If you have them, they are stuffed down and topped with a smile. This, my dearest, is the opposite of the truth. People of all faiths and belief systems have negative feelings on occasion! The Universe knows this may be something you are already aware of but, reminders are nice. (Smiling) Being your authentic self, including those negatives, are a part of your growth and learning. The more knowledge you gain, the less those not-so-good moments will matter. They can come and go on a breeze…all you have to do is allow it to happen. 	The Galactic Federation via Blossom Goodchild, March 24, 2019 March 24, 2019 Hello to you! I have to be honest in saying that a huge part of me wishes I had never jumped down this rabbit hole in our last communication about TIME! Some of the emails I have received are so complicated in their desire to KNOW more and questions arising are blowing my head off trying to understand them, let alone put them to you and get an answer. However … I am willing to give it a go … and let’s see how it all pans out … shall we? Time will tell! Indeed. Yet, on the understanding that not EVERYTHING about this subject CAN be understood in ‘your time’ … for some concepts are out of the range of explaining in your words. Firstly … let us welcome you as we ‘jump down the rabbit hole together’. I have my spade as we dig deeper and brought along a pneumatic drill for good measure, plus a 10K bag of crispy carrots. Let’s go … 1 2 3 … … … When we ‘remember’ our childhood, is that a ‘then’ now, rather than a ‘now’ now moment? How do we better understand the flow of NOW, for even the word ‘remember’ refers to a not-now moment (time!). So, let us retrack into the possibility/knowing that everything is happening at once … and it is. When you FEEL you are recalling/remembering something ‘in your past’ … which is actually now also … you are merely ‘hopping into’ that space in the Globe and remembering when your focus was there. You may recall a time when you were four or five … you were younger … you may also ‘step into a space’ when you are ninety … which in your understanding has not yet happened. Yet, it is there in the Globe … along with all other possibilities of life itself. Get your shovel at the ready, Blossom! Due to the fact that you are ‘at this time’ experiencing physicality upon Planet Earth within a body of flesh and blood … you are of the understanding that this ‘flesh and blood’ has to be with you in order to encounter ‘any pathway’. Take yourselves out of the human body and you experience a completely different ‘format’ of self. We are trying to device a way to explain more clearly. When a movie is produced … everything, every scene in that movie is in that one unit of the movie. It is all there … and yet, you cannot watch every scene at once. If you fast forward or rewind … you can ‘enter into’ a different scene, yet, it is still in that one unit of the movie. This is how we are trying to describe the Globe. It is all there and yet, it depends on ‘what you are watching’ in any given focus of your experience. So, one’s ‘remembering’ could be likened to having watched that scene already … or rewinding back to that scene and experiencing it for the first time. OK … I don’t know why, yet I can feel the need to ask the question … are YOU in this Globe’? No … we are outside of it. Let us pose another possibility. Your Being will either resonate with it or … Stop! I need a carrot break!! Indeed. Let us narrow this Globe down into sections. Wait! How can you not be in it? Because you said last week that it holds everything in it … every possibility. We would say we were thinking of the sections that we are about to speak of … It is such a complicated matter and we would say also, Blossom … we felt that ‘your mind’ was thinking in terms of this Globe, speaking at this ‘time’ to be one to do within an Earthly paradigm. You are correct. I was still in the thought space of everything within human expectancy taking place within the Globe … I wasn’t thinking outside the square, so to speak. So let us move on to ‘A Globe’ within the Globe’. Let me power the drill up! So, let us put the Globe that you would categorize as Earth experience into a Globe within the ALLNESS/EVERYTHING Globe. For this is ‘recapping back’ into the ‘time’ subject where we originally began the conversation. You could ‘categorize’ many Globes of all varied experiences also encapsulated within the vast Globe that is all. So for now … let us concentrate on the ‘Earth Time Globe’ and perhaps ask us an appropriate question that has been sent in to you. OK. I am trying to condense it … which is not easy. Basically … How does one physically visit and physically interact with ANY person in history whose physical presence is no longer here? Because their Energy is STILL in the Globe. Get your drill! A Soul- Light is always a Soul-Light from Source. That is the essence of … who/what … everything/everyone … is. A source flow of Light-Love Energy that can transform into ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING AND NOTHING. Within your Earth Globe … whereupon ALL Earthly experiences are happening at once … including that which you FEEL you have not yet ‘advanced to’ as well as that which you FEEL has already taken place, ( Yet, both are just there in the Globe, along with all other possibilities and parallel situations of every experience in multiple expectancies). So, within your Earth Globe … you consider that when a soul leaves its physicality it is no longer there. That perhaps, it has gone to another realm … which it has … yet, that realm is within the Earth Globe … when one is choosing to experience the entirety of Earth /human. That Soul – Light CAN COME OUTSIDE of the Earth Globe … as and when it chooses … yet, its Energy imprint can be ‘activated’ at any time. Speak to me of Energy imprint, whilst I nibble on another carrot … You may need three! We have tried to explain a little before about you ‘residing as humans’ within a hologram. So … we could TRY to express it … yet, please do not take this literally … we are TRUSTING your deeper understanding will kick in … as likened to a robot when its power has run out … or been shut down. So, in that ‘likening’ when a soul ‘leaves the body’ … it can ‘spark up’ again at any moment and become activated, even though the souls who feel that ‘person’ is no longer ‘here on Earth with them ‘ … know them to be gone. I get that … what I don’t get is how to form the next question. So, going into what I would consider to be a hundred years in the past … Am I popping into ‘anyone’ as you said was possible last time … or, am I activating an Energy imprint of ‘myself? Someone else?’ Oh, Dearie Duck Beaks! This rabbit hole has so many tunnels … and not one of them has ‘Exit’ written on it. Do you remember last connection Blossom, that we said we would not be able to explain all, because it was out of the realms of explanation whilst in your human conformity? Well yes, something along those lines. I feel at this stage we have reached our peak on this matter and I know many will say … ‘What??????? We are just getting started’. I understand that. Yet, for now, in MY head, in MY capabilities of understanding in MY brain … I would like to leave this here. I feel you have given us so much food for thought and that we need to accept that which you have said … and mull it over. Yes, many questions will arise. Yet, I also feel that we cannot enter most of the tunnels because they are beyond our comprehension ‘in this space’ as you have said. How do you guys feel about that? We are in agreeance, Blossom. You are not here necessarily to understand all this … this is not where your focus is to lie. You chose to come here and focus upon Being the Light and spreading the Light and emanating the Light that you are. There will be a ‘space’ within you when not of the EARTHLY Globe … that will understand everything about this ‘Time Globe matter’ within an instant. You will just FEEL it and GET IT. Until then … we guide you to the ‘Exit’ sign as we bid you a fond farewell until our next communication. We enjoy expanding the minds capabilities/possibilities … yet, we are also aware of certain limitations upon information given. For in Essence, all of Creation is a part of you, and you are a Facet of the Supreme Creator. The expansion of God-Consciousness results in an expansion of your auric field–your Light Radiance. Over time, more and more of you will develop a radiance so powerful and expansive that it will begin to have a positive effect on those around you–and eventually on the Earth and all humanity. Quite a large number of the more advanced Souls have already gained this ability. However, you must remember, you cannot convey that which you have not claimed as your own. Also, remember this:an important part of your mission on Earth is to intensify the Light of the lower Dimensions. Expansion of Soul-consciousness results in an expansion of the auric field, both in intensity and scope of influence. An aspirant on the Path must focus on both outer and inner world training. You must strive to become a conscious observer of what is taking place around you. Training yourself to become fully engaged with focused awareness of the physical events in everyday life is vitally important, as well as learning to process the harmonious and the discordant frequency patterns to which you are subjected. You must then take the appropriate action. Practicing emotional and mental discipline is also very important as you seek to become a Master of Self. You must not turn your back on the world and life’s experiences, but face them head-on. However, it is vital that you learn to view life from a higher vantage point. Endeavor to see the bigger pictureand not get entangled in the small story dramas. Logic is a function of the physical mental body and your mind. Remember, the knowledge or theories you accept as your own truth must be experienced in order to gain the wisdom from the disclosed information. Inspiration is supplied by the Higher Self and your Sacred Mind. You must learn to pay attention to the impulses of your Sacred Mind and Sacred Heart or to the input of the prevailing Facet of your Higher Self, for that is how you will gradually learn to communicate with the Beings of the Higher Realms and gain cosmic wisdom. In the beginning, there was communication with and amongst specialized, group Spiritual Guides and Guardians; however, over time this gift or ability was lost. As humanity sank deeper into material consciousness, they became submerged in the sensations of the five senses, and they gradually stopped turning inward for the sense of connection with the higher realms of consciousness. The lower Third and Fourth Dimensions are not bright and clear. There is a misty or foggy overlay. Those Souls existing in this environment do not realize this, for it is the state of awareness they are accustomed to. The reality of the lower Third / Fourth Dimensions could be likened to existing within a murky labyrinth where you are forever seeking the path that will lead you back into the pure Light of awareness. This fog gradually begins to dissipate as you move into the mid-Sub-levels of the Fourth Dimension, and your world becomes lighter and brighter as you traverse each Higher Sub-level. In order to receive the lessons of Light, you must lift your consciousness to attune to at least the Fifth sub-level of the Fourth Dimension. In this Sub-Universal experience, there are Seven Sub-levels to each Dimension, with the First Sub-level being the lowest/densest and the Seventh sub-level the highest and most refined. The masters and your guides are willing to meet you halfway; however, only on very rare occasions will they lower their frequencies into the density of extreme duality, for it is too uncomfortable for them. The ego is a Facet of the physical personality; it was designed to assist you in developing a sense of identity and individuality over time. An outward-focused mind is guided by the ego. The misdirected ego-self was instrumental in creating the illusional belief system of the material plane, a reality based on separation, fear, selfishness and scarcity. As you expand your mental horizons, you begin to break down the barriers of self-limiting perception. Mind-expansion includes activating dormant cells of the upper dimensional levels of the brain and tapping into the wisdom of your Sacred Mind. Blind obedience is not a requisite for en-Lighten-ment, for you are striving to become a Master of Self and to live your personal truths as they have been revealed to you and validated by your heart monitor. Humanity is in the midst of a Soul and cellular awakening. However, you should be aware that the lesser principles of ageless wisdom will constantly be expanded to incorporate the unique rules, laws and truths of the next level of existence in the never-ending cycle of ascension in consciousness. You must keep the channel of communication open between the Soul and the brain via the mind. This initiates the slow reactivation process of the Pineal Gland and the opening of the portal to the Sacred Mind, which is located at the back portion of the brain, close to the crown of the head. 	Mike Quinsey’s Higher Self Message, March 29, 2019 March 29, 2019 People have been waking up for some time now to their ability to demand better representation, as their leaders have not truly put them at the head of their list. It seems that some are more interested in service to self, and it is time more attention was given to the needs of the people. Governments have proved to be too big to provide personal attention to the problems that have arisen. There is an arguable need for smaller groups that are given adequate power to serve the people on a more personal basis. Local Councils are an obvious choice if given the power and financial assistance that would be needed. In some countries the people are virtually ignored and have openly stood up against those in charge. The mood for change is very powerful and it must come if you are to move with the times. Needed changes cannot be held back as the impetus is too powerful, but sometimes it is a hard struggle to get going when the dark Ones still interfere with progress. The greater plan for your evolution has been in place for eons of time, and it comes from the experiences of many different groups. You could certainly say that your plan has been well tried and tested, and you have the benefit of knowledge previously gained. Your life styles may be different but the basic experience is suited to all types of souls. The main aim is to achieve a realisation of the existence of soul groups and know that you all came from the same Source – The Supreme Creator. You may “wear” different bodies and your lifestyle may be unusual, but the fact remains that you are all souls that have come from the same Source. You all have the same goals and that is to bring your experiences back to the Godhead. The enormity of Space that seems endless is beyond a mortal’s imagination, and to think that it is filled with all types of life at different stages of evolution. It begs the question as to what great life form oversees it all, and how can such a massive set up be controlled and administered so well that everything seems to operate so smoothly. Well that will remain a mystery for the time being until you are yourselves more evolved and able to comprehend it. You still have much to do and learn and you have only just started your journey. You have some concepts to grasp as you make your way forward and possibly the fact that all is in the now is the hardest one to understand. By all means give it thought and if you are ready your Guides will help you understand a different type of existence. It is called progress as you make the return journey from whence you came. The apparent isolation that we seem to have been in for thousands of years, is to ensure that as a freewill planet we are allowed to live by our freewill and consequently are responsible for the outcome. It is a sure way of learning how to evolve in a manner that results in our gradual evolution. Visitors to your planet are of course normally kept at bay, or at least restricted to only being allowed as observers. An exception was the presence of the Anunnaki who by their actions covered a phase of our needed experiences, whilst at the same time clearing old karma. It is true that nothing happens by chance, and events of any note can help many, many souls even if they were not directly involved in the actions that brought it about. Karma has served its purpose but is not now necessary to the extent it was previously, as most is cleared very quickly. It must seem strange to you that a comparatively small percentage of souls can give out so much light that it can actually carry man forward and onto a higher level of vibrations such as you are enjoying now. Yes, some souls will dispute that point but they do not have such a panoramic view of what is happening on Earth as we do. Plus it is harder to comprehend what is going on when you are in the middle of what is taking place. Furthermore you cannot see the potential that exists, particularly at this time when you are in the midst of the changes. We can assure that out of the chaos the new pathways will become apparent, and make good the promises of better times, when all things will happen for the better good of the people. When the plan for your individual evolution is worked out, you are allotted Guides who have the experience to see you through such matters. They will lead you and inspire you so that as far as possible you follow your agreed path. Helping other souls along is the work of more highly evolved souls, who have experience in the same type of challenges as you are facing. Sometimes you will feel them around you along with the deceased amongst your own family, who love to occasionally visit you to see how you are doing. They like you to know they are with you, and sometimes you will feel them around you. They do not sit in the bath with you or do anything that you would find embarrassing, but particularly in your quiet moments they choose to let you know they are around. It will not be your imagination, so do not dismiss those feelings of contact being made with you. Can you imagine the joy and laughter when those who have risen up know that you are due to leave the Earth. There is no sorrow or mourning but excitement at the thought that you are returning to the Light, and all of your family and friends that have passed on will be there to greet you. It will be celebrations all round in what is known as the Summerland for obvious reasons. There is absolutely nothing wrong in looking forward to the reunion that awaits you, and with the right approach you can enjoy your return to the higher levels that you descended from to incarnate. Bear in mind that in the higher levels you still have an “Earth Body” but not the heavy and dense version you left behind, but one that can be changed by the power of your thought. You can literally think things into being. As you can imagine, compared to your Earth experiences that are mainly very demanding and often tiring, in the higher levels you feel refreshed and full of life. So much so that you do not need to lay your body down for long periods to “recharge” as you did on Earth. So much is different but will be to your liking and very satisfying. We know that some of you will jokingly ask if you can take your mobile phones with you, but in any event you would not need them as you communicate with each other by the power of thought.
