July 7th Update: Getting it all Perfect

Good morning (or good night as the case may be!) to everyone!!

My Skype is flooded, and now not updating again. My email account is overflowing- I’m almost a week behind again, sorry folks- have patience, I’m trying to wade through them all! To try and make things marginally easier for me, I’m posting this update here to try and answer as many questions as possible, and perhaps even C&P some of my skype conversations as well.

First off, the biggest question everyone is asking over and over:

“Are the documents/templates done yet!!???”

Right off the top I want to apologize to everyone for my own actions. I pushed Heather to put a “date” on the launch of the docs/templates. I really pushed her to have them ready for Monday’s show, then Tuesdays show… and I KNEW better than to set a solid date even when I was pushing for one. That is my fault and I take full responsibility for setting a public deadline that has passed and gotten a whole lot of people upset and angry. On the TCI show this past Tuesday I spoke about the documents and said that they are close to being finished- and at THAT point they were. My biggest mistake was assuming that it was a static situation and not mutable- and again, I know better than that- so again, I’ll step up and take full responsibility for making misleading statements without thinking of the repercussions to the people listening, who are NOT here and aware of all that is going on.

When I spoke on the TCI show, the documents, as they stood at that moment, WERE almost done. As I said on the show that night, we were also experiencing some serious energetic issues….. and believe me when I say that I was downplaying the situation. We had a lot of energetic help from several people and groups and the one big issue was resolved (I will talk about that in a bit), and when it did resolve, the energetics changed and allowed transparency and data to come out in a way that was loud & clear. New data and transparency means that the documents had to change to reflect that new data.

I want to explain something to everyone about this. These documents have to be PERFECT. Do you completely understand that? There can be no fact, no data, no piece missing from these documents. If a single piece of data is missing, or a facet of the situation is over looked, then the documents will not work. Get it? I don’t mean to be pissy, but I’m a little bit frustrated at the people out there screaming for the documents without actually understanding what is involved, nor the vastness of project that Heather is pulling together. I accept my responsibility in building up a “deadline” that was made public, but I DO ask that people take a moment to think.

….if this was the government putting this magnitude of a project together, it would take 15 years, 12 different committees and probably 5 trillion dollars to do.

……. we are one group of people, we have families that need us, we have no budget, no nannies, no house keepers, no drivers, no school teachers, no medics, no referees, no secretaries, no personal assistants…. We have a Heather, with the financial and legal know-how and years of experience within the legal and global financial community, and the ability to pull down the necessary data when it’s available and becomes clear. We have a me, who supports Heather in any way possible, from looking after her kids, doing her dishes occasionally, and who plays straightman to help her pull out the data she needs to write these documents and do her work. We have spouses who help us with kids and housework. We have friends like Nicole who also helps us rally the kids. We have the help of the bridge crew (also known as the Ethiopian 11 team, lol), and many many others energetically, who bring us information and help out energetically where ever possible…. but the reality is that we are all supporting Heather to do this work, because she’s the only one DOing it.

………… Mama D’s straight talk: not to be too *****y, but if you think you can write these documents faster, have at it.

Heather spent about 10 hours yesterday, out of the house, solidly working on the documents. I just spoke with her about 30 minutes ago and she said she’s very very please with what she accomplished yesterday, and that they just need some final refining. I will add that as of 30 minutes ago, they just need some refining…. 10 minutes from now another factor might be made transparent and have to be entered into the documents. Regardless, they are in the works and will be released the very moment that they are fully and completely ready to go out. Then Heather (and I) will use them ourselves to make transparent how they work.

Project XIII- The I UV INchange doesn’t NOT require Project XIII to be up and running to access their Value. Caleb is currently working out a few small bugs in the system before launching. Again we have a situation where people pushed Caleb into giving deadlines- deadlines that didn’t’ take into consideration issues with Microsoft and the iStore, and the bugs that were discovered in the programming. And again, like the Documents that Heather is working on, Project XIII needs to be PERFECT when it’s launched. It is far too important to be put out publicly when there are issues that still need to be resolved. Caleb and his team are working at top speed to get everything sorted, but there will be no more “deadlines” given! Caleb will launch his ground breaking work WHEN it’s ready, and when it’s READY, it will be safe and completely secure.

As I said earlier this week, Heather has (with much help) gain access to her gmail account. This email account contains over 8000 emails and documents and to be honest is staggering in it’s scope and importance- if only to show what was and how much of what you’ve seen has come to be. I am currently looking at ways to INSURE that the information gets to the public Without tampering, without pieces conveniently going missing etc… As soon as I have it worked out, I will let everyone know how it will happen.

NOW… the other thing I wanted to update everyone on is the RV situation. Two things to start:

“XXX: THERE WAS A SMALL ISSUE LAST NIGHT…WHERE 3 COUNTRIES CODES WERE NOT RIGHT…”

*cough cough cough bull**** cough cough cough*

“The trade programs in and of themselves are perfectly legal, and are sanctioned by the SEC. However we believe because of all the delays and stupid excuses, that the BIG bankers are in cahoots with the UST using the RV funds in a way to stuff their pockets with TONS of dough.”

….the trade programs are “legal” in the old system of “legal” meaning that you can steal everything between 5:01pm and 8:59am without permission of the account holders …. as long as you don’t’ get caught- and even then, they’re only held accountable IF your lawyer is better than theirs.

I just love that all of a sudden everyone’s talking about the night time trading thefts that have been going on for MONTHS…. when I’ve been telling people this since at least APRIL!!!!! (facepalm) …..

……. no one listens to me :( …. idiots

Whatever.

I’m going to say this, and there will be a bunch of people who will snort and point fingers and make fun of me and will rant and rave that it’s all a crock of ****….

This is my OPINION, but we’ll see how accurate it is as everything plays out. There is a very good reason why the “RV” hasn’t gone yet: Heather hasn’t released the I UV INchange documents. I’ve watched the intel world go completely insane over the past two weeks about the Global Currency Revaluation. More than any other time that I’ve witnessed, they have been ramping up the “release” every night since June 25th. That is a relevant date because on that day certain information was spoken openly on skype to insure that our lovely NSA/Alphabet listeners heard every word and KNEW exactly what the plan was and how it was to play out. Two days later, with almost no notice, Iraq is suddenly released from Chapter 7 sanctions by the UN, with a unanimous vote. At that point everyone is told “It’s going tonight!!” and then nothing. Why? because on Thursday we released info about the Documents and Templates. Then on Saturday I wrote that the Docs and templates would be released in time for the radio shows. Again, the RV was “guaranteed” to happen on Monday…. then Tuesday….. then Wednesday…..

People who’ve been in the RV game for years will snort and say “that’s nothing different than what we’ve heard before….” except that certain things were put into play during those days that haven’t happened before.

My theory is that “they” will try to hide the launch of the I UV Value system with the RV. Before they were trying to hide the RV from the public as it was way too volatile a situation for the public to “handle”, but now…. in comparison to the RV, the I UV Value system is something they DEFINITELY don’t want the public to know about! So… they will launch the RV the moment that the I UV Value System is released and hope that they can hide it behind the RV.

We’ll just have to watch it play out, won’t we?

The one last thing I want to say is that everything is working on an energetic level right now, and those levels are vastly important.

“…. This isn’t about Politics & Finance any more. It’s about the energetics. “They” know that. Hence they attempted to keep us busy and off guard for a few days…”

When they couldn’t do anything to physically interfere with our work (which was made very very clear when we were in the desert), they had to ramp up the energetic angst. It definitely delayed things…. BUT in those delays came clarity and absolute data and transparency, which was necessary to move forward…. so the reality is that for all their meddling with people (mentally, emotionally, and physically), all the crashing glasses, the exploding jars, the blown fuses, the smoking electrical outlets, the watchers maneuvering frequencies at us….The work is still getting done.

A HUGE Thank You to everyone out there that has been helping us with the energetic clearing going on. The “watcher” has suddenly decided to go on vacation…. teeheehee. Thanx ladies!

Over the weekend, young Israelis constructed a giant peace sign on the slopes of the Golan Heights in an effort at citizen-to-citizen diplomacy.

The Syrian civil war has killed close to 100,000 people in the past two years, as an increasingly violent rebel movement seeks to overthrow the heavily armed Assad regime that has ruled for four decades. While the war is not directed at Israel, there is growing worry that the violence could spill over into the Golan Heights, which Israel captured from Syria in the 1967 war with its Arab neighbors.

In recent months, numerous mortars, rockets, and small fire have landed in the Golan. Rebels briefly seized the Israel-Syria border crossing in Quneitra in June and cross-border fire set off sirens just two days ago.

One night this spring while hearing the bombing from his bed, Golan resident Amir Sade decided it was time for Israeli citizens to convey a message of shared humanity to their beleaguered neighbors.

“I thought to myself … I am sleeping here, two kilometers (1.2 miles) from there, for two years already, and I thought that we need to tell them what we think … They should know what we want – not the [Israeli] government, not the politicians, but the citizens in the Golan.”

So the next time he had a break in his engineering studies, he organized 30 people from his community, Kibbutz El-Rom, to build a peace sign out of basalt rocks on the lower slope of a mountain near the de-facto border. By Friday evening, it was completed, with a diameter of more than 150 feet.

He confesses he knows little about life or politics in Syria, though he supports the popular uprising againstPresident Bashar al-Assad.

“I would like to see the people rising up, but I absolutely don’t know a thing about Syria,” he says in a phone interview. “I’m kind of living in this peaceful area in the Golan but there is war there, I don’t have any idea what they’re going through.”

If he could communicate to his neighbors with words in addition to his peace symbol, what would he say?

“I will say, ‘Let’s live together, let’s make it together. We’re the same people who want the same things,’” he says, adding that he would love to visit their country. “I want to go to eat kenafeh [a popular dessert] in Damascus without [a] border.”

The order was issued April 25 and required Verizon Business Network Services to turn over the data every day through July 19, 2013.

The secret decision was issued by a judge with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and had remained a classified document until it was publicly disclosed recently by formerNational Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden.

In response to the unusually broad data collection order, the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) in Washington filed an emergency petition with the Supreme Court seeking to overturn the order and stop the ongoing collection of domestic telephone records of millions of Americans.

Such petitions to the high court are rare, and even more rarely granted.

The once-secret order demanded that Verizon turn over to the NSA “all call detail records or ‘telephony metadata’ created by Verizon for communications (i) between the United States and abroad; or (ii) wholly within the United States, including local telephone calls.”

The order does not require disclosure of the content of the phone calls. Instead it seeks routing information, including the telephone numbers making and receiving the calls, subscriber identity numbers, calling card numbers, and the time and duration of the calls.

Such metadata is used by intelligence analysts to identify patterns of behavior and networks of associates. Experts say it can reveal substantial personal information when such data is collected and analyzed over time.

“Telephone records, even without the content of the calls, can reveal an immense amount of sensitive, private information. There is no reasonable grounds for the NSA to have access to every call record of every Verizon customer,” Marc Rotenberg, president of EPIC, said in a statement.

He said the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court was applying the surveillance act in a way that is inconsistent with the text and purpose of the statute.

The secret court “exceeded its statutory jurisdiction when it ordered production of millions of domestic telephone records that cannot plausibly be relevant to an authorized investigation,” Mr. Rotenberg said, in a 38-page petition urging the high court to take up the issue.

“It is simply not possible that every phone record in the possession of a telecommunications firm could be relevant to an authorized investigation,” he wrote.

Rotenberg said the order issued by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court touched on the privacy interests of all Verizon business customers, including his own organization, EPIC.

He said EPIC was involved in on-going litigation against various government agencies, and that it engaged in sensitive communications with clients over the telephone.

“The records acquired by the NSA under this Order detail the daily activities, interactions, personal and business relationships, religious and political affiliations, and other intimate details of millions of Americans,” he said.

He said Americans will be less likely to freely express themselves and associate with others if they know or suspect that the government is collecting information about their use of the telephone.

The petition warns that there is nothing in the order that prevents the government from collecting and analyzing metadata related to communications of the judiciary and members of Congress. As such, the petition said, it “inappropriately arrogates exceptional power to the Executive Branch.”

Traditionally, under the Fourth Amendment, government officials are required to obtain a warrant from a neutral judge authorizing any surveillance or wiretapping. Investigators must be able to show there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed or is about to be committed by a particular individual that would justify the intrusion into that person’s privacy.

As part of the war on terror, Congress passed a statute in 2008 that allows the government more leeway in collecting massive amounts of telecommunications data without having to show such individualized suspicion of illegality.

At issue in the EPIC petition is whether the government and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court have exceeded limits enacted by Congress to prevent such wide-ranging surveillance of Americans.

The case is In Re Electronic Privacy Information Center.

Several animal welfare groups and individuals have banded together to file suit against the federal government to stop resumption of horse slaughter in the United States.

The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), Front Range Equine Rescue, Marin Humane Society, Horses for Life Foundation, Return to Freedom and five private individuals are seeking aninjunction to stop horse slaughter plants on U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) -approved plant inspections in New Mexico, Iowa, Oklahoma and Missouri until the court can consider the allegations in the lawsuit.

The complaint alleges the USDA did not perform required environmental impact analysis under the National Environmental Protection Act before issuing permits allowing horse slaughterhouses to operate. The plaintiffs seek a hearing on the matter by July 8.

The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service approved the first permit application, submitted byValley Meat Company of Roswell, N.M., on June 28. It approved a second permit for a plant owned by Responsible Transportation in Sigourney, Iowa, on July 2. USDA is apparently also considering applications from would-be plants in Gallatin and Rockville, Mo.; Woodbury, Tenn.; and Washington, Okla.

According to the USDA, federal law requires them to grant these permits when the applicants meet all the requirements. However, even the USDA wants to stop the practice of horse slaughter in this country. It said in a statement: “The administration has requested Congress to reinstate the ban on horse slaughter. Until Congress acts, the department must continue to comply with current law.”

However, according to Jonathan Lovvorn, HSUS senior vice president and chief counsel for animal protection litigation, “Horse slaughter plants pollute local water bodies with blood and offal, permeate the air with a foul stench, diminish property values and put horses through misery. USDA’s decision to visit these horrors on the citizens of New Mexico, Missouri, and Iowa — without even conducting an environmental review first — is irresponsible, and a clear violation of federal law.”

The Federal Meat Inspection Act requires inspections for horse meat to be sold for human consumption. The USDA decisions on these slaughterhouse permits is at odds with recent funding decisions made by the U.S. House and Senate appropriations committees. Both voted in June to halt horse slaughter inspection funding for fiscal year 2014. More to the point, next year’s proposedfederal budget also does not include inspection funding. Until these funding decisions become law, however, USDA is obligated to process and approve properly applied-for permits.

A History of Horse Meat

Slaughtering horses for meat was legal in the U.S. until 2006, when Congress stopped funding inspections of horse slaughterhouses. No inspections meant no meat processing, so the three operating slaughterhouses in Texas and Illinois had to cease operation in 2007.

Fast forward another four years. In 2011, Congress restored inspection funding. Valley Meat Company and several other slaughterhouses in turn applied for permits to operate. Valley Meat even sued the USDA when permit processing took too long.

Americans, not surprisingly, aren’t chomping at the bit to have a horse burger. U.S.-produced horse meat isn’t intended for American dinner plates, but rather would be sold overseas where foodies consider it a delicacy and will pay $20 a pound for it. Zoos also purchase the meat to feed their captive carnivores.

Not everyone overseas wants to eat horse meat, of course. The recent scandal in Ireland and the U.K, in which beef was mislabeled and found to contain horse meat caused enormous public outcry.

Where do all the horses intended for slaughter come from? Primarily, they are purchased from auctions where breeders and private sellers unload horses that no one wants. Old racehorses, children’s ponies, carriage horses, horses that breeders cannot sell, perfectly healthy horses that have no home — all of these and more are snapped up by contract buyers who travel the country purchasing horses and selling them for their meat.

According to the USDA, 92 percent of horses sold to slaughter are in “good condition.” They are simply unwanted.

New Mexico’s Objections

New Mexico, the site of the first approved USDA permit to Valley Meat Company, doesn’t want a horse slaughterhouse to open there. The state’s Attorney General’s Office recently ruled that the drugs regularly administered to horses in this country make horse meat unfit for human consumption.

“Our legal analysis concludes that state law does not allow for production of meat that is chemically tainted under federal regulations,” says Attorney General Gary King in a press releaseon his office web site. “New Mexico law is very clear that it would be prohibited and illegal.”

According to a list maintained by Front Range Equine Rescue, over 100 different drugs can typically be given to horses, some of which are specifically not intended for use in horses to be consumed for food.

Is Slaughter in the U.S. the More “Humane” Alternative?

Sadly, the absence of horse slaughter facilities in the U.S. does not mean that horses from this country are spared a grisly fate. A brisk slaughter trade in Canada and Mexico is happy to take the horses that are not killed here.

In 2012, for example, over 110,000 horses from the U.S. were slaughtered in Mexico. Another 60,000 or so were slaughtered in Canada. Year-to-date totals as of March 2013 show that 21,429 horses have met their end in Mexico, and almost 4,422 have been processed in Canada.

Some therefore argue that that banning horse slaughter in this country only dooms the large population of unwanted horses to even more horrific slaughter across the border, under much less humane conditions. It’s a sobering argument.

The solution, really, is fewer unwanted horses. The challenge is how to make that happen.
