	Wake-up calls – The Council November 11, 2016on Wake-up calls – The Council Wake-up calls – The Council Your world is now going through a massive awakening. We have pointed this out to you before. And each time we have also indicated that there was a vast amount of unknown, unseen, and unwanted things that had to be faced before you would begin to see the approach of the wondrous world that awaited you. We told you that you had not even scratched the proverbial surface. There are now, and will continue to be, wake-up calls to bring many things to your attention. If you are reading this on one side of the world, it will bring to mind, perhaps, something different to what it may invoke on the other side. These are things that must be addressed. As we have said, you are not going to wake up tomorrow in a world that has been miraculously transformed for you. BUT – you *will* wake up in a world that has been magically transformed by you. For several months, you have collectively been feeling the approach of major change. We confirmed this for you. We confirmed it through many channels. Your most frequently voiced response has been ‘bring it on’. You always interpret things according to your most dearly held desires. But a new world contains far more than that. Now it is, of course, a wonderful thing to have built a mental picture of the world you desire to live in. We highly recommend it. But one must also be able to see that there is a road to be traveled between where you are and that new world. And roads invariably have bumps and potholes. There will be shadowy things hiding in wait, and things that go ‘Boo!’, and washed out bridges. You said ‘Bring it on’ and you have brought it on. Or, more accurately, as co-creators you have each contributed to bringing it on. So we tell you this now. This that you are experiencing is the continuing intensification of the wave of change that you so desire. It is something for you to welcome and to guide, not something to reject and hide from. You cannot now, nor could you ever have, stopped the changes that you have spent millennia building from occurring – at least not for the planet. But you can draw them out, and you can experience them as either blessings or curses. You are fully capable of understanding those principles now. They may be seemingly new to some of you, but in truth they are not. These, being Truth, are what has been known as gnosis, or knowing. And there is nothing new about them. Truth is, has been, and always will be. And it is in the process of manifesting on your world, some would say, ‘at long last’. It will continue unabated, but you may experience it, will experience it, in direct proportion to your ability to accept it. Some will indeed not accept it. And their new world will differ in significant ways. They will have more and greater wake-up calls. Can you bring to your inner eye the image of the shaman facing the rising sun with open arms, welcoming the rise of the new dawn? We highly recommend that you make your life be a reflection of that image. “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.” Is a much more powerful thought than is “Oh no! Oh no! Oh no!” As your song says, “This is the dawning of the age of Aquarius.” Make of it what you will. 	Saint Germain: Are You a Member of the Team of Transformation in Embodiment? Posted on November 12, 2016by NewSunUnity I am the transformation I wish to be in my world, I am the transformation I wish to see in the world. I, Saint Germain, invite you to repeat these two affirmations to yourself aloud or silently until you can feel, sense or acknowledge their energy activating from within your being until you feel you embody them. I invite you to use the process of repeating these affirmations as a tool of contemplation and self-observation, encouraging yourself with great love and compassion to understand their meaning to you. It is easy to understand the meaning of these two affirmations at a mental level. However, to connect with the words, meaning and energy of the affirmations within your being will create a beautiful state of enlightenment to be revealed as well as awakening transformation within your being which may be beyond understanding, yet will be comprehendible. Transformation signifies a shift from one energy to another or from one perspective to another; it is an alteration in your energy which brings you to realise your natural alignment with the Creator. Transformation can release you from old energies, habits and patterns as well as awaken you to greater volumes of light, love, wisdom and truth within your being. When you allow yourself to transform you are letting go of an aspect of your identity or an energy you identify with to accept a new part of yourself which holds the vibration of your soul, soul group and the Creator. You accept a part of yourself which is love and holds the vibration of freedom. The freedom pulsates around your being loosening other aspects of your identity or an energy you identify with which is hindering your alignment with the Creator. Thus, transformation takes place and becomes a continuous process until a majority of your being vibrates in harmony with the Creator’s vibration of freedom. Transformation creates freedom within your being; freedom is to exist in alignment with the Creator as a reflection of the Creator, letting go of all limitations as they arise. The process of transformation can be blissful as you feel yourself filling with light as limitations dissolve with ease and perfection. Sometimes transformation can cause us to evaluate energies or beliefs within us that we are holding onto so deeply that they are brought into our reality. It can feel as if your worst nightmare or exactly what you did not want to manifest is being presented to you. It may even feel that transforming from the situation or experience is unimaginable and yet you are being invited to become a master of transformation upon the Earth. Many may be experiencing desperation within which is causing them to seek outside of themselves to gain answers because they feel unable to move from their position or even instigate transformation. Those who are experiencing this now are Masters of Transformation. With the ascension of the Earth accelerating and in dramatic contrast a deep-seated feeling within humanity that there will never be peace, love and healing because the Earth seems impossible to change, many souls are approaching my ashram and the 7th Ray of Light Ashram to fine-tune and master their ability of transformation and aiding transformation within others. A group of souls who may not be connected on the Earthly plane are gathering with a mission radiating from the depths of their being. A guidance which encourages them to study the art of transformation on the inner planes with the purpose of anchoring the vibration of transformation more fully into the Earth to create a powerful awakening or transformation within humanity. We have labelled these souls and their mission as the ‘Team of Transformation in Embodiment.’ Those from the Earth who have enrolled to be a member of the ‘Team of Transformation in Embodiment,’ are learning to work with the Violet Flame of Transmutation, embodying the 7th Ray of Light of a violet colour overseen by Lady Portia and representing transformation, the New Age, magic, purification, manifestation and more. The team are working closely with Archangels Zadkiel and Amethyst to create the balance and synthesis between transformation occurring on the inner planes and the Earth. This ensures that transformations which take place at an inner plane level impact and create shifts at a physical level with ease and perfection. Both Archangels are ensuring that transformation takes place at an earthly level quickly and easily due to the transformation being put into motion on the inner planes, as well as every aspect being supported by their powerful angelic vibrations. The ‘Team of Transformation in Embodiment,’ are also studying with me, Saint Germain, to access my abilities of manifestation of the Creator and creating freedom within from the soul to remove all that limits the necessary shift into greater Creator alignment. Their purpose is first to create transformation within their own being or reality. The members of the ‘Team of Transformation in Embodiment,’ upon the Earth have each accepted an experience which may make them feel desperate, hopeless or that they are unable to resolve the experience. Consciously they are unaware of the choice their soul has made to be a part of this powerful team which has a purpose of mastering the art of transformation and supporting humanity in transforming into their natural alignment with the Creator. Due to their valuable work, studies and energetic transformations they are instigating upon the inner planes, members of the team upon the Earth simply need to discover like a key within them, the experience, thought, wound or new perceptive which will ignite the transformation at a physical level. Examples of the energies which when recognised would act as a key to awaken transformation are faith, self-worth, self-love, reclaiming inner power, trust, compassion and truth. A simple realisation will create a powerful and magnificent transformation which would realign their energies more fully to the Creator and divine flow of the Universe, allowing a freedom which will be a release and a completion of the lessons of numerous past lifetimes. These souls will then feel the energy and essence of transformation and the freedom of the Creator pulsating throughout their being guiding them to support others in doing the same. This is a role many are taking on at this stage of ascension in order to support a powerful release and clearing of old energies as well as enhancing faith in the Creator and the manifestation of the Era of Love. Any soul can be a part of this learning process. 	A Simple Guide For How To Realign Your Chakras Fri, 11/11/2016 - 12:56 by Rajie Kabli, Collective Evolution There’s a system in our body that is very subtle, yet if it’s thrown off you will feel it in many aspects of your life. It’s sometimes tough for people to accept the energetic system of the chakras because it’s not like we can look inside our abdomen and see our third chakra doing its thing in our solar plexus, but there are very real physical manifestations that can play out when a chakra is deficient or excessive. For example, headaches, depression, gut issues, money problems, colds/sicknesses, heart ache, fertility issues, and lots more. There are 7 chakras in the body and many more outside in the auric region. We have the first or Root chakra (Muladhara) that is our base. Moving up we have our sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) which is located around our pubic region or low pelvis. Third is our solar plexus chakra (Manipura), located above the belly button. Forth is our heart chakra (Anahata). Our fifth chakra is located at the throat (Vishudda). Our sixth chakra is located in between our eyebrows and is known as our third eye (Ajna). Lastly, our 7th chakra is our crown and located at the top of the head (Sahasrara). The chakras are depicted as spinning in a certain direction, usually in unison. The life force moving within us helps perpetuate the movement of the chakra. When one is excessive it is spinning larger than it needs to. So, perhaps depending on which chakra in question you are working with, you are too open with a certain aspect in your life, maybe it’s money or time or resources. The opposite is true for when a chakra is in deficiency. Being too closed could mean rigidness, closed mindedness, sadness, or withdrawal. When one chakra is off it effects all the others as the energy cannot flow easily. You can most definitely spend time on one specific chakra and use different healing tools to eradicate the deficiency or excessiveness of the chakra, but there are things you can do right now to realign the whole system. Some have explained the feeling of alignment as a sense of ease or a certain flow in daily activities. Others report having increased synchronicities. Have you ever experienced what chakra alignment feels like? Here are some quick and simple remedies that can help promote alignment and balance. Stones Gem stones are a great medicine to work with when you’re feeling a bit off and need a little ‘tune’ up. Some people enjoy placing stones on the area of the body associated with a certain chakra or you can simply hold any stone in your hand, close your eyes, and breath with the intention of allowing the stone energy to ground you. I’d like to add that each chakra has specific stones associated with it and can greatly help with realigning. Doing a little meditation while having the stone on you or holding it in your hand would work as well. Colour Therapy Each chakra has a colour association and by intentionally wearing, eating, and choosing the colour you are trying to focus on can help bring in that energy to balance the chakras. For example, if you’re looking to get more connected with your personal power, intentionally wearing a yellow shirt could help boost your third chakra. Or intentionally choosing certain fruits and veggies vibrant in colour like blueberries, pumpkins, or tomatoes, for the purpose of realigning the chakras is an easy and fun way to work with colour therapy. Yoga Incorporating movement into chakra alignment is awesome because it brings us back into our bodies and the connection to what we are feeling is important. Simple sun salutations references all 7 chakras and gives anyone doing them a great opportunity to move and play with the energy inside and outside of their body with the natural flow of the vinyasa. Here isone type of sun salutation sequence you can do. Morning is the best, but anytime really will work great. Breath Anyone that is looking to understand their energetic or spiritual side knows that intentional breath is one of the most important and easiest tools we can use to realign our chakra system. Breathing ‘into’ any one or each chakra is super powerful because when you put awareness, intention, and breath altogether it’s like switching alignment healing to turbo speed. Intentional breath has the power to clear, calm, and balance any misalignment and can literally be done anywhere, anytime. Drumming/Singing/Chanting Music has a magical quality about it, in the sense that it connects us to something primal. We all have a voice. We all have the ability to drum and play a beat with our hands or feet. We have our own beat in our chests that we can always connect to. Drumming gets inside us and its mere vibration shifts and realigns the energy inside. Singing or chanting has a releasing quality about it and again the vibration of the notes within the body are powerful. Belt it out, hum, tap, strum, or repeat words the next time you could use a little bit of alignment help. Smudge There are traditional herbs and plants like lavender and juniper that can be powerful to breath in and have around you when you are looking to realign your chakras. Again, there are specific herbs associated with each chakra but some of the popular ones are sage, sweetgrass, and cedar. The smoke medicine greatly helps with clearing and healing any excessive or deficient chakra issues after you’ve dialed into which one would be the most beneficial for you. The chakra system has a very large scope and you can really go deep with this system. I can say from my personal experience with healing certain chakras and studying the system it is really amazing the shifts that can take place in your outer life. All this inner work is to help transform our outer reality. It’s actually kind of fun if you are trying to work on one chakra for a day or a month and basing your actions, communications, clothes, food, thoughts, etc. around that chakra.
