We are pleased that people are beginning to accept that the changes are really starting to take place.

Patience is of course required as the first event will not take place until the right time, and only after it has been firmly established and those involved are absolutely prepared. It has taken time to reach this point as the arrangements require the co-operation of many countries. All is proceeding well and when we tell you that the change will come soon, it is an indication of how far the plan has evolved.

Naturally the cleansing will still be taking place, but once the major issues have been cleared it will quickly move into the background. Other changes that will follow on are also developing and once it all commences, it will be a series of changes that you will welcome.

Once you fully learn of what is in store for you, we feel that you will agree that the wait will have been well worthwhile. Be assured that nothing can prevent the future from materialising as you have been told.

One sure sign of the changes is the way in which you are still experiencing the speeding up of time. When you look around you it is plain to see that Mother Nature is also on the move. Perhaps the most noticeable changes are the melting of the ice caps as the temperature of the sea warms up, and gradual changes in your seasons that are not so well defined as they used to be.

All of such changes are leading you to a new and wondrous period that will truly establish the New Age. Some of you cannot imagine how they can bring them about in a short time, but remember that we have the advantage of technologies that you are not even aware of yet. All of the changes will quickly materialise, and put in place the building blocks that will establish all that is necessary to fulfil our promises.

Meantime your presence on Earth will help bring some measure of peace, as your Light is more powerful than you imagine. Indeed many of you who have awakened are serving out your life contract to bring it into being. You are the forerunners of the New Age and awakened to your tasks to establish the Light upon Earth.

We are proud to be part of it, and are always following your progress to ensure that you can operate without interference. You have prepared for this time for many lives, and we have complete confidence in your abilities and dedication to your tasks.

Presently there are a number of Governments that are due to be changed. Obviously the New Age cannot truly commence until the right people that represent you are in place. The plan to bring about such changes is already in place, and like many others is waiting for the right opportunity to commence. So although you are not yet in possession of the details, we are ready to go into action when given the authority to proceed.

We have to advise you that your dark Ones have for some time now had spacecraft that could easily be mistaken for extra-terrestrial, so care must be taken not to quickly lay blame on us if they try to manipulate a false attack upon you. It is one of their last resorts to try and cause mayhem and delay the inevitable.

Be assured that we will closely monitor such a situation and continue to restrict their activities as far as possible. The End Times will be celebrated as victory for the Light and again we stress that nothing shall alter the outcome. As you might say, the dark Ones have had a good run and they were never going to be allowed to do anything that could have destroyed the Earth.

They have gone far enough and are now restricted as to how much further they can go. Their time will come when they will be expelled from the Earth to carry on their activities elsewhere. All along there has been a plan that has followed Man’s evolution and now it has reached a final stage in this particular period.

Your present world has been created by Man and you have had a free choice in doing so. As you have had desires or thoughts of creating things for your evolution, you have been inspired by those who have passed this way before you. So ultimately it has been your decision to make the final choice.

You have some evidence of past civilisations, and know that you have had many incarnations in the different periods of time. Each cycle has allowed you to put your ideas to the test of time, but hitherto such periods have ended in the collapse of your civilisations. This time however, you have risen above the lower vibrations and have earnt your place in the higher vibrations.

We can assure you that every opportunity is presented to Man to allow progress, but often it has become corrupted and failed to achieve its potential. In your present cycle your material advance has been held back, but your spiritual progress has leapt ahead. Those of you that have been successful are to be commended, as it is not just the result of your present life, but an ongoing climb to spiritual realisation through many lives.

Your strength lies in your strong belief in the Truth that you have found within Self, in spite of the many distractions that could lead you astray. That Dear Ones is why you stand tall yet modest in your Truth, and are a shining beacon of Light amidst the darkness that exists on Earth. Your presence has ensured that the cycle has ended on a high note and that all those of the Light will benefit.

Keep on looking ahead and let the past remain where it is, as in time it will no longer have any bearing on your spiritual needs, having already served you well. The experience has built up your strength and ability to overcome whatever obstacles you may meet.

You are far greater than you imagine and yet to realise your full potential. It will come sooner than you probably imagine, and hereon you will soon enjoy your experiences in the positive vibrations.

Let us have discourse on the quality of love known as respect.

This quality manifests within people as the practice of sincerely and willingly holding each person one meets in high regard and then upholding this value in their interaction with them.

Respect is the quality of being fully present with the other in receptivity and compassion, seeking to relate to the other person with an openness of heart and mind that honors their journey of life. This practice helps each person to feel respect and be more fully interconnected in their consciousness and actions.

High regard and respect are gifts that one freely gives to another from their heart. It is a very powerful way of enhancing every aspect of one’s own life, for when one applies the principle of respect for another, there is a sense of one’s own power.

One feels that they are a powerful influence with the other people in one’s life. By holding another in respect, one chooses to see the innate goodness within both of them. Showing respect tacitly bestows upon the other a good reputation which they will desire to further merit.

Respect and regard for others is one of the key ingredients to a successful life. The practice of showing respect enhances one’s own ideals, and at the same time enables others to reach for theirs.

In complimenting and acknowledging the other person’s good deeds and positive attributes, one feeds their souls, bringing out the best in them. One becomes more effective in engaging life, as it expands their sensory perception outside of their own heart and mind.

They feel the vibrations of everything around them through other people, nature, their environment and world. Engaging life is an expanding activity; it opens new pathways of positive experience and creates new possibilities for growth.

One gains confidence in holding others in high respect. As they seek out and experience the true wonder and beauty in the essence of another, they expand their possibilities beyond their normal self imposed constraints.

As one elevates the other’s sense of well being, all are lifted and raised to a higher level of relationship. They imagine and expect a good outcome in the interaction and are more effectively responsive to the realities in their environment.

Respect is not only a wonderful gift one gives to others but is also a very rewarding gifting to ones self. By creating a positive self image in regards to another, one gains an enhanced sense of good in one’s self and this leads to choices which further expand their sense of well being.

It is the knowledge within self that one has given more than they thought capable of giving which expands their sense of that which they are and of how much they have to give to others.

Each time they succeed in respecting and lifting another, they are building on their own inner strength. They come to an innate understanding that they are serving the purpose of a greater creative power and that helps support their efforts.

By giving each moment before them their full attention and their own creative touch, they make it their own. Doing this while maintaining a sense of that which has true value for them prepares them for whatever may come and helps with their own sense of clarity and possibility.

It is in how one thinks, speaks and acts which determines the true value of ones character. One’s wisdom and the respect it brings comes from ones experiences and interaction with the world which gives them grace and humility.

When one has faith in their own value and respects what is important to them, they have an inner confidence and assurance in their own abilities and resources making them comfortable with where they currently are in life.

Being honest with others shows respect for them and ones own sense of worth and can lead to positive changes in the dynamics of relationship.

When one follows the golden rule of doing unto others what one would have them do unto self, it creates an atmosphere of trust and respect.

Each person lives their lives based on the conviction that they have dignity because they are a child of the Divine and begin each day by living up to that heritage. They live in the joy, the power and the victory of that knowing.

Having respect for self and others brings a sense of enjoyment and reward in learning about one’s self, others and the world around them and also an acceptance of the fundamental values of mutual respect and tolerance.

There is an interest in exploring and improving their understanding of and showing respect for different faiths and cultural diversity.

They are able to understand and appreciate the viewpoints of others on these issues. They are honorable, dependable, and trustworthy people; their word is their bond, so they do not make promises lightly and will spare no effort to fulfill their commitments.

They purposely direct their thoughts, words and actions towards becoming the kind of person others can respect and rely upon to impart worthwhile counsel and welcome one another with love and respect. They help others with a sense of humility and gratitude that the Divine is helping others through them.

Their personal happiness wishes to see good things happen to everyone around them and this spiritual happiness shines brightly each day in their lives and in the world.

Wayshowers, Starseeds, and Lightworkers, please read this information about the frequencies that have been rapidly accelerating on the planet. Can you feel it? While the world seems to be topsy-turvy and in a chaotic state, behind the scenes a beautiful cleansing is occurring.

I have received an internal call to move my main focus from shedding light on the Reptilian/Draco/Grey agenda to resuming my energy work. I have mentioned in several of my radio shows on The Cosmic Awakening Show about how I consider myself an antennae for the energies coming from the Great Central Sun. These energies are coming to the planet from Source and the astrological alignment of our times allows for them to reach us in order to help raise the vibrational frequency. If you have been following articles on In5d andHow To Exit The Matrix, you know that the frequency shift we are experiencing is how we will all exit the false light matrix that has been imposed upon us.

Many of us are here to ground these energies into the planet. To do this, we can focus on opening up our crown chakra to allow the energy to come down through our body and down into the planet. Imagining these energies infiltrating the planetary grids along with the collective human consciousness has been a part of my work here. I have been told that just my work alone has made a considerable difference in our planetary timeline, where it has accelerated our shift forward by fifteen years. Imagine what one person’s efforts multiplied could do! I would think that it would quickly merge into the NOW moment.

I have felt like I have been in a “holding” pattern for about six months, which has allowed for us to do some final clearing. Clearing makes the space for more of this energy to be anchored. Time has been speeding by, but on the other hand, it feels like it is taking forever to see the changes in our reality. However, recently I have noticed that manifestation of thoughts has been exponentially increased where ESP, precognition, and dreams that manifest into our reality have shown me that we are indeed making a difference toward our intention of raising the planet’s frequency.

As a spirit having a human experience, I still ask for validation along my path in order to know that I am doing the highest and best practices for humanity. When I received the guidance to begin working on the energies again, I watched the following video fromBill Ballard the very next day. He gave me my confirmation in the first five minutes of the video. He also explained how fast the energy layers are building upon each other in octaves:

I can hear these energies in my head, so I can verify that what he is saying is true. When I heard Bill say- “I consider myself a walking antennae- I hear the energies, receive the energies, and I send them back out”, I was so happy that someone else was reiterating this. I share this with you because I am told that this is what we can focus on now for the planet and humanity, and if we do this in groups it will be exponentially magnified.

I will be heading out on my West Coast tour in June, which is a few months later than I had planned but I’m sure there is a good reason for this. I will be placing orgonite along the way as my way of anchoring these energies to the planet. The orgonite will be programmed as its own little receiver with my energy, serving as a replica antennae.

I hope to meet with like-minded individuals in small groups so that we can to focus on anchoring the energies to the planet to help birth this shift in consciousness. These will be informal, impromptu gatherings and if you would like to join in- please follow the Cosmic Awakening Show Facebook page to be notified of the meetups. The East Coast tour will commence this fall. There will be no charge to attend the event but donations will be greatly appreciated, as I am ironically going to have to use a lot of fuel along the way as I pull my little home on wheels across the U.S. on my magical journey.

You can also sponsor your own gatherings in your hometown. If you do not have enough people locally to create a small group, you could do a Google hangout or Skype your friends as the internet has made virtual group gatherings possible these days. Please consider taking this energy work around the world as we light up every part of the planet. I will be posting videos on my YouTube channels (Michelle Walling and The Cosmic Awakening Show) that go into further details along my journey, and these can serve as guides to how to anchor the energies in a group setting. However, innately everyone who is drawn to do this work knows deep inside how to do this and there are no set rules or rituals that must be followed.

If you are practicing this energy work, be sure to give yourself plenty of rest and drink plenty of pure water. Listen to your body’s nutritional needs without judgment of what other people say you should or should not eat. While some people may prefer to be vegetarian, other may still prefer to eat meat or other higher vibrating animals such as chicken and fish. Each person’s needs will be completely different because we are all in different stages of ascension as well as carry different DNA codes from various star families. Some people will realize trends and patterns in what their body refers as they change with the vibration. Many people are innately vibrating so fast that they must eat grounding foods such as meat and potatoes just to balance their vibrations out while still being able to ground an immense amount of energy into the planet.

Our bodies can only take so much energy in at once, and we have guides that make sure that we do not blow our circuits. We also have to ground this electrical circuit by doing things that keep us grounded to the planet. Like earthing, laughing, and playing. When we ground to earth, we also are grounding to the Universe as well! Imagine that!

The recent earthquakes in Michigan and Mississippi are further indications that an energetic change is occurring. If your body is integrating these energies like Gaia’s body is, be sure to take time for yourself for pampering. Pay attention to all of the clues in your life as to where any last remnants of stuck energy may be. Recurring patterns and synchronicities are clues that can serve as a gift, even if the circumstances are difficult. Illness, flu like symptoms, vomiting, and diarrhea can also be indications of your body indicating the problem and clearing itself. Use your discernment as to whether these require professional medical care to treat your symptoms or if you can ride it out and treat them through herbal and naturopathic ways.

For those who are riding the wave without these ascension symptom issues, congratulations for doing your work ahead of time. Thank you for being the wayshowers. The “work” included clearing the energy field so that they could become a clear channel for the higher level energies, and then consciously integrating and sharing these energies. We have spoken of this work for years now, and now is the time that the work is indeed paying off.

What we do as Starseeds, Wayshowers, and Lightworkers on the planet at this time is affecting all of humanity as well as the whole Universe. We could not have done this all at once because it would have short circuited out bodies, but on the other hand we have reached a majority of enough people to hold the frequencies to where we have reached an acceleration period. Everything is happening as it should, and we would not be receiving this increase if we could not handle it. If you are drawn to this subject of energy work, now is the time to focus your energy on integration and sharing. Without you, the energies would be beamed to the planet with no way to connect them to humanity.
