Here's how my family deals with a certain difficult person who's been married into our family for a very long time, someone who can be deliberately difficult, but has a very strong love and loyalty to our relative (their spouse) we just put up with the person so as not to upset our blood-relative too much. It's difficult but luckily visits are short and we already know what to expect from the person. Some people are just like that. It's easier in real life, we can find something to say to hopefully soften the person's mood, give them a hug and a compliment. It's not always that easy online, especially with people we've never had real-life communications with.

Also remember there are one or two billion people online, and if a few get on your nerves, there are still one or two Billion who are NOT on your nerves.

On the friendship side, a FEW are good to have. LOTS of people read this stuff, even if they don't reply, even when they're not logged in, it gets into peoples heads.

Adlandpro is like a fishbowl, it's all out there, very viewable to everyone here and lots of people who we don't know are "here", that's why I say if you don't want things inside your head, don't read it. Also, lots of onliners see a lot of these posts, they don't need to be logged in.
