Benjamin Fulford - April 20, 2015: US Corporate government goes bankrupt on April 17th, refuses to acknowledge

The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION based in the Washington D.C. extra-territorial enclave inside the Republic of the United States of America failed to make a payment on March 31st and was given until April 17th to come up with the goods but was unable to, according to Chinese government and CIA sources. For that reason the US corporate government has gone bankrupt, the sources say. However, the folk in Washington do not plan to go quietly and are still fighting to survive.

This can be confirmed in the corporate propaganda and government news wires around the world in reports about the Washington IMF/World Bank meetings that ran from April 16-18. The news reports to the general public do not mention the word bankruptcy but rather say things like 19 out of the 20 so-called G20 countries are angry that the US will not give up its veto over the World Bank and IMF. In other words the US government has been publicly repudiated by leaders of 19 out of the 20 top economies.

The current US situation reminds of an old joke my mother told me about a woman watching a military parade and shouting proudly “look my son is the only one marching in step.”

Underneath the surface too, there is a lot of spy movie type subterfuge going on involving high denomination bonds, identity theft, murder and secret negotiations as various players jockey for position in the emerging new financial system.

A new set of meetings between the White Dragon Society and Chinese communist government representatives last week ended with a basic agreement that China was to get a 20% voting share in the new system and that China would not be seeking world hegemony. There was a lot of other stuff discussed that cannot yet be made public for security reasons but involve a plan to seriously help the vast majority of humanity.

There were also negotiations involving the WDS and representatives of Iranian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean royal families. In each case, the genuine heirs to historical gold fortunes told the WDS many of their relatives had been murdered and that they also feared for their lives. In several cases cabal members were caught trying to pass themselves off as genuine Korean, Persian, Chinese etc. royals, according to Japanese military intelligence and other sources. A representative of the Japanese emperor, Akihiko Yamaguchi, who was wrongly arrested in Chiasso, Italy and had billions of dollars worth of bonds stolen from him, also told once this writer that at least 4 different people had been caught trying to impersonate him at financial institutions.

The story that all these different sources tell is that Khazarian gangsters acquired the rights from various royal families around the world to use their gold as backing for huge denomination financial instruments. As mentioned before in this newsletter, Lord Blackheath discussed one such case in detail at the House of Lords in England in 2012. What Lord Blackheath discusses is the use of 700 tons of gold owned by an Indochinese royal to fabricate 750,000 tons worth of gold backed certificates that were used to create $15 trillion that was used to bail out the Federal Reserve Board after the Lehman crisis of 2008.

Now, other Royals are coming out of the closet with their paper certificates theoretically worth trillions of dollars that were issued to them by the same Khazarian or Federal Reserve Board con-men as Lord Blackheath mentions.

The Persian/Iranian royal heir claims to have $45 trillion worth of such bonds. Two of this heir’s brothers, his parents and many other relatives have been killed by the Khazarians to prevent them from either cashing the bonds or claiming their rights to the dynastic gold that underwrites these bonds, the Persian royal claims.

In addition, a Manchurian/Korean/Chinese royal family has produced detailed documentary evidence that they handed over their gold to the Americans before and during World War 2 in exchange for a promise it would be used to create a Korean, Manchurian, Chinese federation. Instead, the gold was used to fund the post war Marshall Plan that rebuilt Europe and Japan but left everybody else out in the cold.

To put it another way, the post war prosperity of the US and Europe was financed with gold that was fraudulently obtained from ancient mostly non-European royal families. These families have been asking for their gold back and, it was the failure to come up with the gold that led to the bankruptcy of the US corporate government on April 17th. The European royals, for their part, have reached an accommodation with their counter-parts in the rest of the world and that is why England, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland etc. agreed to ignore the US corporate governments’ objections and join China’s proposed Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank

We also have on the record public confirmation from IMF head Christine Lagarde that big money is about to be released. Here is what she said at last week’s IMF meeting in Washington:

“The Asian Infrastructure Investment bank is … the new kid on the block to actually respond to a massive need that is out there, which is infrastructure financing. People are talking not billions, they’re talking trillions needed to finance infrastructure in Asia.

“So if that institution is there to finance vital needs, that will push growth… and we can cooperate. If we can work together, that is excellent news. We are ourselves very supportive of this prospect, and we will happily cooperate and contribute to the extent helpful to this new institution.”

In other words, she is drooling at the mouth at the prospect of the IMF getting a share of some of the “trillions” that is about to released. World Bank head Jim Yong Kim also drooled at the prospect of the World Bank getting in on some of the expected new action that will come when these trillions are returned to their rightful owners.

With this as background we can understand why there has been so much radical activity taking place in the US recently. One such story was the plan announced by the NORAD military command to reopen the mothballed Cheyenne military base under the Rocky mountains to prepare for “an electromagnetic pulse attack.”

The fact they have publicly announced they will reopen this base confirms that the newer underground bases built near Denver, Colorado, Washington D.C. and elsewhere have been seized by the white hats and taken out of cabal control.

There has also been a lot of speculation about why a bunch of Walmart stores located near US military bases have been suddenly shut down.

CIA sources say there are underground bunkers being built under these stores for the elite to hide in. However, a pentagon source says the Walmarts are being prepared as distribution centers for food and other essential products in preparation for a shut down and reboot of the banking system. Time will tell which of these sources is telling the truth.

The other odd event is the New York Federal Reserve Board’s plan to move most of its essential functions to Chicago. We have previously noted that the Chicago Fed has been filling its windows with concrete. We have also noted the US Treasury department has been stocking up with water purifiers, emergency food stocks, emergency blankets etc. This is hardly the sort of material needed during an ordinary financial crisis.

However, please do not get paranoid just because the Feds are, this is not the end of the world but rather the end of the fraudulent fiat money world. For the 99.99% of us humans, this will be a time of great liberation from ancient Hyksos debt slavery.

The people of California seemed to have won a battle in our never-ending war defending our basic human rights from our own government. You know me, peeps: I’m all about the bass (whooops) …I’m all about people having the freedom to choose how to live their life –save they hurt neither others nor themselves, right? Even in a situation regarding this story, where mandatory helmets would of course save lives …it is not a “free” country if we force people to wear helmets. Similarly, if we force people to wear seatbelts …again, we are not actually living in a “free” country, correct? No, I’m not advocating or supporting our beautiful brothers and sisters of the world get hurt nor be careless by not wearing helmets or seatbelts. Rather, I’m advocating “freedom to choose,” which includes the choice to wear one’s helmet or seatbelt…. I remember a bit by comedian Bill Hicks expounding upon people burning the American flag back in the day (maybe early ’90s). In his dialogue, he highlighted that one of those “freedoms” granted by living in America …is burning the American flag. Both Hicks and I make these claims not as “traitors,” or to be blasphemous or sacrilegious to our country, flag or humanity, rather to highlight that “freedom” includes our God-given right to express ourselves in a manner that works for each one of us personally (as proclaimed in the 1st Amendment), as long as we’re not hurting others. The burning of the flag might be offensive to some, yet we all do things that are offensive to someone somewhere –most likely. Unless we are mean-spirited and intentionally hurtful, which sadly some of us are, our actions that offend others are not done intentionally. Rather they are acted upon to communicate a clear message, for example, the burning of the flag. It was not done, in my opinion, as a snub against war veterans, especially those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Instead it was done to express …to demonstrate that we are not pleased nor satisfied with how our government is running the country. It was an intentionally extreme action executed to mimic and reflect back to our controllers and to our government the extreme violations being done against humanity. I do enjoy connecting these dots… From being forced to wear seatbelts and helmets to having the freedom to burn the American flag –it’s all the same thing: Having the freedom to choose. This story relates how a Californian bill has been revised and will be re-addressed in two years (early 2017), after two agencies (California Highway Patrol and its Office of Traffic Study) explore the connection between helmet-wearing and any resulting injuries or death from bicycling accidents. This is sad, unbelievably disrespectful, and infuriating. The bottomline is our government’s medical teams sometimes make mistakes. Well, we all do, right? …of course, we do! That’s certainly one aspect of being human …but then the life lesson is taking responsibility, making amends if necessary, and learning not to do that again, right? That’s what mistakes are for: To learn. Leave it up to our military to take mistake-making to a whole new level. Of course, I do not believe that this is new information for any of us, simply more and more evidence that it occurs much more than we may realize –and again, another glaring issue reminding us of areas that need to be immediately remedied. Taking responsibility is essential as we step into our integrity heading toward Ascension, which can only be achieved if we’re living in our authenticity. TJ Moore from Indiana was a 19 year old who just joined the Air Force. During basic training in San Antonio, he died from a 1.5 mile test run. “A former football player … seemed to fit in well… But on his first Saturday of basic training, he flamed out on the 1.5-mile run, part of a mandatory initial fitness test. Given 18 and a half minutes to run six laps, Mr. Moore stopped after three laps. ‘Running is not for me,’ he declared.” Two doctors initially put his training “on hold” pending further medical exams, and a nurse charted that the patient “can not run at all [and] ordered a thorough medical evaluation…. Had that occurred, someone most likely would have noticed the results of a blood test that had arrived at the clinic the previous afternoon. Routine lab work done when he arrived at Lackland showed that Mr. Moore had sickle-cell trait, a genetic condition affecting 8 percent of African-Americans.” Even though two doctors pulled him from basic training, its seems the Air Force changed their minds, and stated Moore was “medically qualified […just] deconditioned.” A physician assistant effectively cleared Moore for re-engagement in the physical basic training, although the assistant never conducted the “thorough examination” as recommended, and yet documented that Moore “was without health concerns.” Sadly, that very afternoon, Moore vigorously ran five laps in 82-degree heat. Short of the finish line, he fell, got up, then collapsed again. The cause of death was cited as sickle-cell trait complications, which of course was already discovered from his initial standard bloodwork that had gone undetected from sitting on someone’s desk. “Three independent experts who reviewed Mr. Moore’s medical records at The Times’s request agreed that medical workers had failed him. Dr. Janis Abkowitz, a well-known hematologist and medical professor at the University of Washington, said abandoning the precautions just ordered by two physicians ‘was a terrible error.’” And yet, the military conducted another travesty by lying about their mistake, leaving Moore’s family drowning in a sea of unanswered questions and bureaucratic run-around. “But the official Air Force explanation — in a 15-page report in a white binder, delivered to Ms. Holmes in December after months of inquiries — was that the military had followed proper protocol. No mistakes were identified. No one was faulted.” “‘I raised T. J. as a single mother on little income for 19 years, and kept him safe. They had him for nine days and sent him home to me in a box,’ said Ms. Holmes, who called the report ‘garbage.'” Incredibly, at this SAME location (Lackland Air Force base in San Antonio), approximately four years ago, another sickle-cell trait recruit died after the SAME 1.5 mile run –wow. Clearly, no one is learning from their mistakes at Lackland! “The Air Force screens recruits for the trait and requires precautions, not always enforced: Just three years earlier, a Lackland recruit with sickle-cell trait died after the same 1.5-mile timed run. He had never been issued the required armband to alert medics to his status.” The profound excuses, moral dissociation, and deep apathy held within these 15-page reports that our military gives to our grieving families resulting from gross medical negligence is horrific and unacceptable. As previously mentioned, we have all heard of these happenings over the years, yet to learn it still happens is not tolerable. Highlighting such repeated occurrences needs to happen, if we are to ever stop this insanity and blatant disrespect of human life and of not being held accountable. Whatever it is I am sure it shall be Divinely given and uplift and inspire all. Many thanks. The Federation of Light: The warmest of greetings to you also. We intend always, to interact in such a way that does this very thing! Regarding choice material for this communication today … we are aware that you are always seeking for the Highest Good of all … and to bring forth that which assists in the growth of One’s knowledge. More and more are realising the responsibility of self. More and more are understanding that should their desire be to find total fulfilment … it is only glimpsed when the awareness of soulself activity allows the Truth that lies within … to display itself outwardly. What would you say exactly IS soulself activity? It is when the intention for self is ALWAYS for One’s Highest Good. When One learns to FEEL WHO THEY ARE, instead of trying to discover it! When One follows FEELINGS, it cannot be so … that the path they tread veers off on a tangent that does not benefit. To activate the soul self … it is a matter of continual awareness of these FEELINGS. To remain in a state of Being that serves the self … and therefore, in turn serves The Whole. As more and more find the courage to walk boldly in their Light … the easier it becomes for the rest to follow on. For by setting the example of Living in One’s Truth … it can be that the rippling effect of this emanates outwardly … for others to acknowledge and do the same. I get this … I really am beginning to understand this in more depth. Yet … is this it? Is this what we do … on order for the great change to take place? Indeed. As we have explained … the Lighter the presence of those upon Earth … the sooner communications can be outwardly displayed between your world and ours. You see more and more evidence in your skies … breaking through the mists and preparing souls for what is to come. Which is? Excitement. Joy. Wonderment. Peace … Movement! I feel there is a sort of underground movement taking place which is coming to the surface now … Yet, our patience is still challenged. Many feel that perhaps you do not comprehend ALL that is taking place and how difficult it can be to break through the ‘illusion’ … and KNOW for sure that all we are trying to accomplish is actually making any difference at all. Yet, the difference is phenomenal. To cast One’s thoughts back to even just fifty or so years ago … LOOK HOW FAR YOUR WORLD HAS PROGRESSED. I guess that would depend on where you choose to look! We are speaking in terms of LIGHT ENERGY. If we were to display photographs of this Light Energy oozing from your planet … the picture difference between now and then would seem to you like two different places. Remember YOU KNEW this would be no flash in the pan playground. YOU KNEW when volunteering to come and CHANGE IT ALL that the going would get tough at times. YOU KNEW also that your mission would succeed … and can you not say that were One to investigate … so much is CHANGING for the better? As you say … it depends on where you choose to look. If you choose to focus on the downtreading … if you choose to focus on the ‘heavy stuff’ … you immediately enter into a different Vibration within yourself … you can FEEL it instantly! When you focus on these things that depress and leave your heart and mind in despair and desperation … you ‘almost’ enter into the very Vibration that these negatives are designed to attract. Become aware that you no longer CHOOSE to feed into these things. Yes … YOU KNOW there is the side of the street that is nowhere near as sunny … yet, you do not need to cross the road and walk within it. Your intelligent choice is to remain on the side where the sun shines … where there are people who smile and acknowledge THE SUNSHINE. It is through/by these choices that you are ‘DOING WHAT YOU CAME TO DO’. You can FEEL when you are ‘on track’ and when not. It is your choice to adapt your thoughts to that which benefit. It is your choice to adapt your attitude to one which serves YOU. It is within this UNDERSTANDING … this KNOWING … that ‘THIS IS HOW IT WORKS’ … that so much difference TO THE WHOLE is made. By/through EACH individual … SERVING AS ONE FEELING OF UTTER AND COMPLETE LOVE … FOR EACH OTHER. I find it interesting how … even though I accept we are ALL LOVE and ALL ONE … how, I am rather discerning as to who I say ‘I LOVE YOU’ to. I KNOW WE ARE ONE … and therefore, WE ARE LOVE … yet, someone may write in and say ‘I LOVE YOU BLOSSOM’ … and I am unable to write back saying I LOVE YOU TOO … because I have never met them. Why is that? Surely the way to go is to be able to LOVE EVERYONE … By default! This is a fascinating debate. We would reply that you are merely being ‘thoughtful’ and not branding insincerities around. Yet, I ‘should’ LOVE everyone. I can do this from a HIGHER level … sending it out to all … yet, as you say … I want to remain sincere … though the more I am talking about this … the more I am realising how ‘far behind’ I am … in not being able to say to personally unknown folk that I LOVE them. Mmm! I still have such a long way to go. Not really. You simply have your next step. That is the only distance necessary. You cannot possibly KNOW what lies ahead … yet, you can form the pathway. You dictate to the self how to travel. You become aware of ‘where you are’ and whether or not it is pleasurable. It serves not to focus on how far there is to go … This is non ending. Learn to enjoy where you are … in that moment … instead of always seeking a better ‘something’ that would make you happy. BE HAPPY WITH WHO YOU ARE AND WHERE YOU ARE … It is up to you … Your creation of yourself in Each moment. Where you will be from a morning to an evening can be ‘life changing’ depending on given circumstances. Let go of worry and anxiety of ‘what if’s’ … become in tune with self … with Joy … with contentment for the FACT that you are perfect as you are … in that moment. I guess one is always striving to improve … or is it that we are striving for more? We seem to be seeking pleasure in what is to come often …. rather than in the pleasure of that which is. I thought to myself the other day … If I was given a week to remain on this planet … what would I do with it? It seemed I wanted to ‘share’ that time with those that mean so much to me … and there are plenty of those. We should live this way … accepting and acknowledging and BEING part of that which is so precious to us … yet, we allow mundane everyday necessities to get in the way. The fact of the matter is … you are easing yourself towards a place of understanding within you … where these FEELINGS for others …become a conglomerate FEELING. By this we mean … you think and FEEL for those who are so dear to you … in ONE BIG GENERAL THOUGHT. With this automatically comes Gratitude. For that FEELING of KNOWING LOVE … for others … for self … brings with it this immensely important gift … to be Grateful for where you are … who you are … what you are … what blessings are yours … what blessings are others. Gratitude … Sincere Gratitude … not simply the word … yet, the emotion of … can lift your Vibration instantly … a remarkably quick fix for the lowest of moods. So, are you beyond moods? Yes. Are you beyond most human displays of emotion? We are beyond certain idiosyncrasies …for WE ARE IN TUNE WITH EACH OTHER. Like … who is ‘each other’ ? Who are you guys? We are a conscious group whose desire is to bring about the CHANGE upon Earth and lift it into a place that its residence enjoys! Best get rid of a whole lot of people causing the disruption then! This is changing also. As the Vibration of your planet heightens and anchors itself firmly within … it brings about subtle nuances that MAKE A VAST DIFFERENCE. One cannot reside comfortably in a Vibration that is too HIGH for them … in the same way … One cannot reside comfortably in a Vibration that is too low for them … Therefore, as your Vibration rises Higher and HIgher … lifting the Energy of the planet also … it shall bring about a transformational existence IN GENERAL. The more that are waking up … the more Higher Energy anchors itself … leaving those who do not desire to BE OF LOVE … in the most uncertain disposition. EACH SOUL manages their journey … There is the choice to change or the choice to remain the same. There is the choice to Love or the choice to hate. There is choice in all things … yet, as we said … THAT WHICH YOU FEED … GROWS. Choose to feed the GOOD FEELINGS. Choose to feed all that makes you smile. Choose to feed your soul … your mind … your very heart with LOVE … only LOVE. For do you not see? IF EVERY SINGLE ONE on your planet did so … HELLO NEW WORLD! Such a long time before that happens! Words carry the energy of meaning as uniquely translated by your beliefs and programs. We find your words extremely limiting in offering expanded awareness of your true multidimensional existence. You do not have words to illustrate many of the concepts and truths available to you as a divine, multidimensional being in human form. However since this is the tool that is available and which carries our energy, we use it to invite you to expand again and again. When we say that you are beings of light, we realize that you have heard this concept many times, yet it might still sound a bit far out to you. It is, however, the truth. As we have expressed before, every cell, as well as your DNA, emits biophotons of light. Imagine that your very skin is like natural solar panels and the energies and frequencies given by the sun, moon, and stars continually recharge your aliveness. The electromagnetic emissions from your cells can now be measured with your modern instrumentation. We realize that you experience yourself as this solid and dense physical form. That is what this experience is about, to recognize that you have a physical vehicle, yet you are a starbeing. You are the essence of light energy that happens to be vibrating at a low frequency which gives you the sense of being solid. Your real state of existence is a being of light energy. Yet while you are focused on the physical aspect, you are always offering your personal energy signature to all you encounter. Remember, your personal energy signature is influenced by what you have experienced, what you have been taught, and what you have been led to believe, as well as by the state of your emotions. As you become aware that you are more than your physical form, consider that you might be a true member of the Galactic family and a starseed being. When you begin to accept this as a real possibility, and understand who you truly are, you begin to expand into your starseed presence. When you consciously, on purpose, begin to release any limited beliefs and patterns you have acquired, when you clear your emotional storage, when you stop repeating your non-supportive stories, you begin elevating yourself to the higher dimensions. As you begin to refine your energy signature, you vibrate at a higher and purer form of the light spectrum, you begin to own and express yourself as a being of bio-luminosity, a being of light, a true starseed being. As your frequencies and vibrations increase, the other dimensions become more available to your awareness. Of course this is the goal, is it not? Your planet is in flux, it is shifting as well, moving to the higher dimensions. You are the active part of this occurring, for you are anchoring more and more conscious light vibrations within the very cells of your physical form. You are a powerful being of manifestation. Your thoughts, words and emotional focus impact the quantum field. You are interfacing with this energy field in each moment. You are entrained and resonate with this unified field. So when you begin to expand your light quota and hold your focused intentions from a higher level of consciousness, you begin interfacing with the 4th and 5th dimensions of light consciousness. You are here to anchor your starseed awareness into this reality.
