I asked that same question about the anchor "thingiee" many days ago but so far no one has responded. So I don't absolutely know what the H¬&$}o]+/!! it is all about until now. I am sorry.

I think the anchor thingy  is used to make a text  clickable and jump to a new location in the text  let me test it.

to find out how to use it  click  on go to test 3

go to test 2 and go to test 3 are in tis case points in a long text.

type in a title  eg. test 3 in this case

highlight it then click on anchor and give it a name

repeat this at the points in your post  that you want people to be able to jump to

at the top i created the items go to test 2 and go to test 3

highlight go to test 2 then click on the link icon and select

link to Anchor  in the link type drop down.

next click on the drop down select by anchor name and select the one you want to jump to

instead of having to scroll back to the top click on the link back to top

Roger, you Silly Goose, my UK friend.  This is not the ugliest forum ever!!  You are just experimenting like a lot of us have been doing.  You did it, you posted a picture and a video, good for you!!  About the anchor thingee, let's see

I have no idea!  I tried it, what happened??  We are all in this together and trying to learn all the new things.  Do you like the fact that you can edit your post in any forum???  We must just hang around and try to learn, hard for those of my age to do anymore!

Hi Roger,

One of my main pet-peeves, even though there are many...is that the graphics need to be posted far right so they will show up in the center.  Because when we THINK they will be centered, they will be on the left.  SO we need to push graphics over to the right side before clicking "Create" and now it's not the Post button anymore, not Submit...now it's CREATE! LOL. We now must truly be mini-gods and goddesses and Create our posts, and being even more mini-God-like, to destroy and recreate numerous times until hopefully achieving post perfection.
