All children who have entered into the world can be either Indigos, Crystals, Rainbows, Starseeds, etc. There is no birth status amongst children, just their level of awareness of who they are, their mission and purpose.

Every single child is capable, especially if given the proper support and nurturing, to become the amazing and brilliant new creators, healers, helpers and caretakers of tomorrow. Unfortunately, it is often the unawakened parents along with the current system of control that is responsible for hijacking their true potentials.

Not all parents realize this of course, and it may upset or sound insulting to those who do not understand or want to take responsibility for their part in the dysfunction. But at some point, accountability must be acknowledged and certain changes must be embraced. Most all parents want the same for their children – good health, happiness and success. However, if we do not allow them to figure out what each of those things means to them, they could go an entire lifetime living an illusion that belongs to someone else, never really knowing who they are.

When we can identify the unique qualities, talents, attributes and interests of our children, this is a truly magical moment. We should immediately encourage and support those things which inspire and motivate the Creator within. When we show disregard, or try to force preconceived ideals or “prepackaged programs” in place of free will, we are literally denying their right to grow and find their true purpose in this world.

Could this perhaps be the cause of identity crisis in the first place? We are told what to think, how to think, what to do, how to do it, what to believe, what to fear, what to want…and then wonder how we have become so lost, enslaved and subservient. How much creative potential is lost every generation due to this destructive Human injustice?

Parents have this misinformed opinion that their children “belong” to them, while this might be true to some degree, ultimately our Children belong to no one but themselves. It is our job not to dictate, control or program – but to support, guide, nurture and love. If we consider reincarnation, we must realize that our children have been here possibly hundreds of times over the course of history. To assume that the “cup is empty” when they get here is quite egotistical and does not honor or celebrate life, but only limits creation and denies infinite possibility.

All children are Children of Light and we must acknowledge and appreciate the individuality, uniqueness and wisdom each of these beautiful beings has to share with the world.

The term Indigo refers to the Indigo color Aura seen around certain individuals who exhibit certain enhanced abilities well beyond their age and learning. Commonly labeled as suffering from some kind of deficit (ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia …) these children clearly have more of something most of us fail to recognize. Their non conformance to authority and the social conditioning sometimes earns them the label of being problem children.

Indigo Evolution, a feature-length documentary by James Twyman, was released Jan. 28, 2006 in more than 350 churches and wellness and spiritual centers around the world. The attendance far exceeded expectations, demonstrating how interest in understanding the “Indigo phenomenon” has grown. They easily experience sensory overload to lights, smells, sounds, touching and toxins, and need help in becoming grounded. Many Indigos have attention and social problems in school and may frequently correct the teacher. While their behaviors vary, their philosophy of life is consistent; they have a high level of social consciousness and desire to make the world a better place. Hopi Elders reveal ancient prophecies:
After the premiere test screening of “The Indigo Evolution”, the Hopi nation contacted James Twyman, and told him that they were willing to reveal their ancient and guarded secrets about the children of the planet in this movie. The new section containing interviews with Hopi elders about their ancient prophesies and how they relate to the Indigos was added to the documentary. Their message was astounding, and has now become the central theme for the entire film. The Hopi elders shared that it is not too late to reverse the tide of earth cleansing, but only if we come together, and the children have a critical role to play.

James Twyman (Producer / Director) is a singer/songwriter and the author of “Emissary of Love-The Psychic Children Speak” and “Messages from Thomas: Raising Psychic Children.” James wrote and was the Executive Producer for the movie INDIGO which premiered in January 2005.

We have been moving away from the real substance of life for a long time. Times of seeking out the wisdom of our elders, sages, or seers used to be a very prominent way of life.

Now, if you seek out wisdom about the meaning of life, what our purpose is, or what the point of being alive on this planet could be, mainstream people may tend to think you are a wacko. Many believe psychics are full of it, manipulators, or just very creative.

David Brooks and many other people have found that a once age-old tradition of going to your family’s elders, a sage, a seer, or someone regarded with high spiritual or energetic wisdom, is a dying practice.

Most people these days are quick to want to see the studies that are released from neuroscience, economy experts, political figures, or media gurus. Many people these days tend to want to keep up with the “Joneses” on only a material or superficial level.

What about the much deeper levels? Do the people have time to think about that on commercial breaks? Perhaps not likely; they are too busy being told what the next new hot thing is they need to buy.

So, in his New York Times article, “What is Your Purpose”, David Brooks starts the conversation on what a person considers their meaning in this life. He’s traveling the country speaking to people, trying to get this conversation started again. It’s an important one conversation that not many are exploring these days.

I think this is a really great thing he’s doing now and absolutely fascinating that we will all be able to see at least a sampling of what people are finding important enough to give their lives deeper meaning.

If you have a quiet moment today to contemplate what your life’s purpose is, consider doing this. What may come from it is more growth and clarity.

Near Death Experience and a Huge Wake Up Call

Nanci Danison is a high-powered lawyer who was given a diagnosis for breast cancer last May. Getting this news did not frighten her. She finished her will, said her goodbyes, and was excited to “return home”. She admits she’s probably one of the few cancer patients who is actually excited to not live through her surgery.

Therein, the foundation was set for her to experience an NDE (near death experience). She said that when she “crossed over’, she was met with an outpouring of intense love and rays of light that she recognized as family members.

Then she had a life review. This was a little embarrassing to her because it showed her how insignificant this incarnation was. She worked crazy hours and made a lot of money, but wasn’t really living at all.

She even came to see that the religions that most people follow really don’t seem to be an accurate depiction of the afterlife at all. Nanci is quoted as saying, “We are all part of one entity. What happens to us after these bodies die is automatic.” We all return to “Source” energy; the energy and “Source” of creation itself.

We are all just one small drop in a vast ocean. We are all unique projections of Source experiencing itself in many different ways. That’s why you may not agree on how your step-daughter acts, but judging her for her actions, in turn, only mirrors to you that you are judging you.

Her experience may not be pleasant to her either, but that is the way she’s chosen to learn her lessons, just as your life is the way it is because of what you set up to learn for yourself in this life. In a nutshell, that’s how it works.

It’s also a basic understanding of how when we interact with people in our lives or in passing, we need to do so with a pure loving intention. What we do to others, we are doing to ourselves.

When we send love out, we get love back. People may frustrate and anger us, but what sets us free is finding that inherent neutral point inside us that helps us differentiate between our emotions from what’s outside of us.

The experiences that Nanci had are indeed from her perspective, and her comment about religion might not sit well with all, especially those who are devoutly religious. I don’t believe this was a religious debate; simply a relaying of her own experience.

I am aware of people who have had similar experiences to Nanci’s, and some who may not have had such a pleasant experience. It depends on what filter you put between you and Source. At the heart of the matter, we are all worthy of being deeply loved, because we are very deeply loved. Allow that love to flow to you.

We are far greater beings than we have been told, far greater beings than most of us realize.

We see a world where acting on behalf of personal interests, corporate profits, or hidden agendas has gone by the wayside in favor of acting on behalf of raising the collective consciousness to its highest potential; where everyone who works with the dissemination of information knows, beyond all doubt whatsoever, that what they are reporting has a direct effect on the lives of everyone they touch; that they effect the future of our world by what they say and do; and that they can have a true positive influence on this world by developing their conscience.

Indeed, we see a media where every person, from the top to the bottom, has a strong, evolved conscience and acts in accordance with the Highest Good.
