A whole series of changes lay ahead of you now that the dark Ones plans have been thwarted.

They can no longer dictate the course of Humanity’s future, and can only concede their position to the Light. It has meant that progress can now more or less proceed unheeded or impeded, and activities can be more open and made known to you.

There is much to do and our plans are to produce results as soon as possible. Hitherto we have had to be guarded where they were concerned, but now we can let you know without any great fear. You will also see more of our craft openly moving through your skies, where previously we have mainly kept our cloaks of invisibility on to avoid any confrontation with your craft.

We now await recognition from your political leaders but know that many are scared to be revealed for what they really are. However, in time all will be revealed and no individual will find any hiding place. The higher vibrations are no place for any lesser Beings as there comes a point when only the truth can exist.

The dark Ones have had their day and in spite of all you may know about them, as with any other soul we offer them the opportunity to turn to the Light without any recriminations. They will however have a long way to go to fully recover their position in it.

As you will have undoubtedly realised, our prime desire is to see every soul fully returning to the Light, and every opportunity will be given to them. You will notice that we do not talk about punishment for wayward souls, but compassion by giving them every chance to return to the Light. No one is beyond redemption except that they refuse to accept the opportunities we give them.

All of you at some stage have walked on both sides of the Light and few of you are worse off for the experiences. Indeed, you are strengthened by them and more able to help those who have followed on in your footsteps.

Now you know why we have always asked you to be non-judgemental on all such occasions. You have a saying that “there but for the Grace of God go I” and thereby lies a great truth, so please do not judge those who are at different stages in their evolution.

You are all great souls who have been to “Hell and back again”, and by this we refer to your lives in the lowest vibrations where the Light has all but been diminished. Yet you have survived to become greater Beings although as yet you do not comprehend the full meaning of it.

To become so separated from the Light has presented you with a mammoth task to find your way back again. Yet you faced that possibility with great confidence, as we promised you that we would always be there for you. We are not of course the only ones, as souls from all over the Universe have wished to be part of the challenge and gain from the experience.

Understand that you have re-incarnated many, many times to play your part in the great adventure that is now concluding. You have played for whatever side would best serve your interests and evolution. All life is continually evolving until all souls return to the Godhead from whence they came. Do not let this worry you as you have a long, long way to go before any such completion approaches. The ultimate is to again become One with God.

Each one of you is playing a major part in bringing the Light to Earth, far more than you would immediately realise. We hear you question whether you could do more as you feel you have much to offer, but realise that your abilities are known to us and we are pleased with what you are doing now. Simply keep the Light shining out brightly and we could not ask a lot more from you.

When you consider the number of Lightworkers doing their bit to bring the New Age in, have no doubt that your future is assured. If you are called to carry out extra tasks, that is because you are considered as some of those souls with the necessary experience and knowledge to do so.

Also bear in mind that once matters really get underway, there will be more than enough to go round and keep you all engaged. We know your attributes and what you do best, so there will be no square pegs in round holes. Rejoice – the real work will soon begin and all that you have been waiting for will gradually come into being.

Set your sights upon all that is good and wholesome, and if you are assailed by the dark Ones see them in the Light and simply go on your way. There is no need to engage in arguments, so simply make your point and move on. Prove to yourself that you have the confidence to handle whatever is presented to you, and do not give way to provocation.

Some will say that is easier said than done, but you have to be prepared for whatever situation confronts you. Succumbing to the energies of fear results in the lowering of your vibrations, and the dark Ones will feed upon them. Call upon any source of Light that appeals to you in such circumstances, and know that you will be helped. You have more souls walking your path with you than you can possibly imagine.

The Galactic Federation is being given more of a free hand to deal with matters that come up. Hitherto, we have been strictly under the command of the Hierarchy that has been responsible for the Great Plan for your return to the Light.

As we have mentioned on more than one occasion, we are mostly operating with our cloaks of invisibility in place. We have not placed ourselves at risk of causing an incident, as it could involve innocent victims. We do not seek confrontation with the dark Ones, and would rather take avoiding action to keep the peace.

We could otherwise perfectly well handle any problems, as we have advanced protection that you have no idea of at present. It is only used as a last resort as we are not looking to destroy the dark Ones, but protect you from them.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and what joy it gives me to speak freely with you. Many of you have, so to say, “come of age” and awakened to what is required of you as a Being of Light. Together we are nearly at the end of a long road, and thank you for perseverance and commitment to the Light.

You don’t have to be Euclid to see that the smallest number of legs one would need on a standing vessel for it to be stable is three, as in a tripod.

Three is also the European standard for the maximum number of grammatical elements in a written series considered untaxing to the brain (North-American Indians, I’m led to believe, consider it to be four).

We’ve considered a quiet mind and a loving heart in these pages recently. Is there a third leg to this tripod?

Yes, I think there is and, for me, it would be the realized truth.

A quiet mind and a loving heart can be considered the two legs of the cat, or the two wings of the bird, bringing it to the truth.

Without realizing the truth, our mission as individual seekers of God hasn’t been fulfilled. And without a quiet mind and a loving heart, we have no motive power to reach the outcome of realization.

It’s my hypothesis that what realization means is a temporary heart opening allowing contact with the Self in the heart. (1)

The depth of knowing that’s tapped then triggers confidence and certainty in us. These moments of deep knowing are the most memorable of our lives. What we know then we know almost indelibly from that moment on.

Such was my knowing that “the purpose of life is enlightenment” after the vision experience in Feb. 1987. (2) Nothing anyone could say would shake my confidence in what I learned from that experience.

Simply knowing the matter intellectually is not of sufficient power to galvanize us into action. Knowledge of this type is soon forgotten. Even when the knowledge is up to the level of feeling its truthfulness or feeling the experience in question, the knowledge may not be enough to inspire us to act.

But when the knowledge is up to realization, it tends to spark all manner of action, along different lines. It dissolves paradigms and opens new vistas and paths. So I seek to raise my knowledge, if at all possible, from the simply intellectual to the experiential and from there to the realizational.

I make it difficult for myself to believe that life will be steadily blissful in the future. Some of my self-defeating rationalizations are things like “nothing ever lasts” and “whatever goes up must come down,” etc. I’m having a great deal of difficulty believing that tomorrow I may feel as wonderful as I do today.

I’m sitting on my balcony looking out on a blue sky with no clouds, feeling love welling up in me, which then goes out into the world. It’s as if we’re having summer in March, a presage of things to come, I’d like to believe.

The reality of our gradually-rising emotional floor is slowly setting in, not so much that I’d totally relax and put my feet up but enough to bring a smile of confidence to my face.

The temporary opening is the opening of the aperture known as the hridayam, which allows us contact with the Self in the heart.

NASA confirms that Jupiter’s largest moon has an ocean.

In the 1970’s there was much theoretical debate related to water being present on the moons of Jupiter. Hard data was hard to come by and was limited to a few probe flybys during that time period.

Now, NASA has some hard data from the Hubble Space Telescope. The scope collected 7 hours of visual data from Jupiter’s largest moon, Ganymede. They analyzed the oscillation of the aurora emanating from the moon’s thin, though oxygen-rich, atmosphere.

If water did not exist on the moon, the aurora would fluctuate as much as 7 degrees, but the aurora of Gandymede fluctuates only 2 degrees, indicating that salt water is indeed present in large quantities within the moon.

Researchers believe that this water is contained in a vast subterranean ocean about 100 miles below the surface. Space explorers and scientists plan to visit the planet via the JUICE probe program in 2020, and they happily state that everywhere they look in the galaxy, it seems they are coming up with water.

Dutch students live rent free in nursing homes.

When my grandmother was approaching the end of her life, she lived in an assisted living center. Every week, my kids and I would visit her there, and after a while began visiting many of the other elderly residents. They adored having company and speaking to young people, and so we continued after my grandmother passed away until the nursing home changed hands.

Many care specialists in Europe fear elderly people are being shunted into “care-ghettos” where they are literally stock piled outside the realm of society as they wait to die. The rich and varied contributions these beings could make to society are completely eliminated, and this is such a shame.

In the Netherlands a successful program has been created where young people are accepted to live rent-free within retirement facilities, in exchange for 30 hours of service to the aged community. Some students give art classes or tutor with computer skills. Others simply visit the elderly for a chat or prepare meals.

I believe inter-generational interaction is key to creating healthy beings. Ageism is something that has recently been fostered, especially as older family members no longer live with extended family. Many older people can still make contributions that are valid, and the young can learn from their life experiences. I hope more programs like this will be created to foster friendship and communication across generations.

And finally…

A man saves a starving pelican.

Many animals sometimes run afoul of human activity. We hear many stories of animals who are injured by fishing tackle, fuel spills or stray garbage. In this instance, a man who was visiting the sea side, saw a pelican who’s mouth was wired shut with fishing tackle.

With the encouragement of a group of onlookers, he and another man capture the weakened bird and gently remove the obstructions so it has a chance to live. My heart was overjoyed by this act of kindness to the animal kingdom.
