[Kp note: although the magic word "Disclosure" is used here, I do not understand this document to be speaking directly to Galactic Disclosure; however, I do feel this can be viewed as a step towards becoming Galactic Citizens, and a Galactic Civilization]

This was published at American Kabuki, at 11:11 PST. I am passing this along as well, at 11:11 PM HST. I’ll likely have more to say about it later.

AK calls it, “Gaia’s first multidimensional legal document on the Internet.”

THE DISCLOSURE… ABSOLUTE CURRENT PRESENT MOMENT IS VISIBLE NOW.

Yes. You asked for answers regarding so many things, including St. Germaine’s Trust, NESARA, The Prosperity Packages, the Global Collateral Accounts and before you unconsciously choose to live with limits or to live without limits…Pay conscious attention to the answers to all all your questions…Pay energy of attention to the release of truth, and the whole truth, for nothing but the absolute truth. Absolute truth is visible by conscious free will choice to breath and bring forth all data transparently, in trust of eternal guarantee of absolute peace, absolute love, and absolute grace. Know the answers in absolute context of absolute truth by within, then consciously choose by free will choice whether you absolutely BE and then DO BE’ing.

What IS the Public Trust and what does it DO?…In This absolute current present moment of now, it is the visible space of absolute truth that consciously absorbs the energy and holds the contrast of all data for you to exercise by free will conscious choice to BE free, without limits, now. So it is done. Ask your self, between feeling trust and feeling distrust…what do you consciously choose by your free will to experience now? All own the Public Trust, and all that is guaranteed as BE’ing absolutely secured in it, equally to all, in this absolute current present moment of now….free will be done and honored. So it is.

In trust you can lovingly relax, purify and build in transparency, or, by contrast, in distrust you can angrily shield, fight and whither in transparency. What do you consciously choose by your free will to experience in this absolute current present moment of now? Your DO’ing what you choose to BE is the “application” of your choice. Your BE’ing is the delivery point of what you choose. No “rfid”, no “gps”, no “ssn”, no “codice fiscale”, no “blood”, no “address” required because that is so “yesterday” in this absolute current present moment of now.

As you begin BE’ing together as one in this absolute current present moment of now, …consciously choose between the contrast to BE or not to BE…to DO or not to DO…choose by your free will choice! Either way you choose, by your free will, do you not know and see the absolute truth that it is? That each choice still equals BE’ing and DO’ing something? DO consciously make those choices now…direct the absolute current present moment of now. Consciously choose to BE and direct that absolute current of energy into the present moment of now, without limits, by free will choice. Your conscious free will choice exercised is to create, co-create as one in this absolute current present moment of now….free will be done and honored. So it is.

The “powers that were”, in all your dimensions, know…they have known forever without transparency and… Now they DO consciously choose in transparency to experience… All the data of absolute truth is made visible in this absolute current present moment of now. Absolute truth of the energy and code you used to consciously deceive, limit, commandeer, and pervert into systems of mis-direction, mis-managements , by contrived events, finely tuned by the tool of using “expectation”, “hope”, “want”, “need”, through the perverted tools of the “corporation”, “government”, “society”, “country”, “family”, “gregorian calendar”, “holiday”, “holy day”, “religion”, “title”, “master”, “servant”, “media”, “film”, “money”, “commerce”, “ucc”, “divinity”, “above”, “below”, “inner”, “outer”, and other allusions of separation and division of the one implemented to serve your self interests to the damage of all others, duly canceled, and the energy re-set now by conscious free will of eternal presence consciously exercised and guaranteed in word of absolute truth. What do you consciously choose by your free will to experience in this absolute current present moment of now? Free will be done and honored. So it is.

In absolute love, peace and grace all now shall know you can choose to experience the opportunity to make a different choice….know and see the absolute truth of how the perverted systems of mis-direction, mis-management, and the allusion were consciously chosen to manifest the extreme contrasts to show these “powers that were” that they could not stop, delay, hinder and avoid the absolute truth of what IS and to free those in the deepest slumbers or shackled by the strongest restraints, in all their dimensions….so that all could know and see absolute truth in this absolute current present moment of now …in the paradise of freedom…what DO you consciously choose by your free will to experience in this absolute current present moment of now? Free will be done and honored. So it is.

THE DISCLOSURE is now visible…use your tools within of resonance to recognize and know what in the absolute data IS absolute truth. You will recognize those who fear having all the data on the table and know why. The “roll out” of THE DISCOLSURE is further made and done by all equally,…DO as you freely choose in this absolute current present moment of now. Free will be done and honored. So it is.

By absolute declaration and loving decree made in absolute responsibility and absolute liability, begin absolute context of visible specifics of THE DISCLOSURE, THE EVENT, and “roll out” in the manner absolutely good for all in this absolute current present moment of now.

White House nixes idea for trillion-dollar coin

Associated Press12 hrs ago

WASHINGTON (AP) — The White House has ruled out minting a coin worth $1 trillion to pay the government's bills and avoid a nasty battle with Congress over the debt ceiling.

Some of President Barack Obama's liberal allies have been promoting the coin strategy.

But White House spokesman Jay Carney nixed that option Saturday. Carney says there are just two options: Congress either can pay the tab for spending it has racked up or it can send the nation into default, which would have serious economic consequences.

The government already has reached its $16.4 trillion borrowing limit. By late February or early March, the Treasury Department will run out of ways to cover debts and could begin defaulting on government loans.

Scientists urge end to limits on gun safety research

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Research restrictions pushed by the National Rifle Association have stopped the United States from finding solutions to firearms violence, more than a hundred scientists from virtually every major U.S. university told Vice President Joe Biden's task force on gun violence in a letter on Thursday.

In the wake of the December school massacre in Newtown, Connecticut, and other mass homicides, the group of economists, health researchers, educators, doctors and criminologists said funding should be restored to a range of study areas, from gun safety to tracking illegal guns.

President Barack Obama has asked Biden to head a task force to come up with gun policy proposals, and Biden was to meet with NRA representatives on Thursday. He said the task force will have recommendations ready for the president by Tuesday.

"While mortality rates from almost every major cause of death declined dramatically over the past half century, the homicide rate in America today is almost exactly the same as it was in 1950," the academics wrote in a letter organized by scholars at the University of Chicago Crime Lab research center.

"Politically-motivated constraints" left the nation "muddling through" a problem that costs American society on the order of $100 billion per year, it said.

The federal Centers for Disease Control has cut firearms safety research by 96 percent since the mid-1990s, according to one estimate. Congress, pushed by the gun lobby, in 1996 put restrictions on CDC funding of gun research into the budget. Restrictions on other agencies were added in later years.

The NRA, the main lobbyist for gun rights, has taken credit for the research halt. "These junk science studies and others like them are designed to provide ammunition for the gun control lobby by advancing the false notion that legal gun ownership is a danger to the public health instead of an inalienable right," it said in 2011.

Research into links between teenagers' use of guns and alcohol, and firearm storage practices, were examples the gun rights group cited, arguing that the studies were meant to show gun ownership was a "disease."

The NRA did not respond to a request for comment ahead of the letter's release.

'ANTI-GUN PROPAGANDA'

A political fight over firearms research has waxed and waned for years. Public health researchers began digging into gun violence in the late 1980s as homicides surged. By 1996, the NRA and allies had concluded that the work was producing "anti-gun propaganda."

Congress in 1996 nearly cut the CDC budget by $2.6 million, the amount the agency spent on firearms research at the time, researchers say. The funds were later restored, but a restriction was added to the budget and remains.

"None of the funds made available for injury prevention and control at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention may be used to advocate or promote gun control," the budget read.

Similar language was added to the budget in 2011 for the National Institute of Health and other federal health agencies.

Officials have largely pulled the plug on gun research.

A forthcoming study by Mayors Against Illegal Guns, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg's group, estimates that CDC funding for such research was cut to $100,000 a year in 2009-2012 from an average of $2.5 million, in current dollars, in 1992-1996.

Gun related studies as a percentage of total peer-reviewed research dropped 60 percent, the mayors' group estimates.

"Scientific inquiry in this field has been systematically starved, and as a result almost no one does it," said emergency room physician and University of California, Davis, professor Garen Wintemute, who signed the letter. He estimated that there were fewer than a dozen researchers in the country whose primary commitment was to firearm violence prevention.

Separate federal actions have stopped federal law enforcement officials from collecting, keeping and distributing gun ownership data. Wintemute said that made it much more difficult to effectively study gun trafficking.

Without the research, there is no clear evidence of what to do to curb gun-related violence, the scientists said. Gun rights advocates put the matter differently, saying there is no evidence that gun control works.

The letter will be available on the University of Chicago Crime Lab's Web site, http://crimelab.uchicago.edu.

Shell's Latest Arctic Failure Finally Prompts Action in Washington
  • by
  • January 12, 2013

Written by Frances Beinecke, President, NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council)

Shell’s rush to drill off the coast of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge produced another blunder this month, when its Kulluk oil rig, carrying 150,000 gallons of diesel fuel and petroleum products on board, ran aground near Alaska’s Kodiak Island.

In the wake of this latest incident, the Interior Department announced last week that it will conduct an expedited assessment of all Arctic offshore drilling operations to determine Shell’s ability to operate safely in the Arctic’s challenging environment.

Interior Secretary Salazar is right that we need to reassess Arctic Ocean drilling. But he’s got to look beyond Shell to whether anyone can safely drill in such a harsh, remote, glorious and fragile place. The lesson from Shell’s debacle this year is that when it comes to the Arctic, human error is commonplace, the environment unforgiving and the industry’s ability to avoid disaster wholly inadequate.

That’s why NRDC and our partners are calling on President Obama to direct his Interior Department to immediately suspend, re-evaluate and then end all oil and gas operations in the Arctic Ocean.

The grounding of Shell’s drilling rig is not an isolated incident. It is part of a larger pattern of risk and failure in which Shell has proven no match for the frigid temperatures, churning seas, punishing winds and prolonged darkness of the fragile Arctic region.

This video, narrated by Robert Redford, reveals some of the other wonders put at risk by Shell’s Arctic drilling plans:

In July, one of Shell’s drill ships nearly ran aground in the Aleutian Islands. That same month, Shell conceded that it would not, as the government understood, collect 90 percent of any oil spill, but only “encounter” that much of it.

The next month, Shell’s spill response barge remained in Bellingham, Wash., because it was plagued with dozens of wiring and other safety problems. Then, just a day after the company started preliminary drilling without the spill response barge on location, its rig the Noble Discoverer was forced to turn and flee from a 30-mile long iceberg.

And in September, Shell’s containment dome was badly damaged during pre-deployment testing in the relatively placid waters of Puget Sound, after which the company announced it was putting its Arctic drilling plans on hold.

The region can’t afford any more of these kinds of mishaps. We must not sacrifice one of our remaining untamed places in reckless pursuit of oil. We know we have to leave oil in the ground or destructive climate change will become unstoppable. It’s time to ask, if we can’t leave it in the dangerous, pristine and vulnerable Arctic Ocean, then where?

Take Action Now: Tell the Obama Administration to stop Shell’s rush to drill in America’s Arctic!

No Labels enters new era by shedding ‘centrist’ image

No Labels readies a new slogan for lawmakers"Patronizing." "The Kumbaya Caucus." "The most boring political movement of all time."

And those were some of the kinder jabs lobbed at “No Labels,” an organization formed in 2010 by a handful of well-connected but disenchanted political activists to encourage problem solving over ideological gridlock. Such earnestness seemed laudable but a tad incongruous in an era where the passions of the Tea Party and Occupy movements dominated the political conversation.

Despite a splashy New York launch, No Labels lacked a clear agenda and grassroots support and was largely dismissed as irrelevant. But with new leadership and a sharper focus, the group, which is redeploying with another New York conference on Monday, has shed some of its early idealism in favor of a more pragmatic acceptance of the partisanship that has divided the country and embroiled Washington in recent years.

"We started off thinking there was a broad group in the middle, but quickly realized that wasn’t productive. People have very different notions of what the middle is,” said Mark McKinnon, a longtime adviser to former President George W. Bush and a No Labels founder. “So we grew beyond that, and now have strong conservative and strong liberal partisans who want to participate.”

That perspective is shared by the group's new co-chairs -- West Virginia Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin and former Republican Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman, who gave their first joint interview to Yahoo News since taking their new roles.

"It’s not about centrism, it’s about a new attitude toward the realities we face. It’s about finding Democrats and Republicans who will check their egos at the door,” said Huntsman, whose decidedly centrist run for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination flamed out early in the primary process.

Huntsman and Manchin will be among the marquee speakers at “A Meeting to Make America Work!” the group’s conference in New York on Monday. Others include newly elected Maine Independent Sen. Angus King; Newark, New Jersey Mayor and Democratic Senate candidate Cory Booker; and Nevada Republican Sen. Dean Heller, who will address the group by video. Former President Bill Clinton and Arizona Sen. John McCain, the 2008 GOP presidential nominee, will send taped messages.

Huntsman and Manchin told Yahoo News they envision a more aggressive agenda for No Labels, like improving the group’s small donor fundraising, using digital tools to broaden its grassroots operations and recruiting more lawmakers to team up with with the organization and embrace its goals.

To that end, No Labels has helped launch a congressional “Problem Solvers’ Group” -- 12 Republican lawmakers, 13 Democrats -- who have begun holding meetings and working on some reform measures. Several members of the group are attending the New York conference.

Manchin, who served as his state’s governor for five years before winning a Senate seat in 2010, said the group may also begin a broader effort to endorse and contributed to candidates after getting involved in just a few races in 2012. He also said he expected to see elected officials to seek and proudly display the No Labels moniker.

“If you carry the No Labels brand, that says something – it means you’re bragging about problem solving, not just bragging about yourself,” Manchin said. “I think you’ll see people climbing aboard and wanting to become part of this.”

At least some have already done so, including Virginia Republican Rep. Scott Rigell and Oregon Democratic Rep. Kurt Schrader. Both are members of the House Problem Solvers’ Group and – by their own telling – strongly partisan.

“It would be a mistake to characterize this as a centrist group. That is pigeonholing us in a way that isn’t accurate,” Rigell told Yahoo News.

Added Schrader, “I don’t consider Scott a centrist, he’s a pretty conservative Republican. But I consider him a guy who’s listening.”

Both lawmakers acknowledged that the Problem Solvers’ group wasn’t ready to bridge the partisan divide over looming crises like the coming battle over raising the nation’s debt ceiling, not to mention longer-term challenges like the solvency of Medicare and Social Security.

But they’ve coalesced around issues pertaining to the way Congress functions, like “No Budget, No Pay” legislation pushed by No Labels that would bar lawmakers from receiving a salary without passing a federal budget.

Mostly, the members of the group are working on getting to know and trust each other, Rigell and Schrader said.

“It’s critical that we meet, break bread together, have a meal together. But that’s not encouraged in Washington,” Rigell said. “You’re supposed to have a tribal mindset – an allegiance to your team, your party.”
