Hi Karen,

Thanks so much for the Beautiful Hymns by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Since the Videos are still not showing up for me on my Computer, I especially appreciate the links. I love listening to the Choir. One of the things definitely on my "Bucket List", is to travel out to the Tabernacle, and to hear them in person. If I'm lucky, I might even get to meet Marie as well.

Since the forum is basically about Flowers, here's a Beautiful Graphic, and it's linked to one of my favorite Easter songs, by one of my favorite little Country Girls, Dolly Parton...

Hi Phil

The tabernacle is free for vistors. but the temples are not. I was married to my second husband in the provl temple.my husband was a hight preist when He died, They were thinking about making him a bishop. They also wanted us to work in the temple. they are beautiful. our savior is Jesus Christ. Jim and I were married for time and eterinty. one man and one woman. the ones who have more the one wife are a break off of our church. and are excomunited.Just like many other churchs have break offs of there churchs. Hi Karen,

I was also raised as a Lutheran, a Missouri-Synod Lutheran to be exact, studied the Catechism for two years, and was confirmed as a Member at age 12, however my Momma and two of my Aunts who were also Lutherans, were raised as Southern Baptists, so if you ever happened to attend one of my early morning Worsip Services, you'd think you were at a Good 'Ole Baptist Tent Revival. Denomination doesn't mean a thing in the end. I have some great discussions with the two young Missionaries who stop by every other week from the LDS Church over in High Point, NC, and wherever I may be on a Sunday morning, I attend Church, no matter what Denomination they may be, just as long as they are Bible-believing Christians.

Seriously though, I'm a little jealous that you have actually heard the Choir, in the Tabernacle. I also must admit that I have always been secretly in Love with Marie Osmond, ever since I can remember. I did get to meet her one time, when I purchased one of her Dolls and got her Autograph, at a shop over in Greensboro, NC, where she was making an appearance.

I've also always loved my Music. Unfortunately the years, along with too much Scotch and Tobacco during my early years, have taken their toll on my voice. I still can manage to sing fairly well, at least according to those who are listening, but not as well as I used to when I was younger. Here's one of my all-time Favorites, by one of my Favorite Groups...
