Blossom: Good morning to you. Good to go! Are you?

Federation of Light: Indeed we are and we offer Greetings of deep Love and purpose.

That which is offered to you through words in these communications becomes a symbol of WHO YOU ARE. You counteract all that has been of negative thought … through your intentions of LOVE for all.

You offer out to the world WHO YOU ARE … and that is all that is required to allow the effect of LOVE being received by all those in need.

What one can grasp in these times is the ripple effect caused by these offerings. In days gone by … perhaps many were uncertain of results and were merely ‘hoping’ that these offerings had some effect.

The difference in THESE DAYS is that your soul has grown into the acceptance and KNOWING that this occurs … and through this alone … each thought of LOVE … and Kindness … and Compassion … and Understanding … and Non-judgment … and TRUTH … releases itself by/through you … and that KNOWLEDGE of KNOWING … is NOW making a tremendous difference to the very Vibration of your planet.

Dearest One’s … continue forth in this valiant position. FEEL NOW, the difference in yourselves and the difference in others. Understand that by AWAKENING IN TRUTH TO THE LIGHT OF YOURSELVES … you are so very close now to NOTICING IN PHYSICAL MANIFESTATION all that your thoughts have projected.

Can you not FEEL the change in Vibration? Do you not notice the change in thought pattern that in turn AWAKENS many to the same thoughts of LOVE?

Directly assisting THE WHOLE through EVERY BREATH that is taken … prominently aware that FEELINGS that serve YOU … serve EVERYONE and EVERYTHING.

The connection between Each Life that is lived … be it human form … insect form … plant form etc. … is becoming more and more powerful and with THE INTENT of recognising the ONENESS OF ALL … you are allowing the FEELING … not only of the brotherhood of man … yet, the entire living family EVERYWHERE.

As you connect more deeply to yourself … as you LOVE more deeply … yourself … you are literally LIGHTING UP EVERYWHERE. Not just on your planet … on ALL planets.

This ONEness is not restricted to your Divine Mother Earth.

THIS ONENESS IS EVERYTHING.

It involves and includes ALL THAT IS. Therefore, in recognising this fact … you are ‘acting’ on behalf of THE WHOLE … ALL THAT IS … FOR YOU ARE NOT JUST CONNECTED … YOU ARE A VERY PART OF IT ALL.

May we suggest to you of a gathering of souls? A UNITED MOVEMENT that the soul’s intention … is for the lifting up into a Higher level …

ALL THAT IS IN EXISTENCE.

A Peacefully conducted Prayer/Blessing that serves to mark a time in your history that became ‘An Historical Event’ due to its very nature.

Are you suggesting I organize this?

Yes, if it is your desire.

Well, lets talk about this shall we? Many, many such united movements have often taken place … Which is wonderful. I am happy to play my part and yet, I have to say … I would need guidance from you as to how it should be conducted … for WITH THE GREATEST OF RESPECT … so many are doing these things now, that some folk have become a little disinterested.

I KNOW that sounds rather sad. Yet, for me … even with the Highest intention to gather as many as possible … I wonder if such things have become a little too ‘cliché.’ I FEEL uncomfortable even saying that … yet, it is fact. So, I am wondering what it could be … that comes from you … that would grab people’s attention to become part of it?

We shall conduct an uplifting scenario that will thrill and delight and connect with the soul’s desire to make a difference.

Meaning what exactly?

Meaning that should all those who care to participate remain in their space of ABSOLUTE TRUTH … we shall offer forth a Light Show …

Whoah Neddy! With all respect … have a think about what you are saying! A friend and I … as you probably know .. conducted a small experiment to see if you could do something like switch all our Lights on and off … just to let us know you were able. Not a mammoth task , we felt … and for whatever reason … that never came about.

So, talking of Light Shows … well … are we not setting the stage once again for disappointment? Oh, how I hate to speak this way. Yet, one lives and learns . I DO LOVE YOU AND I TRUST YOU, yet, I have learned that our words … in interpretation , especially regarding ‘time’ etc can often cause confusion and doubt. So … talk to me about this Light Show?

Why?

Because you made that suggestion.

And with all our Love regarding this matter Blossom … you instantly knocked down the Vibration of it.

Yes, I did. Because I doubt such things … due to our past history. Mmm! … hadn’t envisaged this kind of conversation today. Yet, I can only speak my FEELINGS. Ok. Let’s pretend I didn’t question and lower the vibe. Let’s pretend I reacted by saying ‘WHOOPEE! A LIGHT SHOW! HOW FANTASTIC! WHEN? WHERE?’

Then we would address you by saying that it would be one of SPECTACULAR VISIONARY DELIGHTS.

Hold on … may I just say for the readers and your understanding … I am not trying to be awkward here … AT ALL. I am asking for clarity on this matter. So, how/why would this be possible, when for so long you have said the vibrations need to be right … or the world is not yet ready … or … or … or?

How come this would not be stopped as indeed the Oct 14th 2008 was … by those intending to destroy if it was followed through? I ask these details … because this has to be very clear.

Because a Light Show is more easily rendered and less likely to be sabotaged due to its nature.

Which would be?

LIGHT! TREMENDOUS LIGHT.

So … let’s flow along with this. Are you saying you would like a Prayer /Blessing /Intention to coincide with this?

We are saying that it is now time to consider this as a possibility.

A possibility? All things are possible … doesn’t mean they will definitely happen!

And yet … are there not now … so many, many souls who have shifted their belief to KNOWING? Are there not so many … that by walking into their AWARENESS OF TRUTH … are now READY to receive the Blessing of such an encounter?

Indeed. Yes! My heart is beating a little faster … are you sure you don’t want to send this through a different channel and let them offer it out?

Why is there still so much concern and doubt for you Blossom?

Eh … here’s my shoes … have a walk!

This is indeed an interesting route we are taking. Are you not diligently … week after week … offering out our messages of LOVE? If you doubt us … why continue?

Because your messages of LOVE are … to me … TRUTH … and I FEEL that many FEEL the same. It is the mention of this kind of thing that I doubt taking place … because we expect … then we wait … then we give up waiting.

Did you not hear from another channel that the vast Pillars of Light had descended? The Pillars carrying Energy to enhance the Vibration of your planet?

Yes , I read that.*(See site page for details) Yet you, when talking of theses Pillars arriving … way back when … said that they would be visible for all to see. I know there are many forms of Pillars of Light … our individual souls included. Yet … none that make sense of that which you described.

Does it matter?

YES! Too right it does! My point being … if you speak of a LIGHT SHOW and we don’t see one … whether or not it takes place within a Higher vibration that most of us are not on/in … although it serves … it also makes mockery of that which you offer … if the goods are not delivered in the way you say. So … let’s hypothetically carry on.

So, would you send through an intention/blessing/prayer offering … I would put it out there and … queue LIGHT SHOW?

No.

Oh! Then … ?

We would like to offer words to assist in the bringing forth the Intention … we would also, ask the understanding that these words will have greater effect when coming from the deepest KNOWING and heart space.

As the momentum builds … as more and more offer this up … FOR THE HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL … it creates the correct alignment and Vibrational sustenance for such a thing to occur.

So you are saying it is up to us … not you?

Indeed. It has always been up to you. This is why you came … to follow your heart in such matters and …

ALLOW TRUTH THROUGH LOVE OF SELF TO AWAKEN AND BRING ABOUT CHANGE.

Well, it certainly would do that. At the end of the day … what have we got to lose? I am happy to give it a go … and I TRUST you KNOW my questioning is not one of arrogance … just the search for TRUTH.

This we do understand Blossom. This we accept in total Grace for your quest within that TRUTH.

So what happens next?

What we envisage taking place … is a specific encounter of a magnitude that can be recognized for what it is. We do not ask you to expect this spectacular undertaking to coincide with the offering up of the prayer. We ask the prayer to gain momentum in numbers and sincerity and TRUTH OF HEART.

As this number rises and the Energy builds … then shall we consider the possibility of its occurrence.

Wait, wait, wait! You are asking us to do this … and then you’ll consider it? What’s that all about?

Our Dearest Beloved Blossom … may we suggest that your ‘doubt’ and ‘fear’ regarding this matter is tainting the words we send and the Vibration upon which we send them. It certainly is not a matter of you playing your part … all those who choose to participate … and then we ‘may’ or ‘may not’ put on such a show. This is not WHO WE ARE and we certainly would not ‘toy’ with you on such a delicate matter.

The Intention behind that which we say … regarding ‘we will consider the possibility’, is meant purely … that if the Vibrational pull and Energy is great enough … that indeed … allows it to take place. If it is not … it cannot. Therefore, depending on the impetus … and Energy build up … the consideration of its possibility shall be assessed.

Guys! I am not one to make apologies willy nilly, yet, I hereby apologize for misinterpreting. I guess, as a COLLECTIVE GROUP CONSCIOUSNESS … If MILLIONS of us offer this up … we can but try. It can only do good … LIGHT SHOW or no LIGHT SHOW. So … ?

We shall close this communication for now and ask for your attention at another given time to offer words that will serve this goal.

PLEASE NOTE … WE ARE NOT PLAYING GAMES. WE KNOW THE POSSIBILITY CAN BECOME REALITY AND YET, THERE IS NECESSITY ON THE PART OF HUMAN KIND TO JOIN WITH US IN LOVE TO MAKE SUCH AN OCCURRENCE EXIST.

We are not saying ‘if you do this … we’ll do that.’ We are saying ‘should you choose to participate in this experiment … then we shall … from our side … choose to do as much as feasibly possible to bring forth the outcome … for the Highest Good of all … For the betterment of mankind … and for the speedier recovery of Mother Earth and her children to return home … having accomplished their mission … having changed that which no longer serves … into that which does. So be it.’

Okidokey then! Got to say … this came out of the blue … as perhaps will the LIGHT SHOW!

We have been challenged and confused many a time … Yet, now as we become more fully aware of our TRUTH … let it be so … that we Intentionally abort all FEELINGS that no longer serve the Greater Good.

Let it be so … that with every smile offered we lift the Hearts of the downcast.

With every touch … we turn that which suffers … into a DIVINE HEALING.

We came here to ENSURE that we would no longer tolerate the heavier Vibrations that have been set within the Earthly grid for so long.

Your life is never half over.

Every day you are just beginning life. You experience life in made-up increments of time.

All the while, you are simply an Earthling having a dream. You are new every day. There is another day and another day. Each day is new, and so are you new every day. Today you are not who you seemed to be yesterday.

You are, indeed, every day a new rose unfolding and unfolding before My very eyes. And, you are, indeed, a rose whose very leaves and blossoms pass away, for life on Earth is finite. Life on Earth was set up this way. Life on Earth is a temporary fling.

This presentation of life as a storm whirling you around also presents you and your personality with a daily opportunity to rise and reach higher to where there is more than what eyes on Earth see clearly. The Unseen Unknown is also present. Omnipresent.

This moment on Earth gives an opportunity for you and your spirit to soar. Even as you are glommed to Earth, stuck in a place that is not yet big enough for you, you, nevertheless, have some awareness of Who you really are.

Looking at your life in the spiritual world, you are always. There is no definition of you to blow away as there is on Earth in this imagined day to day existence. You may think, while you are on Earth, that you are out in space somewhere. You converge on Earth.

Well, of course, you are a divergent on Earth. You may have a house, a hovel or a mansion, and still Earth is not your Home. You visit here for a while and take the sights in. All the while you are staying with Me. You are at the top of a Heavenly Mountain no matter where your mind says you are.

Of course, you still believe in bodies. You fight for that body of yours in a multitude of ways, as if your body were Truth. Of course, your body is a little figure made out of mud or dust while the soul of you that I created embraces Me in Heaven.

You believe in the figure I made and tend to neglect the spirit I hold close to Me. So this is life in the world, as if you were no more than a body that experiences and mostly holds onto life on Earth, as if life were without a framework. You may see life like without substance, in which case, you are mistaken. Look deeper, beloveds.

Look deeper, and you will soar along with your light-hearted spirit, this wise spark of Holiness within you. When I say a wise spark of Holiness, I mean the wisdom of your heart and soul as they speak to you and raise you higher. Your heart and soul pull you to Me.

Where is your soul located? Within you and everywhere. Soul is not finite. You are not finite. Your body is finite. Life on Earth is finite. Through the finite, you will find the Infinite. It is lovely to be Infinite in the Infinite.

Being is Infinite. Body is not. Your personality, as marvelous as it is, is not Infinite. The Truth of you is Infinite, for that body, no matter how nice it may be, is not you, not you at all.

Life on Earth often does not have a great reputation, for the inhabitants of the world often are looking at only half an equation.

Naturally, you don’t want to miss out on anything even as you are only temporarily on Earth. While you are interning on Earth, you want all the joy that you can wring from Earth. The best things are free certainly applies to the Infinity you are and do approach as you are on Earth. This is the meaning of Heaven on Earth.

“Did you ever encounter people on certain forums, message boards, or conversation threads online that are unabashedly pro-US?” asked RT anchorwoman Abby Martin. Of course, we all have –that certainly is common.

Ms. Martin continued, “But I don’t mean ‘those people.’ I mean the online personas that oddly enough are unrelenting in their patriotic vitriol, and troll for hours literally trying to debunk legitimate questions or any opposition to the establishment.”

In my humble opinion, it’s these very people that truly believe they are whole-heartedly helping America and “doing the right thing” by intentionally disseminating dis-information causing dissention and confusion and within our country. How is that –in any way you slice it– helpful to our country? What am I missing?

Please don’t mis-understand me: I’m not advocating an “us v. them” scenario, and in turn, also trying to create division. No, rather I want to mention how easy it is to be influenced, convinced …and I’ll even say mis-guided, while buying into and engaging in the “separation model,” which is so pervasive in the 3rd Dimension upon “dahling” Lady Gaia.

Of course, it is this very separation that we are attempting to close, attempting to return back to Source, and yet there are people actively working against this very natural evolution and inevitable conclusion for every soul –whether that Return occurs in this lifetime or another. I sometimes want to shout, “Stop fighting it already! We all return to the Supreme Creator, right?”

Stop fighting it on the microcosm (everyday life on the Earth School, such as knowingly or unknowingly working for the cabal), because on the macrocosm, we all return to Source when we die. Yes, some people don’t believe that, and that’s okay …to each their own, right? “Land of the free, home of the brave!”

Speaking of free will, our government pays servicewomen and men to create fake online personas. “Sometimes it almost seems like these people might even be getting paid to do it…it was confirmed (four years ago), that the US military has been manipulating the social media by using fake identifications, called Online Persona Management Services, to influence conversations and spread pro-American propaganda.”

“It allows for the creation of 10 sockpuppet accounts for every US serviceman or woman working in the program. The stipulations are that every fake persona must have a convincing background, history, and supporting friend networks, so that it will remain undetectable from even the most sophisticated adversaries,” reported Ms. Martin.

Imagine that! Obviously, there are many ways this hurts our nation. This enables the US military to fabricate a misleading and false consensus in chat rooms, social media, and other online conversations. Further, it empowers these fake personas to squeeze out and overpower any comments and opinions that are not in alignment with their agenda; with the government’s agenda, that is. I’m not feeling any type of ethical guidelines here …are you?

According to the US Central Command, one of their goals is to “intercept and obstruct” (USA PATRIOT Act acronym) any potential terrorism outside of the USA. Interestingly –once again– it is unlawful, and most unethical, to conduct such activities WITHIN the US against its own citizens. Well, at least it should be!

In 2013, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) included a peculiar addendum, which formally legalized domestic propaganda on the American public. OUCH. Did you know about this? I sure didn’t. Why would our government even consider such activity, much less actually do it to us? Thank you beloved NDAA for having the American people’s best interests at heart. I guess we can chalk them up to cabal-controlled, eh?

As Ms. Martin highlighted, why is it even necessary to officially make it legal, when arguably, mainstream media already does this day-in and day-out? And to pour salt in the wound, guess how much we spend (taxpayer’s money, of course) on this intentional deception by our own people: “$4 billion” by the Pentagon and “hundreds of millions” by the Department of Defense.

Not sure about you, but for me, this definitely is a bit hard to swallow. It reminds of how we are being manipulated on so many levels, and yet the spirit of change breathes strong in my lungs. The spirit of change pumps ferociously through my veins, and I imagine many of you understand how I feel: Continually pulling back the next layer of the onion only to uncover more deceit… invigorates me to on keep on keeping on!

Thank you again for this platform to discuss and highlight the on-goings of our government that contradict what we say we believe and represent: Freedom, which includes freedom from intentional manipulation and deception. As I mentioned, this original story was published four years ago; however, it was new news to me… so I figured it might be new news to you also.

Our mainstream media is most adept at leaving out important stories. Rather in my belief, they’re instructed not to report a certain topic. Once again, I encourage you to search online for this story, and you’ll find there’s been another media blackout in mainstream news.

Instead, alternative news is where this story has been recently circulating. So please forgive me for rehashing older news, but the truth is: The significance of this news is so profound that it needs to see the Light of day, and if alternative media is the only way, then so be it. Across this beautiful world, We Are All One.

Our human species is all about relationships.

What are these relationships? The relationship we personally have with ourselves, the one we have with our environment, and the relationships we have with every single person who touches our life.

Some of those relationships are nurturing. The nurturing relationships positively influence us, put us in a state of joy, and we usually talk or think about those individuals in highly positive words.

Other relationships are toxic. Toxic relationships poison us, put us in a negative state of mind or emotion. We usually talk or think about these individuals in negative words. Or we find ourselves making an awful lot of excuses for them, or validating their actions with “understanding” where they are or they came from. These poisonous relationships will usually bring a lot of drama, whether directly or indirectly, into our lives.

By making a simple two sided list, and putting everyone we have a relationship with in it on one side or the other, whether at work, home, social groups, online, or school, etc., we can start having some clarity on the patterns we are falling into. Obviously some people won’t fit in either or will fit in both Remember, this is just an exercise where we put the “main” energy we detect or share with the person recently. It may have been radically different a year ago, or it might be very varied, changing all the time.

At this point, if there are people in the poisonous side of the paper, it’s important NOT to fall into judgment or guilt ourselves, for having these relationships, or the people we are playing these low level games with. This little exercise is not about judgment, or even action. It is about becoming conscious and aware of what is happening in our lives.

Of course, sometimes action becomes very clear, and we go ahead and do something about it. We make a schedule to spend more time with the individuals in the nurturing side of the list, and less with those on the poisonous side of the list.

And here is where it can get a little bit complicated. Often we believe that there is nothing we can do about certain relationships, that we can’t change them, or move away from them, or have more of them. This is because when we have a relationship it’s not always clear why we stick around in it.

So look at your list again, and mark down those people whom you have either chosen to keep having a relationship with, or feel you cannot end the relationship with.

Next to their name, place the following words, depending on what category they fall into:

Joy: this is where you want to keep a relationship because you have an enormous amount of fun and joy when you hang out with this person. Afterward you feel inspired, satisfied, happy and energized.

Project: this is a relationship you have because you feel you are a positive influence on the other person, or the other person has a positive influence on you. Often it will come down to a feeling that you want to help the person change or better themselves, or that they are changing or think they are making you better themselves.

Duty: this is where you put the people whom you feel you cannot stop having a relationship with. It could be that you are married to them, work with them, they are an underage son or daughter that you are responsible for, a parent you are responsible for… in other words, people that you believe you cannot stop interacting with.

Again, this second set of categorizations is not necessarily to do something different with the individuals, but simply to get to know why you are hanging out and interacting with another human being. If you fall into judgment or guilt yourself, or judge them or make them guilty, process that before you continue with the next bit.

Are there major patterns here?

If, for example, all the women in your life are co-dependent, dramatic and addicts, then there is a definite pattern you need to address because the majority of the women on the planet are independent, joyful and free of addictions.

Or, for example, all the men in your life are absent, control freak, aggressive workaholics, then there is a pattern there to look at because most men on the planet are independent, joyful and free of addictions.

If, when you read the words, “most women/men on the planet are independent, joyful and free of addictions”, you think to yourself, “I never met one”, then there is definitely a reality filter happening that you need to address. The reason is that the only common denominator among all those men or those women whom have very similar patterns and personalities, is you. If YOU are different to the group that appears to be all the same, it’s not because of your gender, age or demographic. It is because you are simply different to the people you are able to see. We only see what we think is real, if something is not real to us, we don’t see it.

Another really good question to ask ourselves is: “Am I required to put on a mask to interact with this person?” But that’s a full article in and of itself. Still, it is a way in which we can see how genuine and visible we are to others ourselves.

By becoming aware of the patterns and type of individuals in our lives, we can then make conscious choices on how to proceed with those relationships.

You are the common denominator of all your relationships. Therefore, you have absolute power to change, clarify, engage, encourage, remove or nurture them. Cool huh?

Spirituality is a very personal affair regardless of the various pathways or disciplines that one may follow. Yet even though there is an abundance of avenues for spiritual endeavor, there is generally a universal agreement on the principle of unity.

“If reality is unified, then we must also accept that everything is essentially equal.”

There are many ways that one may be introduced to this philosophy. We may have been brought up around it via our family. We might have had a profound revelation in a one-off experience. Some are initiated through ongoing paranormal activity. Others just intuitively feel it. Altered mind states could have been the catalyst.

A gradual or instant revolution could have occurred in our mind where synchronicity deposed coincidence. There could have also been an influence by assorted texts and teachings which infer this similar conclusion. For most of us, uncovering the wisdom of unity most likely occurred via a combination of channels.

“Transcending the illusion of disconnection is a personal path.”

Regardless of our beliefs, and the series of events or informational resources that led to our personal awakening, our fundamental understanding is unity. We are each a part of a complex integrated whole, and our external environment is a reflection of our fundamental nature, including what is in harmony with us and what isn’t.

So, irrespective of how peaceful we have set up our internal environment, if we truly want to experience peace, we need to transform the outer world – the collective mental and physical landscapes that we inhabit. If we are all truly unified, we have a responsibility as part of this awakening to continually heal and grow our internal and external worlds.

“The personal awakening is synonymous to the collective awakening.”

A Global Metaphysical View

Unity can be used as a universal term to describe the outcomes of various fields of thought. Examples include: Energy; Mind; Consciousness; Holographic universe; Light; Love; Spirit; the Source; the Field; the Akashic Field; the Zero-point Energy Field; Quantum Field of Possibilities; the Collective Unconscious; Undivided Wholeness; Nirvana; One; God etc.

If these are all equal to each other in terms of their agreement that a unifying principle exists, then we have arrived at an agreed global metaphysical position which incorporates both our rational and intuitive hemispheres.

Irrespective of what reality is literally made of, whether its essence is of a material or immaterial nature, it’s irrelevant to our goals. As long as we agree that a property of reality is unity, and that unity inherently implies that everything is fundamentally equal, then together we can get on with making this earthly experience fair and peaceful for all.

“Earth’s global culture needs to heal and grow as one.”

That is why an agreed metaphysical view for our global society has significant implications for our future. From both a personal and societal standpoint, as well as a rational and intuitive standpoint, we know to treat everyone and everything uniformly.

The way we care for ourselves should be equivalent to the way that we care for others. Our philosophical and practical social systems should also ensure that each person has access to the resources they need to adequately survive and thrive.

“Because we are unified, the suffering of others is a reflection of our own suffering.”

No matter how far we may be personally removed from it, the reality is the majority of our fellow man is distressed from a lack of external and/or internal resources. The former is strongly influenced from an unequal distribution of food, water, shelter, infrastructure, education, medicine and political representation, whilst the latter from a lack of knowledge and skills in emotional regulation and psychological balancing, as well as a poor conceptual capacity to face and overcome the challenges to establishing and maintaining one’s inner peace.

“Suffering is pandemic across the so-called developing and developed nations.”

Translating a Global Metaphysical View Into Practice

When we individually undertake a process of spiritual introspection, we all arrive at the exact same place; unity. Yet when we translate that wisdom into practice, the result is a plethora of personal, philosophical and cultural differences. That is why so many distinct religions exist, especially because the expression of how we should operationalize this perspective is subject to the environmental influences present during its inception and development.

“There are infinite expressions of how to live in unity.”

Now that many people undertake this process outside the context of pre-established models, it is no wonder that there are so many individualized methodologies to spirituality. And there’s nothing wrong with that either; there is no one strict way to live, so as long as it doesn’t conflict with the primary principle of unity and its inherent implications, then it should be encouraged and embraced.

“Regardless of the personal path we choose to take, spirituality is a journey of enlightenment for both the inner and outer realms.”

The Health and Growth of The Self

We are all subject to the suffering of the self and it is our personal role to transcend it. But our health is much more than is usually defined; it’s not just our physical and mental well-being. The reality is we have many layers of our life to take care of including our physical, psychological, emotional, philosophical, sexual, behavioral, creative, social and spiritual vitalities. With this in mind, we should be continually asking ourselves what areas need more attention and what strategies can we implement to heal and grow. We also need to find a true love for ourselves.

“Therapeutic and developmental practices which harmonize all of our life vitalities ensures that we raise our vibration and align ourselves closer to our spiritual path.”

Even though we literally make the free choice on how we think, feel, act and live, we are still strongly influenced by our environment, such as parents, peers, culture, society, government and the age we live in. Therefore, as an adult we are both independent and conditioned agents.

But we can transcend our conditioning and align ourselves to the fundamental wisdom and knowledge of the universe. Therefore, the time we become truly free is the time that we take full responsibility of ourselves and ensure that we, not anyone or anything else, are the most influential factor for how we evolve for the rest of our lives. That of course means taking full responsibility for how we think and feel.

“To be truly free, we must empower ourselves to guide our thoughts and emotions.”

It’s the basics. Excuses which blame something or someone for our thoughts and feelings just don’t cut it on the spiritual path. Spiritually, we have experiences for our growth; we are co-creators of our experience. Now this doesn’t mean that there aren’t consequences for the actions of others which hurt us, the response we provide is incorporated into the overall context of the negative and positive vibrations that they’ve attracted into their life.

“If people act unjust, then justice will inevitably be served.”

The new age mantra that “everything happens for a reason” may be true in the sense that experiences have innate information that we can capitalize on to progress us on our path of enlightenment, but it is equally true that proportional actions need to transpire in response.

Just like we should respond to the injustice we serve ourselves, we should also respond to that which surrounds us. The tricky part is determining what that response should be which is why we draw on both our rational and intuitive capacities to guide us.

“Not only should we accept our experiences, but also respond to them accordingly.”

It is true that we make so-called ‘mistakes’ which deliver us to our destiny; however that doesn’t mean we should make that same choice again. We should learn from it. There are innumerable times that we have had an undesirable experience which resulted in our growth, regardless if it was influenced from the actions of ourselves or others. And that’s what we need; to learn, to heal, and to grow.

We need to harmonious our energies and become our new, more developed selves in every moment. When we conceive of our experience this way – where our wants are the healthy and unhealthy desires of our ego and our needs are the experiences we require for sustained growth – then we always have something to offer ourselves.

“If we process each experience as an opportunity to learn, regardless of how undesirable that experience is, we always get exactly what we need: growth.”

Every moment is therefore an opportunity to progress our health and well-being. When we treat ourselves and others disappointingly, we should process it in the context of our learning and then make amends. The same applies when somebody treats us poorly; when we are exposed to underdeveloped actions by others, we should embrace it as a part of us, as well as give a calculated response in return.

After all, we have accepted that we are fundamentally united. For example, what information and energy can we embrace from it? Is there some action we can do to encourage the health and growth of both the internal and external worlds?

“When we embrace our experience, we must develop a healthy balance between awareness, acceptance and action.”

The Health and Growth of Society

Mindful living is an integral aspect of spirituality. Allowing ourselves and others to make poor choices without negative judgement or condemnation is vital. Our judgement should be reasonable and realistic and we should always radiate positive and loving vibrations too.

We should understand ourselves as a pulsing and energetic vibration – an instrument of sound adding to the orchestra of reality which encompasses us. We should lead from our heart and consciously influence the collective vibration of our shared reality.

“Maximizing the impact we have as co-creators amplifies the awakening of our collective consciousness.”

This means being loving, patient, compassionate, empathetic and understanding. But as described above, it also means taking action to influence the health and growth of our society. It’s a misconception to think that just because everything is meant to be, that it will naturally balance itself out without our intervention.

“It is as much our responsibility to undertake appropriate responses to our outside world as it is to our inside world.”

Just like there are some justified ramifications within our social models of law and ethics, there are also measures that we must apply in response to our external environment. This does not necessarily mean that the law should be taken into one’s own hands, but more so that as an individual within a global culture, actions need to be taken to rectify the injustices of our world which violate the philosophical principle of unity.

“The earth and our species needs help to come back into balance.”

For example, our leading philosophical and pragmatic compasses are contributing to some major ecological, social and individual injustices – systems that need to be addressed through calculated measures. If we just sit back and allow it to continue, it will. That’s why collective action needs to balance these injustices out, so we need to decide how we will personally contribute to our shared goals.

“Caring for the external world really is as important as doing it for our own internal health and growth.”

There are many injustices that currently plague our planet. Some serious research via alternative media will uncover a robust reflection of these social dysfunctions and the potential solutions, as well as the social movements which aim to ensure that the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual vitality of every human being is cared for and developed in our future.

“It is a shared responsibility that we transform our world.”

It is by having a true sense of the healing and growth that is required for both the inside and outside of us which reflect a holistic approach to a spiritual awakening. Once we have that awareness, we should aim for acceptance of why and how it needs to change, as well as the application of strategies to facilitate the therapeutic and developmental process that we and our society so desperately need to work through.
