karen is in grand national magazine with Julie Andrews. Martin Sheen, Sally Fields, karen has a full page. came out in Nov- Dec 2006.

Karen has been on radio stations as far as Washington DC live. all kind of radio stations here in Minnesota. all kinds of news papers through the metro in MN . 3/28/2006 KLCI-FM-WQPM-AM KSKK-FM-KBKK-FM KYMN-AM 3/29/2006 WJON-AM ALL KINDS OF THEM. this is just some of them.

Karen has been on channel 9, 5, 11, and just last week an intern from channel 4 interview karen. on thur.13 of April 2007 karen was put into the Anoka news paper the Anoka County Union front page and big write up inside.came out Friday April 13,2007

karen was In 25,000 magazines for 101 expo April 3-4 2006 .karen is in all kinds of news papers through out the metro in 2006.3/31/2006 STAR TRIBUNE, THE AMERICAN LAKEVILLE THIS WEEK & TIMES and many more. karen is Minnesota State Champion 2004, 2005

karen has her teacher Certificate to help teach. Taekwondo karen has been taught Taekwondo

Hapkido, and some Nave Seal. my Master is StephanChuckNorris Stenzel who was taught by Ji han jae who fought Bruce Lee in the Game of Death and also StephanChuckNorris Stenzel - Google Search

karen was in a movie on the 21 of June. called Wildfire the Arabian heart film,llc producer mikeal vincent
Karen won 9 first place trophes on dec 4 2009 in -Asian American Fighting Arts Federation Championship 2009.
