Today I watched a program that had Dr. Alveda King on it. She is Dr. Martin Luther King's niece and I was impressed by her position of carrying on her uncle's determination for non violent change. Like him she says that we must speak out when there is injustice even in the light of adversity. It's just the right thing to do, she said. Sometimes you have to speak out even if it costs you something. But always in a respectful and non-violent way.
