At some point I think we all struggle with how to think about humanitarian projects after the Reval.

Have we any conceptual models that might help us organize our thinking on how to achieve global workability – a world that works for everyone?

We do. The first is Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.

Our focus will undoubtedly start out with cleaning up and restoring air, food, water, shelter, and clothing. Without these basic needs addressed, people’s attention will simply not be there for creating a world that in all ways works for all.

Safety and security needs are next. And then the need for belongingness, in most cases the family, but could be an army unit, place of work, etc. Only after these are put in place do self-esteem needs and self-actualization arise on his hierarchy of needs.

The second is the UN’s Agenda 2030. Yes, the Illuminati planned to use it to create global unity which it would then hijack. We know they’ll never be able to achieve that goal. But we’re gambling that we will be able to achieve this plan for a world that works.

Here are the goals the United Nations set out:

Sustainable Development Goals

Goal 1. End poverty in all its forms everywhere

Goal 2. End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture

Goal 3. Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages

Goal 4. Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all

Goal 5. Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls

Goal 6. Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all

Goal 7. Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all

Goal 8. Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all

Goal 9. Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation

Goal 10. Reduce inequality within and among countries

Goal 11. Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable

Goal 12. Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns

Goal 13. Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts*

Goal 14. Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development

Goal 15. Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss

Goal 16. Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels

Goal 17. Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development (2)

In my view, wholeheartedly applying ourselves to achieving these goals would in and of itself create the human unity and harmony that the world so badly wants.

What it says is that to create largescale employment projects, we need to:

(1) Identify areas of the world’s unworkability,
(2) Create projects that reflect and express our values,
(3) Set targettable, society-wide deadlines that allow for project-wide coordination of efforts,
(4) Build alignment with win/win solutions,
(5) Bridge dissonance and create new paradigms,
(6) Ask our critics for their expertise. (3)

To work on the global stage requires us to complete our core issues, drop the conditioned behavior that flowed from them, find and activate our will (this time, tempered by love, rather than the lust for money, power and sex, as in earlier times), and begin to take action.

If we’re to build on a foundation of stone instead of sand, we need to inform our actions with the divine qualities. (4) Previously our actions were based on social-Darwinist values like “looking out for number one,” seeing things as us against them, keeping the sharks from eating our lunch, etc.

Now they need to be based on divine values such as unity, harmony, and compassion; personal responsibility, awareness, and commitment.

How possibly could the world work for everyone? It’s very simple. The rising energies on the planet are causing us to get bigger, expand, emerge from our shells.

We may not know it at the moment but where the energies are sending us is into bliss. I’ve been privileged to spend time in that state (around three months) and I can tell you that, in it, there are no problems, no divisions, no selfishness (except the desire to sit there in bliss forever).

In it one doesn’t do anything that would harm another and does everything that would assist.

Therefore a blissful state is one in which the world would work. And that state is the very one we’re headed for: Fifth Dimensionality.

In commiting ourselves to building a world that works for everyone, we’re simply aligning with the Divine Plan for our consciousness shift. We’re getting a head start on matters that are destined to unfold with or without us.

After a space of time needed to set things up, the Michaelangelo Fund and the Golden Age of Gaia will be sponsoring a Lightworkers Congress that will bring lightworker donors together to plan out how to pool funds and address global problems.

That will offer lightworkers a place to discuss creating planetary workability, decide on how to use funds channeled through the Congress, and report on results.

Who among us doesn’t yearn for a world that works for everyone?
