Linda just thought you'd like to know about a service I use which is located in Califorina. They troubleshoot, debug those nasty viruses and clean up your system and more. I've been using them for 2 years. When I have a concern or just want my system tuned up, which takes about an hour, I just call them. I can call 24/7. When they finish my system is zippin!
In fact I was working in Excel and was setting up a database with cvs files. That is a file formats that you usually get when you've purchased a database list. So I wanted to send emails to about 7 thousand people, so I had to configure the database file to work with my MS Word letter I created. I was merging information from the database into my letters. So I called Juvio and asked for help with this cvs file. A couple of techs call me back, walked me through it and bingo! It saved me time trying to look up information in who knows how many books and even on line and I learned how to work it.
Another time I my system would not get pass the log on screen when I first booted up (I have children). I called them, they fixed the problem, I'm a happy camper! That time I made an appointment with them.
You may want to plug in to a service like this for the future use.
