I live in Los Angeles and can honestly say this year has been so much hotter than any other, it is both infuriating and mind-boggling to experience.

Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.

So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations.

It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our efforts. That’s why this is so important.

WAIT A MINUTE, WHERE’S THE PROOF?

We are so glad you asked.

First of all, as an over-arching principle, the HAARP [High Altitude Auroral Research Project] microwave technology should be easy to understand.

You start by creating very high-intensity microwave beams with antenna-mounted emitters. You can point the emitters anywhere you want.

Bounce the microwaves off of the earth’s charged particle layer, known as the ionosphere, and you can direct a focused beam anywhere in the world.

This same principle lets you take a glass lens and concentrate the light of the sun into a tiny point, allowing you to start a fire.

Now let’s think about a microwave oven you probably have at home. If you put water inside the microwave and run it, the water will turn to steam.

If you then put the water inside a sealed container, the steam will cause pressure — and the container will eventually explode.

EXPAND ON THE IDEA OF MICROWAVES AND THINK ABOUT THE WEATHER

Now think about how this could apply to the weather.

Weather cycles are simply the result of high-pressure zones flowing into low-pressure zones. Heat up an area with microwaves and you get higher pressure.

Then, by varying where you direct the beam, you can steer the high-pressure zone wherever you want it to go.

EARTHQUAKES AND VOLCANOES

Similarly, imagine microwaving the slippery rock goo that the continents are floating on, known as the “mantle.”

If you get this rock hot enough, it will slip and slide much more easily.

Do this at any boundary between two plates and it’s like squirting oil in a rusty old hinge.

The plates slide, and boom! You get an earthquake.

These catastrophes are still listed in legal contracts as “Acts of God.” That must make the Cabal feel very proud of themselves.

In the case of a volcano, you have molten rock under high pressure, pushing against a cooler, rocky plug at the base of the cone.

If you heat up that rocky plug enough that it starts to melt and crack apart, the pressurized lava can blast through it.

Boom! You’ve got a volcanic eruption.

Let’s first look at the Fukushima earthquake and mega-tsunami.

Isn’t it interesting that in the days leading up to the big quake on March 11th, there were unusual spikes of heat in the atmosphere over Japan?

“Coincidence.” Not!

Notice how the heat spikes appear right over the fault lines — almost as if it were massaging them into slipping.

The team’s analysis, which has not yet been published in a journal yet (only in the non-peer reviewed arXiv), finds that before the earthquake, the number of electrons in the ionosphere above the epicenter increased dramatically, peaking three days before.

The infrared radiation (that is, the heat) grew as well, peaking just hours before….

So far, the connection doesn’t seem like an easily dismissible coincidence:

After analyzing more than 100 other earthquakes, the researchers have found that large (>5.5 magnitude), shallow (<31 miles below the surface) quakes had similar correlations with atmospheric ionization and heat.

Today, Dimitar Ouzounov at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Centre in Maryland and a few buddies present the data from the Great Tohoku earthquake which devastated Japan on 11 March. Their results, although preliminary, are eye-opening.

They say that before the M9 earthquake, the total electron content of the ionosphere increased dramatically over the epicentre, reaching a maximum three days before the quake struck.

At the same time, satellite observations showed a big increase in infrared emissions from above the epicentre, which peaked in the hours before the quake.

In other words, the atmosphere was heating up.

A massive 7.0-magnitude earthquake has struck the Caribbean nation of Haiti….

Haiti's worst quake in two centuries hit south of the capital Port-au-Prince on Tuesday, wrecking the presidential palace, UN HQ and other buildings.

A "large number" of UN personnel were reported missing by the organisation. Many people have spent the night outside amid fears of more aftershocks.

The Red Cross says up to three million people have been affected.

Describing the earthquake as a "catastrophe", Haiti's envoy to the US said the cost of the damage could run into billions.

MIT revealed that there were strange anomalies in the atmosphere over Haiti for an entire month prior to the quake.

Now Michael Athanasiou at the Technical University of Serres in Greece and a few buddies say that [the] DEMETER [satellite] spotted good evidence of a change in ultralow frequency radio waves in the ionosphere above Haiti in the run up to the quake.

“The results reveal a significant increase of the energy of ULF waves, up to 360%, for a period of one month before the main earthquake compared with the energy of the background,” they say.

That’s a dramatic increase. These emissions dropped gradually in the month after the quake.

The implications are interesting. Athanasiou and co say:

“The results of this paper clearly indicate that ULF electromagnetic waves can be very useful in revealing possible precursor seismic phenomena.”

FULFORD'S INSIDERS CONFIRMED HAITI WAS AN ATTACK

In a spirited post at the dawn of his paid blog, Benjamin Fulford revealed insider testimony that the Haiti attack was a tipping-point for the Alliance.

Many countries finally realized that earthquakes, volcanoes, typhoons and hurricanes could be deliberately created — and they were not happy about it:

If they think they are going to unleash a Tsunami against Tokyo and get away with it, they are truly insane.

The Venezuelan government, Iranian government TV, Fox News and many other outlets mentioned the possibility that Haiti was attacked with an earthquake weapon.

This sort of open accusation was unthinkable, for example, when Indonesia was attacked with the earthquake weapon that caused the tsunami there.

In both cases US forces were pre-positioned with “aid” before the earthquakes struck.

The names of the people who ordered the attack have been made public and there will be consequences.

The days of mass murder with impunity are coming to an end.

THE CHILE EARTHQUAKE

Shortly after the Haiti quake, there was a major meeting of the Alliance — unifying the South American countries against the Cabal for the very first time.

Chile was declared to be the head of the South American alliance.

Their term would begin on March 1st — just three days after they made the announcement.

The very next day after the announcement, Chile got hit with a massive quake.

The 24-strong bloc of Latin American states known as the Rio Group is to join the Caribbean Community to form a new trade body intended to present opposition to US dominance. What can it really hope to achieve?

The Rio Group assertively announced the birth of its successor earlier this week, at a summit in a resort town on Mexico's Caribbean coast.

Mexican President Felipe Calderon declared that a new body had been formed that would represent both the Group of Rio and the 15-member Caribbean Community (CARICOM).

Going under the provisional name the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELC), the newly announced body specifically excluded the United States and Canada from membership, and intends to consolidate the sometimes tenuous solidarity among the Central and South American states….

Almost every Latin American country was represented at the annual summit in Mexico, and together they succeeded in formulating some of the values of the sub-continent.

Calderon declared, "We have decided to base an organization on shared values including sovereignty and the non-use of force, including threats of force, international cooperation, ever closer integration of Latin America and the Caribbean and permanent political dialogue."

Historical rhetoric

There was no shortage of high-flown and defiant rhetoric at the meeting, led predictably by Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, who spoke of finally throwing off the US-yoke….

There was a strong sense that the region's most left-wing, anti-American governments had pioneered the creation of the new organization, which is set to convene for the first time on July 5, 2011, in Caracas, Venezuela…

In an interview with South American broadcaster Telesur, Bolivian president Evo Morales lent his own weight to the vision of a South American brotherhood united against the US.

Morales was among many who recently voiced concern about the huge US military presence now stationed on Haiti and the summit pledged to send a further $25 million (18.5 million euros) to the earthquake-hit country.

"A union of Latin American countries is the weapon against imperialism. It is necessary to create a regional body that excludes the United States and Canada," Morales said.

"Where there are US military bases that do not respect democracy, where there is political empire with his blackmailers, with its constraints, there is no development for that country, and especially there is no social peace."…

On top of this, the six nations that have been chosen to draw up the new body's mission statement — Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic and Venezuela — are mainly countries with no interest in antagonizing the US.

The fact that US-friendly Chile takes over the two-year presidency of the Group of Rio in March is unlikely to sharpen tensions within the Americas either.

FEBRUARY 27, 2010: MASSIVE CHILE EARTHQUAKE

The South American Alliance was announced on February 26, 2010, as we just saw. Chile was the head of the presidency for this alliance, it was announced.

The very next day, Chile got hit with a massive earthquake, affecting over two million people.

As the sun set in Chile on Saturday, a picture of the immense structural damage wrought by an early morning earthquake had come clearly into focus, with the nation's president estimating that 2 million people had been affected in some way.

More than 300 people were killed, according to Chile's Office of Emergency Management, and 15 are missing.

The carnage from the 8.8-magnitude quake didn't begin to approach that unleashed by January's earthquake in Haiti, which left 212,000 people dead and more than a million homeless, even though it was considerably less forceful, with a 7.0 magnitude.

Saturday's quake was 700 to 800 times stronger, but at a greater depth — 21.7 miles — compared to the shallow 8.1-mile depth of the Haiti quake, which contributed to much of the damage there.

NOW LET'S CONSIDER THE "RIDICULOUSLY RESILIENT RIDGE" BLOCKING RAIN FROM CALIFORNIA

With all of this in mind, let's turn our attention to the California drought, which is now openly seen as the worst in 1200 years — if not longer.

As a resident of Los Angeles, I have been viscerally aware of this battle.
The temperatures in California are vastly higher than usual this year.

It was bad enough to cause people to run their AC. In February. I was almost one of them.

Typically the weather ebbs and flows when you watch the 5-day and 10-day forecast. You have predicted highs and they don't happen, or vice versa.

All year now, I have watched almost every single forecasted temperature get jacked up as the dates get closer.

The "pessimistic" view is almost always correct.

THIS IS ANOTHER ATTACK AGAINST AMERICA

Once you understand that this Cabal realizes they are being defeated, and are very bitter and angry people, it becomes possible to grasp why this is happening.

California produces a majority of the food for America.

If the Cabal can destroy those crops completely, it could trigger mass starvation and social upheaval.

This in turn would require a declaration of martial law.

Under those circumstances they could declare a "state of emergency" and regain the power they are losing.

Then, if they could create other acts of destruction at the same time, they could further amplify the chaos.

"It's like the Sierra — a mountain range just sitting off the West Coast — only bigger," said Bob Benjamin, a forecaster at the National Weather Service in Monterey.

"This ridge is sort of a mountain in the atmosphere. In most years, it comes and goes. This year it came and didn't go."

Thanks to satellite weather photos, we've been able to observe a persistent, virtually permanent, huge, blocking High Pressure system off the West Coast for the last two months… most of November, December and into January.

We have watched the satellite photos reveal how storm after storm formed up, as usual, in the Kamchatka, Korea and Northern Japan (Fukushima) areas of the North West Pacific.

We've watched them move from West to East – like they have always done – to deliver their life-giving rain and snow to keep the US green and verdant.

"White Sands was a testing ground for atomic weapons — and that's what the extraterrestrials were interested in.

"They wanted to know about our military capabilities.

"My own experience talking to people has made it clear the ETs had been attempting to keep us from going to war and help create peace on Earth."

Mitchell also suggested he had heard similar stories from people who manned missile bases during the most tense parts of the 20th century.

"I have spoken to many Air Force officers who worked at these silos during the Cold War," he continued.

"They told me UFOs were frequently seen overhead and often disabled their missiles.

"Other officers from bases on the Pacific coast told me their [test] missiles were frequently shot down by alien spacecraft.

"There was a lot of activity in those days."

We asked Nick Pope, a former Ministry of Defence UFO researcher, whether he believed Mitchell's claims.

"Edgar Mitchell is an honourable and truthful man, who I've had the privilege of meeting," he said.

"But so far as I'm aware, most of his information on this issue comes not from things he's experienced himself, but from things he's been told by others.

"Clearly, because of who he is, he's had access to government, military and intelligence community personnel at the highest level, but because — quite understandably — he won't name his sources, we can't be certain these people were being straight with him, or indeed that they were privy to any classified information about UFOs."

'Even where Mitchell's sources are genuine, how do we know they have access to classified information about UFOs?' asks Pope.

UFO believers say it's no coincidence that aliens showed up very shortly after we'd developed atomic weapons and rocket technology, as this is when they were alerted to the threat we pose to the wider cosmos….

Dr Mitchell, who has a Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautical engineering and a Doctor of Science degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics also says the Roswell cover up was real.

'This is really starting to open up,' he told a radio show several years ago. 'I think we're headed for real disclosure and some serious organisations are moving in that direction.'

Officials from Nasa were quick to play the comments down.

In a statement at the time, a spokesman said: 'Nasa does not track UFOs. Nasa is not involved in any sort of cover up about alien life on this planet or anywhere in the universe.

'Dr Mitchell is a great American, but we do not share his opinions on this issue.'

GIANT SPHERES COMING INTO OUR SOLAR SYSTEM

Kent Steadman (1942-2008) extensively documented the arrival of huge, planet-sized spheres into our solar system in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

This was done on his website, CyberspaceOrbit.com.

It was hard to read and often technical, but month after month, year after year the spheres appeared.

I did not cover this story back in those days, but I was following it every week.

I was astonished at how many of these spheres came and went — without a word from NASA or the government.

The photographs and animated GIFs were right there for anyone bothering to look — but hardly anyone was.

A MAJOR EVENT INVOLVING TWO SPHERES ON JUNE 2ND, 1998

One dramatic example occurred when two spheres flew into the sun on June 2nd, 1998.

They apparently portaled out and caused a coronal mass ejection (CME) at the same time.

Even if these were just "comets," in the conventional model, comets are not supposed to cause the sun to do this — so it must be a "coincidence."

In case the above animated GIF freezes up, here is another, slower, 12-frame animated image of it happening:

Then, just a week later, these LASCO images showed a planet-sized object moving past the sun, from right to left, at high speed.

Oh. Right. Not a comet this time. It must be Mars. Or Mercury. Come on guys, think of something!

Two of these images were taken on June 9th, 1998, then another on the 10th and another on the 11th:

The lines you see off to the sides are caused by these spheres overloading the light sensors on the satellite. They are not "wings," as some theorized.

COMETS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO CREATE CME'S

For years, NASA ignored multiple images of these planet-sized spheres on their own satellites. Kent Steadman tracked the story diligently.

There are not enough planets in our inner solar system to even begin to account for the number of sphere sightings Steadman documented.

In the case where these two alleged "comets" caused a CME, NASA simply dismissed it as "Likely Unrelated."

In a rare celestial spectacle, two comets have been observed plunging into the Sun's atmosphere in close succession, on June 1 and 2.

This unusual event on Earth's own star was followed on June 2 by a likely unrelated but also dramatic ejection of solar gas and magnetic fields on the southwest (or lower right) limb of the Sun.

The observations of the comets and the large erupting prominence were made by the LASCO coronagraph on ESA's Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) spacecraft.

Science instruments on SOHO have discovered more than 50 comets, including many so-called sun grazers, but none in such close succession.

THE AMOUNT OF DATA FAR EXCEEDS OUR AVAILABLE TIME FOR ANALYSIS

Please bear in mind that there are many dozens of different photographic examples of this, with writeups, on Steadman's site.

I am supposed to be working on my next book right now.

I simply do not have the time to do a detailed write-up of all of these different sightings of gigantic spheres.

So, before you knock this and say there is "no evidence," bear in mind that there are many dozens of compelling photographic pieces of evidence available.

There is no question that gigantic spheres were flying around our sun in the late 1990s, and NASA was covering it up.

The real question is not whether this happened. It did.

The real question is "who are they and where did they come from?"

MYSTERIOUS GIANT SPHERES ENTERING OUR SOLAR SYSTEM, BEGINNING IN 1980s

Back in 2009, insider Pete Peterson told me a Neptune-sized sphere came into our solar system in the 1980s.

At first they thought it was a new planet — until it very clearly began steering itself and making course corrections.

This caused great concern in the Reagan White House.
No. We are not going to do a "Circling Around Uranus" joke here.

It came in, circled Pluto, then Neptune, then Uranus and started heading for Saturn.

At this point it was contacted by a classified space-faring craft.

This was Area 51-type stuff we're not supposed to have.

The sphere was asked to leave — and it did so, peacefully.

Three other high-ranking insiders I have direct contact with confirmed this event did take place.

HUNDREDS MORE SPHERES ARRIVED IN THE LATE 1990s

Then, according to space program insider Corey Goode, hundreds more of these spheres came into our solar system in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

The pictures I just showed you are only a few of the many, many examples you can find for yourself by going through Steadman's archives.

These spheres either portaled in and out through the sun, as we saw above, or they came in through the outside, through the Oort cloud.

THE CABAL PEOPLE GOT VERY EXCITED

At the time, the Cabal people were very excited about this, believing it was the return of their extraterrestrial Sumerian gods — but nothing happened.

The spheres did not respond to any hailing signals.

They just drifted around and minded their own business.

This remained a huge mystery (pun intended.)

However, secrecy is the rule. NASA wasn't about to tell the public what they were seeing on SOHO.

If you went and looked, you could see it for yourself. The truth was "hiding out in the open."

That's how the Cabal loves to do it. "We didn't lie to you! You just never bothered to look!"

100 MASSIVE SPHERES COME IN, STARTING IN 2012

Then in 2012, insiders were shocked to see over 100 gigantic new spheres come in.

They were massive — either the size of Neptune or Jupiter. And this time they were cloaked.
Over 100 super-massive spheres the size of Neptune and Jupiter entered our solar system in 2012.

Before long, the insiders found out what was going on.

Five different types of beings were inside these spheres — and they were working to defeat the Cabal.

They contacted a division of the secret space program known as Solar Warden and gave them the tools they needed to ensure victory.

The Solar Warden faction has been able to use this "donated" technology to prevent the Cabal from creating many different epic disasters ever since.

DECEMBER 5, 2014: CABAL ALLEGEDLY FIRES ON GIANT SPHERE

On December 5th, 2014, three separate insiders revealed that the Cabal opened fire on one of these spheres with a massive weapon.

The sphere was parked near our moon, but further back — causing it to be about a fifth the apparent diameter of the moon from our perspective.

The sphere was cloaked — but once this red beam hit it, the sphere lit up like a Christmas tree.

The International Space Station was right there, in camera range, to capture the light show.

Had there been a huge explosion, the Cabal would have done something to "debunk" the whole thing.

That's what they were hoping for. Ringside seats.

The Cabal did not get what they expected.

UFO enthusiasts poring over International Space Station footage seemingly have found a “massive red sphere” shooting a “laser beam.”

The video footage was captured on Dec. 5. As one blog notes, “It is not clear whether the object (Man-made or extraterrestrial) shoots the beam towards an object in space or Earth.”

The footage was captured at around 9:20 a.m. UK time, as seen below:

One user speculated on Youtube that it was a “ground-based laser satellite shot.”

THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS, IS THAT….

Pardon me for mimicking the "verbal pauses" of how many people speak these days when they are about to say something heavy.

It's good to lighten things up a bit here.

Goode's insiders, along with others I was in contact with, revealed that the Cabal fired on this sphere with a very powerful weapon based in Pine Gap, Australia.

The sphere reversed the beam back onto the base… and destroyed it.

Many top Cabal people, including multiple high-level people from Canada, were lost in the resulting explosion.

This type of defensive move is completely consistent with the philosophy that is expressed in the Law of One series, which we have covered here for many years.

The beings piloting the spheres do appear to be the same beings responsible for writing the Law of One, and helping us out in other direct ways.

This has been one of the greatest and most unexpected surprises in this entire journey for me.

THIS WAS A GAME-CHANGER

After this massive attack was repelled, a series of dramatic steps were taken by the beings in the spheres to protect our planet from harm.

This included creating an unprecedented "Outer Barrier" around the solar system itself, and enforcing a no-fly zone around the earth.

The Solar Warden faction was given the go-ahead to shoot down any individual or group trying to enter or exit the earth — keeping us strictly protected.

THE SPHERES BLAST STRANGE BEAMS OF LIGHT INTO THE EARTH

Less than a month later, the spheres blasted strange beams of light into the earth on January 3, 2015.

No one on the inside knew what was being done, or why.

The beams did not seem to target any obvious locations. It was a mystery.

PILLARS OF LIGHT ON JANUARY 3, 2015

This event created a much bigger disruption within the insider world than it did within the UFO community. Certain sites did cover it briefly.

Unfortunately, most purportedly "channeled" information is contaminated by the conscious mind and the imagination.

However, in this case a woman named Alexandra apparently got accurate data that confirmed what others had visibly seen around the world.

Fishermen in Alaska, for example, witnessed a massive, mile-wide pillar of purplish light beaming down into the ocean near their boats.

The Cabal went through great lengths to scrub any actual photos of this event off of the internet — even through deleting images off of people's smartphones.

Alexandra may have seen some of these images before they were scrubbed, or had friends who witnessed it — but this is what she had to say:

Something HUGE just happened to our planet on Friday.

It began with a cryptic text message received from a friend of mine, which then led to a phone call with James G.

This is BIG folks and I want everyone to understand the magnitude of what is going down right now.

I saw many massive “Pillars of Light” descending onto Planet Earth at this time (Friday morning.) As they landed, a big “thump” was felt etherically.

The impact of their arrival was the catalyst for this explosion of light from within.

I then asked about funding for major projects. Was it true that this was coming shortly? I was told yes.

When I asked if the rumors of the dark interfering as before had any accuracy, I was told “they had no means to do so anymore.”

I was shown that the presence of these Guardians would “nullify the technological abilities” of the dark’s efforts.

I kept hearing “game over” and a reminder of God’s Decree, which is “enough is enough.”

SIMILAR TO A 2009 BEAM OF LIGHT SIGHTING INTO KUKULKAN PYRAMID

On July 24, 2009, a tourist from El Salvador photographed a most remarkable pillar of light, seemingly beaming directly into the top of the Kukulkan pyramid.

He did not see it with the naked eye in this case, but it was visible on the camera when he brought it back to the bus. This caused him great surprise:

Skeptics have tried to write this off as an image artifact caused by the flash of lightning behind it.

However, this does not answer several key questions.

Why does the beam go directly into the top of the pyramid — not off to the left where the bolt of lightning is?

Why is there no sign at all of the beam below where it strikes the top of the pyramid? If it were a "camera glitch" it should continue down further.

Why does the beam have such a remarkable gradient of brightness changes — even well above where the lightning bolt is visible?

ARE THESE BEAMS RESPONSIBLE FOR HEALING THE EARTH FROM THE CALIFORNIA HAARP ATTACK?

This is warming up the surface of the ocean dramatically — and should lead to a massive inundation of rainfall this winter.

This is such good news that it borders on Divine Intervention. That may be exactly what we are seeing.

A strong El Niño can shift a subtropical jet stream that normally pours rain over the jungles of southern Mexico and Central America toward California and the southern United States….

The effects of this muscular El Niño – nicknamed “Bruce Lee” by one blogger for the National Weather Service – are already being felt worldwide.

While a strong El Niño can bring heavy winter rains to California and the southern United States, it can also bring dry weather elsewhere in the world….

In California, officials have cautioned the public against imagining that El Niño will suddenly end the state’s chronic water challenges.

In fact, it would take an astonishing 2.5 to three times the average annual precipitation to make up for the rain and snow lost in the central Sierra mountain range over the last four years of drought, said Kevin Werner, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's expert on climate in the western United States.

That amount far exceeds what happened in 1983, the wettest year on record for that region, when the area got 1.9 times the average annual precipitation, Werner said.

"A single El Niño year is very unlikely to erase four years of drought," Werner said.

"The drought is not ending any time soon," Halpert added.

California has been dry for much of the last 15 years. Even if California gets a wet winter this year, it could be followed by another severe multiyear drought.

WAIT A MINUTE, LET'S LOOK AT THIS…

Federal meteorologists say the current El Niño is already the second strongest on record for this time of year and could be one of the most potent weather changers of the past 65 years.

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration recorded unusual warmth in the Pacific Ocean in the last three months.

El Niño is a heating of the equatorial Pacific that changes weather worldwide, mostly affecting the United States in winter.

“This definitely has the potential of being the Godzilla El Niño,” Bill Patzert, a climatologist with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, told the Los Angeles Times.

“Everything now is going to the right way for El Niño. If this lives up to its potential, this thing can bring a lot of floods, mudslides and mayhem.”

NOAA's Mike Halpert said Thursday the current El Niño likely will rival past super El Niños in 1997-1998, 1982-83 and 1972-73.
