If you're an affiliate, you need to make 5 sales before you get your first paycheck.
Some of those have to be from different credit cards, not all from Paypal, not all
from the same kind of credit card.

If you don't make sales for a long time and you have less than the minimum payout
in your account, it will slowly be depleted. You need to make consistent sales or
the small amount you already earned will disappear.

If you're a vendor, your listing will disappear from the marketplace if you don't
make at least 1 sale every 30 days.
