the tune of 66 billion pounds ($104.37 billion), no senior bankers faced criminal charges.

Three executives at Ireland’s failed Anglo Irish Bank face trial in 2014, five years after the probe into the lender began, while in Spain, around 100 people are being investigated by courts over failings at banks devastated by a property market crash, though none have gone on trial.

Reckless Bankers?

The low rate of convictions partly stems from the fact that in some countries laws which could have addressed the way that banks were run simply did not exist.

Britain’s Finance Minister George Osborne said in July he would adopt recommendations made by an influential body of lawmakers that bankers should face jail for a new offence of “reckless misconduct in the management of a bank”.

“The regulator has got to be holding people personally accountable for their actions. They need to be frightened of the regulator, which certainly wasn’t true in the past,” said Mark Garnier, a Conservative member of the Parliamentary Commission on Banking Standards.

In the United States, federal prosecutors are still exploring new strategies for criminally charging Wall Street bankers who packaged and sold the bad mortgage loans behind the financial crisis, including using an old law intended to punish individuals for scamming commercial banks.

Britain’s push to create a “recklessness” offence could in theory make it possible to punish senior executives for taking misguided decisions. But proving that such decisions were made recklessly at the time could still be tough.

“Board level meetings are carefully minuted and you might therefore have detailed evidence, but however reckless someone appears with the benefit of hindsight, will it stand up in court?” said Gregg Beechey, a London-based partner at law firm SJ Berwin. “You wouldn’t get the whole board to vote for an acquisition if the case wasn’t reasonably convincing at the time.”

U.S. regulators’ approach since the crisis has reflected some of these challenges. Although the Securities and Exchange Commission has charged over 150 firms and individuals in relation to the financial crisis, critics have still said it has not done enough to go after high-level bank executives.

“We go where the evidence leads,” former SEC enforcement director Robert Khuzami has said in the past, noting that cases could not be brought against people merely for “bad judgment”.

A perceived lack of political will in some countries to pursue senior bankers and firms could also cloud future cases.

Despite costly state rescues in Spain for example, mainstream politicians have shied away from calling for investigations into various failures in the same way as British ones, after the UK government came under pressure from an intense public backlash in the wake of the crisis.

“(In Spain) it’s more an absence of any willingness to pursue the cases than because of a lack of tools, as some cases could be proved without much difficulty,” said Juan Torres, an economics professor at the University of Seville, adding that some related to clear instances of fraud.

Claims from customers and activist groups have instead led Spain’s High Court to investigate several high-profile failures, including that of Bankia, which was bailed out in 2012 less than a year after listing on the stock market.

Frustrations over the slow progress of legal probes in Spain is even leading some activist groups to consider lobbying the United Nations to list economic crimes as a crime against humanity, even though they admit it is unlikely to happen.

If the scope for legal prosecutions of senior bankers has not broadened drastically in the past five years, however, some argue that life at the top is much harder than it used to be, in part as countries pursue other lines of action.

“Regulatory tools can be more powerful than criminal law, although whether or not it’s what the public want to see is another question,” Beechey at SJ Berwin said.

“There’s more of a sense with regulators that they can do things without fulfilling the burden of proof, and they are definitely working to try and pursue senior management more and more.”

As the golden rays of autumn light your skies in the northern latitudes, you are witnessing the demise of the old paradigm of war, divisive politics, financial manipulation, fear and greed. So much has changed in so little time; still, it isn’t enough for some who insist on urging others to “do” more. We respectfully submit that this behavior and manner of thought is still ego-driven.

Yes, there is much to do, but it will take some time to adjust to the new energies. There has been so much change that many people find themselves feeling rather bewildered, tired and exhausted. Know that if they have the intent and desire to experience Ascension in this lifetime, then they will. Many will not; that is their free will choice and one that needs to be respected.

Our scribe has struggled through the last week to regain balance after being submerged into the heavy energies that she deals with on a daily basis at work. She is doing part of her mission by simply being there, as a beacon of light, treating the inmates with respect and compassion. A human angel in disguise, she is simply being what she is, in doing her job. It is quite enough to deal with right now, and challenging enough without getting more immersed in protests and other “outer” manifestations.

Each of you has a reason for being where you now find yourself, whether living in relationship, having a big extended family or living alone, without family. You are where you need to be, or you would be actively changing… or will be soon changing location / work / circumstance when the inner desire overpowers any lingering fear your human ego may still retain in regards to making changes in your life.

The rainbow of light workers now embodied on the planet is very colorful indeed. You are from so many different worlds, dimensions, galaxies and universes. Some of you have never existed in form before; it is a challenge just to walk around and be relatively “normal”. Others of you have spent many lifetimes on the planet and are well versed in dealing with its heavy energies – that are, fortunately, becoming “lighter” every day. Each one of you is unique and the only one who can do what you came here for, your mission. It is for you to discover what that mission is and as many channeled beings have said before, you may be doing your mission by simply being here.

As your light body expands and as your physical body is able to hold more light and still function with integrity, you will be able to do more. For some of the older lightworkers, the constant downloads and upgrades of light and codes has become an exhausting process, for they have spent literally decades and years dealing with using their physical bodies as transformers, stepping down the light so it could be successfully anchored here. The next generations have different missions and inner agendas. Seek within what drives your interest, what brings you joy, what excites and delights and you will discover what your mission might be.

Realize also that sometimes completing your “mission” involves moving out of your comfort zone. Living as human beings, many light workers have successfully adjusted to the materialism that has driven the old paradigm; others have not. Some struggle financially, emotionally, psychically and physically; all these experiences have merit and have been designed by the soul as possibilities before embodiment. It is so very important not to judge anyone for what they are doing or not doing, for in doing so you are still acting out of polarity and ego.

It is coming to the awareness of some of the leading edge light workers that the dark ones that they have opposed have acted to the benefit of the light. Without the blatant over-the-top, aggressive war mongering, crazy financial manipulations, regressive and repressive laws, militarized policing of the public, focused attacks on common law and the Constitution, and other posturing by the Powers that Were, the people would not now be waking up.

Every person who has sacrificed their life, living or health, the sight of every injured soldier, every desperate homeowner, every unemployed citizen has compelled the citizens of the world, with a semblance of awareness outside themselves, to look the paper tiger in the eye and see it for what it truly is; a chimera, an illusion designed for one thing – to control the world, through destruction, darkness and chaos. People are discovering that they are powerful, in and of themselves, and they are in the process of taking back that power. That is their mission.

As a light worker, you can choose to join the picket lines, the protests, the political process or you can choose to do your light work and engage in re-building and reconnecting your light body and rebuilding the planet by doing positive and regenerative activities like gardening, building community, sharing stories, blogging and writing, doing creative activities, healing and educating the newly awakened. Many of the light workers are meant to teach the ones who come with questions and they will come, first in their hundreds and then thousands and then millions. By preparing yourself as best you can, by transmuting your own “stuff”, discovering your inner teacher, you are preparing yourself to meet those who do not have your background in spirituality, at least in this life time.

Many of the light workers have been preparing for this transitional period for lifetimes. Others have come in with their spiritual gifts more intact, with the ability to dream walk or experience lucid dreams, to channel and communicate freely with spirit, clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and other yet undefined senses and gifts. Each of you has something to offer; do not belittle yourself by comparing yourself with those who seem “ahead” of you in development, strength, grace or knowledge. You will develop what you need in order to complete your mission by having faith and trust in yourself, in the guidance that you receive 24/7 whether or not you are currently aware of it; and in forgiving yourself for any perceived shortcomings. You are perfect in the eyes of your Mother / Father God, for they see you as you are, a beautiful light being.

For many years, the only thread that kept our scribe going was a feeling of divine discontent. She kept pushing herself forward in areas that interested her, first spiritual healing, then reading and studying about the Ascended Masters, experiencing first hand channeled messages, and most definitely stepping out of her comfort zone by literally picking herself up and moving two states away from family and friends. So, you see, she has already done those things that many people find themselves compelled to do these days as the light waxes strong in this world and people have to confront their fears and sense of inadequacy head on. She may move on when the time is right, but it is not now.

Through the power of the internet, she can reach seekers and others who resonate on or near her wave length, through the magic of the written word. No, world peace will not emerge due to her work, but perhaps small changes will emerge through some of the individuals who she touches with the energies we plant within her communiques. Sometimes just the experience of feeling the supportive, loving energies after a difficult day is all one needs to motivate them to do a little more for themselves in terms of their individual spiritual journey.

We do not seek to build a religion or change people’s minds or to influence them to do things; each of these things is up to the free will and soul contract of the individual involved. Also, we will work with those who reach out to us, in order to learn, to expand, to heal and to grow. For those who are not ready to communicate with us or even to believe in us, we respect their free will and choices. It is up to the individual to decide when move ahead and to decide when they are ready to proceed and open to becoming an initiate on the path of return. Sometimes that decision comes after much pondering; for others, in an instant – the heart opens and the person never looks back on their old life.

For those light workers who have embodied upon the planet and have not yet awakened, know that their wake up call may be a little more forceful than what you may have experienced, yet do not judge. Experience is what each soul desires and experience comes in many different ways. No one person is better than another and this equation includes those who have been called the dark. Someone had to volunteer to play the villains in this game and they have done so with gusto.

Condemnation is judgment. You have all played different roles, on this planet or on another, at various times during your journey and so it is with those who are currently experiencing the abrupt downfall of all their long-held hopes, dreams, beliefs and yes, their “truths”. Learn to free yourself of judgment, of one another and mostly especially of yourself. One cannot go forward into ascension without releasing this to God and to the loving energies of the Violet Flame for transmutation.

All the living beings upon the planet, including animals and all living creatures, humanity, the elementals and unseen helpers, those who exist in different dimensions and worlds within the world, all of you create a collective consciousness, beautiful in its diversity of color, light and love. Those of you who currently exist in human form are in the process of putting off the limiting thought forms of the departing paradigm. We encourage you to allow your horizons and understanding of Self to expand much, much wider than ever before and still your dreams will not match what is yet to be revealed.

You are truly magnificent in the midst of your turmoil and striving. Humanity’s collective heart is expanding and with that growth, the ability for the light to expand and penetrate into the hearts of the sleeping majority of the world’s population. Yet even the most skeptical of light workers must realize that the sleepers have and are awakening, quickly. With the latest threat of nuclear war, the populaces from countries all over the world realize that they, too, would be in danger and that war is no longer an option to solve problems. Indeed, every system of the old paradigm is now being seen and being revealed as entirely unsuitable for dealing with going forward.

Understand that it is in your very nature, imprinted in your DNA, to be positive, loving beings. For those who do not feel this way, perhaps you need to look within before lashing out at your neighbor. In the words of a great teacher, “Remove the log from your eyes, before you seek to remove the mote from your neighbor’s.”

Breathe, dear ones, and know that you have the power within, the creativity and imagination needed to deal with any problem that currently exists no matter how seemingly insurmountable it might appear now. As each of the wayshowers and leading edge light workers comes online with their light bodies through the ascension process, the way will become easier for each succeeding group; this has been proven through the work and experience of teachers such as Jim Self. For those who follow in your footsteps, because of your individual efforts in coming into alignment with Self, opening your heart, becoming reconnected to your Merkabah, Cube and Unified Field, you will be assisting those who follow close at your heels. And you will marvel at the ease that they undergo the process of Ascension when you might have struggled for years on your own journey.

It matters not; there are always scouts and wayshowers who must find the way forward and those who carve out the path behind them. Then the wagon parties of emigrants arrive and create a road and cities of light and gardens and wonders galore. The forests are replanted, the mountains, streams and valleys cleansed of all pollution. It will happen; it is happening. Dream the dream and go forward on your own path; you will be followed. You will be honored for what you do and what you are – the bravest of the brave, the strongest of the strong.

Beloved ones, we love you for the light you hold and honor you as you appear to struggle to discover new ways of doing things. You delight in creating puzzles for yourself; know that you will solve this one. Enjoy the process; that is part of the reason you are here, to experience this amazing, challenging and vital transitional period as a darkened world is turned into a beautiful paradise once again.

One more nugget for thought – without the Dark, there would no growth. Complacency and stagnation has brought down more than one civilization. It is in the dark, moist soil that the seed rests until the warmth of the spring sunlight triggers the impulse to grow, to stretch and to become. So it is with this world. Dark and light are indeed a polarity, a mystery and a paradox – one on which to ponder in a quiet moment. Now is the time of return of light to this world, this galaxy and this Universe. It must start small, but the ripples will affect worlds unseen, far beyond the edges of your present awareness. Be like the seed, responding to the light without words or judgment, beliefs or prejudice; just be who you are and you will go far. We have faith in your abilities and the gifts of spirit that you have yet to uncover that lie within each of you.
