Stephen: And another truth slips into the public arena… This one involving the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) and the Bank of England (BoE), possibly showing the origins of some of the funding for the German war effort.

The Bank of England has admitted its role in one of the most controversial episodes in its history – helping the Nazis sell gold plundered from Czechoslovakia months before the outbreak of the Second World War.

An official history, written in 1950 but posted online for the first time on Tuesday, detailed how the “Old Lady” transfered gold held in its vaults to the Germans despite the UK Government of the day placing a freeze on all Czech assets held in London.

In the history, the Bank of England insists its role in the episode was “widely misunderstood”, even though it “still rankled for some time”.

The Nazis invaded Czechoslovakia in September 1938. In March the following year, the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) asked the Bank of England to switch £5.6m-worth of gold from an account for the Czech national bank to one belonging to the Reichsbank.

Much of the gold – nearly 2,000 gold bars – was then “disposed” of in Belgium, Holland and London. The BIS was chaired at the time by Bank of England director, German Otto Niemeyer.

The UK central bank also sold gold for the Nazis in June 1939, without waiting for approval from Westminster.

The history reveals: “There was a further gold transaction on the 1st June 1939 when there were sales of gold (£440,000) and gold shipments to New York (£420,000) from the No.19 account of the BIS.

“This represented gold which had been shipped to London by the Reichsbank.

“This time, before acting, the Bank of England referred the matter to the Chancellor, who said that he would like the opinion of the law officers of the Crown.

“On the BIS enquiring, however, what was causing delay and saying that inconvenience would be caused because of payments the next day, the Bank of England acted on the instructions referring to the Law Officers, who, however, subsequently upheld their action.”

Just three months later the Government declared war on Germany, following its invasion of Poland.

In the official history, the Bank insisted that it would have been “wrong and dangerous” for the future of BIS if Governor Montagu Norman had taken any other course of action. It claimed the UK and French governments would have breached peace treaties if they had blocked the move.

Historians have argued that Montagu Norman supported Germany right up until the Second World War. He reportedly attended the christening of the son of Dr Hjalmar Schacht, president of the Reichsbank before the war.

His right hand man at the Bank was Otto Niemeyer who chaired the Bank of International Settlements which was set up in 1930 as a non-political body to facilitate the payments of reparations from Germany after the First World War.

After the outbreak of war, the documents reveal the Government told the Bank of England it should not act upon an order from the BIS “if it seems to the Bank to be likely that the order might benefit the enemy”.

Impact of Rising Energies

Back in 2009 Matthew Ward told us what we could expect as the energies continued to rise.

“As planetary vibrations continue to rise, those ruthless manipulators will leave; their physical bodies cannot survive without the light that they refuse to accept, and the souls will go to worlds that correspond to their lifetime energy registration.” (1)

However I believe that the Company of Heaven has not known exactly exactly everything about what to expect because previously an Ascension with the physical body, including the gradual raising of the energies on the planet, has never been tried before.

The rising discontent of the masses as expressed in protests and campaigns is accentuated by these expanding energies, Matthew says.

“All actions and reactions are being accentuated in accordance with the energy acceleration, which you perceive as time passing faster and faster, and the wrangling and bickering over issues will evolve into unity of larger purpose as Earth continues approaching her Golden Age.” (2)

The energies are working with containment to alter the outlook of many in a position of power, Archangel Michael notes.

“But if the collective is saying, ‘Share. Let me participate. Let me be free. I demand my freedom,’ at the same time as those who are in power, who have wielded power – and we are not just talking about those in containment; that is a whole other, separate discussion; and yes, they are still in containment; and no, it is not a whimsy or a fantasy; that would be ridiculous – those in power are also having a change of heart.

“How is this occurring? Because the energy upon your planet, not only within you, but upon the planet, Gaia herself, is shifting, so that there is a different longing, a different desire, so that their focus is no longer on holding onto what they’ve got, so there is an easing and saying, ‘Yes, I think it is a good idea that there is broader participation.’” (3)

The ascended masters through Wes Annac also recognized the impact of this unfolding awakening:

“Your Divinity as a human being is beginning to be understood by a plethora of individuals who are in important positions on your world, who can use their positions for the betterment of mankind rather than for the progressing of darkly-inclined agendas.

“We speak of souls within your governments; your military and financial institutions; your education systems; and even souls within your entertainment industry who have become celebrities because of the roles they’ve played in films and television shows.

“Souls all over your world who are in important positions of influence are beginning to find subtle yet potent awakenings taking place in themselves, and they’re being activated for their greater mission at this time, just as you dear souls are.” (4)

We can expect to see more souls jumping ship, they say.

“Souls who have previously worked for the cabals will continue to jump ship and join-over to the side of the Light, and the containment of the cabal heads that we and your Galactic brethren have been working with much of ourselves on, will bear fruit in the form of leaders and people in positions of power seeming to take a left-turn with the ideals they express and the policies they attempt to put-into play.” (5)

Commander Ashtar tells us that we must anchor these energies and cause them to spread and thrive.

“We see the solutions for the world’s conflicts – not only in Turkey and Syria, which are currently keeping your media busy the most – but also the conflicts between the genders, between different population groups and religions. We see how these conflicts melt and what newly arises in their stead. And this is unique to your world – an unprecedented peace is awaiting you.

“You are asking, ‘When?’ Well this depends very much on you. Send out your Light and Love and help transform all the negative energies in your world. We are quite active in bringing in the energies of your Central Sun, but the real transmutation, the anchoring and the thriving of these incoming energies is your job.

“And – if we may be permitted to say so – actually your principal duty, irrespective of which other tasks you have additionally taken on.” (6)

Nonetheless Violence and Abuse Continue

Some instances of violence and abuse continue, the most glaring being the Syrian civil war. The Arcturian Group discuss what is happening there:

“You may say: ‘What about murders, and war?’ These experiences are usually karmic and are part of a soul lesson necessary in order to shift an individual beyond a particular state of consciousness–often one the person has held for many lifetimes.

“There are many still holding ancient warrior energy that needs to be re-experienced in order to be released and activated in a higher-dimensional sense.” (7)

Ashtar speaking through Philipp Schlienger called these instances of violence “the last gasp of the dark energies” in June 2013.

“At the moment many things are happening in your world that cause many of you to doubt in the Divine Plan. Many of you are asking, ‘How can it be that we are talking about Love and Peace, promising you the most wonderful things, while seemingly chaos, violence and oppression rule all around the world?’

“Please understand that this is the last gasp of the dark energies – anything that is not of the Light will now be washed away or transformed. The dark opposes this transformation – fights and stands up to the very last. But its fate is sealed.” (8)

What we’ve looked at here is one possible scenario depicting a change in the Divine Plan. Our purpose has been to offer some speculative insights into what circumstances can cause a change in the plan and how those changes could play out. In this case, the plan began as a scenario of mass arrests and wholesale government change and has now morphed into a scenario of containment and government reform.

There will be changes in government. I’m not trying to say there won’t be. Rumors of a new Republic for America are suggesting that it may be announced either with or soon after the announcement of the global currency reset. But there won’t be a wholesale turning of all officers of government out of office and mass arrests. Instead there will be the retention of those officers who support the goal of government reform and an unseating only of those who continue to resist the changes or try to subvert them.

When your move into fully conscious living replaces your present illusory state of existence, as it very soon will, you will be so engrossed with the new environment you are busy adapting to that your interest in “what is to come” will have evaporated, because you will experience it as being no longer pertinent or of interest. In this new “now moment,” there is no future, nothing to look forward to, because there is only the eternal, joy-filled now moment.

You truly have absolutely no idea of the wonders to which you will soon be gloriously re-exposed, when you awaken into your natural and divine state as fully conscious entities at One with God.

Your lives are about to change, drastically and forever! And the changes that are about to occur would absolutely blow your minds if you had to negotiate your way through them while still operating within your present, unbelievably restricted and literally disabled human intelligence, rather than those divinely created and infinitely talented minds with which your Father endowed you.

What has been your experience until now – the state of conscious awareness that in your collective human experience has been considered normal and acceptable to you – is about to disintegrate, be blown away, and replaced with a state which, in comparison to what you have come to accept as normal, is utterly beyond ecstasy.

The joy that is about to envelop and embrace you can be neither described nor anticipated because it is completely beyond the ability of humanity’s limited intelligence to even conceive of. Imagine a small child being taken for the first time to the most magnificent amusement park on the planet and on arrival there, being given an unlimited supply of tickets for all the rides. Can you put yourselves in its shoes? Even if you can, you have not even started to conceive of the joys that await you when you awaken, shortly, into your natural and fully conscious state.

God’s plan is one of joy and wonder, to delight all of creation, and the intent of His Will ensures that whatever he plans comes fully and beautifully to fruition. Your present illusory experience, your asleep-at-the-wheel kind of consciousness, with all its inevitable miss-steps, mistakes, and unconscious decision-making, is coming to an end.

You can see signs of this all over the world as more and more people start waking up to the fact that their lives are not their own, that they are effectively enslaved, running on a treadmill, as they strive desperately to provide the necessities of life for themselves and their loved ones. That is no way to live, and collectively, humanity has made the decision, the astounding and earth-shattering decision, to change direction. The time when far less than 1% of the population controls and directs the vast majority is finished.

God created all His children as perfect beings, whom He entitled and willed to live rewarding, uplifting, and wholly fulfilling lives, and He ensured that everything needed to bring that state about was freely available. But when you chose to build the illusion, and decided to perpetuate and develop it, that loving balance was removed, and the limitations intrinsic to this unreal realm led inevitably to disagreement, disharmony, and then to fighting among yourselves, as many strove to fill the enormous gap, the vast emptiness within that was the absence of God.

Over the eons, a few “favored” families, through some unconscionable behavior and betrayals, came to own and control all the resources of planet Earth, as they established systems of government which they controlled and directed, whilst hiding discreetly behind the scenes in undeserved comfort, security, and luxury. They quickly came to believe that there was no need for God, that they had replaced Him to become the true lords of all they surveyed. They forgot that what they had built was illusory!

The illusion is a very temporary abstraction – an unreality that could not least because it had no foundations.

The foundation on which all of creation rests is Love, which is the eternal energy source from which all pours forth in infinite abundance. The illusion – the apparent separation from God and from His Love – therefore had no foundation, and from the moment of its inception it started deteriorating. To humanity, enveloped in this seemingly very real and solid environment, this is a concept that is almost impossible to grasp.

But as you look around you now, its inevitable demise can no longer go unrecognized or be denied. It is unmistakably clear that unbridled greed and the activities it encourages are relentlessly destructive – and humanity has at last awakened to that fact. No longer will you allow it to continue. That is the collective decision that you have made, and it has brought intense joy to all in the spiritual realms.

As you are continuously being informed, you are on the path home, where the blinkers you have been wearing will no longer work. The tiny and unreal vista to which your blinkered consciousness had limited you will dissolve as the brilliance of the divine eternal day wakens you into your natural and eternal state – at one with one another in the glorious Presence of God, your eternal Source field from which you have never been separated.

Ashtar, channeled by Philipp: Update on your Current Timeline. July 31, 2013

The timeline communicated to you in earlier messages comprises of three trimesters from December 2012 until September 2013. You are now in the third – or last – trimester which has in store for you the most intense and extensive changes.

We have previously informed you that the prerequisite for our widespread appearance on your world would especially be the transformation of your financial systems. Furthermore, we have told you that the uplift experienced as a result of these transformations would increasingly enhance your ability to absorb the news about your Star Family. We will use this uplift to introduce ourselves to you, our brothers and sisters incarnated on the surface of dear Gaia.

Many of you are of the opinion that the developments are not going forward as planned and as communicated by us. Many are in doubt about our messages, since they could not see the changes in the outside world which would act as proof for the validation of our communications. Consequently, their focus is upon that what is not instead of that what is.

Please understand that you are creating your reality in every second of your life through your focus and intent. Why do we regularly place our focus on your heart? Because everything begins in your heart – it is your heart that creates your desired reality.

Returning now to the timeline which is the reason for transmitting this message. We have been telling you through different sources that God’s plan for you dear souls has beenaltered after December 21, 2012. We intentionally avoid using the word changed since God’s plan to bring you back to full consciousness has not been changed. Instead, you collectively asked for an extension period – which was granted.

If you look around you, you will undoubtedly notice all that you have successfully achieved so far. But you will find the most astonishing changes are within your Being. Use a quiet moment to go into your heart space and reflect on all that you have personally achieved up to now. Compare where you are now with where you were at the end of last year.

How do you deal with unpleasant situations today? Don’t you notice that you are far more relaxed and not as quick to go into “panic mode” as you used to be? Don’t you see that you are able to shift your focus much more rapidly from unpleasant situations to uplifting ones? You have truly achieved magnificent progress. We ask you therefore to honor yourselves for this achievement and not to hide your Light under a bushel.

This NOW moment is truly an intensive time period. There are many things in store for you which will bring you the confirmations you desire. The currency revaluation – as well as the transformation of your financial systems – are but two important things to come very shortly. To use one of your expressions, we would tell you “All systems are GO!” The necessary preparatory work has been completed and we are awaiting the right moment for implementation – and this moment is imminent.

The changes will gather speed in earnest and you will pleasantly be surprised at what will come to you blow by blow. All is going as planned and as communicated by us.

The veil at the end of this trimester will not suddenly lift – your return back home to full consciousness is a process. But there shall come a point in your journey where you will take a big step forward to enable you to build upon this step, to integrate all that you have achieved so far in every cell of your Being, and to allow you to go ahead with your journey back home to where you belong. And the moment for you to take this step is just around the corner. You will make great progress and be pleasantly surprised with your achievements.

Truly, you have so much to look forward to. Please remember that joy is a very powerful companion, and therefore we encourage you to place your focus in your daily lives on all those things which bring you joy and happiness. Try to find as much joy as possible. Be happy and be thankful for being incarnated at this time on beautiful and dear Gaia.
