I have been wondering where you would like to take things from here? Federation of Light: Welcome to you and All. We are very much aware of the fact that you are keen to continue on in this fashion and yet, today perhaps we should steer the course onto another matter that we feel maybe of interest? By all means. Today we would be keen to speak of that which confuses the mind often. This concerns the subject of protocol? Protocol? Oh! Um … regarding what? Regarding that which allows the soul-self to perform that which it feels it can’t! Such as? A thousand things could be named. All one has to do, is think of something they think is impossible that they would like to accomplish (On a soul level … On any level) and there you have number one! YOU HAVE BEEN TAUGHT … INDOCTRINATED … TO BE LIMITED … Because, it serves those who wish you to FEEL this way. It is as if a brick wall has been built around the ‘Spirit –Self’ which seems impossible to break down. Too bigger job! So, one plods along … under par … always very much under par. Even when one thinks they are on top form some days … in our eyes … they are very much functioning … UNDER PAR … UNDER POWER … from the Truth and possibilities that they are capable of Being! It is our desire to assist you in breaking down this wall … so that you can BE FREE! So, I am assuming that those ‘elitists’ that do not have our best interest at heart, are the ones that have blocked this off from us? Yet, how is it /was it done? How can we Human Beings who are SO POWERFUL be reduced … indoctrinated … so strongly … as to believe that we are pretty worthless and capable of little? It is an intricate plan that has been improved upon as the years pass. New technologies fall into place … new ways of dimming the senses. And, so many people have no idea that this is so? This is surely a fact. Because that is part of the ‘plot’ also. To alleviate anything that ‘feels’ detrimental to the soul is considered ‘not on’ by those who desire to rule. To expediate that which one KNOWS within … into something that it definitely is not… therefore, being able to manipulate and control. One must keep in mind that these souls are here for a purpose … Which is? For my feeling, as you brought that through … was that it was for a good one (purpose )… and that can’t be right!* Why not? All things, Dearest Blossom, are presented to one in order for one to grow … to expand … to experience. Yes, but the atrocities and the agenda that these elitists have in mind, are hardly sociably acceptable and designed to enhance one’s life experience … Let’s be honest! Yet … That is your view point … NOW. What if you were to CHANGE your ‘attitude’ … CHANGE your way of looking at this? Do continue. So, let us say that you have been … for many eons … dulled down … had the Light that you are, dimmed, through no fault of your own … (and yet … that is not perhaps the correct term.) Let us change that if we may … A very rare occurrence indeed. Yet, we are not infallible Blossom. Let us change it to … ‘had the Light that you are, dimmed, in order to have supressed … that which is to once again be rediscovered’. For do you see? To rediscover the importance of this Light is to rediscover a WHOLE NEW WORLD … and THAT is what you have come here to do. TO AWAKEN AND BRING INTO LIGHT A WHOLE NEW SYSTEM … OF LOVE … OF RECOGNISING THE POWER OF WHO YOU ARE … AND USING IT … FOR LOVE. You have spent so much time in a haze … Yes, but again I have to say … (although you changed the sentence earlier) … was having our Light dimmed really our fault? I mean, we WANT to BE OUR LIGHT. We DON’T WANT to walk around in this haze … and yet, most of us do. For a specific purpose. With respect … we ask you once again … to look outside of the square. To look ‘upon’ the entire jigsaw puzzle from ‘above’ … rather than the ‘little square’ you are working on … on a linear perspective. MAYBE … PERHAPS … COULD IT BE POSSIBLE … that this ‘downfall OF man’ … this ‘corruptive system BY man’ … this Earthly disruptive way of living … was devised by YOU … by ALL OF YOU… every single soul … on the Earth … or off of it … in order to play out The Game? FOR IT IS JUST A GAME. As you have pointed out many, many times. Yet, that indeed, is all very well when ‘above’ The Game. Yet, when actually ‘in it’ … it has a very different FEEL from when just looking ‘down upon.’ This we understand. Yet, who devised the game? Am I supposed to say ‘All of us?’ You would be correct in doing so. So, then … NOW … let us move your thoughts into the reason why? WHY would you have created/devised this little ‘act’ in the play? Beats me! I’d rather have an interval and go get an ice cream!! Think about this Blossom. WHAT … ON EARTH … would be a suitable reason for the Human Race to ‘act out’ that which many who are awakening find ‘despicable’? Well, I want to say … ‘To experience?’ And why would you want to experience such a mess? Eh … because … Oh dear God … I don’t believe I am going to say this … and I don’t wish to offend … yet, I feel my answer is … forgive me one and all … Because we’re bored?! … Did I really just say that? … I mean, where did THAT thought come from? It came from Truth? Who’s? Mine? Or consciousness as a/on The Whole? Both. Of course. For I AM part of That Whole. Yet, come on Guys … REALLY? All this hatred, greed, war, rape, murder, starvation … I could go on and on … is happening because WE as ONE … as ONE CONSCIOUSNESS … got bored???????????? Let us TRY and soften the blow a little! You are … you cannot be anything other … Than Love! In order to expand every particle of LOVE … EVERY … EVERY scenario … EVERY possible possibility … HAS to be looked into … HAS to be created. So that … LOVE can experience itself in EVERY THING! How else can it KNOW itself in its full complete BEING? AND THIS IS WHY INFINITY IS TO CONTINUE! NEVER ENDING! For there shall NEVER be a ‘time’ when LOVE is done. When it is through with experimenting. For it is ALL THERE IS … EVERYTHING … and … as LOVE IS THE CREATOR and LOVE CAN NEVER STOP BEING … it can, therefore … NEVER STOP CREATING. It HAS to experience itself in EVERY CREATION that is of/from itself. And so … this particular ‘little dodgy patch’ … on this little planet called Earth … is just another ‘creative experience’ in order for LOVE to discover another particle of itself? Yes. Elsewhere … NOW … there is yet another ‘part of the jigsaw’ being played out … that is of the opposite experience to what is happening on YOUR Earth NOW. Maybe even on another Earth … for do not think yours is the only one. Whoa … Hold the phone just one minute! There are more Earth’s hanging about? Blossom … Yea, I know! What was I thinking … limited beliefs!! There is EVERYTHING and more ‘hanging about’. Think of this word … ‘Everything’. It means ‘ALL THAT IS’ … EVERYTHING … and therefore, there is NO END OF THINGS. Therefore … there can be a million Earths. Therefore … there can be multiple galaxies … zillions of Universes … because… CREATION NEVER HAS AND NEVER WILL STOP! IT IS ENDLESS … And since it NEVER began … ‘IMAGINE’ all the ideas … all there must be ‘hanging around’ that was created by creation itself. Now, let us move your thoughts on once again. IF this is the case … that all that is taking place on your planet at this time has been devised by you … as an experiment in/of/through/as Love … in order for that LOVE to discover MORE of itself … would it not be more sensible … to surmise … that this little experiment HAS TO HAVE A PURPOSE? Well, yes. Ok then. Let’s say it is to see how ‘nasty’ Love can get. (Not sure how else to put that!) Being Love … having ALL POWER at your fingertips … and not only viewing … but FEELING how this particular exercise is going … as ONE CONSCIOUSNESS … how would one expect to ‘end it’ then? Having realised, that perhaps it has reached its peak and it is now ‘time’ … to close the act … have your ice cream … and sit back to ‘enjoy’ the next one. So, assuming then … that WE ARE IN CONTROL … AS A CONSCIOUSNESS … and that we can’t just bring the curtain down … WE have to find a way out … a way to finish it. And how would you suggest that be done? Loving Everything? Loving Everyone? And … The curtain closes on the act … and we feel … on this session. Woo Hoo! Time for an ice cream!! Thank you. Love you! Before we go … Your time ahead with the dolphins of the Oceans and all that accompanies it … is to be one of such magnitude for your well being. Well, thanks for that! I know it will be so healing and uplifting. Indeed. Indeed. Indeed. Until your return … when we shall resume these communications once again … WE LOVE YOU. *expediate … I looked this up and it is a variation of the word ‘Expedite’ … which means ‘to speed up’. 	Daily Message ~ Monday February 8, 2016 Mon, 02/08/2016 - 08:15 Dear Ones, there is an art to honouring what is best for you in a way that is kind to others. Understand that some people may have become very accustomed to you acting a certain way, and may react strongly to change. This does not mean you should deny what is right for you to appease another, but you can find a way to honour yourself AND be able to honour the people who are resistant to the change. Be kind and gentle. Explain that you are following your heart and inner guidance, but still love and care deeply about them and their feelings. Understand change can be very difficult for others. Often times if you have denied yourself for a very long time, moving into what you want can seem sudden and unexpected. You may have done things that are very uncharacteristic for you, acting out because you have neglected your true wants and needs for so long. This is why it is so important to listen to and honour your own self consistently because denial of self will often end in reactive behaviour that can be hurtful and not in line with how you would prefer to be. Dear Ones, communication, compassion, and consistency are key. You can indeed make big changes in your life and reduce the reactivity of others by being mindful and compassionate while steadfastly including your needs, your truth, and happiness as an essential part of the equation. This will move you into a far greater balance and ultimately more real interactions with others because you will be finally being your authentic self. All civilisations go through a number of steps in their growth and evolution. First the civilisation is seeded at its point of origin. Mostly these are planets but sometimes civilisations begin inside stars, it might surprise you to learn. Or indeed in other places that might seem even less likely to you. How about the periphery of a black hole for an interesting origin. But be that as it may. Wherever a new civilisation is seeded, it is the norm for it to be nurtured and watched over by an older more developed civilisation. The gods of your myths and legends are actually just this: space faring civilisations that interacted with earth humans when your race was newly formed and in need of teaching regarding certain basics like agriculture, language, writing and various other subjects like mathematics or astronomy. At some point in the civilisation’s advancement, however, there comes the time when separation must occur. The older race that watches over the younger race must depart. They must seem to leave their protégé’s to their own devices. This is necessary as it is only then that the younger civilisation can move properly into the 3rd density of consciousness. As long as the old ones are hanging around watching over you, you are doing as you are told. You are not truly choosing and discovering for yourself who you really are. So their role is to get you going so that you can carry on without them and then to exit stage left. Or at least they must seem to do so. They can of course watch over you from the shadows where you are not aware of them. It is possible that they might also have their own attachment issues and that they might continue to try to tinker with your development from behind the scenes. It does happen! But be that as it may, with this departure the young planetary civilisation takes its first tentative, shaky steps into 3rd density consciousness as it chews on the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil, as it were. And this is where your planetary consciousness has been for the last many thousands of years. And since the gods of your myths have seemed to leave you to your selves, you have been deeply immersed in your own choices about who you, individually and collectively, really are. This is the hallmark of the 3rd density of consciousness. It is ALL about choice. The choice is this: where will you put your energy? Or put another way: where will you focus your love? You have had the ages of choice to sort this out for yourself before the next age begins. And right now you are pretty much in the very centre of the transition between the age of choice and the next age. The opportunity to make up your mind and choose is drawing to a close as it has for countless other planetary civilisations that walked some variation of this same path. So let us take a look at the choice that lies before you. This can, essentially, be reduced to four main possibilities. First there is the choice to steadfastly continue NOT to choose. It is your right to refuse to choose and you will not be forced. This approach is for the soul that has not seen sufficient examples of the options and it will result in such a being going back into the 3D cycle again for another go-around. This is not a step forward. It is a choice to take the same class again. Where such a being will end up will depend on that being’s higher-self. But it is entirely possible to come back to planet earth at the beginning of this self-same cycle, if that is what is desired. The second choice is to choose what is popularly called “service to other”. This is the choice for one that is love-and-light oriented. If you feel the good and right thing for you to do is to put others before yourself and to give and serve and love and to make the world a better place… then STO is for you. If you have firmly made this choice then you are already living these ideals. As the transition plays out you will find yourself moving into a reality where you will be surrounded by more and more beings of your own polarity and at some point you will even begin to meet and interact with space-family who are of this same polarity. Perhaps you will even be going with them to a planet which is more truly “home” for you than earth is. Planetary civilisations that are polarised this way are in the main very peaceful, kind and gentle places to be. There is a harmonious coexistence that is quite pleasant for many, if possibly a little boring. I say boring because things can tend to the predictable as conflict of any kind is rare and no-one seeks to put themselves forward over another. But there IS opportunity for excitement for the STO oriented individual. At the fringes of these societies there is an eternally raging conflict with members of the opposite polarity. Let me first tell you all about those. The third choice is for what is called “service to self”. It is the opposite and balancing polarity of service to other. STS is the choice for those that seek their own pleasure, power and advancement before that of any other. If you feel you are the most important person in your reality and it is right for you to always put yourself first, then this is your polarity and you will find yourself living this ideal already. You will most likely either be in a position of power over others in some legally legitimised way, such as being a corporate leader or a government power-player, or you will find your way to power over others illegally such as through crime or even just victim/perpetrator psycho-dramas. You will also gravitate to those who you perceive to be powerful and you will serve them but only as a vehicle to your own advancement. As the transition plays out you will find yourself inhabiting a reality surrounded by ever more beings who, like you, are seeking their own self-service. And in due course you shall also meet members of other space civilisations who themselves are predominantly service-to-self. I shall not be coy about this. STS is a hard path and I feel great compassion for those that travel this road. The path of ego over heart is the lonely path. And there is no soft place to fall ever. No one can be trusted and everyone is manipulating for their own interests. It is very much eat or be eaten in such a reality. But many thrive in such circumstances. They are adept power-players and they get to the top of every heap they are in. They love the power and glory of having minions to do their every bidding. And they are very willing to play the role of the cruel and heartless master to keep everyone in line. There are many compensations for life in such a hard reality. Certainly the ego may be given full reign in its search for gratification. One of the hallmarks of true STS civilisations is rapacious use and abuse of planetary resources. Another is unbridled expansionism. Put these two things together and it is obvious that such civilisations will be constantly seeking to colonise other planets. And where they find other civilisations on those planets they will seek to dominate them and take from them what they need. Resources, slaves… whatever it is that they desire. And so it is that borderlines are quickly drawn. STO civilisations band together and defend what is theirs from constant incursions from STS civilisations. And so it comes to be that there is an on-going never-ending war in the heavens between these two polarities of being. The war often reaches a kind of stalemate and borderlines seem to become permanently drawn. This is because STO civilisations are naturally harmonious and are very willing to co-operate and help each other. They will leap to each other’s mutual defence as a matter of course. So they easily form vast pan-galactic alliances which have access to so much by way of combined resources that they become a very formidable defensive foe. STS civilisations, by contrast, do not easily form alliances. If they do these agreements are weak as they exist only to serve the transient, narrow self interest of the signatories. At the drop of a hat the parties stab each other in the back and the alliance collapses. STS civilisations grow by conquest. Empires grow to span many planets and then schism and collapse in on themselves as internal conflicts over power pull them apart. But these civilisations are always seeking advantage over all others and war is a natural expression of their way of being. And that outlines the STO and STS duality between which you might now be choosing. (Concluded in Part 3 tomorrow.) But there is a fourth choice. It is the choice to simply leap-frog the realm of duality altogether and to ascend your consciousness above the petty squabbles. This is the choice for unity consciousness. All STS and STO civilisations will themselves come to a window period such as you are now in. And there they will have the opportunity to either switch polarity, which is rare, or to make the leap and come to the realisation that polarity is an illusion. There is, in truth, only Oneness. The “self” is in deepest truth, one with the All. “Other” and “self” are temporary illusory constructs that are brought to us via the veil of unknowing.

THE WEEK OF THE 22ND WILL BE THE BIG WEEK WHEN LARGER FUNDS WILL ARRIVE TO BEGIN THE CRITICAL PROJECTS. THE FIRST WEEK OF MARCH WILL SEE VERY LARGE FUNDS COME IN TO BEGIN THE FUNDING OF ALL PROJECTS. FROM THERE, IT WILL BE NOTHING BUT WORK AND GETTING PROJECTS DONE. THIS IS OUR SCHEDULE, AND WITH THE RELEASES THAT HAVE COME NOW, THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER DELAYS IN OUR ROLLOUT. THE LAST YEARS HAVE BEEN FILLED WITH VARIOUS DATES OF THIS RELEASE, AND THE FRUSTRATION LEVELS CLIMBED TO INCREDIBLE THRESHOLDS, AND A FEW CORE PEOPLE COULD NOT STAND IT ANYMORE AND LEFT FOR A VARIETY OF REASONS FROM DISAPPOINTMENT, TO RAGE AT THE DELAYS. WE CURRENTLY HAVE EXACTLY 22 PEOPLE IN OUR CORE SITUATED ALL OVER THE GLOBE THAT ARE STILL HERE AND STILL PLUGGING ALONG. THESE FORM THE NUCLEUS OF OUR ORGANIZATION, AND WILL BE THE ONES THAT WILL MOVE THIS DEPLOYMENT FORWARDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUR HUMANITY. MANY OF YOU ALREADY KNOW THE VISIBLE CORE PEOPLE, AND SOON YOU WILL KNOW THE REST AS WE BEGIN THE WORK AHEAD OF US. THE MECHANISM OF THE DEPLOYMENT IS FIRMLY SET, AND THE LAST ITEM CORPORATELY IS THE INVESTIGATION OF TAX JURISDICTIONS THAT WILL HELP THE VARIOUS PROJECT PROPONENTS MINIMIZE THEIR TAX EXPOSURE. THIS WILL BE HANDLED BY A VERY LARGE TAX LAW FIRM THAT HAS EXPERIENCE IN THE RESTRUCTURING OF VARIOUS COUNTRIES, CORPORATIONS, TRUSTS, AND SO ON. THEY ALSO DID MICROSOFT, SO I HAVE CHOSEN THESE GUYS TO DO US AND ALL PROJECTS. THAT WILL BE DONE ON OUR DIME AS THE RETAINER TO ENGAGE THEM IS A HEFTY 1 MILLION. THIS WILL HELP THE LITTLE PROJECT GUYS AS MUCH AS THE BIG PROJECT GUYS, AND CUT OUT THEIR LEGAL BILL FOR THIS AS WE WILL INCORPORATE THAT STRUCTURING FROM WITHIN OUR ORGANIZATION.
