Those of you who are aware that you are shortly to awaken from your heavy slumbering state within the illusion will also experience that wonderful shock. No one who chooses to take part will be excluded – as some of you might say “the more the merrier” – because to awaken from that dark state is a move into unimaginable joy. It is an utterly enchanting joy that you will share and partake in with one another, in an exhilaration more intense than you have ever felt in any of your many human incarnations. Hold your intent, hold your enthusiastic expectations and continue to race down the home straight towards your destination where large crowds of welcoming friends and loved ones have gathered to meet you. The bliss of experiencing acceptance and love that is pure, perfect, unconditional, and eternal will induce a high, a thrill, an explosion of happiness that is beyond anything that you can imagine. Constant, instant, and intense delight awaits your homecoming. Disappointment is unthinkable and impossible, and this is not just advertising hype, because this is to be the fulfillment of a divine promise made to you eons ago. Many of you are feeling twinges of anxiety or doubtfulness because your expectations are so high — as they have every right to be — even though you have a divine promise that you will awaken and which you have to take on trust. In the illusion you have all experienced the betrayal of trust so it is not really surprising that these unsettling twinges arise to disturb you. They are an aspect of the illusion that you are in the process of releasing as the field of Love enveloping you assures you that all is well, and provides the solvent that will dissipate all your karmic baggage. All is well; you know that. Attend to aligning your will constantly with your Father’s that you awaken, and in acceptance that that is the case, offer compassion, listening, and love in all your personal interactions. Doing so brings you a sense of peace, a valid intuitive faith in the divine outcome which has been promised to you, making the last moments of your journey pass easily and smoothly. And your comforting countenance provides welcome assurance to many others as you assist them to flow homeward with you towards the grand moment of awakening. With so very much love, Saul

An Israeli decision to cut off a cash transfer to the financially troubled Palestinian Authority, following an earlier decision to build thousands of new homes in Jewish settlements, failed to put a damper on the celebrations. But Palestinian officials acknowledged they were undecided on what to do with their newfound status, and were waiting for upcoming Israeli elections and new ideas from President Barack Obama before deciding how to proceed. Outside the headquarters of President Mahmoud Abbas in the West Bank city of Ramallah, some 5,000 people thronged a square, hoisted Palestinian flags and cheered their leader's return from New York. Large posters of the Palestinian leader, whose popularity had plummeted in recent months, adorned nearby buildings. "We now have a state," Abbas said to wild applause. "The world has said loudly, 'Yes to the state of Palestine.'" The United Nations General Assembly last week overwhelmingly endorsed an independent Palestinian state in the West Bank, east Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip, territories Israel captured in the 1967 war. The move to upgrade the Palestinians to a nonmember observer state does not change much on the ground, but it carries deep potential significance. The vote amounted to an international endorsement of the Palestinian position on future border arrangements with Israel and an overwhelming condemnation of Israeli settlements in the areas claimed by the Palestinians. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejects a return to Israel's 1967 lines. Israel remains in control in parts of the West Bank and considers east Jerusalem, the Palestinians' hoped-for capital, an integral part of its capital. Israel also continues to restrict access to Gaza. Israel withdrew seven years ago from the coastal strip, and it is now ruled by Hamas Islamic militants who regularly fire rockets at Israel. Israel, backed by the U.S., campaigned strongly against the statehood measure, accusing the Palestinians of trying to bypass direct peace negotiations, which it said were the only viable path to a Palestinian state. The Israeli lobbying efforts failed miserably. Just eight other countries voted with Israel, and even its closest allies in Europe, including Germany, Italy, France and Britain, either abstained or voted with the Palestinians. Israel responded strongly and swiftly. The following day, it said it would start drawing up plans to build thousands of settlement homes, including the first-ever development on a crucial corridor east of Jerusalem. Although the project is likely years away, if it happens at all, the announcement struck a defiant tone. Building in the area, known as E1, would sever the link between the West Bank and east Jerusalem, the sector of the holy city the Palestinians claim for a future capital, and cut off the northern part of the West Bank form its southern flank. The Palestinians claim such a scenario would essentially kill any hope for the creation of a viable state. U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon expressed "grave concern" at the Israeli announcements, saying the new building and reported planning in the E1 area "would represent any almost fatal blow to remaining chances for securing a two-state solution," U.N. spokesman Martin Nesirky said. "In the interests of peace, any plans for E1 must be rescinded," he said. "The secretary-general repeats his call on all concerned to resume negotiations and intensify efforts towards a comprehensive, just and lasting peace and urges the parties to refrain from provocative actions," Nesirky said. The U.S., Britain, France and other European states all denounced the plan. On Sunday, the European Union's foreign policy chief, Catherine Ashton, expressed concern that such settlement expansion "may represent a strategic step undermining the prospects of a contiguous and viable Palestine with Jerusalem as the share capital of both it and Israel. She urged Israel to show its commitment to the early renewal of peace talks but not going ahead with the settlement plan. "The European Union has repeatedly stated that all settlement construction is illegal under international law and constitutes an obstacle to peace," Ashton said in a statement. On Sunday, the Israeli government delivered another blow, saying it would withhold more than $100 million in funds it transfers to the Palestinians each month. Instead, it said the money — taxes and customs duties that Israel collects on behalf of the Palestinians — would be used to pay off its debts to Israeli companies, including $200 million owed to the state-run Israel Electric Corp., government officials said. The monthly transfers are crucial for the cash-strapped Palestinian Authority to pay salaries to its tens of thousands of civil servants and security forces. Israel has taken similar measures in the past before eventually releasing the money. At the weekly meeting of his Cabinet, Netanyahu said the Palestinian statehood campaign was a "gross violation" of past agreements calling for disputes to be resolved through negotiations. "Accordingly, the government of Israel rejects the U.N General Assembly decision," he told his Cabinet on Sunday. He also pledged to continue building settlements. "Today we are building, and we will continue to build in Jerusalem and in all areas that appear on Israel's map of strategic interests." Half a million settlers live in the West Bank and east Jerusalem. The ongoing growth of the settlements is at the heart of the current impasse in peace efforts. The Palestinians view continued settlement expansion as a show of bad faith and refuse to return to negotiations unless construction is frozen. Netanyahu has claimed a brief settlement slowdown in 2010 failed to jump-start negotiations, and he has refused calls for a new construction freeze. The Palestinians have signaled that they may use their upgraded status to join the International Criminal Court and pursue war crimes charges against Israel. But officials say any decision to seek membership in the ICC is likely months away. Palestinian officials said little was expected to change until Israel holds parliamentary elections on Jan. 22. Public opinion polls suggest Netanyahu is likely to win re-election at the head of a hardline coalition. Palestinian officials said they were hopeful that Obama would present a comprehensive peace plan after the Israeli vote. "If there is a meaningful peace process, we will join. If not, then we are taking the Palestinian cause to the international community," said Husam Zomlot, a spokesman for Abbas. The new Israeli settlement construction plans remain far from certain and may have been announced by Netanyahu to impress voters ahead of the election. New figures from Israel's Central Bureau of Statistics show that Netanyahu has actually slowed settlement construction over the past year. The latest figures found that Israel began construction on 653 new settlement homes in the first nine months of 2012, down 26 percent from 886 housing starts during the same period a year earlier. Israel insists that the Palestinians are responsible for the deadlock, accusing them of refusing to recognize Israel as the Jewish homeland and the Palestinian media of glorifying violence and promoting anti-Semitic caricatures. Netanyahu said Abbas' speech at the U.N., in which he accused Israel of "ethnic cleansing" and omitted any reference of the Jewish connection to the holy land, was filled with incitement and hate. "This is additional proof that this is not a dispute over land but a denial of the existence of the State of Israel," he said. "As long as the Palestinian Authority educates the younger generation to hate, how is it at all possible to talk about peace?" ___ Heller reported from Jerusalem. 	EPA Finds Its Backbone, Blocks BP From New Oil Drilling Contracts by Beth Buczynski December 2, 2012 Not so long ago, we reported that BP will finally accept criminal charges for the catastrophic 2010 oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. The guilty plea was entered as part of a deal with the U.S. Government that would cost BP about $4.5 billion in fines but ultimately absolving the company from future prosecution on these charges. Many in the Care2 community felt that the fines were a mere slap on the wrist for a company that’s responsible for the deaths of 11 rig workers and countless marine creatures, not to mention the destruction of coastal businesses and health risks to residents. Some pointed out that while BP would have five years to pay off the fine (further decreasing its impact on the company) the settlement did nothing to prevent the company from committing the same atrocity again. Now, it seems that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has taken a small step toward finally hitting the British petroleum company where it hurts. In a recent press release, the EPA “announced that it has temporarily suspended BP Exploration and Production, Inc., BP PLC and named affiliated companies (BP) from new contracts with the federal government. The U.S. EPA is taking this action due to BP’s lack of business integrity as demonstrated by the company’s conduct with regard to the Deepwater Horizon blowout, explosion, oil spill, and response, as reflected by the filing of a criminal information.” Before you celebrate, let’s examine what this really means. First, it’s only a temporary suspension, so it could be another symbolic action that lacks teeth. Second, it does not affect existing agreements BP may have with the government. So, while the government feels that BP “lacks business integrity” and is ultimately responsible for a horrifying accident that killed 11 people, it’s not opposed to doing business with them. Although the EPA’s suspension of new government drilling contracts with BP should be permanent and retroactive, it’s still a positive development. Unfortunately, just cutting out BP won’t reduce the risk of off shore drilling to U.S. residents and the environment. There are plenty of other greedy oil companies just waiting to take their place. As EcoWatch notes, it’s interesting that this announcement came on the same day that the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management held an oil and gas lease sale that will make more than 20 million offshore acres available to oil and gas drilling in the Western Gulf of Mexico Planning Area. For a President who promised to make climate action a top priority, Mr. Obama is off to a confusing and disappointing start. We have come today to rejoice with you for the Light of the Christ has descended into the world. The spiritualization of a physical race is now a fait accompli; the first of the star seed have undergone their initiations into the spiritual hierarchy and the light has entered into the world. Many may not be fully cognizant of just what has taken place, but as the days go by their new gifts will come online, as it were, as the downloads of new energy, awareness, love and light take place in their physical everyday world. Nothing will be the same for them, again. Nothing will be the same for the entire planet. Now that the flame of the Christ has been permanently lit within these physical vehicles upon the completion of soul merge, the light of the Christ will fan through the ranks of the lightworkers like a forest fire. This is the culmination of a project undertaken by the spiritual hierarchy of this solar system under the direction of the spiritual hierarchies of the galaxy and universe. We understand that few of you understand the significance of this step, but it is one that will change the face of the universe forever. We rejoice with those galactic sisters and brothers who have had a hand in the establishment of a Christed race upon the Earth, for it was through the star seed volunteers that this task could finally be accomplished. Many changes are yet to come upon the world, but with the presence of living Christed Ones, the changes will be mitigated. Centered in the golden light of the Christ flame, these ones will bring peace into the world, for they are the embodiment of peace. Man, woman and child, these ones will walk among the populations of the world, a blessing in motion, bringing with them the flame of initiation to all whom they encounter. When we say all, we mean all. Even though their companions and neighbors be entirely asleep one day, the next they will awaken, rubbing their eyes and becoming awake, sensitive and, what is more important, amendable to the changes that are forthcoming. The light of understanding will open their eyes and ears; their spiritual senses will be unstoppered and released from the chains of the matrix of fear that has bound so many for the last several millennia. Many galactic and intergalactic councils, as well as hierarchies of ascended beings have worked to accomplish this step and now it is a physical fact. The spiritualization of your physical bodies can now move forward. This will take some time and adjustment, but will happen. Your Christed light bodies are now in the process of merging with your physical, emotional and mental bodies. You are now living vessels of the golden Christ light. Verification of this fact can be sought out in dreams and meditations. Now we can go forward with the many plans that both the Spiritual Hierarchy of this planet and solar system, as well as the participating galactic and intergalactic councils, have held for this tiny planet, this new garden of Eden. Yes, many changes must and will come into being through the course of the next days, weeks and months. Yet with access to the living light of the Christ among you, the changes will not frighten those who are open to the high frequencies of their monadic families who will be working through the Christed Ones. We speak of the Christ in a universal fashion. This is the living son and daughter of the Father Mother God who has undergone a soul merge with their soul. The soul has descended into the physical body and taken up residence there. Naturally, the soul works with the monad, the spiritual family from which it has emerged. And it works with the many councils of the galactic star nations, who as ascended masters themselves are aligned with the goals of the spiritual hierarchies all the way to Source. Know that these Christed Ones are human beings, too. They are no more important than the beggar on the street, only that as light carriers they act as a catalyst for the spiritualization of the entire human race. They are the servants of all and should not be subject to worship or reverence. The importance of their presence in the world is to bring hope and nourishment in the form of love and light to those who have been forgotten and who have forgotten that they are also the Christ within. The flames of the inner temples are about to be relit, as was the ancient ritual of the Festival of Light. First the altars are cleared and scrubbed of all debris and then the fire can be re-set and relit; and so it is now. There can be no return to darkness for these ones; they are sealed with seals of fire, head and foot, wrapped in a column of light that cannot be penetrated by the minions of the dark. And they now walk among you as ordinary human beings, lit from within by the light and love of their Father Mother God. Know also that these now spiritualized physical vessels will remain upon the planet, for they also serve their Mother Gaia, assisting in bringing about the necessary vibrational changes in their fellow human beings by being here now. The separation of the worlds is now commencing. Those who cannot abide in the increasing frequencies will depart. We ask you not to judge anyone whose soul has decided to withdraw its presence here for they might be choosing to be reborn into a higher frequency body in the new world. Yes, there are those who have chosen to remain in the heavier density, lower vibrational worlds, but that is a choice that has been made for them by their soul, as all human beings are soul extensions, the body being merely a vessel for experiencing the physical realm. The soul is the one who chooses to withdraw, not the individual personality, for whatever purpose. Reserve judgment for deciding on what to eat for lunch; judge not the actions of others and be kind to yourselves. It is now time to remember that you are a Light Being experiencing a physical life. As you undergo the soul merge, you will begin to experience such a peace and lightness of heart that many of you have not experienced for more than short moments of this present lifetime. We understand that for many, this life has been hugely challenging, but your souls chose this in order to enable you to approach this most important step on the way to ascension. Initiation is an ongoing process; it will not end with you embodying the Christ light and it will not end with the sixth initiation, ascension. It is a process that will continue on for an eternity until all are once again united with Source… and then it will begin again. Universal cycles are vast in scope. Plans are complicated and take much time to complete, but you have done well, very well and for this we commend you. As humanity emerges from their cauldron of fire, you will take the next step in becoming galactic citizens. Some of you are ready for this step now, but remember you are here to serve others, to bring the light and love of the presence of your monad, your spiritual family, to others. There are many who have no concept of spiritual hierarchies, the presence of galactic star families and their relationship to them, or even a grasp of their own sacred history, so long has it been suppressed by certain elements of society. That is changing now; the truth is being revealed every day, even now in more daring venues of the mass media and certainly on the alternative sources of the Internet. Be aware and check within your heart for resonance to any material which you are drawn to; your heart will let you know if the information is “yours” or not. This is a time for personal empowerment and enlightenment, as the flame of the Christ burns away all remaining dross of delusion and illusion. Be one with your soul, within your heart flame and know the inner peace that passes all understanding. We are one with you in your heart. We encourage you to seek out those who are awake like yourself and to begin, if you have not already, to create communities of the heart. Being part of her physiology means that we, too, begin a move in the direction of self-motivation, self-expansion, and conscious decision making. You are able to delight in the manifestation of what you want, not having to wait for it to show this holiday season gifted from someone else. I wholeheartedly encourage you to make benefit in all ways for yourSelf. It is a prosperous time if you are authentic and intentional. If not your shadow may take over and all manner of contentiousness will arise. You may give yourself away in co-dependant ways that are not actually helpful. You can get trapped in belief systems that benefit the ego, but not the spiritual You. It’s time for your desires and will to create what is in the wisest interest for you at this specific time. Empower your thoughts, feelings, and actions this week with choices that facilitate a harmonious universe opening to support your path rather than closing doors and limiting you. This season of sacred Light will also heighten the whole-body experience of Ascension so be prepared for the yo-yo effects of sensing the highs of new energy shrouds, integrating, then living with the lows of physical exposure to such energy. You have been through this same scenario many times over the last twenty-four months so you should be used to it and know how to comfort the self during such time periods. We are re-seeding and re-storing the biology to a crystalline prism of Divinity. Transmuting old carbon-based biological constructs just goes with the territory during this stage of responsibility. You may also notice that the weeks ahead feel more emotional, there’s no doubt about that. Socializing while the human element is more sensitive and sensitized than usual will be sure to evoke quick reactions. Take this into consideration when others are grumpy, irritable, or impatient. The holidays will seem to bring out the chaos-focused you, not the best, if you are driven by the illusion of crazed world affairs rather than evolving to a more heart-centered spiritual season. If you can move into your heart and know that the celebrations, which are many, are about Spirit and not about what you’re getting as gifts then you will receive the true teaching of the season. You’ll know you are on the right track if by week’s end you are feeling a great surge of personal power and mental strength. It indicates the balance that is present right below the hustle and bustle of Yule tide cheer. Being centered and listening this week to the invisible orchestration that is taking place will get you access to the high-level meetings of cosmic intelligence that are collaborating on mankind’s behalf and pooling energy that you can dip into and be part of. The specifics of the subtle frequencies aren’t important, just live your spiritual play and the sourcing tides of Love, Light, and Service will spiral the purity of our forthcoming future into your field, and thus into your life. In the growth and expansion process it is as equally important to pause and reflect as it is to move forward and assimilate. Of late my guardians have me pondering this last year and reflecting on the next unfoldments that will soon be underway. They had given 2012 the label of ”Spiritual Adulthood,” so as we step into the last month of this year, I ask you to consider for a moment to what degree you have lived into such a theme. We are leaving the era of time when we have been spiritual children and entering the time of spiritual adulthood. It is the end of childhood for the human kingdom, the end of linear time-material perception as the only reality. Have you gained a proficient understanding that Spirit is EVERYTHING and is EVERYWHERE? It merely vibrates at an infinite number of ranges and rates of frequency. The wisdom from such an understanding becomes “compassion” and that is the first attribute that develops in spiritual maturity. The Earth, in her headlong whirling into the higher dimensions has shaken off that which threatened to keep her in an old perspective, how about you? Have you kept up with her and transcended the patterns and beliefs that interfered with the full embodiment of Higher energies? And even then, have you been able to sustain them as your new reality? The answers to such questions are going to determine the kind of 2013 you get. While many have not figured out the bigger picture from the evidence that sits before us there is enough widespread acceptance in this geophysical world that human laws will cede to universal principles. You and I have been doing the hardest work, birthing a Oneness world order. Just imagine — and keep on imagining! One day we shall have no more blame, judgment or right and wrong. Connectedness and cooperation restored between all humans at all levels allow the most expansive, prosperous, abundant empowerment for all living beings. Yes, we can create it! I labeled 2012 as the year of “Responsibility to Self,” and that theme is closing quickly, now we are firmly stationed upon a new platform waiting for the agenda and the consecrating action on of 2013. Let’s create a brighter future through our collective, conscious intent that it will bring the world we imagined we were incarnating into to live and love. A world that understands its connection to the Divine Source. A consciousness that desires to love, to honor, and to appreciate all that is around it. A human collective that understand to simply to live that, moment by moment, creates a little piece of heaven right here on Earth.
