Greetings. I am Sharman here again to speak with you. I am actually wearing an Earth vessel within your NOW, so that I can walk among you to best feel the human energy fields. I wear different “disguises” on different days depending on what area I am visiting.

At the end of each day, I return to my cloaked Ship to “call home” to share what I have experienced. I was chosen for this mission because I spent a long lifetime as a human and learned to “read” many of the thoughts and emotions of the humans that I observed.

What I have perceived is that many of you are feeling VERY tired. I have also observed that many of you feel like you are leaving soon, but you do not realize that “soon” is a third/fourth dimensional term.

In the fifth dimension, there is only NOW, so “soon” does not exist as there is only the NOW of “no-time.” However, I have observed that many of you are experiencing a transmutation of your entire physical body.

These physical transmutations, as well as your relationship with thoughts and emotions, are going through a total “remodel.” I have observed that many of you have very full lives in which you are very busy within your third/fourth dimensional self. Then, when you relax, even though you may not be aware of it, you can release the tension of your expansion/return to your SELF into the fifth dimension.

Yes, there is a “tension” regarding your shift. Your third dimensional form is being called on to transmute into a frequency that was only experienced before you took an Earth vessel on third dimensional Earth.

Simultaneously, your consciousness rejoices to return to your true SELF who soon, will no longer need to wear a dense, third dimensional form. Many of you ponder, “I am not sure that my body could go through the transmutation into Lightbody.”

Therefore, I wish to remind you that you do not need to worry about your physical body, as it will be automatically be transmuted into it’s higher expression as you continue your journey.

“How am I doing, and where am I on my journey?” I perceived in the thoughts of many. Yes, your thoughts and emotions are very clear to my fifth dimensional perceptions, and as your consciousness fully expands into the fifth dimension, you too will consciously perceive the thoughts and emotions of others.

What I have observed is that many of you are doing quite well with your journey, as it is a journey of consciousness. Part of the reason why so many of you are so tired is because the frequency of your consciousness is MUCH higher than the frequency of your body.

However, your body cannot transmute too quickly because the 3D patterns of connection within your body elementals are too slow to contain all the higher frequency energy fields.

Therefore, you are using your higher frequency, Multidimensional Mind, your Third Eye, and your High Heart to assist you in your process of adapting to the higher frequencies of your reality. Within your NOW, the lower third dimension is slipping from the awareness of the Ascending Ones.

As you continue your Multidimensional journey into the fifth dimension, you will discover that you feel less fatigue. I also observed that many of you had created what I would call an “overlay of your Lightbody network.” In other words, many of you are consciously, or unconsciously, feeling your Lightbody floating just beyond, yet around, your physical form.

I have noticed that more and more of you are becoming aware of this “overlay.” As you become increasingly aware of what may appear to be an “external” Lightbody network around your physical form, you expand your “sense of self” to include your ever-expanding aura.

You will experience this overlay of Lightbody via a sensation just above your skin. You will only be able to perceive this overlay when you are in a higher state of consciousness. But, once you have perceived it, it becomes quite more natural to feel this overlay of Light whenever you remember to center your consciousness on Unconditional Love.

As you feel the interdimensional Unconditional Love within your consciousness, you will begin to sense it as it “tickles,” embraces, and surrounds your Earth vessel. As these sensations come online with your third dimensional perceptions, you will begin to perceive your daily life in an expanded manner.

Before your expanded perceptions came “online” in your daily life, you experienced reality as “only physical.” However your expanded perceptions are VERY sensitive to interdimensional energy fields. These interdimensional energy fields seem to suddenly occur – then, just as suddenly, they seem to disappear.

It is not that the energy fields are coming “in to” and “out of” your life. What is occurring is that your calibration to the higher frequencies is coming online, then offline, then online as your consciousness changes from higher fourth and fifth dimension, then back to lower fourth and third dimension.

The frequency of consciousness determines the perceptions that you can consciously register in your brain as being “real.” There are many interdimensional visions, sounds, and thoughts entering your consciousness within this NOW.

By “interdimensional messages” we mean the messages that are traveling through at least two of the higher dimensional frequency bands around Earth, as well as two higher dimensional frequency bands of your consciousness before you perceive it via your physical awareness.

The frequency bands of your consciousness, from the highest to the lowest are:

Theta Wave, fifth dimensional consciousness
Delta Wave, higher fourth dimensional consciousness
Alpha Wave, fourth dimensional consciousness
Beta Wave, third dimensional consciousness

There are, in fact, many communications that you, the Awakening and Ascending members of humanity, are beginning to consciously experience. The Awakened Ones call these messages “channels,” but the unawakened Ones may call them “hallucinations.”

Most of you will first feel these energetic communications via your physical body. Your physical body is much like the encasement around a long-range radio. Most of these, higher frequency message are first directed to your High Heart.

Interdimensional messages are first received via your High Heart because the Three Fold Flame within the ATMA (core) of your High Heart is your own interdimensional center. Your ATMA is your “interdimensional center” because the Unconditional Love, Infinite Wisdom, and Multidimensional Power within your ATMA are all interdimensional qualities.

When you experience an interdimensional message, and you are ready to receive it, tune into your High Heart (between your physical heart and your throat) to translate that message via your own interdimensional “Unconditional Love,” “Infinite Wisdom,” and “Multidimensional Power.”

Interdimensional messages arise in the fifth dimension and beyond to eventually be shared with your third dimensional brain and body. These interdimensional communications move first into:

• The higher states of consciousness within your Multidimensional Mind,
• To be shared with your physical body to be grounded into the Earth,
• Then into your High Heart to be translated.

The frequency of these interdimensional messages cannot be fully accepted by your conscious awareness before they are grounded. If you were aware of them before they are grounded, they might feel like as electrical buzzing.

Fortunately, every time you ground an interdimensional message, it re-enters your physical form, and is then routed to your High Heart so that the interdimensional communication can be translated into a message that you can more clearly understand.

Some will perceive the message via their clairaudience — interdimensional hearing.

Some will perceive the message via their clairvoyance — interdimensional vision.

Some will perceive the message via their clairsentience — interdimensional feelings.

We remind you that any thoughts of, “I am so sorry, but I do not have enough time to do that.” actually means: “I am so sorry, but that is not important enough for me to create the time to do that.”

Please remember that an interdimensional message comes into your awareness within the NOW of the ONE of the fifth dimension. If you push it away because you are not ready to hear it, you will not be able to recover that NOW.

However, if you say, “I am ready to receive that message into my body.” You will naturally discover a NOW in which the message, that has been stored in your High Heart, will suddenly arise within your conscious awareness.

Then, be sure to document that message within that NOW. If you are not able to do so, remember to recognize that an important interdimensional message awaits you in your High Heart. I remind you to remember that you choose your life by choosing exactly what you “have enough time to do.”

People often think they have no choice about what happens with their time, which puts them into a state of “victim consciousness.” I remember having that experience myself when I volunteered to take an Earth vessel to better understand being human.

Therefore, I am not judging you for that behavior. But, I also remember how very sad and lonely I was when I lost contact with my own inner power. In fact, I am writing this message now to assist you to remember that YOU are a Multidimensional Being who chose to take an Earth vessel within this NOW to assist with planetary Ascension.

Since my return to “wearing an Earth vessel,” I realize how much the energy fields of Earth have shifted. Because I returned to the NOW of my fifth dimensional reality, I have no sense of how it felt to my human friends during the “time” of my absence.

However, because I did not go through the slow adaptation that all of you brave Grounded Ones went through, I can more easily experience the extent of shift between my return to the Ship and the NOW of my return to Earth.

“Bravo dear humans,” I say. “I am so happy to experience the overall rise in the resonance here on planet Earth. I can also sense Gaia urging me to tell you all that She, also, greatly appreciates your assistance.

Yes, Gaia and Her planetary Self are an “alive, sentient, planetary Being. She also wants me to share with all of you that her fifth dimensional core is expanding more and more towards her surface area on which many of Her inhabitants live. As you open your communications up to Gaia, She WILL answer.

In closing, I wish to remind you again that in the fifth dimension YOU are the complete creator of your life. In fact, your every thought and every emotions, becomes instantly manifest.

If you do not like some of the choices you have made in your life, ask yourself, “What did I learn?” By that one question you have shifted from “making a mistake” to “creating a lesson that assisted you on your journey HOME.”

If you see a tall, thin man with a hat and big sunglasses to protect my Pleaidian eyes, it just may be me. Otherwise, see you on the Ship.

From our perspective the destabilization of your world, which we mentioned in our last planetary message, is accelerating at an ever-faster rate. This is producing immense stress upon your biological, mental and emotional realities.

What we wish to offer in this message is a practical tool to bring your body/mind complex into a greater state of coherency in the midst of the ever-increasing chaos around you.

The shock waves of change that many of you are experiencing can be likened to the re-potting of a plant that has become root-bound. For many of you, your psychological and biological roots to your current perceived reality are bound up. With some exceptions most humans are finding the current transition that the world is passing through most difficult to contend with.

Much of what you might have believed to be true is being revealed as lies. Many of the institutions you counted upon to protect you are increasingly being unveiled as insidious. Interpersonal relationships are strained due to the simple fact that so many of you are stressed by the complex changes around you, changes that you seemingly have no control over.

This produces destructive patterns of response within your biology meaning how your body is responding to the stressors around you, including your mental and emotional faculties.

Returning to our metaphor of the root-bound plant, all sentient beings have psychic roots that connect them to their perceived reality. When a plant becomes too root-bound it is unable to flourish. Yet the paradox here is that when you place a root-bound plant into a larger container, with more space to grow, the plant undergoes a period of shock and disorientation. It takes awhile for the plant to recognize that there is more space to spread out its roots.

While our comment may seem implausible to some of you, you are actually in the midst of greater opportunities for accelerated growth due to the fact that the multi-dimensional space you are in is expanding, i.e. your pot is getting bigger. And yet your visceral experience may be that you are feeling more confined than ever.

Our position regarding this odd paradox is that human beings—with some exceptions—tend to be slow in recognizing new spaces for growth. They get used to being root-bound and confined by their perceived reality. There is an innate laziness in human nature when it comes to the task of stepping into a new reality that is greater than has been perceived before.

If you are one of the few humans who is bold in the face of new realities, we salute you. But for most humans, there is a deep reticence in allowing their own psychic roots to expand beyond perceived realities into new vistas.

One of the great challenges in this period of global transition is that your difficulties are not just mental and emotional, they are physical in nature as well. By this we mean your physiology and neurology are deeply challenged by the rapid changes in your perceived reality.

The Aetherium

The Aetherium is a sound tool for you to address these issues head-on. The sound codes that comprise this sound meditation come directly from the higher realms of light. They are emanations from the tenth, eleventh and twelfth dimensions of reality in a realm we call The Aethos. This vibratory field of light is self-aware as well as highly intelligent and resides in a state of consciousness you would call non-duality. For our purposes, we will simply address practical suggestions for how to use this unique sound pattern.

When you listen to The Aetherium you will hear a continuous drone-sound in the background. This is The Aethos sound meditation that we presented in 2012. Emerging from this sound field are complex descending sound codes that bring the comfort, nurturing and healing energies of The Aethos into the cells of your physical body. This is a downloading of light through the agency of sound into your physical body to assist you through this immense transition the world is passing through.

There are two means of listening to this sound meditation.

Passive Listening

There may be some days when you are so stressed, depleted and exhausted that you are unable to hold a mental focus. At these times simply listen to the sounds. When your mind wanders, simply bring your relaxed focus back to the music. There is nothing else to do in this form of listening.

Focused Listening

In this method your focus is on your physical body while you listen to the sounds. This way of listening will produce the greatest effects, in that subtle energy follows awareness. What we mean by this is that subtle energies tend to move where you hold your focused attention. If you rest your awareness in your physical body while listening to The Aetherium, the subtle energies of calmness, nurturing and healing will enter more deeply into your physiology and into the cells of your body.

For those of you who are aware of your inner realities you may notice complex geometries swirling within your body. Allow these to move according to their own volition. They have awareness and intelligence. Some of these fields of moving energy will be counter-rotating, and there may be many patterns of rotating energies moving through your body while listening. This phenomenon is a signature of deep transformation.

Allow these patterns of rotating energy to emerge and move according to their own will, without intervention. It is possible to extend your listening time by simply repeating the sound meditation. For those of you prepared to enter into a deeper state of transformation this will be a very effective way to work with The Aetherium.

If you feel discomfort, disharmony or distress in any part of your body focus your attention there and when your mind wanders, as it will, simply bring it back to that area of your body.

Another way to conceive of The Aetherium is as a kind of metaphorical life raft that you can ride through the tempestuous waves of change that are upon you. If you feel a connection, a resonance, to this sound meditation we encourage you to use it regularly. It is a highly effective sonic aid for your body and mind.

Tom’s Thoughts and Observations

I have personally found this latest Hathor sound meditation (The Aetherium) to be highly beneficial both at a physical level of wellbeing and as a means to adjust to the ever quickening energetic shifts that our Earth is undergoing.

In their last message, Destabilization, the Hathors offered the suggestion to listen to an earlier sound meditation they gave called A Bridge Between the Worlds. While this has a definite calming influence for most people, thus helping to reduce the effects of stress, in my opinion the Hathors’ latest sonic piece creates a profound healing response at the cellular level.

By the word “healing” I am referring to a sense of harmony and balance at the cellular level that arises out of the complex sound codes that make up The Aetherium.

As you listen to The Aetherium, you will no doubt hear a continuous sound in the background, which is actually The Aethos sound meditation the Hathors gave in their September 20th 2012 message titled The Aethos and Non-dual States of Consciousness. I strongly suggest reading this message if you are interested in the Hathors’ perspective regarding non-duality and higher dimensional realities.

The Aethos sound meditation is the root vibration (i.e., the base layer) of The Aetherium. The other voices you hear are rather choir-like and were created to move the calming energy from The Aethosusing sound codes, which can then be utilized by biological systems (i.e., your body/mind) to receive comfort, sustenance and nurturing from a higher vibratory realm of existence.

There are no electronically generated sounds in The Aetheriumsound meditation, just multilayered vocal tracks, sung by me, as directed by the Hathors.

When I listen to The Aetherium for extended sessions (i.e., by just hitting the repeat button) I find that the sound codes enter more deeply into my body including my meridian system, various organs, as needed, my cells and interestingly enough, into a complex system of subtle energy pathways called nadis by yogis and yoginis.

Sometimes I experience these pathways and organs filled with white light and sometimes gold. My expectation is that you will experience the color of light that is needed for you at the time, since the effects of The Aetherium are a result of a synergy between the higher harmonics of the sound codes and your own energy system. Do note that there is no need to “see” light in your mind’s eye during the sound meditation for it to be effective, but light is the language that is being used here. This language of light that emanates from The Aetherium has been translated, if you will, into the language of sound codes, and they will affect your body/mind system in ways unique to you.

As one of my aunts used to say: “The proof is in the pudding.” So listen to The Aetherium to see if it resonates with you. If you feel a kinship with this unusual harmonic, then I would say to experiment with it freely and incorporate it into your daily or weekly private times to see what it will unfold for you. If you don’t connect with it, don’t give it a second thought. This kind of sonic tool is not for everyone.

I can honestly say that The Aetherium is a harmonic of light and sound that keeps revealing ever-deeper levels of sustenance and healing for me.
