I’m FEELING on a much Higher vibe than I have been of late, so I am looking forward to a chat with you today. I’m presuming this works for you? Federation of Light: Indeed. As we always express, we are delighted to ‘catch up’ with you and all who choose … in LOVE … to follow the conversations that we have together. That’s grand my friends. Grand. What would you care to speak of? We would like to speak of that which is KNOWN as Bi products. Well, that took me by surprise. Continue forth … With Love for Each One and with Each One in Love … we would like to discuss circumstances that can insure your productive movement into the Higher vibrations that await you . Ok … I FEEL like I am nodding off … Let’s go for it! ( I did record an audio … yet, for reasons unbeknownst to me … the quality is really poor and just not audible … so I have transcribed it here.) Transcript 06.03.15 Greetings this day … to all those who take the time to listen to that which we offer … in ways of wording through this friend … this vessel … that we call her … in her amusement … who goes by the name of Blossom. Dearest souls, we have entered into your world for reasons of assistance. We come … as we have expressed many times before … to urge you onwards … To give you encouragement … To give you KNOWING of that which deep inside … you already KNOW. You cannot deny that the FEELINGS inside of you … when you are … would you say … on top form, fill your entire being with elation. You could jump for Joy … as they say. You could run around the outside of the Earth five times in one minute when you are FEELING exalted … enthusiastic. Dearest friends … at this stage of your ‘career’ … we would say with humour … it would be improbable that you would do so … of this running around the Earth. Yet, the FEELING of DOING SO … can be just as advantageous as the DOING OF. Therefore, we express to you and we KNOW you are down this path quite a way … that which we bring to you is not brand new news. It is simply a reminder … in order to keep you moving forward … lifting your spirits … raising your vibration. Therefore, we remind you that by FEELING that which you desire to FEEL … by conjuring up that FEELING from deep inside of you … you are allowing the Higher Vibration of yourself to enter in. By FEELING it through imagination … you are making it as powerful as the doing. We do not misconstrue the words which we are saying. We are saying that this is Highly possible. It is this enthusiasm of doing that which you enjoy … that brings Brightness to your Being. Yet, you may not FEEL always that you have the Energy to do so. Some of you may have ailments, that pause the doing of’ certain things you FEEL you would like to do. Therefore, we say … do them in your mind. We are suggesting these days … of more heart/mind connection, bringing into reality the FEELING of doing so. Doing this … doing that … which you may FEEL is out of your reach. Yet, we propose you do it … that which you desire … through your minds concentration. To allow yourself to watch the movie inside of your mind … of doing exactly that which you desire to do. By watching and attaching your heart to the visualization … therefore, FEELING it … in a sense we are saying … you are actually DOING IT. You may say that this is not so. For, should it be that you would like to … for instance … take a bungee jump. You are not physically doing it. Yet, we would say … the FEELING of the bungee jump, does not come from the physicality. It comes from the heart’s FEELING of doing so. Your mind is not the FEELER. Your heart expresses FEELING. Therefore, by completing the said ‘bungee jump’ in your visualisation … in full concentration … there is every possibility, that you are capable of FEELING the TRUTH of what it actually ‘would’ FEEL like … if you had done it in physicality. Apply this then … to all things that you desire to do. FEEL them … KNOW them … as YOUR TRUTH. In this way you are bringing your desire closer and closer to the Vibration of which you choose to resonate. The more you FEEL the resonance of the frequency in which you are Vibrating … the more alive you become. On yet another note … regarding this particular subject we are speaking of … even when you maybe FEELING a little down hearted … when sadness may have entered into your Being … due to a particular circumstance that has taken place … remember always to breathe In /As /Through /Of Love. The LOVE that is all around you. We repeat these things over and over and over and we repeat … that we repeat these things over and over and over … simply as a reminder. So that when occurrences such as we have spoken of occur … you shall remember to do so. And therefore, take benefit from such suggestions. You should FEEL the difference immediately. Therefore, expand this knowledge of breathing In /As /Through /Of Love at all times … In /As /Through /Of every breath that you inhale and then Dearest friends, shall you begin to KNOW that of which we speak … and you shall understand when you ‘Get it’ … the reason why we repeat over and over and over and over … so that it settles into your Being … so that it becomes automatic. In the breathing of … inhaling of … this Love … The thought will eventually not need to tell you what you are doing. You shall simply be doing it naturally … without the reminder necessary. This shall bring about the Joy that we speak of also. You think you may KNOW of Joy … To a certain degree, of course you KNOW of it. Yet, we say to you Dearest friends, the Joy that is to come … is beyond Joy that you KNOW of at this resonance … this Vibration of your planet . As you move Higher and Higher … your Joy expands and becomes greater … beyond that which you are capable of experiencing in the Vibration of which you now reside. How often have we asked that you lift your spirits? This we do because we KNOW of the benefits of doing so. We have grown to accept that this is not always possible and certainly not in certain places upon your planet where the Vibration of Energy is particularly low. Yet, do you not see? That by being able to do so for yourself … you are assisting those who at this point in their lifetime are unable to do it for themselves. You are assisting so many who are saddened … who are heartbroken … who no longer have the desire to carry on. Simply, Dearest friends … by making the effort to laugh … to smile … to FEEL in Joy … you are assisting so many souls who cannot do so. By lifting your spirits … you are also lifting Energies that surround … that absorb negative circumstances. You change the actual energy of the air … if you like. It is useful … if you choose to sit and meditate and think of certain places that are in need of this. Yet, do not FEEL you are not doing all that you are capable of … if you do not do so . For, we state once more … that being in all Joy In/As /Through /Of Love for yourselves … you are instantly uplifting The Whole … of which Everything … Everyone is a part. Whether they FEEL they want to be or not. Whether they FEEL they ARE or not. Nothing can change this fact. You are ALL part of THE WHOLE. THE ONE … THE ONE ENERGY OF LOVE . For, we smile as we say … repeat along with us … ‘There is nothing else … but Love.’ The more we repeat this … the more you understand it on a deeper level of the KNOWING you think you already have about it. You can accept that Everything /Everyone is LOVE. You accept it … and yet, to grasp it on a deeper part of yourself … allows you to understand it … so that your reaction to that understanding … expresses itself in a more Joyous participation of that Love. Do you see? When you FEEL in great Joy , when you KNOW that you are FEELING on a particular da y… this expression of the most Joy that you have perhaps felt in quite a while … imagine then, Everyone/ Everything on your planet FEELING exactly the same way. Would you not be assured of the upliftment that would instantly take place? How you would be assisting Everything by sharing this Joy … with the KNOWING that Everyone and Everything is FEELING the same. And, we suggest that when YOU are FEELING a little low … to perhaps ask to those out there that are FEELING of much Joy, to share it with you. It can be done. You just have to KNOW of it. Dearest friends, Dearest brave aspects of your soul self that took up the opportunity to be upon your planet at this time … we say to you now … That which you are accomplishing is assisting the Divine plan more than you KNOW. By Being an example of Love and Light … to all you come across … You are changing your world into the Higher place that it has the right to dwell in. That YOU have the right to dwell in. Keep on keeping on … We are with you in Strength, Energy and Divine Love We shall always be with you in this way. And for now … it is time for us to take our leave. Many thanks. 	SUNDAY, MARCH 8, 2015 Bob Fickes ~ Life is Perfect – There are No Mistakes Source From the Infinite Oneness of Consciousness the universe is born with all of its infinite variety. The One produces the Many just like the ocean moves and produces waves on the surface. All the souls in this universe are expressions of this One Consciousness. Every soul is a Master Soul that has its own unique expression and purpose to fulfill in this universe. The Master Soul is pure and undefiled by karma. We have been calling this Master Soul our Inner Master. Even though the body/mind is full of karma, the Inner Master resides so deep inside of us that it is beyond the reach of even our worst karma. We can say that the Inner Master is watching over us from beyond this world of karma and guiding us every moment with compassion for our earthly life. The Inner Master loves and understands the life that we must live in this world. Master is already fully Enlightened and in harmony with the grand design of the Universal Divine Plan. When the One Consciousness first moves into waves of Master Souls, every soul is in harmony with the flow of Dharma. As time evolves and karma is created, the Master Soul gets surrounded by layers of karma that eventually hide our Inner Master from our perception in the physical world of each incarnation we experience. The Inner Master may be hidden from our view, but it is still alive inside of us guiding each step that we take. No matter how many mistakes we make, the Inner Master is still there loving us and patiently waiting for us to clear away the layers of karma and gain more wisdom and compassion for our life. One day when the layers of karma have been peeled away enough, the Inner Master shines through our daily life with all of its radiant Love and we discover Enlightenment. Our Enlightenment has always been there deep inside of us waiting for us to discover it. When Enlightenment dawns, we realize that we have always been Enlightened! This discovery is much like the lonely wave that thinks it is alone and separate from the ocean. One day the wave learns to look inside and sees that the ocean was always there beneath the surface even when we thought it didn’t exist. When Enlightenment dawns, we also realize that every step we took to get our Enlightenment was perfect. The life that we have been living was always being guided by our Inner Master and even the things we thought were wrong can now be seen to be part of the process we needed to go through in order to get our Enlightenment. There were never any mistakes! It was all part of a Divine Plan orchestrated and directed by our own Inner Master!

Forgiveness will open a flow of cosmic Love upon the surface of this planet and this energy is exactly what the advanced extraterrestrial races need to anchor their ships here after the First Contact. On March 17th, at the last Uranus Pluto square, you can meditate in your own way and dedicate that day to forgive as much as possible and thus do an inner Reset. We will not be having any global activations on that day, inner Reset happens in silence in the innermost chamber of your Heart. This marks the completion of this Window of Opportunity. The progress of the Light forces towards the surface of the planet is such that no further Windows of Opportunity are needed to trigger the Event, although portal activations on certain dates may still be needed. The energy wave flowing from the Creator known as the Crucifixion period is a gift born from love as it encourages you to lay yourself bare, to surrender all you are and all you wish to alter to the Creator therefore embodying the Era of Love more fully. You might believe that to energetically or mentally crucify old habits and patterns within you as well as your reality is extreme. This is not a time of punishment or torture; it is a time of freedom, to set yourself free carrying only which supports you into the Era of Love as you exist as your beautiful human body. The Era of Love has been long awaited as an opportunity to expand into the love of the Creator. You may wish to ask yourself as you go around your daily reality, ‘How can I expand into the love of the Creator in my current situations and experiences?’ The Era of Love and the Crucifixion Wave of Light wish to support the healing of your being, take time to notice even those small thoughts of judgment or fear as they swim to the surface of your mind to be set free. Simply observe them and recognise they do not vibrate in harmony with your love and so lovingly cast them aside. When you let go of perspectives, habits, fears, limitations and so forth you make space within your being which enables you to feel as if you are filling up with love, in truth you are simply dissolving the distractions which carry your attention away from the love of your being. Let many situations in your reality be a natural and easy process of releasing distractions in order to embrace the presence of love within your being. This is one of the greatest awakening patterns occurring upon the Earth in Ascension at this time. Every experience, whether perceived by you as good or bad, in your reality is an opportunity to embody love for yourself and others, to heal and to bring yourself into a space of peace. With this perspective you will accelerate into dimensions of love you did not know existed within your being. Your perspective, meaning the way you choose to view yourself and your reality, is a key aspect of your spiritual evolution which when fine-tuned can create major transformations. There is a need to recognise that in order to exist in harmony with the Creator, therefore experiencing a blissful reality, there is a need for your perspectives to resonate harmoniously with the love of your being. When love is present truth is the manifestations, a perspective which moves beyond illusions, barriers and limitations. This is to give yourself permission to let go of beliefs which create and form an understanding of yourself and the reality you live. Imagine if you had no understandings or perceptives about yourself, others, your reality or the world, what opinions or reactions do you think you would form as you ventured outside? Imagine in your past you had only experienced fear, what do you think your reactions would be to yourself and others as you ventured into the world? Finally imagine in your past you had only experienced love, nothing else only loving experiences and a loving world, what opinions or reactions do you think you would form as you ventured outside? This is a wonderful process to experiment with, if only once, using your imagination to demonstrate to yourself that the way you choose to perceive your reality dramatically amplifies or reduces your experiences and resonance with the Creator. If in your past you had only experienced love, you might wonder whether entering into your current reality would only cause you pain or disappointment, maybe you would imagine love to be weak. I feel viewing yourself and reality from a space of love would allow you to be extremely strong, choosing to see the good and easily letting go of pain or suffering, being in a mode of wishing to empower yourself and others. This exercise may highlight your perspectives to you while also making you aware there are numerous levels to your perspective, some which feel natural and yet they are no longer needed, and so I hope you begin to understand the key of this period of ascension. It is time to move beyond what you perceive you should be as a spiritual being awakening through levels of ascension, allowing yourself to simply become the truth of the Creator within you. As the Sisters of Cosmic Awakening we come forth to assist your process of awakening new dimensions of love within your being, while bringing balance and empowerment to the divine feminine vibrations of the Creator. We wish to encourage you to pay attention to yourself and reality from a space of love; this can be achieved with our support and through bringing your divine feminine into balance. 	Lissa Rankin: 5 Steps from Fear to Freedom March 8, 2015 By Graham Dewyea When we’re willing to view life as the teacher, even in the midst of uncertainty, a journey begins. This journey—some might call it the spiritual path—challenges us to shift from fear of uncertainty to trusting life in the face of that which we can’t know and don’t understand. After interviewing many people about what they’d learned on their own spiritual journeys, I discovered that the journey from fear to freedom, which is all about coming into right relationship with uncertainty, is a predictable journey, one that many have traveled before you and many will travel after you. As you read through the five phases, consider where you are on your own journey. It is a map of sorts and can help you assess where you are on your path. The Journey from Fear to Freedom Phase 1: Unconscious Fear of Uncertainty. I stay in my comfort zone and avoid the unknown at all costs. What I don’t know feels dangerous, but I’m not conscious of how uncomfortable I am with uncertainty. I never get close enough to the unknown to really feel it. I do not act without a sense of certainty about the outcome. I expend a lot of energy avoiding risk. Phase 1 Motto: “Better safe than sorry.” How to navigate Phase 1: Start becoming aware of how your inclination to cling to certainty limits your freedom. Ask yourself, “Is this working for me? Is staying in my comfort zone really protecting me?” Phase 2: Conscious Fear of Uncertainty. What I don’t know feels dangerous, but I’m aware of the fear I feel. Situations of uncertainty provoke feelings of anxiety, worry, and fear in me. This leads me to avoid uncertain situations and to try to control my world. But though I prefer certainty, I’m aware of how clinging to it is holding me back. I resist the unknown, but I realize it’s hard to have adventures if you’re always waiting to be sure of the future. Phase 2 Motto: “The only thing certain in life is uncertainty.” How to navigate Phase 2: Be gentle with yourself as you recognize how your drive for certainty limits your possibility. Don’t beat yourself up because you resist uncertainty. Pat yourself on the back for being brave enough to admit it. From a place of radical self-compassion, you will naturally begin to shift into Phase 3. Phase 3: Uncertainty Limbo. I don’t know whether the unknown is dangerous or not. I’m not entirely at ease with what I don’t know, but I’m not resisting it, either. The unknown doesn’t outright scare me, but I don’t seek it out. I’m starting to sense the freedom that comes with making peace with uncertainty, so I’m willing to be cautiously curious and let my fear of the unknown teach me. Phase 3 Motto: “I’m curious about the unknown, but I have my reservations.” How to navigate Phase 3: Question everything. Stay open. Be curious. Resist the urge to create artificial certainty in order to ease any discomfort you still feel with the unknown. If you seek out too much certainty during this phase, you’re likely to allow fear to create something not quite in alignment with the full realization of what’s possible. Live in limbo and do what you can to comfort yourself and find your peace. Phase 4: Uncertainty Seduction. Not only am I not scared by uncertainty, I’m downright attracted to it. I realize there is more to know and the only way to know it is to lean into the unknown and explore it. To me, the unknown is not scary, it’s somewhat seductive. I’m more in touch with discovering, and with the enlivenment that accompanies the discovery process, than I am with knowing. Discovery is sexier than certainty, and I’m at risk of being reckless as uncertainty seduces me. I’m so willing to entertain the unknown, to step into it and see what’s there, that I don’t always practice discernment. I’m willing to become an adventurer, but I have to remember not to yo-yo to the opposite end of the uncertainty spectrum. Phase 4 Motto: “The flip side of the fear of uncertainty is the excitement of possibility.” How to navigate Phase 4: The key to Phase 4 is discernment. When the unknown becomes compelling, it can be tempting to leap blindly, but this can get you in trouble. Someone who experiences no fear in the face of the unknown is at risk of becoming reckless. Healthy behavior in Phase 4 allows you to approach uncertainty with discriminating decision making, fueled not by fear, but by the integrity of the soul and the guidance of your intuition. Phase 5: Surrender. I don’t know, but I trust anyway. I’m not afraid of the unknown, and I’m not seduced by it, either. I practice discernment. I sense that there is an organizing principle I may never fully understand, but I have faith that leaning in this direction is safe. Good things may happen when I lean into the unknown. Bad things may happen, too. But regardless of what happens, I trust that I live in a purposeful universe and that there is meaning in all outcomes. I am simply open to wonder, and I value freedom more than I value certainty. Phase 5 Motto: “The only way to experience life’s richness is to surrender to the unknown.” How to navigate Phase 5: Enjoy! Phase 5 tends to be very peaceful, but you don’t usually land there and stay there. Remaining in Phase 5 is a constant practice. If you find yourself slipping back into fear in the face of the unknown, remind yourself to trust that there are unseen forces guiding you in ways you may not understand until you look back. It’s A Process! Keep in mind that your journey through these five phases may not be linear. You may leap forward from one phase to the next, only to find that you regress in times of loss or trauma. Because we’re often more comfortable with uncertainty in some areas of our lives than in others, you may not be in the same phase in all aspects of your life. For example, you may be in Phase 4 in your professional life and Phase 2 in your love life. Be sure not to judge yourself based on where you are. There is no “right” or “wrong” phase, and you have to trust your own timing. The reason to identify where you are on your journey is not to trigger your “not good enough” story, but simply to help guide you as you walk your own path in your own timing. Be extra gentle and compassionate with yourself as you navigate this journey from fear to faith. As Rachel Naomi Remen says, “You can’t force a rosebud to blossom by hitting it with a hammer.” Trust the process and indulge yourself with radical self-care.
