Beloved, there is a consensus that says you are on Earth, and this must be for a reason. Another consensus says that life on Earth is but a dream. What happens now? Where does this leave you? Certainly not always foot loose and fancy free. Anything can happen in life. Life on Earth can be rather subterranean, like it or not. You seem to be posted wherever you are. Trying to survive is not quite enough.

Your purpose is to grow in love. You may not always welcome a Prince Charming to wake you up. Can someone who breaks your heart teach you how to love? Well, you can be riveted.

You would wish to learn greater love from someone who shows you how to love and means it. You sure don’t want hard lessons. Of course, you want to bless and be blessed – if only you knew how.

You personally have come to the conclusion that you are not wonderful at hanging out for love to come in style just like that. You haven’t had the knack. Actually, you’re quite good at falling in love. When it comes to lasting love, you have been start and stop. You haven’t been good at being true to love. Perhaps you are too impatient. You might like to be different than you have proved yourself to be. Who would chose tumultuous over enduring?

You may prefer to be alone more often than you want to stay together with someone else. That’s the rub – someone else. Frequent companionship disrupts your thinking. You have always wanted to have a forever love, yet it hasn’t worked out that way. You may like the idea of togetherness more than the the joy of the reality of it. You may prefer a home on the range.

Once you had different dreams.

Perhaps it is true that some people make hay while the sun shines, and others don’t seem to be able to spritz enough Spray-On to make life stick. It is very possible that you simply lack the backbone? Perhaps another day or time in life, you might have taken to day-to-day life in the world, yet who can say?

You have heard of both destiny and free will or perhaps you, in life, just are rolling along, and there is no neat ending rolling forward, so it seems. You just keep turning around and not finding a strong clue as to an answer to your existence. In any case, it is all water under the bridge. Or, okay, the cards would wind up remarkably if only you could stop stirring things up.

Sometimes you wonder if anyone’s life really and truly turns out right.

Why would you try to make something of old cloth from here or from there as if life could replay itself with another tune or two. Honestly, to which end? You might well do better to leave well enough alone. When will you know when to close four aces and your eyes and be done with yesterday?

“To be frank, God, I might like to pick up like an unclaimed true dream here and there for old time’s sake.

“I don’t believe that means you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. This must happen every day for someone. In any case, many people are inventive. Some people are good new learners and embrace where even the stars are surprised, and life actually gets wound up and set on a new course that winds up somewhere else sooner or later.

“I never liked that other saying either about leaving well enough alone. I wouldn’t mind learning something new while I’m at it.”

When emotions come up for release labelling them can be a very helpful exercise, for it will assist you in feeling into them. You may be surprised to discover that once you feel into something and properly label it, it will instantly dissipate. If it persists, feel again to identify other emotions that may be part of the mix.

So for example, you may feel hurt by something. You feel into the hurt and it lifts a bit but there is still discomfort there. You feel again, and you discover disappointment. After the release of that, you still feel discomfort and you realize there is sadness. And perhaps frustration. And under that, fear. How remarkable that you have advanced to the point where you can now stay with it and heal many different layers at once!

This is the way to process what is ready to leave and what you wish to release, for it is through your exploration and naming of the emotion that you give it your permission to go. As with all things, your free will and your own divine guidance leads the way. Beloved, let Me ask you! Can it not be enough for you when a day in the world is beautiful? What day is not beautiful – simply something to enjoy, something to feel good about, something that smiles out at you saying that this day is a good day, a good day just to think of it? Why not feel good today about a burgeoning day for you, this day just as it comes out from the package? To think of it, an embracing today that says the day itself, without effort, makes you begin to smile. Why not today a day elated?

If you had an umbrella, you would swing it! There would be a bounce in your step! You might step in puddles! You might know that this day recognizes you, and you would feel worthy. As it is, today is made up of your very life. You are ready to be happy!

Perhaps you would imagine My taking you aside and saying to you: My Beloved, Beloved, today is a day I have set aside for you. It is for you, and it is good. It is for you to take hold of. As time goes on, later you may well will wish you had given acknowledgement to a day that was gone before you had a chance to love the day just for a handful of itself. If you were really a sport, you might have hugged and kissed this day and given it a run for your money.

Well, what might you have done? Taken the day out on the town? Actually called it up on the phone, sent it a text message and said: “Pal, you were really something. I knew the extent of you from the beginning."

Is there any point for you to not feel refurbished and glad to be alive? What is the point in being alive unless you pack something into it?

Why is not any day so rare as any day of any year? Who is not given a chance on any day to find a treasure of a day in the world on his own and claim it? And if all are One, as I say, then the deed is done. Oh, yes, be happy to invest in life and pick it up for one and all.

If a day must be anything so fragile as any day on Earth – this is not how I would want you to accept life. Why grow old and gnarled when life is meant to be a bouquet of flowers to proclaim?

You may think that protest is your right to proclaim. I say No. I say your right is to pick up the joy again and again. Of course, you are to be about peace and love. Where did this idea of toil and trouble come from? This is not – I repeat – not My idea. I would like you simply to be as happy as I desire with all My heart.

I do not ask for a variant of fussing or fuming. Absolutely not. Why on earth would you want to hobble along a rough road? Not at all. Set the table for yourself that I would set for you from the fullness of My heart.
