You said you live close to Napa. I like the wineries there, of course. But I stopped drinking so I don't go there.

We live we live in the Merced County, south of Modesto. Where we have a lot of orchards, and cows. The flies that come from them are outrageous! Sometimes a year our house is swarming with them, becuase we keep our front door and back door open to get air flowing in the apartment.
