	Archangel Michael: It is Time June 10, 2016 by Steve Beckow This lull before events start gives us more time to consider numerous matters before the tsunami of abundance sweeps many of us (well, OK, me, then) off our feet. You can see me stressing leadership and reproducing some discussions with Archangel Michael on this subject. It’s an important topic to AAM. He depends on us lightworkers emerging as leaders. If we don’t, a vacuum is created which the newly-awakened won’t be able to fill. We’ve adjusted to the energies. We’ve divested ourselves of all the Third-Dimensional residue that we could. We’ve done the work and he now depends on us to lead the way for others. So here’s a discussion between an archangel and his servant, from a private reading, on everything to do with the need for lightworker leadership. Hear what he says to me as being said to you as well. From April 2015. Steve Beckow: Do you know, last week I had an explosive resumption of personal authority after years and years and years of being ridiculed by people like (I probably don’t need to name them, you know them) four women, as it turns out, who ridiculed me at work and high school. I just died inside at the time. … I feel hell-bent on re-assuming my personal responsibility and my authority. Can you tell me something about that? Archangel Michael: I have been doing this to you and Gabrielle has been doing it to the channel [Linda Dillon]. SB: … To the channel?… What is it that’s happening? AAM: It is time for that assumption of leadership responsibility to be front and center. So the avoidance due to prior injuries – terrible injury, particularly to one that has been in a leadership or cutting-edge position not only upon Gaia but elsewhere – that was deep devastation. Now I am very busy healing the wounds of war and who do you think I am starting with? My inner cadre, and, dear heart, that includes you. So I need you as you need me. SB: You are calling me forth, right? That’s what’s happening, is it not? AAM: That is exactly what is happening. That is why this line in the sand [the incident under discussion] is being created. It is not about the old realm of control or greed, or anything like that. It is, in order for the plan to be unfolding, in order for the practical building blocks (which is what you’re asking for – money) to be in place, there has need to be a very strong re-assumption of leadership. SB: I see that, Lord. I didn’t really do a very good job. AAM: No, you have done an excellent job. (1) Let us also comment on this and I am asking the channel to listen. It was very important to build community. (2) That was the task at hand. Unity, community and understanding of the process of reliability, of sincerity, a connectedness that built the sense of Light Worker Community, of heart-to-heart-to-heart community. That has been achieved. But now, as wayshower, there has need to be someone, and many someone’s, at the head of the line saying, “This way.” SB: I implicitly know that, Lord. It’s pushing out from inside of me. AAM: So, you have done the work of building community, of teamwork, of collegiality, of sincerity, of love. That does not go by the wayside. The leadership does not come from an arbitrary assumption of control. It comes from a deeper desire than ever to truly serve. And how does one serve? Each in their own particular way. But leadership is necessary and it does not mean “better than.” You know that I am the, literal and designated, head of this Legion of Peace. I do not assume that every being in my Legion of Blue is not crucial, critical, pivotal, equal, and different, than I. We are a unified force, serving the Mother. No more, no less. Each having our position, our commitment, our responsibility and our role. I have said to you, I look forward to the time when I will be back playing the harp and painting the sky, but until such time, I will stay as the Archangel of Peace. SB: So this new paradigm then is leadership without control, isn’t it? AAM: That is correct. It is leadership with love. SB: Yes, I haven’t got that one down overly well yet. AAM: You are getting there. Simply bring it back up, dear heart, and let it flow. It is dormant. You haven’t been attending it as vigilantly as you might because you have been worried and in fear around finances. Be re-assured and go forth. SB: This is a repeat of the Six Day Training where the requirement was to go for leadership and I found that that was the only way to serve. (3) It all feels really good. This is a repeat of the Denver Airport as well, isn’t it? (4) AAM: Yes. SB: Yes, all right. I’m reconnecting with that. AAM: You are reconnecting the dots and understanding that this has been nibbling at your heels for a long time. SB: It has. I know that. Easily since October last year but even way before that. (2) In other words, previously it was imperative to build community but now it’s necessary to assume leadership responsibility. (3) The Six-Day Course was an est Network workshop in the late 1970s. In a war game, we had to choose a leader – and not democratically. I went for leadership when I saw that a good leader gives others the chance to get themselves by crashing up against him or her. When I could see leadership as service, I told the “army” in a loud voice: “I am your leader. Sit down!” And they did. Matter settled. (4) The reservations clerks at Denver Airport were discussing the fact that we passengers would not make our flight but they were aware that our baggage was currently being loaded with no effort being made to stop it. I turned around and announced what was happening to the crowd and an action began that led to our being put up in hotels overnight, having our needs and necessities catered to, enjoying a great breakfast together and embarking on the first flight out the next day, with fond memories.

The love we share to you is not greater than any other love within the universe of the Creator, it is simply an expression of the Creator. We love you deeply and wish you to know within your mind and heart that we are present to support you in your present and coming stages of ascension. A question you might wish to ask yourself when connecting with all different types of souls and beings of the Earthly reality and the inner planes reality could be, ‘Am I allowing myself to recognize the true source and essence within each being, connection and experience?’ This question invites you to realize that there are so many levels of connection and communication. When you connect with a soul/person you may only allow yourself to connect on a superficial level because of inner fears of receiving the Creator or a feeling of being unworthy. You may find yourself distracted by the reactions of your mind, emotions and personality when creating and recognizing connections with others or even the Creator. The question we have shared with you encourages you to contemplate what a true connection or a source to source experience is, why it is important and what stops you from recognizing the true essence of the Creator in all souls, situations and experiences. Giving yourself time to explore inwardly while holding a focus of recognizing the source or essence of everything around you especially connections and in communication, will give you the opportunity to know yourself more fully. It is your divine right to experience a connection with all aspects of the Creator and to recognize yourself as a valuable aspect of the Creator. It is also your divine right to be in constant communication with the Creator; this can take place through the diverse aspects of the Creator such as flowers, Goddess Beings, Ascended Masters, family members, Star Beings, in truth anything that holds and resonates as the Creator’s vibration. The more you seek a divine and sacred connection and communication with all aspects of the Creator the more you will realize what is hindering your natural existence as the Creator. It is often fear or feelings of being unworthy which disable you from fully connecting with the Creator in every experience and person. Alternatively, maybe there is simply a need to develop and practice recognizing the essence and source of the Creator within all. Allow yourself time in your reality to recognize how deeply you permit yourself to connect with another soul. Realize whether you connect on an emotional, mental, spiritual or soul level. Realize if you are willing to see only the negative or positive aspects of the soul or whether you wish to know their true essence; their Creator essence. When you connect with the Creator essence within a soul, situation or experience you allow yourself to realize and connect with all levels of energy. In doing so you can let these go which allows you the space and freedom free from attachment or reaction to acknowledge the truth and essence of the Creator. The Creator’s truth and essence are within everything. You will know when you are connecting with another person or situation’s Creator essence because you will feel your inner Creator essence be magnified, shimmering and filling your entire being with blissful sensations and light. Recognizing the Creator in another magnifies the Creator within you. Your communication with the Creator will enhance and develop to the point that you will experience a divine powerful message and confirmation of truth with each true essence connection you make. Whether the other person realizes or not, or even if you are connecting with the energy of a situation the messages you receive from the Creator will be awe inspiring. Imagine if you were in constant communication with Creator in your daily reality through a cat you see beside a house, a stranger that passes you on the street, a newly blossomed flower in your garden or a person or situation which you are currently finding challenging. Imagine if you were in the practice of looking, sensing, acknowledging the divine essence within, accepting the personality and all levels of the being or situation while letting them go to embrace the truth in an instant. You would understand the purpose, meaning and reason for every person present in your life and every situation. To you, it might feel like a fast track because the actions and reactions of the person, yourself or connected to a situation would just seem superficial and unimportant. An example of this is, you may experience a negative person entering into your reality. This person creates numerous unpleasant reactions within your mind, emotions and maybe even spirit. You might become engrossed in the reactions within you and the actions of the other, losing yourself and feeling confused. If you have the intention and focus of seeing, sensing and acknowledging the true essence and source within the person, then you may still experience your own inner reactions and their actions, however, you would be able to let go of these maybe instantly, connecting with the truth of the person. It will actually be your truth reaching out to connect with their truth or Creator essence. It only needs to be an intention. In that moment, any unpleasant energies would fall away, and you would understand the reason, purpose and message the person or divine essence before you wished to share. You will also be able to recognize that the message is directly from your soul and the Creator to support your ascension, the person before you is present simply to reflect the truth within your being so that you can be the witness. The message or understanding may not be do the unpleasantness of the person; that was simply to catch your attention. Although the message may not seem profound, it will be deeply moving and meaningful. It may offer guidance such as to love yourself, to release anger, to ground yourself and so forth. You may glimpse a deeper understanding of the Creator or receive a healing vibration. The universe and Creator are miraculous and will guide you accordingly if you open yourself to receive and connect, seeking truth in every moment of your reality. There is so much to discover, everything that you recognize concerning the Creator will be born from within your being, everything you seek will always be within you. When you realize that everything you need and require, whether at a mental, emotional, physical or spiritual level is within you, this creates a powerful acceptance and acknowledgement of yourself. Then you are able to look outside of yourself realizing that you are not seeking answer or validation, you are seeking reflections of yourself. This means that you never give your power away to others, in fact, you will experience the complete opposite as you will be constantly empowering yourself and others as well. While you can be conscious of recognizing the Creator essence within every person or situation as if you are looking beyond their current manifestation into the truth of their soul, you can also practice and affirm this process in your own time so it becomes a positive pattern in your reality. Allow yourself to gain a deep meditative state, through breathing deeply and relaxing your body. Take the attention of your mind and third eye to the presence of your soul within your heart chakra. Repeat out loud until you can sense and feel the meaning of the words as if they are present within you: ‘I permit myself to see, sense and acknowledge beyond the physical reality to recognize the truth essence of the Creator.’ Breathe deeply and experience the energy forming within you from your intention. Repeat out loud until you can sense and feel the meaning of the words as if they are present within you: ‘I choose to connect with and embrace the truth essence of the Creator within every person and situation.’ Breathe deeply and think of people you know or if there is someone you wish to connect with on a deeper level or wish to resolve a problem with, think of them, even a situation. Imagine, sense or acknowledge yourself gazing through all they are into the truth within. Repeat out loud until you can sense and feel the meaning of the words as if they are present within you: ‘I trust in the truth essence of the Creator within every person and situation as I recognize it to be a reflection of my truth.’ Breathe deeply and when you are ready bring your intention back to your soul, experience the growing energy in your soul. Repeat out loud until you can sense and feel the meaning of the words as if they are present within you: ‘I acknowledge and gratefully receive the wisdom, guidance, healing and empowerment which flows forth to me from the truth essence of the Creator.’ Breathe deeply, sit peacefully and receive any insights which may align with you or be shared. Repeat out loud until you can sense and feel the meaning of the words as if they are present within you: ‘I honour the truth within me and the guidance it shares through my being. I honour the reflection of my truth in others and situations, thank you.’ Breathe deeply and ground yourself, coming back into your reality when you are ready. After practicing the meditation, when you then move through your daily life, you will discover that a connection with another’s Creator essence will simply occur and all you will need to do is be observant and aware of that which unfolds. It is time to see the truth within and all around you. It is even possible that you desire a contrary life, a simpler life, a life that motivates you and perhaps not anyone else in the world you know of. It could be that your father and your father's father and all your brothers and uncles and your mother and your mother's mother and sisters are all college professors – and your heart draws you to become a fisherman. So be it. Of course, you don't have to be contrary in order to proclaim your independence. To follow your own heart is your Divine Right and not anyone else's to say. Some people find their career, and they stay with this one career. They don't want any other. Other people may find a line of work that gives them happiness, and later, their hearts move on to something new that now suits them better. No one is obliged to stay in one field. And no one is obliged to change. Oneness comes from a deeper level than career, habits of thinking and so forth. There is great variety among human beings. Carrots, celery, cabbage are all vegetables. Vegetables are vegetables. All vegetables deserve honor. You may prefer one vegetable to another, and that is your prerogative. You may love all vegetables, or you may love a few or none. When you are an adult, choose your own path in life. Sometimes you fall into it, and it's not a deliberate choice, yet you may wind up just where you want to be. Following your heart doesn't mean you are to be a renegade and have proved something. There is nothing you have to prove. You don't have to prove anything to anyone, not even to yourself. What you have to be is who you are. To be true to yourself smoothes and softens the lining of your heart. Find your own place in the world. Finding your happiness is a responsibility of yours to the world, for you are to give the world your happiness. When you are happy, what more do you ask of others? When you are happy, what can make you grumpy and displeased? What if displeasure fled away and you never felt displeasure or saw it on Earth again? When you are happy, it is easy for you to be good-natured and accepting of others. Bravo for happiness and good will and letting others find their own way to their happiness. Happiness, like all good things, comes from an alignment of the heart. Happiness cannot be regulated. No one is to impose a form of happiness upon another. Yes, of course, some of My children may grow up in happiness, while others have to learn to break the habit of unhappiness. There is more than one kind of prison to break out of. Habits of thinking and feeling, no matter how justified, may be one prison. You do not have to accept unhappiness nor are you to spread it. Choose happiness, and choose to share happiness. There is also another conclusion that can be drawn. Be happy where you are just as it is. Provide yourself happiness even when you are aren't pleased. Your happiness doesn't have to be perfect happiness. Plain happy is good enough. Keep climbing.
