I don't delegate much, you know I'm a perfectionist and picky.  Is that 2 different things?

Yeah, but, I never delegate.  I've only asked you for help twice, once when my comp was broken and then again last week when I couldn't log in, and you weren't really jumping to help either time.  When do I ever delegate?  I don't.

Deligation means..."this has to be done" "that needs to be worked on" simple suggestions, much like a supervisor would. If you need my help i am lways here to assist Kathleen but if i dont get asked? how can i help. Each week you take upon yourself to deligate the forum votes and i appreciate that!  Me? i dont need any praise...none what so ever.

Comments are great but it just gives me a wierd feeling when someone talks about the way i do things. Im just one person.
